The Seller of EBAY.in techguru.india is cheated myself not sending the ordered item only the empty box , now i almost lost my paisa around 5325/- on this transaction or online purchase without having item on hand.

Please help me on this.

    birthday and I got gift from ebay on this item states that I will be
    getting 320GB usb HDD as a gift.
    I got my cell phone but still I have not recevied HDD.
    pls look into this.

      Ebay had promotional offer during Ganeshotsav whereby users buying product above Rs 10000 were eligibe for free micromax Q1 Mobile. The free gift was supposed to be delivered within 60 days , however even after 60 days the gift has not been delivered.KINDLY BEWARE OF EBAY PROMOTIONAL AND SEASONAL OFFERS. THESE ARE SIMPLY TO LURE INTO PURCHASE. THEY NEVER SHIPPED MY ITEM AND NO RESPONSE TO QUERIES ON EMAIL AS WELL.I regret to have done the above purchase from ebay. Total fraud and unprofessional ebay people. They should be kicked out. See the follow up emails and there standard automated idiotic and irritating responses below

        I had ordered an IMPORTED PROTONER AB TONER AB WITH WORKOUT CD KING TUMMY TRIMMER worth Rs. 3990/- and after using a discount voucher it was Rs. 3321/-

        While making the payment on 3rd Dec time 01:02 am, through my credit card, transaction got failed. I tried to make another attempt at 01:11 am and it got successful. But money has beed deducted twice from my credit balance.

        The payment was made in favor of EBAY3423 at Mumbai.

        I called HDFC customer care, they said as the payment has already been done i need to contact ebay merchant.
        Ebay customer care num doesnt work.
        Ebay customer care chat doesnt have any chat agent at any time of the day
        Ebay customer care mail didnt reply my mails.

        I want Rs 3321 back from the merchant.

        Dear, Just Check your email id for Order mail from ebay, u will find The vendor Email id - just email him with your details & tell him to Refund 1 order, its very simple .
        I tried to do that too... but there is no response from their side :'(

        Reset Password 5 times still unable to login to cancel my order

        Today I have reset Password 5 times still unable to login to cancel my order. I need my order to be cancelled right away .

          Why don't you read the listing before purchase, are you blind or something, we are on ebay for the past 12 yrs and no buyer has accused us of cheating. We have mentioned very clearly in the listing on ebay that "THIS IS NOT A RELIANCE PRODUCT" still if you cannot READ or understand English and purchase the product is it the sellers fault, If you felt cheated why did you not contact ebay in this matter, why did you not call us and inform us that you are not happy with the product and we would have refunded you immediately. Tell me do you have any answer ????

            I purchased a NIKON COOL PIX Camera on september.The camera was not in the expeccted format .Hence I needed to reship the item for which there was a reshipment charge of Rs 420. Till now , I have not got the amount credited. Ebay closed the case saying that the DD has been dispatched in my address.But I still did not recieve it.On sending repeated mails and even calling them, they did not take any action.

            I was also eligible for a free gift (Micromax mobile phone) for Ganesh Chaturthi offer.I still did not get it.The customer executive says that I got a mail on sep 1 for address verification. But I did not receive any mentioned mail.This is nothing but a typical case of mental harassment and not expected from a company of their stature.

              Hi,

              I had purchased a handset listed as brand new from ebay on 28th of last month . Something that is suppose to reach me in 2/3 days ,they shipped the item on 4th of Nov I received it on 8th or 9th of Nov. Now the handset is a blackberry 8110 pearl handset, 2 meg pix with flash, GPs and all that jazz.

              I checked the handset when I received it. It had a brand new body. I'm assuning it's brand new because somehow the piece was unsold after new model came in. Thats the only way it can be. As blackberry lower model cost 9.7 k in India. This mobile had a T-mobile logo on it , so defenetly from US , unlocked something. When I opened the handet to put the battery I was in for a shock .

              It was an old handset and they had just changed the body. I was still okay with it. It has a brand new body so what the hell If i can get it for 5k it's not bad. But the shock wave continued. The handset was freezing the minute you switch on camera. that was after it took 2 min to load the software on startup. So now I got an old handet and it's not working also. Imagine my frustration.

              I got in touch with the dealer and he said we are doing what others are doing. No what does that mean. does he mean entire clan of ebay is cheating so we are also cheating or.. . I told the guy if it's a old handset why not sell it as an old one. this is cheating. I called ebay immediatey and raised the claim. Now they don't want to get back to me.

              They are selling talk to seller. how i am suppose to talk to a guy who has cheated me. When I said I will put an ad in media then some one luckily felt a need for contacting me. and what does the person say. Send the packasge back and we will refund your shipping money.

              Hello ..who is paying for handset?

              Seller has already switched off his mobile but funny thing is the claim department person who called me and gave her number to be contacted as her desk number also is disconnected now. And they have send me a enmail saying send it back again or we will close the claim. I lost the money , now am I supposed to beleive people who give disconnected numbers.

              I have uploaded a video on youtube about the produt. Please repost and post comments so that people know how these people are selling blackberry for cheap.

                Purchased an ink cartridge on ebay India (seller mark-infotech) - received a defective, expired & out of warranty item. I was also charged more than MRP that included all taxes. Lodged a case with ebay - they took 17 days to respond (they promise resolution in 7 days and refund in 20 days as part of terms of sale with PaisaPay). They gave me a call and put me on hold for 15-20 mins, then they told me the seller was "reputed" so I must be lying. End of story. Provided them proofs (expiry dates printed on pack, catridge etc) and have called them 4-5 times but no response. Very likely, these guys are hand-in-glove with unscrupulous sellers, enabling the sellers to dump useless items. Whatever they call internal enquiry etc is a big cover up for a systematically run fraud scheme. Also found out that the seller reviews on ebay site (that show up as 98% and 99.9% etc) are meaningless as ebay will readily remove any adverse reviews if seller asks them. Most people won’t take legal action for small valued items (a few hundred or thousand rupees) and so these guys manage to get away with all these.

                EBAY — BIG FRAUD CHEATS SELLER

                eBay has opened a racket to cheat seller and buyer. They ask whatever they think from seller. They have monopoly into online selling otherwise i would have taken serious legal action against eBay. eBay is big Fraud. Not Good for both buyers and sellers. Please Help me to close ebay.in shop.

                    Ebay was fraud company. I ordered 8gb memory card .It will cost of 500rs But seller will sent 4 gb pen drive worth rs 150. I will send refund request. But with out any information ebay will reject refund request. One order i will lose 300 rs. So don’t buy anything on ebay. Its a fraud website. I call ebay customer care they will say we will not refund ur money And Its u and ur seller problem.

                    I ordered mobile just because of the name of Ebay but
                    I didnt realize about the company and how fraud you are.
                    I made the payment online by my card for mobile and received mobile
                    in very bad condition. I was out of town at the time of delivery.
                    I opened the pack and found broken screen mobile and that was really
                    shocking for me so see that. I am not going to keep this damaged mobile
                    so change it asap because I have paid for new mobile not for
                    defective mobile. If Its not get delivered so I will take some
                    legal action against Ebay and will go Online to update all the
                    social sites about your fraud with happened with me.

                      Sir,

                      This complaint is about EBAY-India promotional gift. Actually I purchased an LCD TV from ebay (Paisapay ID - [protected]) on 24, Mar 2011 and withe theat I was promised a promotional gift (Digital Camera - I have mail confirming thee same). It was mentioned theat thee gift will be delivered to me withein 45 days.
                      When i did not receive thee gift in thee specified time I contacted EBAY customer care and theey said theat thee gift has been already dispatched to me but later on theey said theat thee gift item was sent to wrong address and thee same was returned to EBAY and theey would re-dispatch thee same at thee earliest.
                      Now its almost 8 monthes but still I haven't received thee item, whenever I call customer care theey never give me any satisfactory answer and theey keep on saying theat we are working on theat.
                      Please help me withe thee same and also please suggest if I can file a case for fraud/mental torturing.

                        I bought a headset Nokia Bh 505 from Ebay for Rs 1549/-.I paid through paisapay. My paisapay id is [protected].Seller id is sairabuynow, ph:[protected] address:B-605/Deepti, Kalyan Complex, Yari Road, Andheri(w), Mumbai-400061. I received the item but it was broken. I talked to the seller, she asked me to send it back. That costed me another Rs 100. I send it back through DTDC package id:P17080534. Receipt was confirmed by her, and she promised item will be send after Diwali.But still I have not received it.Even ebay confirmed its receipt without asking the recepient and now removed the seller and no detail of purchase from their site. I cant even launch a complaint from their site.This only shows ebay is only a site to make a fool of people. This cant be accepted for such an reputed international site.

                          Am with eBay for past 4 years. Though many complained about eBay, I had lots of trust in eBay and sold more than 1000s of products. There was some minor issues in between and it was all cleared and okay.

                          Last week i have started an alternative ebay account and sold mobile phone for Rs.14500. As I did not received the stock on time and with buyers' permission I entered some random shipping detail in shipping details column. The very next day, I sent item through DTDC Plus. Buyer received the item second day and he was satified and acknowledged the item receipt.

                          But paisapay puts my account on hold. It says as I have entered random shipping detail, my money is on hold. Now they want me to send a Proof of Delivery with Buyer's signature within 48hours.

                          Question:

                          1.When buyer confirms item receipt, why should paisapay worry about the shipping detail?
                          2.Normally even at the cases when buyer tries to cheat saying 'Item Not Received', eBay would ask only for the seller's PoD(Proof of Delivery receipt), Now why do they require buyer's signature? These days courier companies are not willing to show buyers' signed paper.
                          3.They mentioned that I should send it within 48hours. Why 48 hours? Every courier branch receives their buyers' signed sheet only at the 30th of every month. Hows it possible to get within 48hours?

                          When I tried to explain all these to eBay customer care, they just harshly said me to collect money directly from buyer incase am unable to satisfy above conditions. It means hard earned Rs.14500 would goto paisapay. Let me remind again, am 4 years experienced ebay user.

                            I have taken H6 Google android mobile of 6500/-, due to some technical problem. the company guy faheem told me to pay 500/- to purchase A2000 google android. After few months i having done factory reset in that the IME number got erase and i hv send mobile back chennai to faheem. he told me that your mobile IME number is not getting supported ihave to send back to china and he told me to call on 18.10.2011 to conform when his conscern person is going to china. Now from 18th Oct i am calling on his mobile number ([protected]) not attaing call. and he has exchange my original cell with same model when he send me back. And from last 3 months i am telling him to give me innvoice of new mobile he is not giving me.

                            I would requst you to help me because he think i m staying in mumbai so cant approch him in chennai....he his fooling to lot of customers

                              I am Jaymin Patel.
                              I have booked one product (Nokia-E63 mobile Brand New) of Rs 7190 /- price on 19/08/2011 in eBay system and payment was done by ICICI online banking ( A/C No[protected] and Money transferred to eBay account for Nokia E63 brand new hand set.
                              On 19th August 2011 same parcel was dispatch by eBay seller Suraj Raj Vazirani of M/S Maniac. Consignment Number is D06400721 deliver to me, Mr. Jaymin Patel in Jamnagar – Reliance Township Motikhavdi.

                              Unfortunately the parcel was delivered to my house on 23rd August 2011 with stones inside the box instead of Nokia E63 handset.

                              Immediately, on that day itself a complaint has been launched in eBay system with No-58000. As per eBay’s system after a 48 hrs respond should come but I waited for 48 hrs then after call many times to help line EBay/Seller and DTDC office but I didn’t get any reply from eBay or Seller or DTDC. Finally my complaint got rejected by EBay on 07th September 2011 by his floor supervisor Mr.Aniket without conformation taken from me.

                              After rejected my refund request by EBay I many attempts by means of phone calls and mail communication to ebay and DTDC more than 100times

                              I have been trying calling those people several times daily, but whenever I say I talk to concern person Mr.Aniket they tell me I noted in system He will call within 24 hours either disconnect the call or direct me to call seller and DTDC courier

                              EBay response:-
                              We are not responsible for the same but we will request you to check with seller and Courier Company.

                              As per eBay’s policy, eBay guarantees that product should be reached to the customer as per description in the system (as shown while booking).

                              DTDC and Seller yet not response…. These people are cheaters and fraud

                              I am daily follow-up with EBay/Seller and DTDC Courier but ten not response from any one of them…

                                Hello All,

                                I have purchased an Sony Bravia LCD TV worth of Rs. 36,999. I had an offer code which was applied at the time of purchase of above 30000 you will receive a 1 TB Western digital external HDD.

                                I had an enquiry with the customer support executive at eBay today.(Phone support ID :[protected]
                                He was telling that there is no offer with this purchase. But while purchasing it was showing I will receive a 1 TB WD HDD free with this purchase.

                                Let me quote his words here "There is nothing much that can be done for this mistake from our end"

                                Please find the attached screenshot of the offer displayed on purchase.(I have removed the delivery address from the screenshot).
                                The customer support executive confirmed that there was some technical issues due to which it was showing the offer code as accepted.
                                For this why should the customer pay for it?
                                I had even a different offer code for the discount in the value which I had not applied because this code was showing as accepted..
                                I have even mailed the eBay support on this.

                                Also to my surprise there is absolutely no grievance redressal mechanism @ eBay to address such issues.
                                Even the support executive is accepting the same. So be cautious while purchasing from eBay.

                                The email from ebay also confirms the promotion code as accepted. In the first line it says ;
                                Your PaisaPay payment is being processed by eBay Customer Support. You paid the order total of Rs. 36,999.00 using credit card and eBay gift voucher / promotion code EBAYDUSS11.

                                    Please help me with my problem. I sold a mobile phone on ebay.co.in. Since the buyer was based in Chennai, I delivered the phone in person to him. He also confirmed that the receipt of the item on ebay in front of me. This happened two days ago. Today , I got a call from ebay stating that they need a physical receipt to release the funds held in Paisapay. I have told them that the item was hand delivered and have asked them to contact the buyer to confirm. They are refusing to accept this and have frozen my account. What are my options here? The buyer has agreed to confirm the receipt of the item. But ebay are refusing to call him and confirm. Do i have any grounds to file a case against ebay? The item is very high value. Please help me with this matter. Also, I`ll provide additional details if required.

                                      I have ordered Sony Ericssion XPERIA NEO in Ebay on 24/08/2011. They offered the free gift for Ganesha festival if item is above 20,000. I have applied the coupon for WD 500 GB Hard Disk. I got the phone on 27/08/2011. But I haven't received the Hard Disk till now. I tried many time to Constumer Service. Always busy. Online helpline also unavailable. I haven't called/mailed me not even once.

                                        sir/madam,
                                        i ordered reebok watch worth for 290 rs. on 19 april by the credit
                                        card, and it is to be shipped to me by 30 april, but it is still
                                        pending from the ebay side.
                                        item no. [protected] and paisa pay id [protected] and airway bill no.
                                        m62180465 and i also mail to the courier co. but didnt get the answer
                                        yet, and also mail to the seller two or three times but didnt get the
                                        satisfactory answer from them also, and amazingly i didnt get the item
                                        but is was showing and confirming that item received by me. how come
                                        this can happen, i think that this is all happen due to the trio
                                        (ebay,courier co. / and the seller) you all ppl sharing the money
                                        looting by the customers like this, and if this didnt happen i will
                                        take strong action against it to get the thing or the money back with
                                        all charges towards it.
                                        i send mail to the seller AttherShabbir on 14 may and 3rd may, but
                                        the result is same, i think this kind of thing should open in front of
                                        peoples with the help of media, so the rest of the peoples cant be
                                        fooled like this, etc.

                                        May be these guys using this money to help IM, JAISH-E-MUHAMMAD, HUJI in attacking in the various parts of india. or in terrifying the india. by doing this kind of FRAUD with the indian customers and or abroad.
