This is Harmandeep Singh Ebay user i.d smart-trading, bought a iphone
3gs item i.d[protected] for Rs. 22899/- by icici credit card 6 months
emi. But icici charged me 26277 for that with 4379.50 Emi , i never
check my credit card statement for a long time, but i was shocked
that i was charged more then 3 thousand then the actual amount, i had a conversation with a ebay
office over the phone a few days ago, the conversation no. is 762987 and officer
was Yashwant, i have sent my credit card statement also to help you in resolving the issue soon, but yesterday i got reply from yashwant that i need to talk with icici bank as they have charged me wrongly i.e (KMM55025470V45307L0KM).
After that today i talked with icici bank credit card officer for the problem, but they told me to contact ebay again cause according to them they always charge their customers exact amount as told by the merchants (logically true), After this i again talked ebay through chat customer support Session i.d 26874228, it was rajes and he told me that according to their system this transaction is not opt as emi, i told him that i am sure i have taken emi option and same is showing in icici statement also, it must be some technical problem in ebay records but he also asked me to talk with icici bank again for the problem, so in this way, i am very much harrassed and dipressed, please talk with Ebay and help me resolving this issue, thank you in advance

    Ebay is cheated me that

    on purchasing above 10,000/- rs u will get a portable hard disk of 250Gb

    but till 13 septmeber it will not the gift item..
    every time i call the customer care of ebay [protected].
    they told me that we will call from our side and resolve the issue within a week
    but months are overed but no intimation about my pomotional gift item.
    even i raise the issue in ebay discussion boards but they do't provide details of my
    gift item status

      I contacted to the Ebay customer service through phone. But the representative was waste 1 hour and was not able to provide me any resolution about the replacement of my watch.
      Then after 1 hour, he told me that i will transfer your call to our senior representative. Senior Representative was not attended my call and they disconnected my call. I received damaged watch and I claimed for the replacement. When I contacted first time, ebay's representative told me that i will get the replacement. But after 10 days, I received a call from the claim team and the representative told me that I can not get the replacement. The claim team representative did not help me to resolve my matter and he told me that " I am closing the claim" , even my issue is not resolved yet. That customer representative was not helpful and was not ready to help me and he told me that i should go to the repair center. Why I should go to the repair center, when I received a damaged item.He dont know how to tackle a customer. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I need replacement to my watch. I received damaged watch. I dont want to loose my money. Please help me in this matter, if ebay really help customers. Seriously, I am a very DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.

          Hi,

          On 3-Sep-2010, I bought a Blackberry Storm from eBay Global buy and the seller was i2cworld_inc3.

          GEB[protected] NEW BlackBerry Storm 9530 unlocked
          Item ID:[protected]

          The item description clearly stated that the item was NEW. When I received the item on 23-sep-2010, I inspected briefly the mobile phone and found scratches on many parts of the phone. It surely was used phone.
          So i did not use it, instead kept it as it is after taking pictures of various parts having signs of wear and tear.
          I send the pictures to seller and waited for reply.

          When no reply received, i raised a claim with ebay on 29-Sep-2010 and explained them the story. Also shared the pictures of phone with them as a proof.
          They said they will get back to me.

          18-Oct-2010,I had to close the case and asked eBay to get me my money refunded.

          But the great person handling my case, rejected it with reason "we are sorry to inform you that claim is rejected as the item you have received is as per description because in the listing it is mentioned that the it is unlocked for US GSM."
          What a stupid reason!!!
          The pictures had cleary shown that there were scratches on different parts of phone that clearly indicated that phone was used and not just unlocked.
          I never knew that unlocking will damage the phone.

          Then i wrote to customer care and tried to escalate the issue.But no response.

          When after loosing all hope I thought o[censored]sing the phone even though it was used up, I found that the lower portion of the phone was damaged and the lower portion of touch screen is not working.
          I cant click any option/ button in lower protion of the phone.

          NICE WAY O[censored]NLOCKING PHONE !!!

          I am very much disappointed by eBay customer support , especially claim handling process.
          Instead of punishing seller, they give stupid reason to close the case.
          And top of that they claim themselves customer friendly.

          I have decided to stop using eBay altogether.

          Thanks for reply... I stopped using Ebay ...
          This Seller is like a hole. I brought a processor fan from him. He sent me a totally used fan and worn out. It never worked. I talked to the seller, he is some one who sits it in mumbai and thinks he is boss of the whole nation. If ebay is going to partner with such kind of seller i think it would be difficult for them to survive when amazon and flikart and snapdeal are becoming bigger.
          Same thing I also got cheated and they have no service ebay.in guarantee protects the seller not the customer

            This is regarding a long standing issue I've had with Ebay. I've listed out the issue below:

            - Received a Rs. 6000 product damaged
            - I emailed the seller with the photos of the product. 7 days later, seller says case closed cos i didn't send photos
            - Emailed Ebay Customer Service and a claim was filed (claim No,. 54430)
            - Yogesh from their team emailed asking me to ship the product and send a proof of payment in order to get a refund
            - I emailed Yogesh 3 times that i did not want a refund and that I wanted a replacement. I didn't get a response. Finally, I received an email from Yogesh saying case is closed as they did not receive proof of payment
            - Then started my really painful experience with Ebay Customer Service. I called them 4 - 5 times and spent upwards of 5 hours on the phone with them. They told me just one thing -- once claim is closed it cannot be reopened. Here is how a standard call with ebay goes:
            - They place you on hold for good period of time
            - Return with useless piece of information
            - Place on hold again and 1 of 2 things happen:
            1. The call gets disconnected
            2. They promise a call back from someone which hasn't happened till date


            Please Help me... I just do not know what else I can do here

              I have not received my monsoon gift yet, I purchased the product in July end, Its august now and there is no update from ebay regarding the gift. Its gonna frustrate the customers as a kind of cheating by ebay, as many would have bought from other shops which offered a low price. Below is the email I received when I made the purchase to avail kodak c195 as gift. I would have availed offers from others shops, but i thought ebay was trusty site. But they are not responsive and dont even have time to reply back on the status of delivery of the gift item. I dont know whether they are trying to pass time till the customers forgets or gets frustrated n leave the issue. Can some one escalate this, so that I can get an update on my gift

                  i bought a recharge of Rs 110 using ebay user id : amaresh11 from seller ratnes .

                  After making the payment i did not receive any recharge. The seller said to confirm shipment after which he would recharge.But he did not recharge.

                  Now when i phone ebay they say recharges are not allowed on ebay.
                  And they said u confirmed order so u will not recieve any refund.

                  This is sheer injustice.

                    I bought a Product named STAR X10 MOBILE Item Id:[protected] Price: INR 5,990.00 from online shopping site eBAy.in from the seller named mobileaccesories(4427). After purchasing I found out that whatever they have described on the website was absolute fraud and the Item in no terms mathces the description on the site.

                    So after discussion with the seller he agrees to replace the product & picked it from my current address..

                    But I was shoked after getting the same Item back which i have sent to the seller and I don't know what Replacement means to him.

                    Frankly i was not expecting a new Item instead of the one that i have sent earlier but atleast i was hoping and expecting that he will solve the TV Issue & Resolution issue on the Purchased mobile but he has cheated me again(The TV is not at all working still), Instead even he has removed the Screen Protector which was there earlier. I was any way depressed after spending quite a huge amount of money for that fake product but after getting the same fake product again its only adding salt to injury nothing else. I don't know what replacement means to the cheater.

                      I had called, emailed, and given reminders several times to ebay people but there is no satisfactory response yet.

                        1) Ebay made me buy a sub standard product.(FLY mobile holder) from my ebay Id : tomcat[protected] , having email ID : shesey.[protected]@gmail.com

                        2)Ebay or I never able to contact the buyer who sold the defective product through sms/ call / email as there is no address response and for courier there was no address exists with that name.

                        3)Even after the courier returned with "no address as office closed", ebay made me send the product through courier 2 times.(POD V05912770 & V[protected] against complaint no. 53387.

                        4) After all this, my claim is rejected saying i have not re-send the product within 72hrs from their mail( was already returned with "OFFICE CLOSED") although I hav sent it very next day and have send them the proof.also to be noted, their 72Hrs includes saturdays & sundays. I have chain of mails where ebay also have not responded for weeks.

                        5) For a Rs200 worth product ebay made me spend Rs.300 on courier saying thats your procedure, although i have sent you status of POD as "Office closed"

                        Seller is a cheat, but caused me only Rs.200, but ebay caused an additional Rs.300 loss that too on confimed failed deleivery.

                        kindly take apropriate acton to reterivemoney from these online frauds.

                          When I received the item, it was working well and I gave him good feedbacks too. Then when I installed a set top box,I came to know that it’s A/V port wasn’t working.I communicated this to seller and he told to go ahead and repair and that he would refund that amount.I was still content with it as the other interfaces were working great.But now last Sunday the TV has started to give waves through, with colours spreading out everywhere.All this just after 1 month of payment!I called the seller and informed him,but there after Click buy do not pick my number ,but picks when I call from a different number.Now even if i call from another number and say its me they rejects the call!The customer care girl once asked me what are my other numbers to contact and i gave my alternate number...but later i understood that she wanted to reject my alternate numbers as well.The height of insulting a customer!I can post my phone bill call log here to show how many times i had called them and got rejected. They are saying that I need to pack the item and get it replaced from them but if any damage occur during packing they are not responsible! Now, who will judge if there is an issue when the item reached them or not.I will have to go by their words.With so many games already being played by the seller in phone call assitance,how can i trust such a seller!However,I had sent him several messages saying asking to give packing instructions so that i can return the same.he is not responding for that also!I am surprised to see a power seller with 99.9 +ve feedback(includes my +ve feedback too) treating his customer like this that too for a fault just in one month of receiving the TV.Samsung says it will cost around 20000Rs to replace the panel alone!

                          Now that i approached all courier companies for returning this TV,None of them are willing to ship breakable items like TV from a person.They do it only for companies.The seller is no longer responding.Ebay says they cant help me i have to resolve with seller.How can i resolve with someone who is not picking my phone!

                          eBay India is offering its internet shopping portal as well as promoting & giving away gifts if you buy Grey Market LCD / LED by paying your hard earned money.

                          what you get in return is Non Official, Warranty Less Product which is not supported by the company & brand when there is a issue with the product. This activity by eBay India is undermining all efforts of our Government & Anna Hazare to root out the very cause of corruption and illegal activities.
                          This has to stop ... We innocent Indians are being fooled & conned by few vested interest and corrupt businessmen and eBay is helping them by providing them lime light, free gifts, incentive etc ..These very products change hands in the dark lanes of Mussafir Khana in Mumbai. Gaffar Market In New Delhi, Burma Market In Chennai and also on eBay India...

                          When everybody can see it happening why cant you see it...?

                          even the same thing happened to me too...this seller Clickbuy.in is a cheat...Do not buy any items from this buyer.
                          When you have booked an order they'll immediately call you and show that they are concerned.
                          But, once you know that there is some problem with your item, they'll start ignoring your calls...

                          CHEATERS! BUGGERS!
                          The funny thing is that this cheat is still continuing his business shamelessly in ebay...!!!

                            sir i had purchased Item ID:[protected] from bellojewelsglobal he had updated one tracking id number[protected] and shipped via trackon courier now i asked him where is the item he replied me that it should had reached you ...i mailed him if that item had reached me i should had signed the form of delivery and i also asked him to lodge a complaint against the same but the thing is that he had not shipped the item on 10aug the id was fake which i checked with trackon courier when i told him the information which i gathered yesterday he told that he had shipped the parcel 0n 17aug with parcel id[protected] when i checked it was showing some tracking information ..so i request you to enquire on him and also see the feedback of the seller and take necessary action on him so that no other seller should practice these kind of things on eBay..other thing on eBay is that we should accept the item even it is good or bad sometimes items may or mayn't deliver to you .....is there any one to stop these type of injustice and do justice to the people around us

                              I am disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience purchasing a GEB[protected] BRAND NEW UNLOCKED SAMSUNG ACE SPH , ITEM :[protected] from eBay.

                              On 23rd July 2011. I ordered PaisaPay ID [protected]. However, it did not arrive within the stated time frame. When I called/emailed in an attempt to learn what had happened, I don’t get a result. But today when I tracked my consignment through http://iccworld.com/track.asp#name[protected], I found that Shipment Delivered at August 5, 2011, But its not delivered to my address

                              Kindly look after the matter

                              I paid Rs. 3,473.00 for this item and I still want it.

                                I had used a Discount coupon(for mob recharging) of Rs. 100 ebay.in after paying 50 Rs. from my account offer was the talkvalue of Rs. 100 during this transaction. Mr. Ratnesh Ranjan rang (seller name:ratnes2012) me up through his cell no [protected] and said that firstly you confirm this recharge value on website then i will recharge but he did not send recharge value till this time i.e 9.15 p.m on 17.08.11. His promise was made yesterday at about 8 PM. Kindly investigate this matter and protect the customer like me from this type of cheating Rs. 50 was already deducted from my account yesterday itself. I am calling him on his cell number from last three hours and he is not attending his cell.

                                  I purchased a mobile from Ebay Global easy buy , I received the item but not in a working condition. When i complaint about this to Ebay they advised me to speak to the seller and get it resolved. i am standing no where as Ebay is nothing but a and the customer support is awful. Their agents dont know what they are talking about.

                                  I would like to suggest everyone to never ever purchase anything from Ebay GEB or dont even deal with Ebay, they are [censored]s and bunch of imbeciles people.

                                    I was supposed to be shipped the above Item from E-bay. I made a payment for the same on 20th July ' 2011. I was expecting the shipping details to come up next day. No body cared. Only on 23rd when i went to inquired with the seller, the seller put up with some shipping details. All details were getting updated till 26th Jul' 2011 on the shipping website. After that there were no updates about the item (what/where). The last update was that it was given to an airline.
                                    The AWB # does not give any details about what the item is and to whom its being shipped too. I have no idea if that is my item and is being shipped to my address.

                                    On payment the item location was New Delhi but the seller has put up an AWB # of Singpore EMS, meaning its being shipped from Singapore - THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG!
                                    Its been 17 days since no update on the parcel (item). I checked with the seller and each time he mentions 2 more days please etc. I mailed e-bay 3 times but no email reply. They called me one and checked with me if i was willing to wait for another 2 days. I strickly told no as i had already waited 21 days for one parcel which was supposed to be shipped from New Delhi to Pune (And should take max 3 days). Still no action by E-bay. They are ignoring their own policies and unnecesarily working in favour of the seller who is not bothered to deliver any item.

                                    I am still hoping that e-bay will take action quickly against the seller and refund me soon.

                                    The seller name is kamlovessam or also known as samloveskam (mob # [protected] - rarely he picksup and speaks in a tone as if he is not bothered at all. ). Also as per E-BAY policy i was supposed to receive the item latest by 2nd August' 2011 (A system message (email) from e-bay came to me to to check that i got the item or i need a refund). So i asked for a refund. Also as per system it was supposed to be processed in 5 days. It's now 12th August' 2011 and still not received the item and ebay is holding on to the money and not processing the refund request initiated on 3rd August' 2011.
                                    SO IM SIMPLY REQUESTING EBAY TO REFUND AS PER THEIR OWN POLICY.

                                      I had bought a Rocker Rockpad i9 Mobile from mobileaccesories (ebay) seller.

                                      After a month I had a problem in my mobile (gets often switch off). When i contacted the seller he informed me to send the mobile to him for servicing. I also sent my mobile on 8th of july 2011. After I contact the seller he informed me that he will receive on 20th of july from the service center.! Thats the last proper reply I received from the seller. After that they didn't respond to any of my mail & Phone. If they pick up the phone they said that i will receive it in 2-3 days, but they didn't shift tat.! And there is no proper response from them too.. If I call to him he attends and cut the call causing me to loose my amount. Even I asked him for my refund, he said he will update it. But there is no proper response from him. I thought he (Yogen ved) was genuine Seller. Still now he not acting like tat.!

                                      Its one month now.still I didn't get any proper reply.

                                      Now I just want my mobile or amount (refund) back.!!

                                      Kindly help me to solve this issue..!!

                                        Ordered for Model No. UA40D5000 (item ID[protected] but ebay india have supplied Model No. UA405003BR which is not having same specification, in fact cheaper model delivered. No Tax invoice furnished. Replacement / GuranteeClaim request Ref. No. 54861(KMM53493135V11954L0KM) logged in ebay website on 21.07.11 but no positive response received from ebay. The TV is lying in my house in useless condition.
                                        Please help.
