I have purchased lenevo zuk z1 but after ordering and making payment through debit card.
I got information that the phone is repaired one not orignal on same day on which i ordered i cancelled my order. After which applied for refund and called many times on toll free no. And ebay staff approved refund and told me that it will be credited in bank account within 6-7 working days but it is now around more than 30 days refund is not credited.
Between these 30 days i have negotiated many times with ebay staff on toll free no. And officer in bombay and they always aksed to contact bank and contacted bank twice thrice times but they told us no sum is credited in account
They are frauds
We middle class people are suffering from such a big co.
So please i request you to help us

    Dear sir,
    This is premchand lanke i have purchased one product named "gymmart 20in1 bench with 20kg weight and two rods and all accessories" in ebay from the seller named "sportsandfitnesshub217". When at the time of purchase it is mentioned that the product will be shipped in between[protected] to[protected]. But after the purchase it is showing[protected]. I have asked the same about that to the ebay team. They are saying that they can't ask to seller. Then why they are using their website to but and how can i talk with the seller. Ebay team shared the contact details of the seller when i am calling him he is not at all responding. He is saying that today is a holiday call me tomorrow. The same word is saying daily from 4 days. When i called today he is saying that to message the details. I have sent the total details and after receiving i have not called him upto 2 hrs. After that he is not at all lifting the calls. And when i have searched his id in ebay. He is totally fake. He himself created so many fake id's and gave best comments and ratings. How ebay is supporting this. I have paid the said amount in advance. None of them are not responding. After that when i have called ebay support you said that the will be delivered by 16-aug-2017. But not yet delivered when i have asked about this issue once again the support team is saying the "we apologize for the inconvenience caused". I don't want apologies. I need the item what i have purchased. The team says that the complaint has been raised on that seller and the complaint will be rectified with in 48hrs. I will for it. But if you can't do after 48hrs i will go legally.
    Your support is saying that you the buyer need to contact the seller about the delivery. Then why are guys running the website with these fake buyers. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        These all my item purchase, paisapay id amd claim id details.
        I bought a mobile of 44000 rs from ebay.
        I received faulty mobile. I open claim against seller. Seller advice to resend back to them, but i requested to replace because i purchased new and how can i resend it to seller for servicing with in one day?
        My mobile no in order is different from account.
        I already mentioned if any problem occurs so call on my personal number.
        But ebay calls someone else who aware from my problem and by communicating with him ebay closed my claim without my permission or any discussion with me.
        I called ebay customer care i explained my problem and he agreed to reopen my claim, i have also recording of dt, but nxt day again i received mail that they can not reopen my claim.
        I do lots of mail lots of call, they just put my call on hold that it not giving any solution.
        I written lots of mail to them, i alwas got one reply that as following

        I personally contacted to ebay, talked with representative and again explained whole problem 5th or 6tj times, every time I call i need to explain everyone, Once again your presentative agree and also told me that on behalf o[censored] i am sending reopen of claim request to concern department.But more updates, No any mails nothing from ebay, they are just fooling us and jst passing our time by fake helping techniques.
        Shame on you ebay.Still if you have litte bit shame than try to solve my problem, I wasted my 45000 rs with you.I called you a smart theft who take just money from customers .and giving garbage only.

          On the very next day of order or day after that, item was blocked by ebay.in as site has already detected that they are supplying fake memory cards. Still they have not stopped delivery and allowed delivery of the product. Over and above this, after my seven or eight calls, they are still not asking me to return the product since they already know about reality that product is fake.

            Actually i have bought an "New Replacement USB Type-C Adapter to 3.5mm Earphone Headset for LeEco Le Max 2" from Ebay on 4/8/17. Following this i received this on 10/8.17. As soon i opened the packet and check the cable which is not look a like as that on the website.
            So, basically they gave me cable of another company not the original one that has the logo of company.
            On the same day, i have raised a claim about this thing.
            On 12/8/17, they rejected my claim by saying me that my claim is not eligible as per Ebay guarantee guidelines.
            Now I'm helpless. Please help me.
            I have purchased this cable from Ebay of ₹450.
            And the product is delivered by ebay is genuinely of ₹50 (because the same quality product is available in Delhi)

              Yesterday i received parcel from ebay having oneplus 5 mobile which have mrp (max retail price ) on box was rs 37999 but seller billed me rs 39888 and it is really a shameful act that how seller can cheat me like this and he also billed me gst bill which exceeds rs 2000 that mrp. I really feel cheated and now both seller and ebay are not taking my issue serious as i already told ebay and seller but they didn't tried to contact me or resolve my issue.

                I booked this product on 11 july 2017.
                I received the product in dead condition and i asked for replacement to ebay.
                No response from ebay till 02 aug 2017 saying that they are trying to contact the seller and may not supply the replacement!!.
                I was called again on 12 aug asking for pick-up and after this it will be refunded.

                As a customer i was in loss on
                1. The time delay of getting the dead product and further correspondence
                2. The money lodged with ebay from 11 aug 2017 to the date of refund

                Requesting you to get a response for the loss incurred to me as above.

                        I have paid amt of rs 7080 to ebay for mobile purchase on 27 july 17. On 6 aug ebay message that they can not delivered the item and refund is initiated. When i call them, they told to wait till 9 aug.

                        Till 10 aug, i did not get any message from ebay. Today i called their customers care for status, they told me you will get refund till 25 aug. My paid amount is converted in emi, bank will send me the bill in this month. Who will bare the interest charges.
                        If ebay is not feasible to deliver the item then why then accept the order. I want to file a case against ebay if my amount is not refunded within 3 days. I did not believe that ebay will return my money.

                          I placed order for Kylie matt 6 lipstick on 26 july and they promis to deliver it in between of 29 to 2 aug but product not arrived so i call up the courier service they also denied and inform that your product is reversed back to eBay because of some document issues so i call eBay cuestmorcare and claim for money back . Unfortunately phone got problem within 30 days and same time reported to seller and shipped the phone back to him for repair. Now it's more than 30 days after shipping the phone to seller. I shipped the phone back to seller on june last week. And after continues follow up now in august he is telling me that i have to pay for the repair. Parallely i was contacting ebay on this case and ebay was responding to me till last month and now when i reported ebay that seller is asking me money to repair a item which is in warranty. Please suggest to how to file complaint on this issue. I had also raised case with ebay grievance team. But no luck. Ebay ticket id sr-0000447. Regarding paisapay id:[protected] sr#[protected]

                                  This is premchand lanke i have purchased one product named "gymmart 20in1 bench with 20kg weight and two rods and all accessories" in ebay from the seller named "sportsandfitnesshub217". When at the time of purchase it is mentioned that the product will be shipped in between[protected] to[protected]. But after the purchase it is showing[protected]. I have asked the same about that to the ebay team. They are saying that they can't ask to seller. Then why they are using their website to but and how can i talk with the seller. Ebay team shared the contact details of the seller when i am calling him he is not at all responding. He is saying that today is a holiday call me tomorrow. The same word is saying daily from 4 days. When i called today he is saying that to message the details. I have sent the total details and after receiving i have not called him upto 2 hrs. After that he is not at all lifting the calls. And when i have searched his id in ebay. He is totally fake. He himself created so many fake id's and gave best comments and ratings. How ebay is supporting this. I have paid the said amount in advance. None of them are not responding.

                                  Dear Ebay Support you said that the will be delivered by 16-Aug-2017. But not yet delivered when i have asked about this issue once again the support team is saying the "we apologize for the inconvenience caused". I don't want apologies. I need the item what i have purchased. The team says that the complaint has been raised on that seller and the complaint will be rectified with in 48hrs. I will for it. But if you can't do after 48hrs i will go legally.
                                  Your support is saying that you the buyer need to contact the seller about the delivery. Sir this is a b2b platform. Then why are guys running the website with these fake buyers. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                    It was my first purchase with @ebayindia and i received a fake i phone 6 and its a shocker that ebay doesn't verify the sellers before getting them on board.
                                    Anyways, its been more then 26 days that i haven't received my refund. I need to know when will i get the same and the claim will resolve? Because ebay keeps saying it strongly that they resolve claims in 20 days and its not true.
                                    This is annoying and frustrating that i have to call every single day and your customer support team has the same answer, "sorry mam, but you will receive the call today" and that never happens.
                                    I want you to resolve this asap and give my refund back. I have attached my courier receipt as well for the i phone sent.

                                      I purchased one ear phone and its left plug was not working. So i compalined for the refund but they rejected my claim stating you must go to service centre. But there is no service in my state. So last week i went to kolkata service centre and they said it is not a service centre. So my request is to not sell the products where you can't give service.
