I have ordered Brand New (Open Seal) Micromax Canvas 5 E481 on 24th June 2017 from ebay.in .As i received the product with assurity from ebay that product is in 6 months warranty. The phone is not working from day 1.I have contacted to the Micromax service center and got the authorised letter stating that product is not in warranty .I have followed with ebay and seller with all the required details to ebay but Ebay is still denying about expired warranty and not giving the refund back.order number is[protected].
I am attaching the mail communication and other required documents
Please can you help me in this .

My remittance status is suspended by eBay India my ID is raz-danis and my remittance is put on hold what's wrong with the ebay not give any reason for the account and suspended any time... The customer service is worst when call cc 15 to 30 minute waiting period... For sellers please contact me for this concern.. Or contact me to [protected] and please improve ur customer service

Sir, I am a seller on ebay.in.My user id is sibr7059.I sold my products on thier website last month, and for that Ebay.in has to do me the payment of Rs.14-16000.But they block my payment and they are forcing me to provide GSTIN number.All the transactions were of before 21st June.Currently I don't want to register for GST, due to some problems.But they are forcefully asking me to provide GST number for releasing payment.For 21st June transactions, there is no need to apply GST.They didn't send me Email or Sms, that they are going to block my payment if I don't provide them GSTIN number, otherwise I would never sell on thier website.This is completely unfair.Tell them, I don't want to continue business with them and tell them to release my complete payment.

My name is Rahul krishna. I bought a Yu Yureka battery from Ebay.in and the battery was not working properly. I filed the complaint forreplacement or refund on Ebay. They declined the complaint saying the product comes under manufacturing warranty. But the Yu company has stopped produced the battery for Yu Yureka and declined manufactural warranty. Still Ebay is not ready to reopen the claim. And a small buyer like me might not be important to Ebay but each one counts in the long run. And the customer service must know that we paid the price for the product that they gave us. And it was not our fault the product was damaged. They talk like they have nothing to do with this. Anyway no Ebay from nowon👍.

This is to inform you that I am facing a major issue with eBay.in as I had still not-at-all received my full refund Rs.19022.86/- against eBay.in for missing transactions.
It was on last Friday - 30th June 2017 at 10:49AM in the Morning, I was trying to buy a BlackBerry Priv 32GB 3GB 5.4" 18MP 2MP Black Colour eBay item number/item id :[protected] using 11% off Special coupon [XVZXQJM9K1] I tried using debit card for the transaction which was processed successfully from the Punjab National Bank but from the eBay.in I got the following message - "your transaction cannot be processed, please try another mode of payment" but the money of Rs.19022.86/- has been debited from my Punjab National Bank account but EBAY says -"your transaction cannot be processed, please try another mode of payment".
I was shocked, I immediately contacted the eBay.in customer care number, they said that It was a missing transaction case and my money will be back in my Punjab National Bank account within 72 hours, and also moreover they gave me missing transaction case complaint number :[protected].
then after fews hours later they did not even bother to reply me back or resolve my problems.

I am very-much-frustrated and I am seriously considering to raise a funds scam complaint in a Consumer's Forum Court and sue them for the mental torture that they impart on me.
So, I therefore kindly request you from the every very corner bottom of my heart that please Sir/Madam to kindly do the needful and refund my full amount of Rs.19022.86/- as soon as possible so that I can again use the amount to purchase product from eBay.in.
Already 72 hours has been passed since last Friday - 30th June 2017 at 10:49AM in the Morning but the refund amount of Rs.19022.86/- from eBay.in has not-at-all been processed from their side (eBay.in) till now.

I contacted ebay to complain this they contacted ebay n told me the seller will dispatch the second piece soon seller also seny me an email stating the same but haven't dispatched it and ebay is not issue refund ans giving reson that seller is not responding so they have to wait

I ordered Samsung 64 gb micro SD memory card through eBay, Item id[protected] and paid amount through paisapay id-[protected] on 1st May 2017, but not received item till now, so I want my deducted amount Rs 599/- by net banking.
I got call from your representative about my order, but my order was put on hold as it was not available at that moment, but many days passed and I want my money back or I will have to complain to consumer forum.

I receive internal damaged phone when i claim they say me to return phone i return phone then seller say me they receive empty box. But box weight is 340gm or empty box weight is only 20-30gm. Then claim team contact me contact me and say me that request indian post to write declariaction letter with weight proof. But indian post officer has say me they not have authority to write letter they not have permission. But indian post officer has say you receive a slip of paper when you book parcel.in slip everything is mentioned like weight, date, time, place, tracking number. Recently i ordered a phone on ebay but the phone was not of good quality and have some problem in it so i returned the product the seller agreed to refund the amount in the form of demand draft but it has been more than a month no demand draft is received. My claim number of ebay guarantee is 2874934
The refund is of rs 4000
Whenever i call they say that we are accelerating your complaint and we will get you back soon but no response is recieved

I bought a "lenovo zuk z1" mobile through ebay.in,
But it is totally defective piece, packing was worst,
Invoice sent to me is dated 01.12.2016 and was in favour of someone else.

I complained against it to ebay but they responded totally not satisfactory.

I bought a new mobile on ebay just in few weeks it was not working properly home button failure software problems mobile hanging. I went to the service center of redmi they told that the product is duplicate and ebay is not authorized dealer so we can't help you then i realized that i was cheated. I contacted seller he was not at all replying properly. I was fed up. I want my money to be refunded

Bought thru ebay

Product bot thru ebay on 25 may.
Received on 27th.
Immediately complained to ebay and to sarf trading that the mobile is faulty as it is getting rebooted every few minutes.
They asked me to go to samsung.
Samsung confirmed its faulty and that i should go to vendor and get it replaced.

I rushed to sarf trading office and since then, they have been playing games.
The convinced me that if i do factory setting it will be resolved, athough in front of them also it rebooted twice. Mr ibrahim their boss is witness to it.
However, inspite of a factory reset it was not resolved.
So sent it back to them.

Now they say they have repaired it and want me to accept it.

I refuse as i believe its a factory fault defect and hence i demand a replacement or a full refund. They did not repair it at samsung although it is under warranty. There is no guarantee the mobile is repaired and i will not have same problem again.

There is no reason for me to accept a faulty new handset.

I have a chain of correspondences with them on ebay portal to no avail.

It is obvious that they are a fraudulant company that sells either refurbished handsets or stolen ones and hence cannot return it back to their vendor.

I have purchased heasets from ebay which are of sony/jbl/mi and all these headsets which have delivered to me are fake products. When i raised a claim on these, ebay has rejected my claim with a silly reason saying that the claim is not under ebay guarantee rules. I have then contacted ebay customer care and they have asked to contact seller. If iam contacting then what ebay will do. Please do not trust ebay and sellers associated with ebay they are selling all fake electronic products. You can go for flipkart/amazon where they provide good service to customers for these types issues. Dont buy any electronics goods from ebay. They are cheating...

I have purchased a lenovo hand set from ebay. The product was in worse condition as if someone has used it before. When i asked for the ebay gaurantee claim, they told me that the complete process may take the maximum of 10-15days. I daily received a message that product would be collected from place today but by the end of the day no one visits to collect it and despite this i used to get a fake message in the evening that someone has visited our place to collect the product but we were not available. Finally
On the 15th day my product was reserved picked from my place but after that i had received no revert from their team. On talking to the customer support number they every time give the assurance to sort the matter at the earliest by prioritizing my complaint. But it never happens. Today its been the 5 days since the reverse pickup was done and on contacting their team, they need around 3-4 days time to revert me back with the status.

They are not giving the exact picture and not refunding the amount. Moreover they are demanding 10-15 days more time.

Also on contacting them they become rude and disconnect the call in between.

I bought a watch from ebay which i returned and still i did not recieve the refund. I have been chasing ebay since february beginning for the same.

I reached out the escalation point as well and always get to know that the draft will be dispatched in1 day but still no progress. Tried calling[protected] but no one is picking up the call.

It is really strange behaviour of customer support executives. I think 5 months are more then enough so as to dispatch a dd for refund.
