I placed on order on 17th may and they told me to send some documents like (scanned/photographed copy of the front of the credit card used for the payment and a copy of your latest credit card statement.).

So, i sent these document at the same time (on 17th may) and now it's more than 5 days and still in my order status it's showing Your payment is pending.

Contacted many times the customer service and got the same reply every time that one of our customer service representative will do the needful.

But until now nothing has happened, still showing that Your payment is pending.

If they will not confirm the payment, the seller will not ship the items and i want all the items on time as all the items are gift for someone.

Please do the needful in urgent.

Suggesting ebay not to sell products like whaaky.com which also sells non working mobiles

I have raised a claim id : 2819103 on 03-04.2017 and same has been closed on 05 apr 2017 due to e bay policy, and again i open this cliam on 12 april via same mail id and it was also closed as per massage received by me,

First of all i raised my claim against product specification due to its wrong description on site.
Sound specification of product not as per description on site, it was mentioned that speaker have 300-500watt (Image attached) but in actual it was only 10watt+ 3*2 watt i. E only 16 watt.

I booked this product by seeing this watt capacity of sound but in actual it was different, therefore product which i received was not as per description on site and came under e bay refund policy.
Please find attached images which shows these watt capacity on box and e bay site.

I request you to accept my request and provide my money back to me on my origenal payment method.

Hi i bought mobile cover for my red mi note 4 and the cover was not perfect so they have taken complain but they are not doing any thing and eBay site was so bad site and application was also not good and not Eco friendly to use they told to update my name and all but it was not happening their several time i done that but it was not away it was giving error

My name is joaquim rodrigues and i have ordered a mi phone costing 18500/- online through ebay. The phone was delievered on the 16th of may 2017 however from the time i received the phone its been giving problems as i`m unable to download any apps. I took it to one technician and looking at it he said that the phone has a defect and that i have to show the phone to mi centre, which inturn i immediately did. At the mi centre at margao goa, that technician said that the phone has to be updated and then it will be normal. He did the update but inspite of that the same problem still exits. I have not been able to use the phone since last 5 days of purchase.

I ordered one iphone 5 on 31st dec 2016 from your website.
When i received the phone that was not as like describe on website and that was also used. I send it back to ur dealers by indian post through courier he cheated me and he said me that he never received any item. I went to dibiyapur post office and gave an application to post master to find my parcel and track it for that process it takes one week and after one week indian post gave me written letter that they have already received parcel and again i called and send received copy of postoffice after that he agreed that sorry that parcel received my helper not by me and he never inform me alos.
I said him to return my money bcz i can't trust him again firstly he was ready to refund but after 3 days he changed his words. Now he is not picking my phone calls.
I have lost my money though such cheaters by the way of ebay loopholes.

I received an wireless mouse from ebay but i found the bottom switch of that mouse is broken. I told ebay regarding my issue but all the claims has been rejected by them. This is to inform you that my "paisapay id is -[protected]". I have purchased a mobile phone "xiaomi mi redmi 3s prime (Gold, 32gb)
4g lte seal pack. Because it is a product of"make in india"
The product description was:
(Handset, charger with usb cable, screen guard, a pin)
But i got inside packhin that
1-the box was not totally packed
2-there was no screen guard
3-when i powered on the handset there is only 10% of battery was charged
4- when is use the charger the charger is unable to make charging where as other charger charges the
Handset (I. E. The charger is totaly functionless)
Thats why i hope the ebay and its seller partner will solve my problem as soon as possible

I contacted the ebay as well as seller. The seller replied me to go mi service center and change the charger, and he will do nothing about it.

N. B - i have a travel journey on date 24-05-17, so i hope my problem will be solved till then

I have ordered a product from ebay and i regret about it. I have received a damaged, duplicate and poor quality product which doesn't match the description. Product described and product i got are completely different and they had given me a local product. Instead of solving my problem ebay has disapproved my claim telling that your product doesn't satisfy our policy. It seems customer satisfaction doesn't matter for ebay they don't want to take any action. After calling to customer care around 2, 3 times a day i have not received any solution from ebay as well as the seller. This seller "leather_hub" on ebay is a big fraud seller. They deliver duplicate and cheap product and they have done it in the past as well and still ebay is not taking any action against them.

Non receipt of Refund
A purchase made through Ebay shopping portal on 21.03.2017 with Paisepay ID PaisaPay ID: [protected] was not delivered and Ebay sent a message that refund of Rs 3700/- was processed on 10.04.2017 and credited to my paytm account. I am yet to receive the refund in my paytm account. I have sent umpteen mails and had several telecon with Ebay but the same has been of no avail. Copies of my paytm statements as requested by Ebay were also sent to them.

It is more than 35 days and there has been no positive response from Ebay to resolve the issue.

It is requested to take up issue with Ebay and help me in obtaining refund of Rs 3700/-.
