On 18th March, I have purchased a BlackOx 32LF3201 32" (ebay PaisaPay ID [protected]) @ Rs 16, 590/- from West Bengal, Kolkata and I received it on 5th April evening.

Next evening on 6th, technician Mr. Biswajit Koyal ([protected]) came for installation form BlackOx service center but he failed to install it and confirm that TV is defective as left stand of this TV not fix with it and he can't do stand base installation. He took pics from different angle and send whatsapp to his officer-in-charge of BlackOx service center Mr. Subrata Manna ([protected]), Mr. Subrata checked all and told me that I have to talk with BlackOx department for it, personally, he can't do anything form his side.

Instantly, I called the BlackOx department[protected] but the customer care representative, who pick up the call; told me that he also can't help me, I have to talk with ebay, form wherever I purchased it? Again I asked to confirm that do I talk with 'seller of ebay' or 'direct ebay website'. He gave me the number[protected] and told me to talk with them and also said that's all what he can do max for me.

I called[protected], its ebay customer care, he listen me in details and then want to talk with the BlackOx technician, Mr. Biswajit Koyal ([protected]), who came for installation, talked with him. Then guide me to "RaiseClaim" in ebay guarantee, only in than, base on claim, he will provide me the support.

On 8th April I raise a complain in ebay guarantee claim (Claim ID: 2825329) but THEY TOLD ME IT'S ON MANUFACTURE DEFECT so please talk with manufacture. But on other hand, BlackOx department[protected] Mr Promod and Mr Ali ask for Rs550/- for replace the defective product which is under 5 years warranty . When I told all this to 'ebay guarantee claim', they ask me take a letter for BlackOx that "BlackOx department is not going to help me" then after that ebay going to take step on it.

It's clear, if someone don't want to help me; he will never give it in written - what 'ebay guarantee claim' asking for ??

Dear sir maine 24feb2017 ko 698 rs ka product purchase kiya. Mujhe product received nahi hua h. Mujhe payment bhi refund nahi hui hai. Maine seller ko message se inform kiya ki app ka product mujhe koi response nahi aya.
Mujhe payment refund ki jaye. Jab mujhe products nahi mila. Mai ebay toll free pr call ki would kehte h seller se contact kare. Unke mail karne pr hi hum paise dehnge. Maine grivencebay department me bhi maerssage se response nahi mila. Mai solution chahta hu. I request u please solution on matter.

I have not received any refund from Ebay.in after complaining3 times. My paisa pay id is [protected], your CCE is saying I will get my refund in 24-48 hours, and from 20+ days your 48 hours is coming, I do not know why? Does Ebay is concerned enough to resolve this issue? If not then pls stop the service your are providing.

I purchased one sumsung 64gb sd card for ₹539/- on 26/3/17, amount paid throw my debitcard, amount debited immediately from my vijayabank sb a/c. They sent me a faulted item to me. After several check, enquiry they ready to refund my amount. But till today they not re embersed my money. I mail my bank passbook statement also. But they cheating me, they says we credited money to your a/c. They give me false statements sir,
I don't know how to complaint against them on cyber crime or consumer court or consumer form.
Please help me.

I bought a phone lenovo zuk z1 from eBay and when I received the phone and then I open the box, in the box the phone is old then I start the phone but phone is not working, charger is also old and defective . then after 6-10 days they sand me another charger then I start the phone and the phone is defective then I complained in eBay, they tell that go to service center, in the service center also my issue is not solved then again I complaint many times for replacment or refund but they r not giving proper answer so pleas pleas pleas help me sir I am vary poor man . phone issues are overheating like it may blast, network is not catching, mick problem, and suddenly switches off when call is running so plz plz plz plz help me sir .

His no is very ringing n he's answering his call s as well. You guys are so so so pathetic...Am not going to leave you guys. Will escalate this to the senior management as well for spoiling my anniversary..

जो हमें 10 मार्च 2017 को मील गई लेकिन वो स्क्रीन जो मेने order की थी वो नहीं मिली।

I placed an order oneplus 3 mobile on 7.04.2017 from Ebay.in . i received the product on 11.04.2017. on the same day of delivery while unboxing the phone i found there is bright green spot on the display. i immediately raised claim for refund against the product.i was notified that resolution will be provided till 14.04.2017 but there was delay. i finally got a call from ebay on 16.04.2017 Stating refund Request is Rejected as Product is under Manufacturer's warranty. i really don't want to take the brand new phone to service center as i have no time for the same.

My eBay guarantee was approved since one month over, they still not Gaven my refund amount. When ever I call them with a consequent gap of 2-3 days they always say wait 4 days or wait 5 days, this is going from from one month. My patience level is no more . I want to file a frogery case in district magistrate and want to share this third class shopping experience in newspapers, no matter if I loose some money over all this. Atleast I save other consumers of being frauded.
Request to take strict action.

I ordered a product (nikon d7000 16.2mp digital slr camera (black) with af-s 18-105mm vr ii kit lens) rom ebay (12th march'17) but received (18th mar'17) the product from amazon and part of the product was missing.
Ebay wasted my time for an entire month and now instead of providing me the missing product, they are asking me to send it back to the seller and only then they will be able to provide me with the replacement/refund.

As the product invoice i received is from amazon even when i ordered it from ebay. i do not have the trust in ebay/seller that they will refund/replace the product once i ship it back to them as the invoice i have is from amazon which i confirmed with amazon.

But till that is not happened. I called so many times to ebay customer service they said. I call to seller he is not responding and more over i written so many mail's to seller and ebay. Not responding to my mails.
But i purchased this product through ebay guarantee. I completely disappointed with service they hold my money from 07/04/2017. Please go through my mail history. I request you to cancel the order and refund my amount with in 3 working days.
They have to pay penalty to me.
