Sir, I purchased a beauty leg correction belt from eBay at 11 February. When I got the belt the size is small according to my feet so I requested to change size but they told me that size is not available so they told me to return the product at their given address in Delhi by my own courier. And than I returned the product and share the courier slip with them and than they got the product and told me that they will refund my money in 2-3 days. But now today is 13 April . They did not refund me . I request to them many times .

i have been having this problem since last 2 months and i mailed you many times and i also call your representetive many times but they all are making me fool. when i send your product to your seller so why are you not refunding my money???? refund my money please...

sir they are not refunding my money. they have not correct information about their seller. their seller received my return item before 1 months ago but they did not refunding my money. when i call ebay they told me that contact the seller and when i contact the seller they told me contact ebay.so both of they playing a game with me . sir please help me.

    Had booked an Apple i phone 6 on 22 Mar 2017 using by credit card, the payment was realised by E bay on 23 Mar 2017 and they send the product by courier from their Chennai Seller (Digital Estore) on 29 Mar 2017 and i received the product on 31st Mar 2017. Iused the product for 2 days and the voice mike of the handset goes faulty.

    i tried sending them mails and calling up them alternate dates but there is no response to my mails or the claims i have raised . I would request you to please look into the matter and help me in finding a resolution.

    Please find below my last complaint.

    I have not said item is not as described in add. I have specifically mentioned in my comments that the Mike isn t working and I want a replacement as soon as possible. The courier person had taken the product from my home on Friday and today it is Monday and still the product hasn t reached the store. I am beginning to real get disappointed with the kind of services that digital e-store and ebay( in particular) are providing. When do u plan to give a resolution to my problem. If this is the case with my continuous follow up every day I fail to understand what will be the response to a person who doesn t follow up . I am sure others would be facing similar issues and aren t raising their voices. If the product isn t delivered by this Friday then I promise I shall raise the negative publicity/ comments on all platforms - FB, WhatsApp, your webpage and all possible web media. When the customer care doesn t even understand the problem and are ready just reply to my comments with a standard comment and msg that we are following up isn t the answer that me (as a customer) is looking for. I need a resolution to this issue at the earliest and I am tired answering calls and messages and emails day in and day out. The product had a faulty Mike and it has been sent thru Aramax courier on Friday. Please have the same traced on its whereabouts and have the product tested as per your policy and send me a replacement, if not, refund my money with interest else I will voice my opinion on all public platforms today. Since Flipkart has bought ebay today I expect a faster response to my problem. Please call me at [protected] for any further information u require.

        Dear sir/madam
        i am order a 32gb memory card on ebay and pay online for that on 29th march, they targeted delivery the product within 9th april, but they don't delivered the product and apologized for that and ask me for refund money.
        i am tale you this is not 1st time that i seen this kind of thing in ebay.
        actually ebay start a policy very cleaver policy...just add product on website and not give COD (cash on delivery) option, take money from buyer earned interest from that money 1 month, than refund...and say sorry ...
        this happens thrice on me, they refund money but hold minimum 30 day for processing or so.
        i requested them that i did not want money i want my product if delay than also i not complain it, i only need the product..
        but they don't, actually they have not any product just add on website for earned interest.

        so sir plz do some legal action to them so that further they don't harass people like me.

          I have purchased ebay item[protected] NOKIA 6600) on 3rd March 2016. On 11th March they said that the item will take time to ship so i cancelled the item and asked for a refund. They told they have raised refund request and I will get it in 7 to 8 days. But it has been 1 month after the cancellation till now I did not get the amount back. I have raised claim id:-2753765 and my PaisaPayID is [protected]. Rupees 5895 was deducted from my account which till now I have not received. Everytime I ask them about the problem everytime they say that i will be receiving it within 7-8 days and if not I need to contact them back. I did this 2 to 3 times but everytime they say that they have initiated the refund and I will get it in 7-8 days. Kindly help me in this matter.

            While placing order online on eBay the amount got deducted from paytm wallet via TXN id- [protected] against the order no IPT[protected] but after deduction of amount on 7-apr at 16:34 hrs I got the failure msg & the order was failed to book. As per paytm from their end payment successfully made to vender so plz arrange to refund the amount as the order is not placed. Total amount is rs 4!9.

                Dear sir,

                I purchased i-phone 6, 64gb for rs 29, 999/- on 16/03/2017, though seller claimed that it is a brand new phone when i switch it on there were already personal pics in the gallery, and when i started using it, i observed that it gets heated in 5 to 10 min. It was strange as i have been using i-phone since last 7 years and i never encountered such problem even with the phone which are 3 yrs old. So i claimed a refund and requested for pick up. The phone was picked up on 30th march 2017 and received by the seller on 5th april at 8:08 pm. Neither seller contacted me nor ebay for the processing of my refund. When i called the ebay i was assured by ebay that i will get my refund within 48 hrs i. E before 7th april 2017. Till now i haven't got my refund.                   Am srinivas from chennai.

                  I order for 600 mbps usb 802.11n wifi wireless lan network card adapter with antenna on 04 apr 2017.

                  Received the produt with defective product, used cd and courier cover torn on 07 apr 2017.

                  Followed the clear instructions from seller as per his manual, still the product is defective and not functioning.

                  Cascaded many mails to seller and complete details to ebay india and asked them to take back unused product and return 100% amount of rs. 266.80.

                  Today, 09 apr 2017, the claim has been resolved saying

                  Unquote:

                  I still donot understand how ebay can act in collusion with seller.

                  First of all, seller has shipped a defective product and ebay india is honouring this act of seller by rejecting to take back and refund.

                  I need my complete amount not this defective product to be repaired and used, why should i repair an unused product??

                  Ebay india is responsible for this cheat.

                  Pls assist to proceed further in this case. I wish to escalate further to regulatory bodies too, if not refunded.

                          I bought a laptop battery for my gateway NV54 laptop. The battery I received was DEFECTIVE (and most likely a COUNTERFEIT) and did not work. I wanted a FULL refund. But EBAY seller says I should go around (I am an old person) looking for a courier and send it to them.

                          I want them to take it back at their COST and they should have it picked up by THEIR courier

                            I ordered one HTC phone, Specs- 32 gb internal memory, 3 gb ram, but I recieved the 8gb internal and 1 gb ram. So raised this to Ebey and they told me to contact seller. I spoke to seller he told me to send this phone and he will refund after deducting 1000rs. Now I am struggling to get refund since last 2 month.

                            Suite the legal notice against Ebay as well as seller those who done these to you. Go and file the case in Consumer court to get better resolution. If needed means raise a complaint in cyber crime police for support for the case.

                                I received this product on 30th Mar, raised a claim for return the next day stating the product is not as expected.
                                Reason for return : The box was unsealed and dirty also the phone looks really dirty the back panel which is cloud white has got black dirt patches. I got a call from E bay on 6th April wherein I requested them to take back the product and refund my money but they rejected the claim. The Executive who called kept saying we cannot refund or take back the product. Though its a refurbish product the condition of the phone is really bad and if I am not happy or not willing to keep it, why should they reject the claim? Also the product has E bay Money Back Guarantee though they are asking me to contact the re seller for resolution. I called their call center thrice but got no help also called re seller but no one answered the call. I paid 16999 for this dirty old phone which i want back.

In Website they have mentioned about Air Mouse 2.4GHZ which they have not sent and after registering complaint they are saying that use that general remote and they will not be providing Air Mouse. Also it is mentioned that it is HD TV but picture quality is horrible i can see better picture in LCD but into this Smart HD LED TV picture quality is very bad.

                                  They are denying to send Air Mouse or returning product.

                                      This company has kept my reg and on hold for nearly 2 months. And they have been unnecessarily demanding stupid things. And later on simply apologizing for not giving the refund. They have even suspended my account because I was just asking for my refund. They have tried to always get rid of me and never returned my refund. And as I tried to contact them to reactivate my account they didn't even tell me the reason for suspending my account and said it cannot be reactivated again.

                                      I am still waiting ebay to refund my money. I am ready to provide every reshipment proof towards the seller And If ebay doesn't refund the money. I will do nothing but suicide because i am totally frustrated with this refund issue. Ebay can't process refund for one customer? What is this?

                                      I have been explaining my problem over a hundred times. And still even after a month I'm being asked the same question what is my problem. In simple words I just want my refund as soon as possible. Or else I will demand a penalty on it for spending too much time and energy for this same issue.

                                        WORST E-COMMERCE SITE. UNINSTALL
                                        I ordered a phone letv le 2from ebay which was complete default when i unbox it. There is major keypad issue which cannot be solved.within 24hrs o[censored]nboxing i called ebay 1st representative said mam you have to go to service centre and get a jobsheet for refund/replacement procedure. Then i went to the service centre which is about 120km from bilaspur ie RAIPUR as we dnt have letv service centre.i shown this phone to the engineer he said this phone is even not accepting any software changes even not connecting to the computer and he suggested me for replacement or refund. Then on the same day i sent u the job sheet and raise my 1st claim which was rejected as per the words MANUFACTURE WARRANT. I called ebay again and said i have provided the doc as per ur representative words then why it is rejected. Then 2representative said may be the doc is not updated mam ill update it now, our team will call u before 72hrs. Then my claim was reopen i again called several time representative said have patience mam. Then my claim didnt reopen i went to lawyer rakesh pandey highcourt bilaspur who is a cousin of mine, he said that if a product is under manufactur warranty service centre word is last(in between this days shabeer seller called me and said to courier this phone by money only he will correct things and will send me back, i told him that engineer said its not serviceable then also he was not ready for any replacement)then i called ebay asked them to say last things as i was about to fill petition against ebay then the representative explained me whole stuff and said mam u will be eligible i[censored] will add this phone is not serviciable in you jobsheet, i asked him will this resolve my issue he said yes mam our team will call u, then again i went to service centre and asked them to write this phone is not serviciable. Send the doc to ebay again.i wait fo about 48hrs fr claim team call but no call mail came.now today in morning i called ebay the representative said mam call is arranged for u between 10 to 5(daily i explain my issue to ur representative daily they gave me steps to follow, i do everything then my claim reject)now i called at 6pm 6april they said claim id again rejected... Now im going to take this to consumer forum as well as going to fill petition against ebay.. This kind of service was unexpected i will surely review this matter through youtube channel.im hurt as its not the matter of 9680 rs but a matter of trust... (i have all the recordings as an evidence)im sorry but this feels hell to say this kind of incidents ruins the idea of cashless economy.
