Hi,
I purchased a new Blackberry 8830 world edition from Ebay however the battery/phone is not working properly, battery gets exhausted within 3-4 hours without use, when i spoke with the gentleman who was in contact with me for this sale(ashish from total ecommerce solutions) via email and phone, he said today i would have done something wrong with the phone! i was shocked to hear that; as i am not a kid who will play with phones, i was taken back with the kind of customer service i have received.If required i have all the written communication with the concerned person.The phone i received is not in good working condition.I have changed the battery still it does not work.i want either my money back or the handset which is fuctioning properly. Now i have been advised to reship the phone however there are many pending cases where in the customer has not received refund for the their goods shipped back or has not received any payment for the goods sold through EBAY. I want someone to help me in this regards to file a formal complaint the unfair trade practices by Ebay.

    I had purchased a ipad2 from ebay with gift voucher, today three months have passed but the gift is yet to be even despatched. I have sent mail, chatted & called ebay, number of times but they have no answers & no updates..what to say about the sellers when ebay india is behaving like a fraudster, will never buy anything again from the site, avoid !!
    My name is Dr.Jasbinder kapoor.i purchased samsung gakaxy s3 on june 15.with paisa pay id [protected] till today i hv not recieved gift.it shows how they r making fool o[censored]s.i will never buy frm ebay now

      I bought a camera (Sony CyberShot W330 Digital Camera with Warranty) from one ebay seller named "paradeep". This item was a gift and was to be delivered in delhi. After waiting for 7 days this package was finally delivered and the courrier guy said that they first had to sign the item and then open the package. The item was signed as delivered and when opened there was no camera in it.

      I filed a claim Claim # 51756 (ebay's A-Z) which guarantees either a refund or a replacement. And after days of waiting finally got a call today (26th June). A rep from ebay called and started questioning me (doesn't sound like a customer rep) and asked me if the item was delivered I said the item was indeed delivered but it's an empty package. The he started saying why did you sign and stuff. He said this seller was a "POWER SELLER" on ebay (Anyone could be a powerful seller on ebay becoz they never showed the negative ratings. On the very day I rate sellers to be precise Omgifts with 5 stars a left some comments this were clearly shown and the negative ratings i gave to this "Paradeep" was never shown nor my comments).

      We were disconnected as I was out of battery I quickly got up (as I was working in night shift was still on bed) and charged my mobile. But this guy never attempted to call me after that send me this email :

      "This is with regards to regards to Claim # 51756 file by you against
      Seller ID:paradeep for Item #[protected]Sony CyberShot W330 Digital
      Camera with Warranty)

      As we informed you over the call that at we are closeing this case, We
      attempted to contact you on (**************), however you were not
      contactable,

      We did spoke before and for around 10 minutes before my batter run out they say " I was not contactable" funny and this is a pre-written letter. EBAY. IN and their Seller "PARADEEP robbed me of my hard earned money of rs 7750. I'm not giving up and I'll continue to follow-up coz I dnt want these frustrating experience to be faced by any other customer who loves shopping online.

      I WANT THIS TAKEN CARE BY EBAY!!!!!

        I have purchased the Casio Watch (Item no[protected] dated 24 Apr 2011 through Paisa
        Pay (Paisa Pay Id [protected]) while placing the order i have also
        entered discount coupon code for a blue tooth ear phone, which was accepted successfully. It was promised that the Ear phone will reach after 20 days of payment. Though I have received the watch but blue tooth ear phone is not being received by me till date (45 days gone).

        Even after several email to the support of Ebay.in I have not received any satisfactory response.
        I have give up now and decided not to buy any thing from EBAY.IN and share the same experience with my relative, friends and asked them NOT to BUY ANYTHING FROM EBAY.

          This is to safeguard every one not to buy any mobile from eBay's Global Easybuy US.
          While these phones are offered dirt cheap, they are locked with telecom providers (Sprint, AT&T etc) and shall not work in India.
          Once you a buy a product, the overseas sellers conveniently remove the details and in effect ship you a different product.
          BUYERS BEWARE!!!

            I have order Toshiba 1TB Hard disk (item no[protected]
            through paisa pay id [protected] in january month. i have received the Hard disk but i
            have not the received the promotion gift. (promotion code WELOVEU018.) which i was supposed to recieve in 45 days


            I have not yet received my promotional gift from ebay, even after so many reminders and calls i am not satisfied with the feed back from them.

              I had made purchase with ebay on 19/04/2011. I had used promotional code on my purchase, the store holder was supposed to ship my product latest by 26/04/2011 but instead of product I got mail that they are not able to ship the product and my refund process initiated on 26/04/2011. Then I got mail on 03/05 that money will be refunded within 3 working days. Today after 10 days out of which 8 are working days I have not received refund. the ebay customer care is not supportive at all. I think they are just looting people by giving some promotions and taking money from people and then the strategy they use is not to respond customer as they know that customer can't do anything more than wasting money on calling them. Ebay is not trustable so be ready for mental harassment before you buy something.

              Yes, the complaint by 'laxm ina' is 100% correct. I have similar experience on ebay, not once, but three times; my money had been retained by ebay for 10 to 20 days and refunded without shipping the offered product. And in the third incident, when I posted a negative feed back about the seller, the concerned seller viz. eazyshoppe telephoned to me for a compromise and asked me to give follow up remark that the issue has been resolved and in return she offered to send the item. On my insistance, she had even gave a way bill number of a courier company viz. DTDc in proof of shipping the item and I had checked the status online, which was shown as 'in transit', before posting the follow up comment. But later on it was prooved to be a fraud, ivolving all the cheeters viz. ebay, eazyshoppe and the courier company DTDc. The item never reached me.
              In short ebay is a group of fraudsters. no doubt at all.

                I used to think a lot about why India lacks behind in internet awareness. We do follow the western culture at it minutest, but when it come to Shopping we prefer the same old way of outing with our family in expensive malls. From the advertisement on T.V. it can be sensed that EBay India is a genuine company but as I term the worst experience of my lifetime I did a wrong choice. Ebay india is a company full of fraudsters and the biggest of them all is poonam.sachdeva. I had purchased a 32 GB pen-drive form EBay (PaisaPay ID [protected]) for 1,300/-, the Pen-Drive was delivered to my address only to be discovered as faulty, I demanded a replace/refund of the PenDrive, for which I was asked to send the faulty pendrive to an address in Delhi from where they were supposed to send me a replacement. I came to know that i was conned when the replacement Pen-Drive never arrived. Now I stand with no Pen-Drive and having lost my money I do not trust the activity Online shopping. I do have all the E-Mail exchanges between me and the fraudster poonam.sachdeva.

                  Ebay seller mobileaccessories Mr. Yogen is a Big fraud, He Should be in Jail, He is playing with Ebay, He support the buyers with in 30 days, as per ebay claim policy, after that he will not provide any kind of support and has no records of sold items and never provide the bills.

                  Sub: Fwd: unable to connect to internet PaisaPay ID [protected]

                  seller denied the warranty
                  after sale and there is no invoice with IMEI no. along with the
                  product, Called the seller on his mobile number [protected] many times,
                  just one answer from seller end we can not provide the warranty, if
                  you want you can take the legal action. I have sent the same email to
                  [protected]@EBAY.COM regarding the seller behavior and denying the
                  warranty the sent me a reply that we can not take the action against
                  seller as the issue is 30 days old. As seller didn't provide any
                  invoice with IMEI no. in that case i can not take the legal action
                  against seller mobileaccessories (Mr. Yogen [protected]).

                  -One more thing that seller has no info about the product which he
                  sent Like IMEI number.
                  -I have mobile details that how many times i have called the customer
                  on his mobile number : [protected] and have read receipt of email that
                  he reading the emails, but don't want to provide the service.

                  Mr yogen, you are a big fraud, how you are doing your fraud business from ebay.
                  Mobileassceeories Mr. yogen, will never provide 1 year onsite warranty, i year means for 1 months only until the ebay guaranty policy activated, ebay is providing 30 protection after that no ebay will no more responcible for any kind of fraud or any support from seller, The seller Mr. yogen playing with that policy. I would suggest you to never buy from this seller, go for branded Nokia, samsung, sony and other good brand, Seller Mr. yogen selling D'Grade Chinese product. Fraud Fraud Fraud...!!! Safe your money, if you are going to buy any mobile then avoid this seller.
                  I have got my lava Iris 405+ flip cover but it does not have magnet in cover so that it can struct to the screen. Pls slove out my prm.

                    I got a promotion coupon from ebay.in for Rs 75 to use on minimum of Rs 80 purchase which i used on item code[protected]Magic ball color changing kids toy return). I used paisapay with discount voucher and paid Rs 20 to the seller.

                    Next day I am getting message of cancellation of product purchase and suspension of my account. When i contacted ebay they are saying its confidential and we can not disclose you the reason of suspension. I need help in this case i am just a layman and how can they suspend my account without intimating me and telling me the correct reason.Request you to please take some action against company on this policy and its company false if they are allowing to proceed in purchase which is not complying to their policy they could have the invalid message dialog box if somebody is trying to make purchase against their policy.

                    I believe they are taking advantage of being number 1 in e business, they are taking advantage of their monopoly and harrassing customers. Pls do something and take some action against ebay for such policy.
                    Instead of blocking customer account they can make their systems and policies better. They can put invalid message dialog box when somebody goes against their policies. I am really surprised on ebay policies they are really horrible. I did not think online shopping can be too bad. It is not about money it about trust.

                        I was cheated by Ebay seller

                        Dear Sir,

                        My paisa pay ID is-[protected](EBay ID- luna_lila), I have received the
                        item on 1st of Feb but after 12 days the handset(Blackberry Storm) gone
                        faulty( The handset is on one year warranty). Then I contacted the
                        seller, he told me to courier the handset to his address and he will
                        replace the same within two days after receipt and also pay my courier
                        charges. The seller had received the handset on 16th Feb( By Blue dart
                        Courier, Docket-[protected]), till date he did not confirmed me about
                        the replacement and from last 4 days he is saying he had dispatched the
                        Handset but not providing me the courier details, whenever I contacting
                        the seller, after knowing me he is disconnecting my phone, Now he is
                        saying, if I call him again and again, he will send my hanset . Pls help
                        me on this matter, as I am now harassed by the seller. I think I have

                          My brother-in-law from Santacruz, Mumbai, had placed an online order for TRANSCEND 32GB PEN DRIVE,JETFLASH ELITE,JF V30,32 gb; Item #[protected],from ebay seller cvoarun, under PaisaPay ID [protected], for Rs. 1899/- through online payment. My brother inlaw received the TRANSCEND 32GB PEN DRIVE, JETFLASH on 23rd February 2011, and on found the pen drive wasn’t working in the computer (unable to read in the laptop nor computer). Later, had gone to Transcend service centre and they told us that the product is FAKE and not genuine, as every product of Transcend have a product code printed on the product. The TRANSCEND 32GB PEN DRIVE; JETFLASH, that was delivered by ebay does not have any product code.

                          My brother-in-law tried calling ebay seller cvoarun in their telephone no. [protected], but no answer. Neither is ebay evening responding to our emails and complaints.

                          This proves ebay sells fake products to its customers and request everybody never to trust nor buy ebay products.

                              I have bought one mobile handset in the month july 2010 and at that ebay was offering monsoon offer and giving away micromax mobile if you purchase any thing above 10000 indian rupees. I bought nokia e5 for my sister rakhi gift which was delivered by seller on time. Later I checked with ebay for my monsoon offer gift and they told it will take 45 days to process it and now it is 8 month my follow with different customer care executives going on. They are telling it is in process and it will take some time. I got really frustrated. it is not about the free gift of around 1700 rupees it is all about why they are cheating people by offering such attractive offer and later frustrate them with not giving it.

                              Consumer court should teach them a lesson so they stop offering such offer.

                              last week they were offering my 2 5% discount voucher which I refused as these type of coupen from EBAY each user received time to time and for getting this I have to again spent around 15k on ebay.

                                  I had purchased a i mobile from ebay on 22nd October from a seller of Baroda (Mobile Accessories) and paid through ebay paisapay, I got the product but after 2 months the mobile showed a problem of charging i contacted the guy of Mobileaccessores Mr Yogen Ved he told me to send the mobile back as per his conversation i sent it back to him on 6th jan for which i have proof of delivery but till now he has not sent me the mobile after repairing or sent me a replacement as the product was in warranty. I tried to contact ebay they told that the product is more than 1 month they can not do anything . Now the guy is in gujarat he is not responding to my mails and phone calls, what can be done, please suggest

Camera is not clear , Bluetooth is not working at all - I suggest please never buy products from this online shopping sites. I have lost money I dont want people to loose money take care. Even our website clearly states that we do not sell new products. We sell factory seconds that come with warranty and thus the huge discounts and there are many customers who prefer to buy such products from us. All our products go through a strict quality inspection and therefore the warranty.
                                      In your case, since you were dissatisfied, we even offered to take our product back and refund you the money (not many companies would do that). We have call records to indicate you were satisfied with that conversation and showed interest in buying more products from us. Our head of customer service was in direct contact with you trying to resolve your grievance to your satisfaction.                                         I have purchased a mobile (Micromax W900) by paying online to www.ebay.in
                                        I asked Ebay to refund my money because the mobile is not working,
                                        But Ebay is not agree to refund my money and still I'm carrying that defective piece with me.

                                        Please help me to get my money back

                                        Date of problem arises with the mobile: 14-Jan-2011
                                        Remark : on 31-Jan-2011 ebay replied that they are not refunding the money.
