Hi Team,
I have bought a mobile from EBAY on dated 25th May 2017 with rs. 21044, however after receiving the product I can see it is an used one but in site it was mentioned a brand new. So on that day I returned the product with images which proof it is an used product. EBAY India also accepted that it is an used product and arranged a pick up from my house so that product can be deliver to seller. Now product is with Seller however EBAY and seller now p;laying with refund. EBAY saying seller not replying not attending call and EBY GIVING time of 48 and 72 hrs however no at all doing any follow up. As per EBAY site refund should have been initiated by WEDNESDAY but they are list bother.

HEY GUYS THIS IS COMMERCE INSANE, REFUND HAD BEEN APPROVED FROM YOUR END, PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO SELLER NOW YOU PEOPLE ARE SAYING UNABLE TO CONTACT THE SELLER IN PHONE, SO HAVE TO WAITING FOR 48 HOURS FROM TODAY FOR EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
DO YOU THINK THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE I AM TAKING MY MONEY NOT EBAY'S MONEY. SHAME MR GRIEVANCE-OFFICER ARE YOU GOING THROUGH ANY EMAIL REALLY PATHETIC I AM ADDRESING SAME TO OMBUDSMAN AND CONSUMER FORUM. I WANT TO REFUND TO BE INITIATED BY TOMMOROW EOD if not in all social networkingsite I will update my issue for sure.
