    (Sub: fraudulent ebay and seller listed (Name - lingoimpex)

    Despite of several calls and complain against ebay guys yet hardly any resolution seen, but wake up team now it’s high time to clear the pending files and stop injustice happening per day with each second customers.
    Case - i bought a samsung led tv 55 inch from ebay through lingoimpex (A big fraud seller in saket - delhi (Mr. Joy – [protected]). Seller cancelled the order as i refused to give bribe/extra money to deliver to my home town in jamshedpur. Another order placed to deliver different product with extra amount agreed to get paid this time. Seller called to deliver the different specification of tv and again cancelled the order without anyone concerned, when i asked the same product for which i paid and freezed the order. And above all quickly updated their website too.

    Ebay giving very poor customer service and unable to help on this concern as per the team manager – mr. Vishal as per my last discussion with him. The worst part is a iq between a cs agent and cs manager has no difference.

    This time urgently looking/seeking to file a severe complain against such seller ebay and lingoimpex (A typical delhi based seller) who are all misleading the customer and enjoying with their hard earned money.

      I have placed order for powebank but I have Received only cover. I registered a complaint also in their web site vide no 294-0051. But my request was rejected. Please check and take appropriate action. Originally I have placed complaint without opening the packet suspecting that it was light in weight than mentioned on the packet. I was asked to open and put the photos. After opening the same, it was rejected saying that the product is as per order. I was cheated by them. Please check and take appropriate action.

          I had purchased anycast dongle from ebay which were not working for my lenovo k3 phone and samsung tablet. Hence i had placed request to refund or replacement the product.

          I had received response from your manufacturer that please send product to us will examine and advise you.

          I had returned anycast dongle via fedex courier # pnqch7 in 2016. Still have not received either product back neither any replacement or refund.

          Could you please look into this and advise accordingly

            Under the instructions received from and on behalf of my client Sh. Kapil Gupta, R/o H. No. 118, Sector-28, Faridabad, Haryana, Mobile no. [protected], I am here by serving you with the following legal notice:

            1. That my aforesaid client required a 4G compatible phone to be used for the working of Reliance Jio phone Sim and as such searched the web portal of you the addressee no. 1.

            2. That on searching through various telephone models enlisted therein, my client zeroed in on a specific model of Microsoft Lumia 640 XL Dual Sim, wherein the specifications shown for the said model described it as 4G phone which would have been compatible for running the Reliance Jio sim of my client.

            3. That being satisfied of the specifications so provided on the e-merchandise web site of you the addressee no. 1, my client placed his order for purchase of the aforesaid mobile vide Paisapay ID [protected] on 07.04.2017.

            4. That the said mobile was delivered through the addressee no. 2 at the address of my client alongwith invoice dated 08.04.2017 of Rs. 6, 899/- drawn by you the addressee no. 2 and upon taking delivery of the said phone and upon inserting his Reliance Jio sim in the said phone, it transpired that the said sim was not working in the said phone and upon further efforts, it transpired that the sim is not compatible with the said phone as the phone so delivered was a 3G phone and as such the Reliance Jio sim which is compatible with either a 4G phone or LTE phone, shall not work with the phone so delivered to my client.

            5. That being surprised and feeling cheated by you the addressee wherein false specifications were enlisted and a phone was sold to my client under wrong specifications, my client opting for return of the said phone, immediately lodged a complaint with the Grievance Redressal postal of you the addressee no. 1 and sought the refund of his money as the prodfuct was sold to my client under mis-representation of specifications and as such the said phone being of no use to my client, ought to have been returned.

            6. That on the contrary, you the addressee no. 1 rather than accepting your fault and providing return of money to my client, closed his complaint for any further action at your end.

            7. That as constrained, my client vide mail dated 07.05.2017, intimated that he protest closing his complaint and contemplate taking legal action for refund of his money. The mobile phone so delivered is lying with my client unused since the date of its delivery.

                I have purchased an antivirus (30th may) which said it will provide me key and cd but i did not receive my parcel (11th june). After the promised date i demanded a refund, they raised a complaint but i received a call saying that i'll get my cd but i should accept the online key and wait for my cd which will be delivered till 20th june. I have not received any cd. When i called back on that number, no one received. I called on another ebay number, he asked me my id and details but no action has been taken. And in my ebay account, it shows that i have received the parcel. Moreover, the online antivirus product key that an executive sent me on email is fake. I have attached various screen shots of my conversation or details of the product for our reference.

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                  With due respect, I would like to apply for a Justice that I have been facing from eBay that I have procured an item "SAMSUNG 64GB MICRO SD MEMORY CARD EVO CLASS 10 + BILL+ 10 YEAR WARRANTY..." (Item ID:[protected]; PaisaPay ID : [protected]) from eBay.in online. ebay has declared that the item is new and genuine. It has 10years warranty (as per the attached email copy). A few days after receiving, the item found that its not storing enough data into it and not functioning properly. Then I contacted a Samsung Authorised service centre for repairing/replacement with the information that it has 10years warranty as per eBay. While I have shown the item to service centre, they clearly told that this is an fake item, so they can't render any service for this product. Then, I called the seller number (which I found on the invoice and courier envelop) multiple times, but the seller number got switched off for few days. Then I informed the matter to eBay support team for needful action to repair/replace the faulty item(64GB microSD card). Then, an ebay representative has given me seller alternate details (an email id and phone number) suggested me to drop a request mail and call the seller. then I drooped a request email to that id but never got any response and the new mobile number is not reaching anyway. Then again, contacted ebay for a solution, but eBay representative again says to get an written authorisation letter for the item from Samsung Service centre(merchant). Here, the merchant referred that they are not supposed to render any service/documents for such fake items. Then I have to raise a claim (eBay Guarantee* claim[protected] on ebay portal with all information and images of the items (attached for information). Here, again eBay is asking me the same i.e to get a written authorisation letter from any samsung merchant. Then I requested eBay to give me a written reference of a nearby samsung service centre's, where the item can be replaced/repaired. But eBay never shared such a declaration in writing and closed my claim (eBay Guarantee* claim[protected] without taking an action.

                  Here, My experience from eBay is as follows...
                  1 eBay is dealing with fake products and has sellers who doesn't respond to customer.
                  2 eBay mentioned 10years warranty but never refer a service centre for replacement.
                  3 eBay misguide a customer i.e to get an authorisation letter from a genuine merchant for a fake product(ebay is dealing with only).
                  4 eBay supports and action for claim are not satisfactory and legal.

                  Hence, my request to the concern authority to settle down the matter what I am facing from eBay.
                  Here, ebay may either replace the fake product with a genuine one or may REFUND my amount.

                  I would like to thank the consumer authority in advance for their valued time and taking a positive decision for my case.

                    I had bought a rc quadcopter from ebay. Hubsan x4 h502s drone rc quadcopter with 5.8g fpv, 720p hd camera, gps mode

                    Ebay cs asked me to return the product back to the seller after me showing videos to the seller of the defective product. I returned the product using india post parcel tracking id cf[protected]in. The item was not delivered and on contacting the seller he says that ebay has given me a wrong address. On contacting cs they persistently say that the address mentioned by the seller was given to me and they would resolve the issue. It is a classic cheating case by an unscrupulous seller who purposely gave me a wrong address to return the product.
                    Now ebay has been constantly delaying the claim so that i just forget the 15500/- rs i paid

                      Hi. It has been such a long time since i first filed this complaint. Roughly 5 months already. But yet to obtain justice.in fact, haven't received any satisfactory response from team ebay yet.
                      And then, here i am forced to rewrite the whole story from the very beginning to make my point very clear why i am feeling cheated.
                      I bought an alienware laptop from ebay in the month of november, 2016. Still, the laptop was faulty and different model from what i ordered. Thusly, i placed a return request which was accepted.
                      The ebay grievance officer informed me that pickup service isn't available at my location, so i will bear to ship back the product myself. Courier charges, i was promised to be reimbursed in form of ebay coupons. I, being regular customer at ebay, didn't find any problem with the resolution provided and shipped back the faulty product myself as was asked to exercise.
                      Everything went fine, the amount of product was refunded and later shipping charges also reimbursed as ebay coupons. There were two coupons issued one worth inr 6700 (Approximately) and another inr 3000. Both coupons would expire by march 31st, 2017.
                      Subsequently, in the month of february, 2017 i guess, i ordered a product from ebay and used one of the coupons and paid the remaining amount using net banking.
                      I received the product after a few days.
                      Later, while browsing ebay i came to recognize that my ebay account has been suspended!! Without any prior notice and without any ostensible reason! I was totally shocked. Also, i still had inr 3000 coupon linked to my ebay account which i couldn't use now for very obvious reasons.
                      I tried several times to contact ebay customer service to let me know why my account has been suspended and what can be done to revoke my account. But ebay customer care considered the reason to be among "company's top secret" which couldn't be brought out at any cost.
                      Later, the seller who belongs to my hometown and is an acquaintance contacted me that he hasn't received any amount so far!! And asked me to return his product. I distinctly told him that this trade was done through ebay, let ebay resolve this issue.
                      According to the seller, his account has also been suspended. He has called ebay support several times asking them to at least pay him the amount of product which he sold to me. Every time he was assured, but was never rendered any kind of resolution.
                      So, after 5 months, the situation is somewhat like this:
                      Seller sold me an item. I paid using coupon (My shipping reimbursement) plus net banking. Seller hasn't received any amount yet (Yes even after 5 months). Seller has been asking me to return to the product as he isn't paid by ebay yet. Both of ours ebay accounts are suspended. I still had inr 3000 coupon linked to my ebay account.
                      Sller has sold the item. I have paid for that. Seller doesn't possess his item. I don't possess my money anymore. Seller doesn't have the amount i paid.
                      So, now, enough of this mental torture. I myself don't want to be part of ebay now. I just want my reimbursement coupon to be paid to me and the amount of the product to be paid to the seller. Kindly settle this once and for all.
                      You are a giant, you aren't supposed to steal from your customers.

                        I raised a claim id:-2976136 of the product of amount rs.169/-. But the ebay said it is not our guarantee claim. As i am a regular customer of ebay i noticed that in past their vacant team members contact the customer and share of his query and then resolution provided to the customer.
                        But now not happen it i opened the claim 14th june2017 and they closed it 16th june and simply said a matter it is not possible of ebay guarantee claim.

                          I purchased "quick heal total security 1 pc 10 months" having item number:[protected] from an ebay guest account and received a confirmation email with my paisapay id [protected] that product was dispatched on 13th may with shipping details courier name: india post (Speed post), airway bill details: ef[protected]in.

                          After waiting for about 3 weeks, as i didn't receive the product, i raised a claim request with ebay (Claim id:2946475). According to ebay. The product was delivered on 6/6/17 but that product never got delivered. I was really surprised and checked the indiapost website but the abd number cannot be tracked in the site due to error "consignment number not found".

                          I wrote to ebay many times asking for help but no reply after their claim request reply. Please help!

                            Dear ebay,

                            Today (15/06/2017), i have applied for increase my selling limit but suddenly they suspended my account without any intimation and warning. They just mentioned you breach our policy according to section number 9 even same thing is mentioned in section which is not helpful to understand what actually i did?

                            I have more balance which is not credit yet by ebay and also today dispatched my courier for today and yesterday orders. What is the exact reason? If you people will not explain so how can i understand.

                            If i did any mistake so please tell me because recently i have purchased more stock to expand my business on behalf of ebay selling. But its totally loss for me as well as discouraging me due to such kind of suspension.

                            I humble request to you please reinstate my account or tell me the procedure what should i do now? I really don't know what happened with my account even tried to customer support but they are telling only repeated things. Please call me and resolve this issue as soon as possible on priority.

                            I want to continue with ebay but totally helpless now. Looking forward to continue business with ebay.

                              Its been more than 15 days i raised the claim request no.2948010 for missing product but ebay didn't help me with the refund yet. They are only giving false assurance.
                              Issue summary : i ordered sandisk ultra dual 3.0 pendrive 64 gb, from ebay on dated 26th may 2017, item no.[protected]. Ebay paisapay id : [protected]
                              First it took 1 week to get the parcel delivered and when i opened the parcel upon delivery on 3rd june 2017, pendrive was missing. I already paid for the item rs. 1215.50/- and want my money back. It was my first and last shopping on ebay.in. Please refund back whole amount.

                                  I got the item on 2-jun-2017. I felt cheated by customer so i have contacted seller for the same. He told me that return your product back so i can initiate refund so i have shipped product back to the seller via speed post and item has been delivered to the seller on 7-jun-2017. But still i do not get the response from ebay or seller. Seller commit me for refund and i have raised claim on ebay also but still i do not get the refund.
                                  Claim details are below:
                                  Claim id - 2946271, 2946298 and 2946314

                                  On monday, i got the call from ebay and they told me that i will get refund for only one claim id - 2946271 and other two claim id-2946298 and 2946314 has been rejected by ebay without any reason. They told me that i will get the refund for these two claims after i will send them the receipt of return product to the seller. And i have send them all the details but reply from ebay is as below

                                    I've purchased a refurbished sennheiser cx 275s headset from ebay.in worth 999 inr. It was mentioned "refurbished : box damage only".
                                    But i received a headset with following problems

                                    1. Mic not working, it circuit problem make the track changes automatically. (So i can't play music eithor)
                                    2. I) extra buds as per description of product not received.
                                    Ii) the pouch not received.

                                    I raised a claim regarding this issue with id 2967852.

                                    After 5 days the customer care executive called regarding this and they told since its under warranty i could service this myself and they close the claim.

                                    Its product details section 3rd and 6th point mentions about these accessories which are missing.

                                    I doubt the sennheiser will gift their customer with extra buds and pouch with every service in that case i would like to know why this case closed and why i'm not eligible for refund?

                                    I hope the claim id will give complete details about the product and myself. Please look in to it.
