I, have been ordered voltas 1.5 ton 5 star split ac on 7th of march, and the product has some serious issues (Whenever i opened the carton ac is broken, old and fully used) that is not resolved by seller. I have been requested for the money back, and complaint in ebay guarantee on 19th march and returned product on 14th april 2017 to seller. Till now there is no response from the ebay....

I had purchased a Leather Jacket of worth rs 1799 but they sent different items so I returned & claim for refund & it was approved on 22/2/2017 but didn't get any refund till now although it has been more than 2 Months.
