Dear Sir,

I have made return request on ebay for delivering product which is not as per description before approx. 2 months and continuously in follow up but unfortunately i did not get any feedback from their side and both seller and ebay told me to talk vise a versa. Now what should i do to get my refund?

I need t return this product because the same will be not as per the information described on ebay portal. And therefore I made a return request of the product within 48 hours of the item received. Moreover so many times I contacted ebay care and seller too but both are said that communicate with seller or ebay or vise-a-versa.

I am hereby requesting you to please look after the said matteron early basis and do needful for the same.

    The product listing is by cell4ever24_mmmlt and is on the ebay mobile's section. It's been 8 days since the buying of this product. I am still waiting for them to respond.

    You have reached me and I have taken the call, please don't tell lies here. I have the call record to prove that you have called me. you also asked me to provide bank details which I denied telling you folks have all the details why not just initiate the refund and close the call. This is very pathetic service.

    Ebay customer care did call me today @3:11PM and the call went for 2 Minute 28 Seconds and all they asked me is to take my bank details. While they have all the details when I paid the product cost. Why asking again? Here is the number where the call came from [protected]

      I posted my first product on ebay and i got one hit for it. That person do not pay me the money for it and further i deleted that product from my account in within 2 days.
      Now ebay are demanding the sum of rs 2050 for listing the product. They further said that i had a period of about 20 days to refund the charges which they are demanding for me. For that i had to request in the time frame for getting that refund. The customer care executive of ebay had kept me in dark about such policies and said it will be automatically refunded after some time.
      Now, i told them about all this but they are not listening to it and sending emails asking about the money.
      Ebay is doing injustice by framing their own rules and regulations and cheating us.

        Today we received iphone-6, when we opened the box, there is no head phone and charger & mobile also second hand, i thought that iphone is a well reputed company that makes very reliable and good products. However, based on my experiences so far with your product, i think i might be wrong in assuming that.             Between 5th and 7th june 2017, i had purchased 7 sets (Of 2 each) costly live rose plants from "the live farm", avinashi @ rs. 599 per set on the basis of images displayed on ebay. On flowering, all the plants turned out to be country (Desi) roses worth not more than rs. 50/- per set. Now, neither the vendor, nor ebay are responding to my mails.

              I had ordered a techbyte usb 2.0 to 2.5" sata 22p laptop hard drive adapter cable converter #[protected]. I received junk product instead. I have contacted the seller and ebay with in 10 days after the delivery against this (Paisapay id [protected]).

              When i asked for refund via ebay, they said you need to contact seller and when i asked the seller what is the amount of refund should i get, then no reply from seller after multiple reminder.

              I do not know what is the role of ebay on this as they mention in the site (Returns accepted within 30 days after the item is delivered)

              I would like to get my money refund back. Please help me to get the proper resolution.

                    I have been a member of ebay india website since october 2016. I was selling stamps on their site as it was my hobby. For this they collect the payment of sales from the buyer on the site and remit us the balance after deducting their commission or fees. As a seller we also pay the listing fees for the items listed for sale and that is billed separately for each month.

                    The issue is that i have stopped receiving the remittance for my sale since 28/06/2017 (Date of last remittance received). And as of today ebay.in owes me rs.8190 for sale of my items and customer having already paid the amount to ebay.in.

                    These sales have already been concluded before 01/07/2017 i. E. Effective date of application of gst. As it was just a hobby i will not be getting a gst number nor i have listed any new items for sales.

                    I have already cleared all my dues to ebay.in and provided all the facts of the matter to them via email and online chat on their site.

                    Please help me to get my dues.

                      I ordered for folding cupboard almirah (Seller trends_india) e bay on 20th june 2017 & paid money 3798/- by net banking (Paisapay id [protected]). I received confirmation e mail from e bay regarding order which expected to reach me 23 - 26 june.in july, the seller on contacting replied that he has not received any orders from e bay & advised me to contact customer support.

                      I wrote couple times & raised a issue (Through my ebay account) but with no response from ebay. On call to customer support, the lady was unable to trace the details & asked me to write to specific email id. But the e mails from e bay (Different persons) ask either to send again paisapay id or reporting paisapay id is wrong. Even after sending the email copy from ebay (Depicting the paisapay id), they are unable to do anything. Till today, matter is unsolved. Money paid from bank of india is not reverted.

                            I ordered a ps4 game from ebay.in and i received a game cd case without the cd!! I raised a claim at ebay but they were unable to refund my money!! All my money is lost now i dont know what to do. The seller is also not responding accordingly.. Please help

                            There was an ebay packing at the outer packing as i have attached the images. The inner packing was a cardboard. There was an transparent tape on the outer packing see images. The outer packing seems alright to me but just there was a transparent tape see images. There was no cd in the case of the game that i ordered. I just received the empty game box. The value of the cd is the whole value the product rs.2700. And also the seller is very rude to me in the conversation that i had with him over the phone.

                              My product, a hair styler by philips reached me in a faulty state. No action was taken by ebay even after multiple complaints and promises to come back, no mail/phone was done. The seller threatened me and even after informing the same to ebay customer care, nothing happened. ₹ 3000 worth a product and no help whatsoever from ebay.
                              I didn't receive any original invoice from the seller that clearly indicates the intention of the seller. Ebay even after promising to get back after my multiple mails/calls has not responded.
                              This is a clear cheating case and how ebay is fooling people along with the sellers registered. I really want to urge people that no products should be bought from ebay.

                                  I had ordered a techbyte usb 2.0 to 2.5" sata 22p laptop hard drive adapter cable converter #[protected]. I received junk instead. I have contacted the seller and ebay with in 10 days after the delivery against this (Paisapay id [protected]).


                                  When i asked for refund via ebay, they said you need to contact seller and when i asked the seller what is the amount of refund should i get, then no reply from seller after multiple reminder.

                                  I do not know what is the role of ebay on this as they mention in the site (Returns accepted within 30 days after the item is delivered)

                                  I would like to get my money refund back. Please help us to get the proper resolution.

                                    My ebay seller id is baymax_kr. I've sold a product on ebay which i couldn't sell on olx in the month of may 2017. I'm supposed to get payment of rs.12, 000+ from ebay on 21st june which they holded saying that i've not updated my gstin number. But as i just sold one of my products & don't want to do business on ebay or any other sites, i don't have a gstin number, after repititive calls, i was told that they've considered my request and payment will be done. But till today they've not done it, it's been more than 1 month from the time i'm supposed to get my payment done & more than 2 months from the time i sold my product with ebay. And the worst part is they're completely clueless about when my issue is solved, whenever i get back to them through their customer service team, i get various replies & timelines out of which none makes a point. Please help me in solving the issue.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I buy a lens (Nikon 55 - 200 mm) for my nikon 3200 dslr camera. The product was not properly fixing in my camera mount.
                                      After that i raised the claim on 29th june 2017. Then two to three days later from ebay they call me and say's that with in 48hrs our seller will call back you regarding your claim like that.

                                      On friday evening i got the call from ebay customer care they told that we are going to close the claim. I asked y they response that your purchased
                                      Product is not suitable for your camera model like that i asked ok where you mentioned the camera models suitable for this lens.

                                      In item description they mentioned suitable for nikon camera. I attached the screenshot of the item description.

                                      Still now that means today (12th july 2017) no one is called from seller side i keep on trying to ebay customer care to explain the situation but they are not ready simply they saying that "sir with in 48hrs surely they will call" that's it.

                                      So pls help me to provide the quick response. I mentioned the purchased details below

                                        Hello there,

                                        I have ordered a memory card from ebay.in on 30-jun-17 of make ultra.
                                        The product was delivered on 5th july 2017. It was of sandisk make, which was not actually the product that was ordered.
                                        After opening the product i found that it was a fake product, the memory card is actually just a piece of plastic with golden paint for contact points [please refer the attached images.]
                                        I immediately contacted ebay and demanded a refund, as the product was under ebay guarantee scheme. First, ebay assured me that the refund will be immediately within 2 days, but now they are sending me mail that the claim has been rejected.
                                        Following is the email received from them regarding the claim rejection.

                                        We would like to inform you that we're closing this claim as it is not eligible as per ebay guarantee* guidelines. Please visit the following link for more details on ebay guarantee:

                                        Now i am stuck with a dummy card and ebay is not taking responsibility for the claim they are making on site. I even talked to their customer support, they say that be assured and then they are just sending the rejection claim.

                                        I feel that they are just buying time after which i would not be able to ask for claim. Please kindly help me to file and fir against ebay and the seller for selling fake products online and publicize this so that indian consumers wont be fooled with these kind of sites and sellers.

                                        Unless we dont take action against such sites they will just keep robbing fellow citizens.

                                        Who ever has written this reply is just for compliance, to any one who is reading this please remember that eBay has most pathetic support and also they will just keep you hanging by making fake promises.

                                        I am being thrown for 1 day to another day, just for the small amount of my hard earned money.
                                        Now your pathetic customer care says that the complaint was raised for a fake card, and asked me to raise a new complaint about dummy card as these both are two different words.

                                        So I feel that you are just buying time by putting me to grammar test and difference between fake and dummy as words, despite mentioning in the complaint that it's just a piece of plastic, despite sending you pictures of the fake [dummy] card.

                                        Please send me details of your company [communication address/ manager / Phone number] and complete details of the seller so I can file a consumer complaint and also a police complaint against Ebay and The seller under IPC Section 486, selling counterfeit goods and collaborating in selling duplicate and counterfeit goods.
