I am really very disappointed now I have raised a claim against the seller (Claim ID - 469598) Very bad experience from eBay.No Response From eBay Team. When i call customer care every time they says Guarantee Claim Team will call within 48 Hours. after five day i go a call from ebay claim department Mr- Ashish As per our telephonic communication, i told them please return my money. But there is no response and they don't refund my money. I will not buy anything again and will surely stop others too.I will go to consumer forum for cheating me like this. In grief and mental stress.eBay is giving me this kind of mental sufferment which is not a good.I will go to consumer court if this doesn't get resolved in a day. Heights of irresponsibility!!!I will not buy anything again and will surely stop others too.I will go to consumer forum for cheating me like this.     Hi, I bought a used phone from a seller on ebay.in. Condition was not satisfying hence i filed for return. for that i filed a claim which details are : Claim ID: 470284 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number: [protected] according to the ebay guys 7 days is the timeline for resolution of the complaint. but it has been 9 days and no respose from the ebay guys. i have tried to contact them multiple times but they do not reply or provide me resolution to my problem.

      Ebay has issued vouchers with regards to Claim No.:- 373305 SR# 1-[protected]. The voucher is invalid. When i use it it says it has already been used. I have called them (and they said they will escalate it), emailed several times and also had a chat with a lady Priyanka S who does not respond. In more than 30 minutes with her the only thing she said is her name and then disconnected the chat. The amount is small. I googled and found several consumers facing the exact same issue. Ebay should be punished for this.

        Hi, I had raised a claim to refund the money with following details: Claim ID : 470795 PaisaPay ID : [protected] Item ID:[protected] The description of the product mentioned "OEM original" product but a counterfeit product was delivered instead. There is no response from the eBay after lodging a claim. The customer care always responds in standard copy-paste replies that someone would contact me about in 1-2 business days while it's more than 2 weeks since the claim was made. The seller too is not responding to the emails: electronic_gadget94

        I have got a call from the claim department and as per Mr. Devdutt Malik the eBay defines OEM is the "First Copy of original" and not the standard definition "Original Equipment Manufacturer"

        As per him the product listing is clearly says it's the counterfeit product on sale. I have asked for the source of this definition of OEM that lists it as first copy and counterfeit product.

        The service ID given by him is 1-[protected]

        So the complaint now is:
        [1] The counterfeit product shipped that is to be refunded.
        [2] The eBay money back guarantee is fraud as well.

        The call I had clearly mentioned that it shall be recorded and I would like to get the recorded copy of this discussion.

              Hello,

              I bought an item, order num :[protected] laptop table from ebay.
              I was not satisfied with the qulity of the item. It was defective in one leg of the table, and was not at all sturdy.

              The very day next day after i received the item, i filed refund request on ebay garuntee, 10 days now, nobody ever contacted me. I again submitted one more query, no reply after 5 days !

              When trying to call them, th ephone is on waiting for more than 10 minutes. when trying to chat with them, they show 7 minutes waiting, which graudally increases to 20 minutes, and no-one responding !

              I have never ever faced such an issue wiht any other shopping site ! Ebay garuntee and all is all fraud.

                  I made a purchase with Ebay.In between 12th-14th march Which made me eligible to participate in their SPIN THE WHEEL CONTEST in which i won a Motorola G smartphone and transcend 1tb hard disk but instead i was given coupons worth 200-500. After enquiring The customer care i was told to wait and wait but not was told that I won the Gift. I took a screenshot of the spin the contest which i have attached amd sent them the same. still after inquiring several Times they Made different excuse each time and now they have ultimately Told me i wont be getting those gifts. i have been harassed many times by their customer care staff. I have even tried talking with senior staff on customer care but they keep making excuses that we are investigatIng the matter and i was not given the gift as denied by them later.

                    I ordered an item on ebay and paid using the following options: 1. Discount Voucher 2. Payback Loyalty Points 3. Credit Card While placing the order I was shown that I am paying using three modes of payment and they will charge only Rs.5.22 on my credit card but when the final confirmation came, they charged my credit card for Rs.167 and deducted my loyalty points as well. I called them up and asked them to refund money and they said they won't as the order is placed now. I asked them to Cancel the order and then refund the money and they clearly denied that as well saying that "Once the order is placed on EBAY, there is no Policy to CANCEL the order". They made me wait over 45 mins on the call and still they didn't transfer me to the correct person whom I can talk. The representative had only one line to say that we cannot do anything on this order because you have already placed the order. Consequences: They are trying to cheat by not showing the exact amount to be charged on the credit card and charging differently from what they are displaying on the website at the time of placing the order. Due to the above issue I had to spend money out of my account which should have easily been paid using the loyalty points. Relief: I need the entire amount back into my credit card. And also they need to reverse my Payback Loyalty Points.

On 02/04/2014 at 6:30 PM i tried to order online through www.ebay.in "6 PCS : MILTON WATER BOTTLE 1000 1 LITER FREE SHIPPING" item but when i paid Rs./- 272.60 through my bank account on payment option i found en Error Message that "Sorry Your Payment Was Unsuccessful" rather amount was debited in my account, i received amount deduction message from my respective bank (Union Bank Of India). I have bank transaction id for debited amount it is (EBAY INDIA PAI/MUMBAI/[protected] So i want to register a complaint against ebay.in I also sent mail on ebay.in customer support team for so many times but now they are not responding me. Kindly help me to get back my money as well. I hope you will help me. Please reply me as soon as possible. Thank you.

                            I've been a seller (id - celebrationscentral2014) on the eBay India platform for the past three months. During this period, I've received a good response from sellers and I've shipped more than 700 orders to buyers from all around India. I was slated to become a Powerseller and Top Rated seller on April 20th and I had a positive feedback of almost 99%. Things were going well until few days back when eBay decided to suspend my account without any notice. They deleted my shop, deleted my listings and suspended almost all the access to the tools in my seller account. They didn't even allow me to update the shipping details of the orders I had already shipped. I've tried to reason with many of their customer care executives from their various departments, but all of them have rejected my appeals and said that they will never remove the suspension. Some of them were even quite rude to me as if I had committed some murder. Anyways, since I wasn't quite impressed with the response I got from their team, I had accepted the fact that time with eBay has come to an end. However, I was in for a bigger shock from eBay as I received an e-mail from them stating that I won't be receiving the money for the orders already delivered and shipped to buyers. There is more than Rs. 40000 which I was supposed to get from their side, but now they are saying I won't receive it. This is totally unfair and illegal on their part. I've tried calling their customer care executive and he said I'll receive the money if I send the courier receipts (Proof of Dispatch) to their end. The thing is a majority of these orders (90%) were shipped through eBay India's own Powership program and the records of the same are available with them. The system has recorded all the shipped orders and the same can be confirmed from eBay's logistic team and yet they are hell bent of causing me mental agony instead of looking at their own records. This is not the sort of response I was hoping from. This is outright fraud and cheating, but instead of trying to sort out my problems, some of their customer executives are accusing me of Fraud. I don't want to do anything with eBay if I get my money back. I'm urging whomsoever it may concern at eBay India to transfer the money pending with them to my bank account immediately or I will be compelled to take legal action against them to recover my money. Rs. 40000 might be a small amount for them, but it is quite a significant amount for me and I'm willing to do anything within my rights to get back my hard-earned money.

                              I HAVE BEEN REGISTER ON EBAY INDIA FROM 29-DEC-2013. FROM FEB OF 2014, I WAS STARTED TO SELLING ON EBAY. TILL NOW I HAVE COMPLETED MORE THAN 300 ORDER & MY FEEDBACK REACH TO 54 WITHOUNT ANY NEGATIVE (100%). ON 03-APR-2014 EVENING I GOT SOME MAIL THAT "eBay Bid Cancellation Notice" BUT EVEN I DID NOT ANY BID. WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN MY EBAY ACCOUNT IT SAYS "ACCOUNT SUPENDED & NOT A REGISTER USER".

                              I JUST SHOKED TO SEE THIS, EVEN I JUST DISPATCH 9 ORDER ON THAT DAYS ON 03-APR-2014 AND CAN'T ENTER THE TRACKING DETAILS ALSO.

                              I CALLED TO[protected] SELLER SUPPORT, BUT THEY CAN PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ON THAT DAYS & SUGGEST ME TO SEND MAIL TO "[protected]@ebay.in". I GOT THE REPLY ON NEXT DAY WITH SAYING "uspension was issued under Section 9 of the eBay User Agreement, entitled Breach".

                              I UNDERSTAND MAY BE THIS SUPENDED WILL REMOVED AFTER SOME DAYS. BUT 07-APR-2014 ON MY REMITTANCE DATE, I GOT ANOTHER TWO MAIL THAT PAISAPAY ACCOUNT ALSO SUSPENDED & NO MONEY WILL BE TRANSFERED TO BANK ACCOUNT. I JUST CAN'T BELIEVED IT.

                              THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF RS. 31680.03 RUPEES STILL IN PAISAPAY ACOOUNT, THAT ALREADY DELIVERED TO MY RESPECTED CUTOMER & THEY CONFIRMED IT. AS ON 07-APR-2014 REMITTANCE DATE THE AMOUNT OF RS.12636.03 SHOULD TRANSFER TO ME BUT IT DID'NT.

                                  I saw the Lotto Traunt Men Running Sports Shoes in eBay and as per image published in the website, i purchased Lotto Traunt Men Running Sports Shoes in eBay website. I have not received the product as mentioned in website image at the time of purchase and i have received the different color sole shoe of Lotto Traunt Men Running Sports Shoes.

                                  I have saved the all the page with images at the time of purchase. As per eBay claim policy, i can opt for refund /item replacement. i raised a claim stating that " if you have the product as mentioned in image at time of purchase, give the the product or else refund the amount what i have paid. After few days they closed the my claim and request for fund has been rejected. i raised refund claim with in the specified time, but my request rejected with out any reason and with a comment "contact your Seller and resolve the matter amicably. Now seller is not responding to my call, when i call from mobile numbers, he will answer and disconnected when he hear my concern. There is no response from seller and not able to contact eBay . This is how, eBay cheated by showing one image in website and giving product other color to the customer. Please help me atleast for to get my paid amount to eBay . If i get my paid money that is enough to me. I will be the first person in supporting to ban the eBay.

                                  They are not replacing the item as per image shown to me at the time of purchase. So, I want refund the amount paid to eBay.

                                      I had ordered a police deodorant in e-bay on 25th march 2014, but the product was not delivered and the status showing as shipping done. When they contacted e-bay, they told like they are investigating and the refund will be done in specified time, but the given time is exceeded and the refund is not initiated, the response from the e-bay team was very poor when I contacted them via customer care, . Please help me in this regard.

                                        I have order an item on ebay as guest user on 23 march 2014. It took 7 days to inform me that my item has been shipped.and after that it took some more days to inform me that it will delivered by 6 april 2014..timm 8th also it didnt delivered and the tracking details which they have given are not giving proper details.It giving 1980 airlines tracking details.I raised the complaint but till now no one responded and when i call to customer care they are saying the i will get my money back with 20 working days. What a stupid procedure e bay...Really its very disgusting

                                        I bought a nokia charger from ebay, which was damaged, so in lieu of this company gave me the coupon of 110% value(Rs 300) of original amount (Rs270) i paid. After that i purchased a deoderent amount of rs 366 through using my value coupon and paid rest 66 rupee by using debit card, of which paisapay id is [protected], which was cancelled by ebay after 3-4 days, because the seller didn't dispatched the product within prescribed day. Finally they haven't issued my value coupon again, which i did used to purchase the deoderent.
                                        It is my another same experience with ebay within 4 months. I bought a mobile ZTE-S194 PaisapayID [protected] on dated 31-May-2015. Seller sent that mobile through bluedart way bill number [protected]. But I was out of station that time. I did not collect mobile, bluedart sent it back to seller with new way bill number [protected]. It was received by Mohit Goyal as you can see in attached image.
                                        Then communication started with me, seller and ebay. Ebay told they are ready to refund my money but after a long time still I am not getting my refund. I am buying products from ebay since a long time, earlier automatically refund come to account.
