I had Purchased Non-OEM Refillable Ink Cartridge from Ebay on 9/9/2011 worth Rs. 3,113.00 its Paypaise Id is : [protected], while doing transaction i had Entered one Gift coupon and i was assured that I i will receive one 4Gb pendrive.

I received the Ink Cartridge but i didnt received the pen drive, I called Ebay for 7 times every time they gave me different reason for not delivering the pendrive and they always assured that i will receive my pendive within 10 Days.

It's more then 5 months i didnt received my Free gift,I am really Unsatisfied by such Behaviour of Ebay for a 4gb pendrive i have to wait for more then 5 Months and i had to call 7 to 8 times and still not receiving the pendrive.

Due to these reason Now i am not purchasing anything from Ebay, I hope my problem gets soved soon as possible..

    i'm supposed to recv a free gift from ebay against my purchase made on December 22nd.2012.

    As per their policy free gift should be dispatched within 45 days from the date of transaction. but not recd my gift yet.
    I'm very much disappointed by eBay customer support.

    Please look into this matter and kindly resolve ASAP.

    I had purchased 512MB DDR1 RAM TRANSCEND 400 MHZ DESKTOP 512 MB from Ebay on 03/07/2009 and One free gift i.e. Iball headphone was suppose to send to me within 45 days from the date of Purchase.

    I hav received the Item but Gift is still not received, m following up continuously.

        Hi,
        I had purchased a product from Ebay on Oct 05th 2011 using an ebay coupon code with which i was promised to be mailed a free gift 1 TB WD HDD. The ebay code used was EBAYDUSS11. Its been 4 months now and I still have not received the gift. As i had moved out of my old address I had also mailed them my new address mentioning the gift needs to be sent to the new address. I spoke to the customer service and they said someone would call me during the next 48 hours and its been 3-4 days past this and there still hasnt been any response. Please help me in this matter

          i paid for a NOKIA LUMIA 800 used mobile phone in ebay on 19/01/2012. But the seller ships a courier on 23/01/2012 which contains only a blank CD and a Men's wallet instead of the mobile phone. I contacted the seller and he switched off his mobile. then i contacted ebay customer care and they told me to keep the courier with me and they will resolve the issue in 20 days and no need to give any police complaint. As directed from ebay i raised a complaint in ebay paisa pay guarantee. They told me that they will call me within 7 days. But I received the call only after 2 weeks and they told that they have received enough proof from the seller and they stood in favor to the seller. My refund request was rejected by ebay.
          The courier staff in the courier office was witness for the same since i opened the courier in front of them. I have taken the copies of the Airway bill and taken snaps in the courier office itself.

              i am seller on ebay i have sell my product on ebay from last 4-5 Months ago in starting month some customer give negative feedback on silly issue (for exp- customer buy c2-02 mobile and after receiving product said product is not as described it was dual sim when i purchased but when company has'nt product dual sim than how can we sale dual sim for nokia C2-02 and so that customer give negative feedback )we're ready to resolve it but they were not agree but that time ebay doesn't take any action or any info about this matter but after 4 months when i was suppose to get 40000 through paisapay than 1 day before for remittance they suspend our account without any notice and hold our payment of 40,000/- after that they said they will remove restriction if we improve our DSR Rating but after improving ration at last customer taking positive feedback they give notice that i have been permanent banned from selling when i asked reason they decline to tell reason and no one no ready to listen and kept payment for 40,000 please help me in this matter always giving wrong commitment fro there side not ready to give payment and earning interest from that payment.please help

                I had brought Samsung Galaxy S II mobile phone from Ebay in dushera utsave on dated 26.09.2011. As per scheme, on purchase of 30000 ebay will give free gift as per customer choice out of 4 gifts mentioned.

                I choose 1 TB hard disk as gift (eBay gift voucher / promotion code EBAYDUSS11). Pls note that If I purchesed mobile without gift the cost would be the around[protected] but I purchesed mobile phone with scheme. (PaisaPay ID [protected])

                As per company's policy gift will be delivered with in 90 days from the date of ourchase. But till now they have not dispatched my gift.

                On follow up (abt 15 Times) first they told me that item is out of stock and will be deliverd very soon, then they gave me fake air way bill no. of Blue dart, I told them that this no. is not correct then they again told me that item is out of stock and wrong information was given to me. Today I called them again and I was told that item is delivered, but again fake air way bill no. is given to me.

                Pls look in to the matter and advise.

                      i bought Sony LCD TV worth Rs 21777 from ebay and i applied for the Diwali Gift of WD external HDD, as per Ebay T&C Hdd will courier me within 45 days but i get it after 90 days.
                      And main thing is they are give me THOSHIBA HDD in place of WD when i Call to Ebay CC they replied both are same but practically see
                      WD is more faster then Thosiba
                      WD is Reputed brand in External HDD compair to Thosiba
                      WD is costly item, and many more..
                      Thosiba having very poor performance, Poor body plastic, even plug of Wire.. so how can i accept this product compair to good one

                      another thing they are not mail me for that and Directly send item
                      E.g.
                      If i buy nokia phone from ebay and they give me NAKIA Mobile, is there it is fair or not, or they give me another company mobile with same feature then it is fair or not.

                        I ordered this product from M/S protos.net(Delhi) through eBay with Item Id:[protected] & Transaction Id:[protected] also PaisaPay Id: [protected] but the DTDC courier services delivered it at the wrong address, now when I call DTDC local office they firstly don't receive my call by chance if they do all I hear is "we're working on it or our servers are down" lame excuses btw plus the seller isn't responding neither does eBay help so I'm thinking to lodge a case against the three under our cyber/IT law amended in 2011 but wanna know if that'll be wise as the case may drag on for quite some time & require serious amount of time/money dedicated to such an issue ! So what's my best option ?

                          Ordered for a digital camera from EBAY on 24th-Dec-2011 for amount of 5325/- ,Courier comes without camera and launched the complaint in Paisapay but there is no use , EBAY also rejected and closed my complaint against only seller's protection.... there is no protection for consumer who believes and purchase item.....almost now 5000+ my amount is lost wothout camera and Ebay guarantee programs are only an eyewash... there is no genuine consumer protection......Buyers please careful dont pay money once ordered thru if at all buy please go for cash on delivery option ,once courier recieved open and see the product is working fine or confirm the ordered item is inside then pay otherwise dont pay!!!!!!!!

                            i want to share my experience of dealing with Ebay Customer service in settling of my claim id # 71931. On the site ebay promise of resolution in 20 days time from the date of claim submission.

                            nobody from their so called non existent claim adjustment team called me or emailed me in last 20 day.
                            when i called up customer service and got through them after 14 minutes of waiting. he promised me that someone will call me on the very same day.

                            nobody bothered to call.

                            i again called up and repeated the whole exercise with wait time of at-least 15 min, i got the reply that someone will surely get in touch with me.

                            when i asked about email id of their customer service manager then they gave me this email id [protected]@ebay.com

                            Lets see what happens.

                            This is so true, the same is happening to me, I bought an item on 3 august, 2012. I have called ebay 4 times and got assurance I will receive a call but never received one. I dont know how to proceed now, I think going to consumer court may solve it. Lets see.
                            NEVER EVER BUY / SELL ON EBAY.IN ... THEY ARE THE WORST IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT... CCE ARE SO RUDE... AND THEY TREAT LIKE THEY OWNED YOU...

It labels Women as mere 'Consumer' with no brains for 'techy / intellectual' stuff. We request you to kindly remove the discriminating content.

                              These Ideologies infiltrate into the minds of People with greater influence and adds up to 'Gender Casting', 'Gender Bias' and influence men also to think of women as only mere products for Sexual Appeal. The 'General Intellect' is carried away by 'attractive offers' and fail to think of the Male Chauvinistic Representation in such advertisements and Promos.

                              We from M.A.S.E.S 'Movement Against Sexual Exploitation and Sexism' strongly condemn this promo and request it to removed immediately

                                Ebay intentionally put a wrong item(ipod 8 GB) and wrong category(ipod 64GB) and inflated price(more than 35%) so that they can show they are giving a good discount. Believing I was getting a good offer I purchased the product. When I realized that something is wrong I asked them to cancel the product. First they denied, then they accepted to cancel the order only to turn back again and reject the order cancellation. I am attaching the photos which clearly shows how they duped me in buying the product.

                                    My name is VIVEK, My phone number is [protected]. I made a transaction from Ebay. I have given the details of the transaction. It was supposed to be converted into EMI. I called Ebay and they said that they can not do anything if ICICI Bank is not converting the the transaction into EMI. Ebay says that they have approved for EMI now Bank has to convert that into EMI. I Called ICICI Bank and they said that it has to be done by Merchant. I am getting a run around here. Kindly help me that the transaction converts into EMI.

                                      I asked shop android.curve1 on ebay whether he can ship on my pin code, he sent an email that if we order off ebay then will get 5% discount. I ordered by paying 53411 through online bank transfer. Email of seller is Android.[protected]@gmail.com and mobile [protected]

                                      My order was:

                                      1. HP P7-1011 IN i5
                                      2. DELL 22 21.5 Inch ST2220M LED LCD Monitor
                                      3. Logitech G 330 Gaming USB Headset

                                      Received:

                                      HP: Lower end model (HP P7- 1010in with I3 processor)
                                      DELL: Different Model
                                      Headset: no headset


                                      I sent multiple emails and called on phone number mentioned but many time he didn't picked phone and replied to email. Sometime he picked phone but didn't give any concrete response.

                                      I feel cheated and harassed due to following reasons

                                      - No reply to many emails, no answer to many phone calls.
                                      - Wrong information on courier shipping ( Actually it was shipped only on 30th of December) while seller said that it is shipped on monday 26th.
                                      - Sending wrong product and not informing it. In my phone call he told me the courier tracking number but didn't bother to tell about not sending headphone or different model for desktop.
                                      - Money has been transferred to his account on 19th December and still I am struggling, I have wasted more money in ISD calls then the discount he gave me for not buying from ebay.
                                      - NOW HE IS SAYING THAT MODEL IS NOT AVAILABLE BUT HIS EBAY SHOP HAS 4 LISTING WITH ONE OF LISTING SAYING MORE THEN 10 AVAILABLE FOR HP P7 1011in with I5 processor

                                      I think eBay should banned this android.curve1 shop. I've a problem with him too. I ordered Edimax Wifi Router Modem, transaction date is 7.5.2012 and told him that I'm in an urgent need and so to ship it soon. But even after 3 days, he still didn't ship it. So, I asked him when will he ship the item. He told me that he already ship it. Then I asked him to give me the shipping details, but he cannot because he's not shipping at all. The last day to ship is 12.5.2012, so I waited for the date. But when the day came, just before the last minute, he provided a (fake) shipping details (courier - Firstflight; Consignment no. m[protected]. The shipping details he provided was not for my order but for Chennai and delivered after 3 days to Chennai. Now I'm still waiting for the date to be able to request Refund i.e. 19.5.2012. I hope he won't make me any trouble. I won't shop again to this android.curve1 shop.

                                      Now I requested for REFUND to eBay, but this guy still makes problem. My Refund request put on hold as seller has appealed against refund request. Why did he do that? Where is my Item? Where is the Shipping details?. This Seller is a Fraud, a Liar. Let's hope eBay Customer Support take care the situation correctly.
                                      Fortunately, eBay approved my Refund Request after a long days of waiting. Don't ever shop to Android.curve1 shop. A liar, a fraud seller.
                                      Sorry for the previous posts. It was not the fault of the Seller android-curve1. He did sent the item, but the Courier Company Firstflight could not deliver it to me so it was returned. Then the Seller did sent the item again by DTDC Courier service but I think he forgot to inform me. So I have received the item today i.e. 6.6.2012 and then I paid back the amount according to our agreement with the Seller.
                                      This seller is a fraud, I wanted to buy Asus G75VW from him. So I called him up he told me that in case I want to order it I can directly pay him 10% so that he orders the laptop Asus which takes about 8 days to deliver it to him and when I pay the amount via ebay he will refund me the 10%. So I did as I he said, I deposited 12, 400 which was 10% of 1, 24, 000. After the 8th day I deposited money into his account, I called him everyday but he never picked up, I used to set my phone to auto-redial and my everyday count was around 100 calls or more. So after a few days(on thursday) he picked up and told me that my laptop has been couriered and he will give me the tracking id next morning, then I called him on friday he never picked up and the same on saturday and sunday. On monday he picked up my call and told me that the staff had sent the laptop to a person who had also made an order irrespective of the fact that I deposited the token money around 15 days before that date just to get the laptop on time. So I did not believe his lies and I told him to give me back my money as I couldn't take anymore of this. He assured me that he will refund the amount on ebay i.e. Rs.1, 24, 000 and the token money that day itself. The money on ebay was refunded that day itself which I am still waiting to be shown in my account but that's the problem of the bank and ebay not the seller. So the token money of Rs.12, 400 hasn't been deposited into my account yet, I've been calling and messaging him since the last 3 days, his phone is busy or he doesn't pickup. Luckily I have all the audio recordings of our conversations on phone. I am ready to take any necessary action against him. I need my Rs.12, 400 back.
                                      At the moment I am feeling mentally harassed. .
                                      I have paid Moshin (Android.curve1) Rs.37500 into his bank account for an ASUS Laptop, for which i have proof of emails stating the price etc.
                                      Now, its been 10 days & its not delivered and also not picking up my calls.

                                        I bought a camera from EBAY and paid through Paisapay Gurantee.Still now i am the situation about to lose my entire 5325/- since the seller not couriered the camera inside the box only papers and freebies there is no camera.

                                        Dont believe these guys and be careful once recieve the courier please open the box and pay with these guys.
