My name is pradeep rajput, living in nagpur. I have a son studying in pune. On 1st may2017, i bought an iphone (6s-64gb) from ebay and paid immediately through credit card - emi route for my son. Address given was of pune home of my son. After about 6 days i called up the seller and enquired about the delivery of the phone. I was informed that maximum delivery time was 20 days and my son will be delivered the phone within that timeframe of 20 days from the date of purchase. When i called them again on 20th may, the seller assured that the phone will be delivered within 2-3 days and miss almas from digital estore (The seller apologised for the delay). When the phone was not delivered even after 23rd may, i complained to ebay and they assured to resolve the issue. I called the seller again and they assured to deliver in a day or two. When they failed to deliver even on 26th may, i again called ebay and the seller and requested them to deliver before 29th may, as my sons exams were getting over and he was coming back home from pune to nagpur. The seller assured that they will cooperate and send the phone to nagpur address. Meanwhile ebay refused to deliver the phone to nagpur on the pretext that original delivery address cannot be changed. Even after my several requests clarifying that my son will not be available in pune after 29th may, the said phone was deliberately delivered at the pune address to my sons friend. However since i had to report any fault in product to ebay within 10 days, i had to send a person from nagpur to pune and incur an expenditure of rs 4000/- to get the phone to nagpur, just for ebays fault of not delivering the product on time and their refusal to send the delivery to nagpur. However this was the start of my sufferings, the phone was faulty and on filing a complain with ebay, i was assured by seller and ebay that they will exchange the phone. Their immediate agreement to exchange ensured that they already knew of the faulty phone and they had shipped me the faulty product deliberately. The seller assured me that they will replace the product (Which they normally do not do) with a new one, if i remove the negative rating. All this while i was talking to one ms. Almas from the selling company. I told the seller that they have to first replace the faulty phone and then i will remove the negative rating. I was told that ebay will immediately send me the replacement once i ship back the faulty phone. The phone was shipped back to chennai address of seller. This was the start of another round of torture for me. Even after receiving back the faulty phone ebay and the seller did nothing but to simply assure me that my money is safe and action is being taken and that the matter will be resolved within a couple of days. Meanwhile 45 days had passed. For next 30-35 days i had to write at least 20 mails to ebay and the seller, made number of calls to seller, but got nothing but assurances from them. After about 3 months of my paying fully to ebay for the phone and calling ebay and seller about 25+ times and writing 20+ mails and suffering mental torture and agony, i got a message from ebay and the seller that we have decided to refund your money. The seller shamefully requested me to remove the negative rating. Even after all this, i told them i will do that but they have to refund my original amount with 3 months interest, courier and transportation charges from pune to nagpur and from nagpur to chennai alongwith a compensation for the mental torture i had gone through and opportunity i lost. The seller assured me that they will pay up. By this time the phone prices had also shot up as various sales had ended by then.
Its 2nd august today and i am still to receive any concrete answers from ebay or seller.
Congratulations ebay on successfully committing frauds like this on indian consumers.

    I had bought a screen guard from the e-bay on 20 june 2017, which costs rs 219 including the delivery charges, they had sent me product which is not same as they showed online, so i raised a refund on 27 and which got approved on 29 of june, they said i will recive the dd of money with in 15 days, i haven't received it till today, i had contacted them 3 times in these days they are just bluffing me with stupid reason and extending the dates, and now again they are saying me to wait 5 more days. When i asked them the what about the previous courier tracking id which was given by them, they are saying it was tying mistake.

        This is to inform the concern authority that ebay india has illegally withhold my payment for the products that i sold on ebay in the month of june, each product delivery was confirmed on 11 & 24 june 2017 but ebay has stopped my payment for the reason if not submitting gst no.

        As per govt of india, gst is only applicable from 1 july 2017, where as my products were sold and confirmed on by 30 june 2017 then how come ebay withhold it in the pretext of non compliance with gst?

        Ebay's last email dated 30 june clearly states that "those sellers who don't want to continue selling on ebay needs to clear all dues towards ebay and then only ebay will release payment."

        As per above email i have paid all my payment for invoice of june month along with charges for refunded transactions, yes ebay even charged me for refunded transactions.

        First they asked me to clear invoice payment, then they said it would be released on 25 july and now they are saying 01 aug 2017

        I have already told ebay customer care executive that i am not going to sell on ebay so no questions of submitting gst no...

        Ebay india how many times do i have to tell you - i am not going to sell on ebay, not sold anything after 6 june, my remittance was due on 6 july for sales conducted with confirmed delivery receipt on by 30 june 2017.

          All futures working ok, but only one use "fingerprint" problem please understand
          Date 01/08/2017 when went your company service center, they refused to do service and they said this set imported from china we con't do service though it was purchased from you on line. The cost of the set was rs.36, 000/- above.
          The details of purchase was mentioned above.
          Kindly advise me how i can get my problem rectified.
          Once again i request you to look into the matter immediately.
          If not i have to choose other way to rectify.

            I had purchased iphone 6+ 64gb space grey from ebay seller (Digital_estore) ([protected]) on 15th april 2017 but due to some defect in hadset my home button had stopped working from 2days and rest all the functions are working properly so i kindly request for your reply asap coz its just 2months pasht i ad purchased and my hadset is still in seller warranty period.               I have taken original samsung charger and found that it is not working now. Its warranty is about 6 month for above given original samsung charger sold by ebay.in. I do not know that how a reputed company doing like that. Its reputation is continiously going to decrease. If you have to maintain your status in the market then please supply original product like amazon, flipcart, etc.
              So i would like to appeal that please replace my samsung charger and provide me original charger as soon as possible.

                  I had bought a iphone case from ebay. When i received the product, it was different to what was shown in the pictures and also very poor quality. Immediately i opened a refund request in ebay (Claim #3046918). Ebay rejected it next day saying try contacting the seller. I requested the seller and he agreed over mail to process the refund for which he asked me to open a ebay claim. I again contacted ebay to open my claim. Ebay took its own time and finally rejected saying it's not in their policy to process such refunds. They are in no mood to get the money refunded. I have no option now to get my refund.
                  They are simply misleading people by saying "ebay guarantee - 100% satisfaction or refund/replacement". Need some action on these guys as they are fooling consumers.

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    I want to lodge a complaint against ebay for cheating customers with bad quality of products, then further not resolving any issue/complaint made to them regarding bad quality of products
                    I had bought three items and had received bad quality of products, thus opened ebay claim. Following happened for three items.
                    The pillow received was torn hence i shipped it back, which ebay promised to pay the shipping charges as well, but they denied reception of the pillow, though receipts was provided to them
                    Then i received a fake skull candy headphones which again i courier it back and that too was rejected with above mentioned cause.
                    Third was a refurbished ambrane powerbank and i received an empty parcel with only one cable.

                          Jayshree dey, prashant walunj, sachin rupnar, neha, and rajinder kaur from the ebay support, who were not able to handle my case and release my payment. Even tough i have cleared all the dues, paid all the invoices and cleared all claims. Still after 20 days, i have to beg like beggers to give my own money back. I hope you are happy in making my life miserable. But i will stop at nothing until i am given my payment and will also sue you, for the harassment caused.

                                  I purchased an led tv, 50 inch samsung led from ebay, seller name is lingoimpex with ayear seller warranty. After 4 months it has problem displaying a vertical line on the screen. As he responded thru ebay messages told me to send the item back to him. I did the same.

                                  After that he is not responding to my mails and phone calls. The ebay people told me wait for 72 hours. After every 72 hours i called back the ebay customer care the same old answer wait for 72 hours.

                                  I sent the item to the seller and he received it 4 months ago. Still i don't any updates from the seller and as well as from ebay.in

                                    This is to inform the concern authority that ebay india has illegally withhold my payment for the products that i sold on ebay in the month of june, each product delivery was confirmed on 12 june but ebay has stopped my payment for the reason if not submitting gst no.

                                    As per govt of india, gst is only applicable from 1 july 2017, where as my products were sold and confirmed on 12 june then how come ebay withhold it in the pretext of non compliance with gst?

                                    Ebay's last email dated 30 june clearly states that "those sellers who don't want to continue selling on ebay needs to clear all dues towards ebay and then only ebay will release payment."
                                    As per above email i have paid all my payment for invoice of june month along with charges for refunded transactions, yes ebay even charged me for refunded transactions.
                                    First they asked me to clear invoice payment, then they said it would be released on 25 july and now they are saying 31 july.

                                    I have already told ebay customer care executive that i am not going to sell on ebay so no questions of submitting gst no...

                                    Ebay india how many times do i have to tell you - i am not going to sell on ebay, not sold anything after 6 june, my remittance was due on 6 july for sales conducted with confirmed delivery receipt on 12 june.

                                    Refund me final value fees for " refunded transactions with paisapay i'd - [protected], [protected]. Reference number - 1_[protected]

                                    Kindly provide me help to recover my payment from ebay.

                                    I have already contacted ebay customer service for 6-7 times and everyday new excuse us being shoved to greivance.
                                    I have mentioned my PaisaPay ID, kindly resolve it ASAP.

                                    If ebay is really want to reach out to me then call my registered mobile number, email or on ebay message.

                                    No I am not going to contact eBay on your non existent platform of lies and decite.

                                    I want my remittance paid in full.

                                        I have purchase aver tv express 009 m798b tv tuner card from ebay india. The product is not fitted in my personal computer. When i claim to ebay they have deny to return or replacement. The continuous follow up with customer support according to them & given instruction regarding exchange or return i have do so. Lastly company have refuse to return the product & refund.
