I had purchased a iPhone 6 - 128 GB - Space Grey from eBay.in (Record No: 30811 and PaisaPay ID: [protected]) on Mar 23rd, 2017 for Rs.30, 990. The phone was delivered on 31st March. After 2 days it started providing complaints with the mic.

I requested for a replacement and the new iPhone was provided on April 15th. After a month o[censored]sing the new phone, it started giving battery issues - it started switching off automatically. I took the phone to an istore and upon inquiry I was informed that the phone is infact a refurbished one and they could not find any record of it online.

I requested for a return of the product on May 15th. The product is yet to be picked up from my premises. The dealer (diggital_estore with address Digital estore, No.4/42, Second Lane Beach, Near Parrys, Chennai - 600001, Tamil Nadu) has stopped responding to both email ([protected]@yahoo.com) and through phone (phone number: [protected]).

I feel cheated by both eBay and its dealer Digital estore. In case my money is not refunded within 2 weeks I am planning to send a legal notice to both parties involved.

        I was trying to buy a 'Buy-It-Now' product on ebay. The moment I put it into my cart I got an error that the item is now being auctioned and can not be purchased using cart. Still the item was very much in my cart.

        I thought may be it's true and opted for another similar item from another seller just to find the same warning. Later I realized that it's a technical snag. Each and every Buy-It-Now product throws the same warning when put into the cart.

        I called ebay and I was transferred again and again from sales to purchasing to buying to accounts department. No one was ready to take ownership of this issue. Finally I asked to speak to superior. I was told that all superiors are busy and I shall get a call back in two hours. Six hours are gone and no one has called me.

        If ebay feels the need to improve and correct this error, please take the ownership and do so, else let it be as it is and lose business. Choice is yours, after all you are the owner of your business!! Good Luck.

        I have given up on this issue. I don't feel the need to contact anyone now. I have an option to buy any product from elsewhere if I want to. It's up to ebay to decide if they want to fix the errors. Good luck.

          I have recieved "xiaomi redmi note 3 dark grey 32gb + 6 month manufacturer warranty" (Item id:[protected] from ebay almost 3 weeks before. The phone was already pattern locked and we couldn't open it till now.. I have send lots of mails and made lots of calls to replace it. The reply was very poor. The reply message was this :

          Dear sir,
          You ordered a refurbished phone & same we dispatched to you. There will b some minor scratches & dents available on the phone it's clearly mention in our listing. For any technical issue please visit nearest authorized service center because your phone covered under the manufacturer warranty.

          How could you sent a phone with pattern lock even it was refurbished. If am not getting replaced then sure i will file complaint in consumer court.
          You can check how many times i have contacted customer care.
          I need a permanent solution for this asap.

            Due to use of local courier services I did not receipt my items.
            And its very urgent for me. This is my first time I never faces this type bad situation. Here I am suing my office address means Saturday and Sunday closed and one more-thing In shipment address I have use my mobile nuber also then how delivery boy get return without call me and just update in tracking info the delivery attempt and door looked or company shifted ?

              I have received damaged piece from Ebay. After contacting to ebay they provided me "Ibrahim" number. It was the worst experience to talk with him. Still he is working on my product replacement service. After that I raised claim against ebay they told me your 10 days over you have not contacted with us. What the hell it was? I have all the details whatever I had spoken with Ibrahim.It was the worst experience from Ebay. Yesterday they call me for claim and simply told me go to service center they will definitely resolve your problem. But today i found in service center that mobile which was purchased do not have any EMI number or any country code? What is it?? It was fraud dealing with the customers?

                The money (amount 3122.12) was deducted from my airtel payment bank, but ebay showed it as transaction failed. Please fix this issue. I have already complained airtel, but i dont know whose fault the issue is in.
                There was no issue in anything at all. It just randomly decided to fail the transaction. Please refund it asap and fix the issue. Or give me a coupon value of 3649( without coupon discount)

                  Ebay had promised to deliver by 02-04 may, than this date was changed to 08 may 2017. On 09 may as the item was undelivered i cancelled the order and submitted a refund request that is still pending.

                  The approval was sent to me by sms dated 13 may 2017 (Your claim for psp id [protected], refund ref no ic tr[protected]) stating that the refund will be completed within 4-5 working days, email sent to their customer care arent replied to.

                  Just an auto reply standard email is sent that we will get back to you and nothing happens.

                  I want this issue to be closed asap and the refund done.

                    I order a Nokia1100 mobile phone on 17/05/2017 through Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected]. I got the delivery of the product on 20/05/2017. I assemble the phone with the battery and charge it. After charging I switch on the the phone and I found it is on. But after few minutes it is automatically switched off. For few times I tried this but every times the same result comes. Now I can not use that product

                    I bought 1100 mobile and mobile is not charging and claim rejected even after raising compliant.                       And order for washing machine trolly was placed with ebay online shopping side on 22nd may 17 under order no [protected]. It cost was paid in advance by my credit card. The expected date of delivery was 25th may.
                      The email bay asked the seller namely an kit kumar having mobile number[protected] email [protected]@gmail.com to supply the above said item.
                      I tried to contact the seller via messages emails and phone news calls to know the status of the complaint but there was no response. I contact customer care ebay and i was told that he does not respond.
                      On 24th at 18.13 hours i receive a message that the item has been shipped through bludart courier under awb bill no[protected]. I contacted the bludart courier services to know the status but was shocked to hear that the awb i'll number referred above does not exis.
                      I again raised the issue with the seller but he is not responding.
                      This shows that he has cheated and thus taken the money by fraud
                      In the original details of the order it shows item not shipped
                      So i raised a complaint against the ebay and it's seller for cheating and playing a fraud with me.
                      I am lodging a fir against the seller and ebay for this act.

                        I have ordered a swim suit from ebay.in from the seller daily_utilities on 15th may 2017.
                        I have followed their size chat properly as described. Seller have mentioned that customer should order the product 1 size bigger than their actual size so i have followed the same instruction. Seller delivered me the same product of my ordered size but the product is not even fitting on me, it is too much bigger and the quality is also very cheap.
                        So i raised a claim of refund request and 10 days of my claim, customer care person named sunil called me and rejected my claim without any proper explanation.

                              I purchased this "100% original xiaomi mi 20000 mah power bank for mobile - 6 months warranty-bill" on 25 mar, 2017 from sailor "gromo_deals" with order no.[protected], after one month this product become dead. I tried to contact to sailor and ebay for replacement or return but both not going to help me. Sailor said contact to ebay and ebay said we need do letter from xiaomi, for this do letter contact to a senior person of xiaomi. He said we will not provide you any do letter and also we do not provide any support of ebay product.

                              I again tried to convene ebay and sailor but ultimately no result.
                              I am surprised how a sailor can write 6-month warranty and ebay sailed it without conforming weather really xiaomi support it or not. Looks completely irritating experience and even i am not sure about product quality weather it is original or not.

                              As i already mentioned nobody is going to helped, eBay said contact to sailor and sailor said contact to eBay.
                              finally neither ebay and sailor have any result.

                              I will never believe on eBay product.
                              This is an important lesson for me and same as me who purchase product from this eBay.

                                Seller dis not provide any resolve, eBay claim team is not contacting me. They were supposed to call me after 4 days from filing the claim. They keep saying I will be contacted within 24-48 hours. The product costed Rs.9480

                                      I have placed an order on 04th-May-2017 in ebay.in vide order no: [protected] . Initially, the delivery date was showing as 13-May-2017 but the item is not delivered yet. Every single day I am calling ebay customer care and they are asking to wait for 24hours.
                                      Today is 22nd May but the product is still not delivered. Now e-bay has made another trap by extending the delivery date as 25th-May-17. Kindly help in resolving the issue. A screenshot of the consignment details is attached.

                                        I have purchased mosiso felt laptop shoulder bag only for new macbook 12 inch with retina display.

                                        The description of the product 'about the product :

                                        Handmade in france, small tige boule clasp, great for styling fine, thin hair, made of luxurious cellulose acetate, dimensions: 1 1/8"wide, 1 3/4" long'

                                        I trusted ebay & as the product is imported, i ordered.

                                        When i received the item, it has no zip compartments to store accessories like charger, pen drive, keys etc. And there is no cushion or padding to protect the macbook.

                                        I have raised a claim for refund. After 7-10 days i receive a call from your agent & he said that your claim is rejected as there is no description about zip compartment, you should have checked before.

                                        I said, it is seller's responsibilities to write accurate description about the product. Just one line of description is not sufficient. Still agent or supervisor is not ready to listen. As if they have prepared the mind to reject the claim before calling.

                                        I would like to report a fault in your system. This seller or many sellers are cheating customers by not writing accurate description of product, so that the claim will be rejected.

                                        When i contacted the seller, he did not try to resolve my complain, he told me straight away to contact the ebay help center. He knows the fault in the system & he can get away with it.

                                        This is serious flow in your system, you should take immediate action, refund my money & prevent all the seller to misuse ebay india.
