    I had purchased a cell phone samsung galaxy on nxt 32gb online through ebay on the 13/04/2017 using my credit card. Since i had an intuition that something was not right, i called back ebay customer service and spoke to their customer service representative that the listing had the heading 32 gb whereas the detail listing had 16gb and also had the listing for a completely different cell phone that was for motorolla. The customer service representative checked and admitted the listing was wrong and decided to place my call on hold and speak to the seller listed as istore.14 (Based in tamil nadu). So i requested the customer service representative to enquire the seller if he was providing the product with the complete accessories such as the sim ejector pin and the headphone and requested the representative to request the seller to cancel the order in case the seller was not providing the the complete accessories mentioned. So the representative spoke to the seller placing my call on hold and after few minutes the customer service representative got back to me and informed that the complete accessories was not being provided and the seller admitted there was a mistake with the listing and would immediately correct the listing and asked me to refresh the page, which i did and found that the listing was updated and also mentioned that the headphone was not being included which initially did not. So i confirmed to cancel the order and refund me the amount i have paid again since the customer service representative did not discuss about cancelling the order with the seller. The customer service representative tried getting in touch with the seller again but since the seller was not responding, he provided me with the seller's cell phone number and assured me since the product was not shipped yet, it is possible to cancel the order. So i hung up and called the seller's number several times but the seller did not respond even once. Since i was concerned, i called and spoke to several ebay customer service representatives and all of them assured me that they will get in touch with the seller and request for cancellation and since the product was not shipped, they would help me out. After two day the representative called me and informed that the seller was not responding and the product was still not shipped and they assured me they would help me out. On the 5th day the parcel was received by one of my family members in my absence.in the evening the customer service representative followed up with me and informed me not to receive the product since the product was shipped and the seller did not respond and i explained that the shipment was already received. So then the representative sent me a link to raise a claim for the refund mentioning the reason and the mode of payment i would like to receive the refund. After 5 days i received a call from ebay claims department and they mentioned they were reviewing the issue and someone would get in touch with me within 48 hours. I received a call after 3 days stating that the listing was clearly mentioned about the accessories and that the seller would not provide me the complete accessories and cannot process a refund. So, i argued that i have explained the situation time and again about what happened on the 13/04/2017 to several ebay representatives and i am not getting any justice related to my request and being played a blame game. I even requested the representatives to pull out the call records for the conversation i had with the representatives on 13/04/2017 to get a clear picture of the issue since they have a facility of recording calls for quality and training purposes, even after my detailed explanation. Instead i got a reply from one of the representatives saying i should have checked the details before ordering and was trying to point out that it was my mistake. So, i informed that i had checked the listing and i was the one to point out the incorrect listing and that the listing did not mention about the accessories being not included. But still the representative apologized and kept on stating that they will not be able to refund the money. I requested to speak to the supervisor and the representative placed my call on hold and got back to me only to say that the supervisor was busy and would request a callback from the supervisor as soon as possible, which i had never received even after the 5th day of my complaint. So i have decided to raise a complaint and as a customer i request you to please take up the matter so that in future no other customer would suffer from online fraud dealings and also would make ebay a more responsible and consumer oriented company and practice ethical business that does not penalize the buyers or the sellers.

        Hi, I as a seller had sold one product to a buyer via paisapay id # [protected]. The buyer put a complaint and asked me to return the product which i allowed. Buyer returned the product but he was smart & cheated me with returing a other damaged product (i.e. he used my good product) when i asked website about this with email proof evidences & vidoes and everything the website has still not finalized my claim & yet to approve my money.

        Where do i go and how do i recover my money.

            I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase led tv (Paisa pay id is [protected]) for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through ebay and I need to open a case. I had opened a case in EBAY claim id is 2812864, 20 days are gone after I opened ebay claim. post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in 24 hours and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 22 days to process the refund. My order date is 27.03.2017. My order amount is 80000 rs.

            I am fighting last one month for 80000 rs which is hold on 22 days . This means when I purchase from ebay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with ebay.

When i try to buy that product the the product was unlisted and i contacted the seller they asked me to pay the cash through paytm, airtelmoney, etc.i pay him through paytm in full but dint receive the product yet nor he replying my call he is a fraudulent and doing scam like this by listing on ebay

              I want my money back.
              Now i gonna complaint on consumer court plus other various complaint sites
              That never by anything from ebay ever again

                I noticed something shady when eBay told me an item was removed from their site. It put up a red flag. The seller was selling a Louis Vuitton bag. It was a listing in the US I found out later it was from China...which I would never buy a LV bag from there because I know it's not real. I immediately contacted eBay and the seller to tell them not to ship the item. After about 4 days the seller responded " sorry for your inconvenience the item has been shipped! Are you kidding me? I did not want it. The sellers name and who the payment went to was two different things.. Since I paid with pay pal, I contacted them as well. They assured me everything would be fine and to make sure the money was in my account and to let the sale go through. Then when the package arrives I could refuse it. I did everything was told. Now eBay told me my case is closed and can't get my money refunded just because it was delivered! Now I'm out 500.00. They stand by a person who I later found out has no reviews. Obviously a scammer...and since they clearly know the flaw in the system for the buyer, they continue to rip people off and eBay stands by them. eBay also allows these people to sell fakes. Just because the word authentic" isn't in front of the designer name doesn't give them the ok to sell the product...they are using the Louis Vuitton name falsely no matter how you cut it. eBay should be shut down for allowing these sellers on their site. I'm so mad that I'm never buying on eBay again!

                  This company has been fooling thousands of customers. And they have now tried to do the same with me. I demand my refund. The have sent me the defective products and then asked me to return it to the seller and promised me that i will get my refund including the shipping charges that i will pay. But when i paid and sent the products back to the sellers and they have received their products. Then ebay.in has rejected my refund. And has been ignoring my messages and not working on my refund process. I demand a penalty of Rs.30000/_ for harassing me for more than 2 months.

                  Jaswinder Kaur, This is a fraud seller on ebay.in. He has kept my refund for more than a month. In January i bought his product and found that it was fake so i i was asked by ebay to return it to him. So i returned it. And after that ebay suspended my account and this seller has been ignoring my calls and messages. The refund amount from this seller is Rs.190 for the product and Rs.299/- for the reshipment charges.

                    I order 4 shoes on 30/03/2017. Total cost of 4 shoes is 12837 and due to some reason i was not able to take the shoes on the time of delivery. I receive 3 shoes refund but one shoes refund was cancelled. I contact the ebay and they suggest me to talk to the seller. The seller no is [protected]. I talk to the seller and he said that i am not going to give you refund and i said why. He said "why you didn't take the product" and i said due to some reason i am not able take the product. U just got your product and give me my money back. Then also he refuse to give me the refund. The seller name on ebay is gowinall2014. I give him warning that if you don't give me my money back then i will file a complain against you and he simply said "jo ukhadna ho ukhaad lo" "ek baap ki aulaad ho to complain karkay dikhao". I have already recorded his talks. Tracking no of the product is ffu336503 and courier company is firstflight. Paisapay id is[protected].

                            I have not received any response from ebay despite of many attempts to reach them. I contacted them through phoce call, online chat, email, but still no response. Its such an foul play. They are just skipping things. Please take appropriate action

                            Even the ebay guarentee is not working. It says 'You cannot raise a claim as the item is not delivered'. I didnt receive amount. Such a stupid cheating company. Never buy again!

                                        This company has con off my hard earned money, i bought a HTC desire 826 from their ebay shop and void the warranty after they dip the phone under the water so that they want to charger for repair and servicing, i will fight for this case until it get resolve, i do not care if it takes a year but i will sure this seller.
