I, have been ordered voltas 1.5 ton 5 star split ac on 7th of march, and the product has some serious issues (Whenever i opened the carton ac is broken, old and fully used) that is not resolved by seller. I have been requested for the money back, and complaint in ebay guarantee on 19th march and returned product on 14th april 2017 to seller. Till now there is no response from the ebay.

Order was not placed and amount was debited and u have told that it will be refunded still is not happened can i know what is happening due to this i am facing a problem what the people are doing i have been contacted several times and ur response is that it will happen sir happen but wasn't happening i need to be completed my refund by today i cant be patience with you ...

I have raised the claim for the above order beacause product which i have received is of cheap quality and as it is a camera ring there is no glue on its back it means that i can not stick it.

The claim has been raised on the same day as it is drlivered and today i have received the below message from ebay.

There is no reason mentioned in this and it is as simple that i dont want to waste my money on cheap stuff and it is not a big amount but it us about the customer service and quality fir which ebay has now loose my trust.

I want my refund for this cheap stuff product else forward my email to higher authority and i will raise it further.

I would like to tell you that i was selling products on ebay but due to some polict violation ebay suspended my account and hold me money which the denied to give me. They told me that they will give refund to the buyer and i will have to take payment offline from them. I contacted all the buyers and they agree to it and said that they will refund my money offline. But next what happen is ebay denied to refund to buyer as they said you dont have suffiencent money so please deposit money. They are doing fraud with seller and forcing seller to take strong action aganist ebay. I have to take rs rs115301/- from ebay and they are doing like this. Take strong action against ebay.

I have been kicked from eBay 1 year ago with no chance of appeal. Amazon has made it where sellers are on the losing end when it comes to disputes and any issues where buyers can take advantage.
Countless emails and phone calls were made to eBay to demand on why I had no appeal. I had all evidence that many of the buyers were fraudulent and ripped me off by sending me a different product back in order to prove to eBay their end was fulfilled.
With no success on an appeal, this was the last of it. I had no way of making money since eBay consisted over 50% of total income.
They left me no choice, but I had to go rogue and sell again. Whether eBay likes it or not, they created this route for their unjust ways of handling fraud towards sellers.
Going stealth from what is listed at Auction Essistance consists of opening another account; however, I have a business and have employees to operate these accounts whether eBay likes it or not.

I had purchased a Leather Jacket of worth rs 1799 but they sent different items so I returned & claim for refund & it was approved on 22/2/2017 but didn't get any refund till now although it has been more than 2 Months.
Whenever I contact eBay guarantee, they didn't give me satisfactory answer & they keep on postponding the processing of refund its not shipped yet neither they are not able give details about draft processing.

I purchased khudos ime 9 tablets for rs783 on dated 24-3-17. Paisa pay id is [protected]. The delivery date on or before 3-4-17. Amount paid throw my debitcard, amount debited immediately from my ubi sb a/c. But the product was not delivered as per the agree schedule. I raised a refund request. Ebhay has not refund my money yet even after one month. This is my second complain. First complain id is 1552444.

When i received the phone that was not as like describe on website and that was also used. I send it back to ur dealers by indian post through courier he cheated me and he said me that he never received any item. i went to post office and gave an application to post master to find my parcel and track it for that process it takes one week and after one week indian post gave me written letter that they have already received parcel and again i called and send received copy of postoffice after that he agreed that sorry that parcel received my helper not by me and he never inform me also.

I have ordered for a product on 10th April in EBAY and expected delivery was on 15th April and Delivery deadline was on 21st of April. I didn't receive the product during this period. So I have requested for the refund and I got a call from EBAY around 27th April to inquire about the status and I said I haven't received the product and I don't want the product anymore as it has crossed the delivery deadline. They agreed for the refund. By May 2nd, courier person dropped the package in security desk of my apartment without informing me. Now EBAY is claiming that seller has delivered the product and buyer has accepted it and so we cannot do the refund. I don't understand how come a person dropping a product in security desk of a apartment without notifying buyer is considered as buyer accepted the product. Now EBAY is not assisting me even in returning the product to the seller. Also I tried to contact seller offline but he is not responding.

I have purchased a sony playstation ps4 dualshock4 wireless controller call of duty black ops3 edtn[protected] on sep 04th, 2016.
The delivery has not taken place in time and when we sent a complaint the seller (Harsh1404) has replied apologising and delivered it on sep 11th. On opening the piece it wasn't working hence replied the same to seller and ebay. He asked us to return the same for refund but has not given details where to send the material. We have repeatedly called both seller and ebay several times and mailed umpteen number of times spoke to customer service many times but there is no response. The seller hasn't replied since then and ebay says we have not raised a complaint with in 30 days of receipt of item.. Sent all correspondence to them which is done through their portal.
Till date we are not finding a solution and neither ebay is interested.
