Dear sir,

I have purchased a HTC Mobile phone on 6th August 2017 and they delivered a dead phone on 9th August. I raised a complaint regarding this in ebay account but they don not contact me regarding this and on 11th of august they simple closed my complaint saying that the item is under manufacturer warranty so i need to go to nearest service center of the product manufacturer. Then i went to HTC service center (which cost me Rs 600.00 by cab as there is no HTC service center near my location) After discussing regarding the issue with service center people they said that they won't be able to help me on this issue as the phone is manufactured from Singapore this phone is not from India and they do not work on any out of country HTC phone as the software parts are different. Then then and there i called ebay customer support from service center itself and told them the issue and they advised me to write same to the seller.

I have wrote everything about this to seller (saikiransridevi) and they replied me that they need some time to fix this up but till date no update from ebay or from the seller, i have attached the screenshot (image02).

I have also called ebay customer care on 23rd august regarding the replacement or refund and they said they will arrange a callback for me and they will fix the issue but till now they have done nothing.

Even ebay people also not taking any action against seller.
The seller and ebay both they are just cheating the customer.

Please do something sir or mam.

    In ebay advertisement, they are using jbl posters and now reducing prices up to 35%. They sent duplicate items. Then i raised the concern they are not refunding my money and they closed my claim. I have a screen shot of their add and i have that duplicate item. Any possible to get my money refund from ebay. If possible do you need any other requirements am ready to give.
    I am attaching duplicate ear phones photo.

    eBay, your seller told to send earphones to his address. But as per process eBay is the responsibility to return item from mine. No courier accepting to take courier. pls do need full.

      I Ordered Motorola S505 from ebay though seller name is brandstore99 but product receive in damage condition. When i told about this issue to ebay and seller brandstore99 then they told me to solve your problem through Motorola service center in manufacture warranty.

        I bought an iphone in ebay phone is not working so i returned it on 22 june 2017 still not received my money my ebay claim i'd 2957516 my paisapay i'd [protected] its more then 45 days completed when i contacting coustmer care they are saying you will receive your refund within 72 hours still i not received any money i contacted ebay more then 20 times but no response this is the worst site i ever seen

            I had a failed transaction on 12th august 2017 while trying to pay for my order, money was deducted from my freecharge wallet amount rs. Rs 4713.8 but i received no order confirmation.

            I immediately contacted ebay customer service via message and they said i will get an sms within 72 hours about my refund status.

            I received an sms much later on 17th aug 2017 that my refund was initiated on 14th aug 2017 and would be credited to me within 6-8 working days. The given timeframe has passed and i have been just waiting in vain with no sign of refund.

            Ebay customer support is pathetic they don't reply to your mails and their cs chat agents when contacted just give copy paste replies to please wait for 72 hours, i am "esacalating" your concern. How many more 72 hours do i have to wait???

            Its been such a negative experience for me, i have faced problem for the first time after so many purchases and ebay has kept me waiting for so long for refund other competitor websites like amazon, snapdeal have always refunded me within the timeframe promised and under 2-3 days.

            I have attached the details below, in case you people need to contact me just ask me here in comments or email, i have contacted you enough from my side and fedup of same copy paste replies by your customer service agents.

                Kindly stop sending me emails because i deleted your app from my phone and not planning to do any orders through your web site in the future, moreover i will advice all my friends and family never to ebay for any online orders, according to the fact that i have ordered 7 items so far and i never received a single order.
                However i had the money refunded but it's not the concept of money, i have order items from your application because i need it, and getting my money back after waiting for more than 2 months is unacceptable.
                I never received compensation for the bad experience and the waste of time.

                  I was suppose to get this dd back in january but it's been almost 8 months i haven't got my dd. As soon they closed this ticket by saying they will send a dd of 1273 rs to me and then they suspended my account. Now everytime when i contact them they say that will send the dd in 10 days but it's been month and month and i haven't got it till now.

                  I have completely lost my hope and want you guys to be aware that never trust ebay and don't buy anything from ebay or else you will end losing money like i did.

                    Hello consumer forum, hope you will help me, i am the victim of ebay they cheated me. The seller name is 'fitnesshub15' of jalandhar punjab. I ordered the gym combo dumbells for rs. 1549.

                    More than two weeks passed, the seller is not shipping my item. I tried to cancel my order to get refund. But till now seller didn't replied my mails, not picking up calls. Both ebay and seller is harassing the customers. Ebay is one of the worst, fraud, cheaters online shopping site. They attract customers with discounts, less prices, free shipping. But the story is different they are not shipping items. Ebay is saying we will take action but its totally drama. They are not doing anything. They share the money 50:50, that money they looted from customers. Can you please guide me i want to file a case in consumer court against this seller and ebay.

                    I am hearing this from last 7 days, that we are sorry, instead of saying sorry you should take strong action against the fraud seller "fitnesshub15". Not only me, he has cheated hundreds of customers.
                    Yesterday i got a message that your product has been shipped, but its totally wrong, he has not shipped my item. He gave me fake AWB[protected] number of "Safe Express Courier". This number is invalid. He mobile is switched off continuously, he is not replying mails. What can i say now, even i don't believe now ebay customer service, because both sellers and ebay employees are working hand in hand to cheat, loot customers.
                    Now i am not going to stop, i will file a case in consumer court against the fraud seller and ebay team. I will not only claim my money, whatever expenses i have to pay to court, lawyers. I will claim each and everything from ebay.

                      I have purchased cctv cable wire from ebay for setting up security camera system for home. As i'm not a professional electrician i believed ebay to provide best quality product. I just needed 40 meter of wire but it was available in 100 meter. I set up the camera system by cutting the wire according to my requirement. After final set up the camera wasn't working hence i tried every alternative wire combinations from the cable wire but finally found that the wire had short circuit. It could have damaged my security system. So i raised a complaint in ebay but they rejected the claim that i cut the wire thereby i damaged the product. Cutting the wire is the only way i can use the product. Customer has the freedom to use the product in a way best suitable for them. Cutting the wire for the usage is the normal process but they rejected the claim. When i finally said that i will approach consumer forum they said to do whatever i want. Kindly provide a favourable solution for my case.

                        Hi.., i have ordered on ebay and payed through my paytm wallet.. Nd now the seller said he can't deliver and he refund it... But how will i get my money back? As i payed through paytm... And wer will i get that back in my paytm wallet. Or. Wer?

                            Big risk to buy items with brand warranty from ebay. No returns/refund i[censored] get defective items.. I ordered calling tablet from ebay. I received defective product item.. I raise a complaint to return.. But ebay closed my claim because it has brand warranty telling me to contact service center.. I contact service center near me.. But the service center is longer operate its closed.. Anyone seeing this post.. Beware before buying refurbished products on ebay

                              It's your problem, I give the all documents, pls contact the your eBay.in team regarding the our complain . The complain not only refund my money but also 420 your coustmer . Serval times times I do email and call on your coustmer service no. [protected] but not response your side . Your company misuse my money tolret my problem .So I complain consumer Court refund my money with interest and penalty against 420 case and personal haresment .

                                I did a purchase on 16th july but my item was never shipped hence ebay approved my refund and send me refund reference number jur[protected] but i have still not got my refund. And neither am i able to get in touch with uco bank after several attempt. Uco bank dont respond to my mail and helpline is not working. And ebay team say they have already intiated my refund from their end. Cant the ebay team get involved with the bank regarding this matter and help me get my money back? What is ebay money back guarantee all about if they cant refund my money.

                                    I am roshila, i am online seller in ebay. Ebay is not giving me my money for items sold in ebay before gst was implemented.
                                    I do not have gst and i am selling item on ebay as part job from few months.
                                    They are not telling me clearly why they are not releasing my money.
                                    For all non gst seller ebay has release all amount for all non gst seller.

                                    Please help and advice me to resolve.

                                      Dear sir

                                      I am ordered mobile, asus zenfone 32gb, blue color mobile, as on date 14th aug, 2017, and total amount paid from my credit card, the amount is 8590, which showed on net add on ebay website.

                                      And 17th of august, 2017 i received asus zenfone max black, which price is 8099, as per ebay websites.

                                      Means ebay, take 500 rupees without by fraud.
                                      So pls take action immediately,

                                      Also i call several times as per mobile no which is given in invoice

                                      But nobody received my call.

                                        I make a three transactions on june 2017
                                        Due gst number on remittance on hold, i make a transaction on june only
                                        Not a july. I clear my all due and selling fees still now my remittance is not processed.. I call many times ebay toll free. I not get a proper response
                                        They will asking time and give a commitment 10th of august 2017 your remittance will processed. But still now my remittance is not processed

                                        My 15000rs stuck from 15 June and eBay is fooling me everyday that wait for 72 hrs issue is already informed to the team blah blah... eBay ceo and management people and the ####### team should be hanged and flesh should be given to dogs...Becoz they deserve it as they r holding up payment without any reason for non gst no users. Our hard earned money which we need for living is not given to us.
