I, vijay r, (Ph number: [protected]) had ordered samsung galaxy a9 pro (Order id:[protected] on 12th july 2017 through ebay. It's price rs. 21, 999/-. Purchase order number:[protected]. I received the product on 17th july 2017.
It is a refurbished mobile. But i don't need refurbished mobile. So i want to return it to ebay. And i need my money back. I have sent a mail to them, to collect the mobile from me and refund the amount....

As per my complaint since no action has been taken. I find it totally hopeless now and i am beginning to wonder i will never use ebay services ever again. I bought a product on 11 july, my product id is[protected]. I didnt get the product and also havent got the money back.

Ebay resolved my complaint without even listening to my side of the story.
The product quality is cheap and the cover does not fit properly. There are several design errors.

I bought a phone from ebay.in by the seller importedmall15. This phone is a bad phone. I am not even sure if the imei number is valid or not. It started giving battery issue and keeps going dead.

The seller goes by the name of "akhilesh jha" and ever since i called him to report this shipment, he has switched off his phone and is not taking any calls.
