28-jun-2017 : i placed an order for lg g6 64gb (Item[protected] and amount piad rs 35675.85 and paisapay id is [protected]

My ebay id is "rizwanf"

Seller never dispatched the item, never replied my mails and not reachable on phone.

6-jul-2017 : ebay intiated the request and customer care told refund will be done by 9-jul-2017.

11-jul-2017: when contacted customer care again told to wait for 2 days and forwarded my refund request to his higher authority.

Now after reading horrifying experience of other users regarding refund i put my complaint here

If ebay.in is not going to refund my money soon, i am will go to consumer court for holding my money and harassment.

Dear sir, today i got samsung galaxy on nxt 32 gb phone through courier. But it has battery issue. When i got phn i charge it at 100% but suddenly it falls down to 88 % then 72 in hardly 5 minutes. I'm not happy wid d same.& sim ejection pin was also not there in box. I tried calling seller but not reachable.

I had ordered a powerbank[protected] i received junk instead. I have contacted the seller and he thinks that people from dtdc might have stolen the powerbank and filled the box with junk. The paisapay customer service is harassing me. Calling my home everyday to send an email which i already have 2-3 time.
The paisa pay team is a group of harassers! They call everyday which i have told them multiple times not to. Email me. I am in us and they harrass my parents back in india. After a 2 months they asked me ship back the junk back. What do they think, we are going to save all the junk for 2 months for them to "resolve" the matter?

And finally rejected my claim.

I bought a lumia 1320 battery amounting 999 on 17 th june. The payment was successful from my bank but during the redirection to ebay page the browser shut down & no confirmation of order was sent but amount was deducted. Though i contacted customer support several times & sent my account statement but no refund occurred since now. I sent them my account statement to their refferd email id :[protected]@ebay.com. They are taking 6 to 8 days in every times when i am contacting but giving no solution. I first informed them on 19 th june monday as 18 th was holiday (Sunday). This kind of harassment is not unexpected

My name is Karthikeyan J, I recently purchased a jawbone up3 from ebay.in and found it was not working when it was delivered . informed the same to eBay and seller, now they are telling it's under manufacturer warrant and can't provide replacement or refund .

I had 3000 for purchasing the jawbone up3 which is waste of my hard earned money .

im really disappointed with eBay and fraud sellers in eBay .

my sincere advice is to not buy anything from ebay.in

I have opened 1 dispute and accepted from seller to wait 2 weeks for item. Item has not been received, but dispute is not reachable. Order is:[protected] from seller deals1688

I learned that opening a dispute is useless because the seller offers to send the item, after some time, diupute is closed and item id not arrive. So, I always lost my money..
What can I do save my money and recover my trust on eBay?

The order supposed to delivery on 3rd july but i didn't receive my order yet, but i am receiving messages from blue dart courier that my order is delivered so when i called to blue dart customer care they told order is deliver to me only but i didn't receive any order and after registering complaint in blue dart they told with in evening i will get my order but it been 5 days i didn't get any information about my order and without delivering my order i got email confirmation from ebay also that my order is delivered so i request you to please check and delivery my order as soon as possible and please do take some action regarding this type of problems which happening. I purchased New Imported Xiaomi Redmi 4A Duos Dua from ebay on 26th of June.
On the next day I got the mail that your product has been shipped by ARAMEX courier service.
On 4th day I got the mail that the Item has been delivered successfully. But in reality I doesn, t got my product. I track down the history using tracking courier service. So I found that the product has been delivered to wrong address.
I am a residential of State Maharashtra and the tracking record was showing me some other.
I called to the courier service, they told me that the product has been returned to the ebay.
I contacted to the ebay again, they told that you have to wait up to 6th of july then you can raise the claim.
I raised the claim on 6th of july.
The seller contacted me on 7th of july and told me that your product has returned to us. And your payment will be refunded within 3-4 days.

At the evening of 7th july, the mail came from ebay that your claim has been rejected because the product has been delivered to you.
I called lot many times to the costumer care of ebay several time, everytime they are saying me to keep a patience from last 8 days, and now they closed my claim.
I neither got my product nor getting my refund.

I buy an iphone from ebay and after 5 day order cencel.
Not give product
Why ebay book product its cheating fraud by ebay.
No guaranty you got product loss time transtation charge and most valuable your time.

I have ordered for redmi note 4 backcover. One courier boy from bluedart called yesterday(5th june) nd said said item will be delivered on 6th june. And he was highly arrogant while talking, nd tdy 6th june he hasnt called nd he is not receiving the call also. And i got a message stating tht item has been delivered. What the ###### is this, worst online shopping ever. I have logged a complaint against this in consumer court and i have a solid proof tht you people have cheated me. Now come to consumer court nd answer. Rubbish.. ###### off ebay...

I have purchased xbox 360 CD which is not working and had more scratches. Even i have sent photos here. Fraud ebay has rejected my refund claim. they said its tangible item and seller is big fraud not cooperating. i lost my 700rs for nothing..all my friends told ebay is fraud and they sellers are fake and links with ebay but still i purchased taking rish..better to stick with amazon like sites

Ebay is not remitting my money to bank which i sold with PaisaPay ID [protected]. Even i received the confirmation from ebay that "Buyer sallu853 has confirmed the receipt of item". More than a month now and they are holding my money. by the way they charge huge on selling items..ebay is nothing but big fraudsters..give my money back..i have spent 400rs on shipping...PaisaPay is big fraud..RBI should ban it..just loot and not giving customer money back...refer tot he screen shot confirmation from so called Paisa pay fraudsters...

I purchased an iphone 6 in the third month of this year on 27th. After using it for a while i realized that the mike of the phone is not working up to the mark as i got voice cracking complaints from my friends being on other side of the line, one side of the headset is also not working, so i planned to get it checked from apple store, they told me with proo[censored]sing emei number that its a second hand phone purchased in usa in october 2014 plus the headsets are also duplicates. Ebay seller is not taking any responsibility infact they are not even taking the responsibility of getting it refunded or replaced, they are asking me to courier it to them and they will see to it but not replace or refund. Its a total fraud case and i am scared that if i will courier it to them then they gonna keep this phone and my money too.
Please help me.

I have ordered Fossil analog Gold dial women's watch-ES3435 from ebay on 24 may 2017. And my Paisa Pay ID is [protected]. I received different colour from ebay and I return it back on 26th May 2017. I have contacted company many time and they have committed they will refund my payment with in 15 working days and I'm looking for my payment but no proper support from company.
