I, vijay r, (Ph number: [protected]) had ordered samsung galaxy a9 pro (Order id:[protected] on 12th july 2017 through ebay. It's price rs. 21, 999/-. Purchase order number:[protected]. I received the product on 17th july 2017.
It is a refurbished mobile. But i don't need refurbished mobile. So i want to return it to ebay. And i need my money back. I have sent a mail to them, to collect the mobile from me and refund the amount. Complaint claim id: 3048459.

I also talked on phone with the customer care executive, mr. Sudheer, of ebay, to this number : [protected]. Then he said me to contact the seller, mayanka sachdev, to the phone number [protected]. It seems he would not oblige to our query.

I have ordered a skullcandy earphone with mic but received the duplicate one without mic when i complained about it they registered the complaint and cancelled it after 2 days without giving any explanation. When i queried about it they said i didn't submit any proof regarding the wrong product. Greetings this is regarding paisapay id: [protected]. I raised a complaint with the grievance department because i received a faulty device which the seller agreed to repair under the warranty but sent it back to me in the same state after two weeks. Over the phone, i was told by ms janaki gupta of the escalation team that the seller has agreed to offer refund for the purchase. She asked me to send pictures of the product and she would arrange a return pickup. This was on saturday. I have sent the pictures to insellerverification email address and have been sending mails to the grievance department but haven't heard back from anyone. And ebay customer care just tells me they can't contact the escalation department. I was asked by the grievance team not to send the phone back to the seller again even though he was willing to fix it because they told me they would get me the refund. However, now they've stopped responding to emails and there is no other way to get in touch with them. Please let me know what i should do now. Sachit batra.

I have booked one watch which cost around 2699 rs, i have received watch, due to some technical issues i have returned the product, from april till i have not yet received refund amount from them, if i call cc they will till stupid story, still we have not yet received tracking number, it's already 4 months passed. Guys don't ever buy from ebay.

On june 16, 2017, I bought a sony power bank fro ebay india nline shopping site and I got confirmation Ebay PaisaPay-id [protected] and item id[protected] the seller shipped the item on 17th. june, 2017with FEDEX-Airway bill[protected], ( item should be delivered To Sanjoy Elangbam c/o, MANIPUR STATE RURAL DEVELOPMENTAGENCY/DEPARMENT, 4TH FLOORSECURE OFFICE COMPLEX AT LINE NORTH AOC IMPHALMANIPUR 795001 INDIA) the EBAY/FEDEX was unable to delivered the same till date. Although I requested to be resent or refunded, SELLER/EBAY INDIA did not accepted my claim and ebay did not given me a chance for raising a claim in time, they blocked their systems too. they blamed on me that the item they shipped has been delivered as per ebay . Hi, i am a seller on ebay.in and my ebay seller id is sathya_in (Email id is [protected]@gmail.com). I sold two items before the roll out of gst. As per my ebay membership, the amount is to be transferred to my bank account on 17th july 2017 and 24th july 2017. My paisapay account is put on hold after 1st july 2017 as i have not updated gstn. As i am ineligible to get gstn, i contacted ebay on this issue. They instructed me to pay all paisapay fee to ebay and clear all the cases. If did so, there won't be any problem in receiving payment. I did as i was instructed. But the amount was not transferred to my account as per the remittance cycle. I contacted ebay on 18th july 2017 and they said the amount will be remitted on next remittance cycle that is 20th july 2017. But it didn't happen. I again contacted ebay but they told me to wait till next remittance day which is 24th july 2017. This time also ebay didn't transfer the amount to my bank account. Also my remittance for 24th july 2017 was also not remitted on this day. I contacted ebay and they told me to wait till i get an update. So far even after 7 days i have not received any update. I am writing here because there are times i have waited more than 6 months to get payment. I didn't want it to happen again. Hope to get a resolution sooner.

I'm selling one product on ebay 2 june 2017. The product is delivered on 5th june 2017, buyer is not aware of making delivered in ebay my paisapay.. After considering 15 days later the product is treated as received by ebay law on 18 june 2017.
After this ebay paisay pay taking 4.5% charges from total value as well as service tax 15%, thn my remittance date is 10 july (21 days which is for long)
Hold the account on 25th for some other reason..
Govt says gst on 1st july onward for selling, i'm individual not doing business. I paid my final value fees with service charge before that 28th june 2017. Ebay making unethical /un official things for the sellers holding the payment for interest in ebay account

I bought a phone from ebay.in by the seller importedmall15. This phone is a bad phone. I am not even sure if the imei number is valid or not. It started giving battery issue and keeps going dead.

The seller goes by the name of "akhilesh jha" and ever since i called him to report this shipment, he has switched off his phone and is not taking any calls.
I feel totally cheated. He's obviously aware of the scam he has done.

I checked on consumer complaints portal and found multiple complaints under ebay by the name of this seller. This is a scam going on and i am a new victim.

I have contacted you enough times with NO resolution so far. I found the phone is 3 years old and well out of warranty, I am unable to raise a claim because its more than 10 days, but this is absolute fraud!
I have provided my Paisa Pay ID, kindly look up the details and try to contact me. It's ridiculous when all an unhelpful team has to say is "Since we can't reach you". Who are you kidding?
