“NEW –IMPORTED –APPLE I PHONE 6 PLUS-128 GB SPACE GRAY-WARRANTY “from our worldwide esteemed, reputed and customer oriented E-Bay company .The details are as below

Purchased from digital store (Ebay) with paisa ID---[protected] and delivered me on 31/1/2017.
Almost after getting this phone, I went china for 1.5 months and faced many issues, which I have reported through various Emails start dated 13/3/17 to Diggital/e-bay and Apple Corporation.
Now I came back to India on 27th March 2017 and after speaking many times with Diggital person they have agreed and told me to send my piece /Phone on which I am sending them on tomorrow (3/4/2017)

Now after showing to Genuine APPLE Authorised service station (Attached card for your ref) I came to know following big big surprises to me, which I have not dreamt off in my life from at least Reputed E-bay Company and his best seller/Trader Diggital store Chennai.
After tried my best with the help of my I –phone friend’s and you tube education I have tried all various settings and then I went to Pimpri –Pune Apple authorised service station and when he saw this phone then he told me following shocking issues (Mr Harshal (Sr.Executive of Apple)is willing to talk with you/e-bay or Apple any time if you wish—attached his card)
1)This so called your description on e-bay “NEW –IMPORTED –APPLE I PHONE 6 PLUS-128 GB SPACE GRAY-WARRANTY “ is already expired his warranty on March 2015 itself.Now it is out of warranty??
2) After seeing it minutely he told Its Display is duplicate
3)It has WI-FI connectivity issue ---Not picked global network at all like on Airport/hotel in china &india/my company wi-fi etc (only Hotspot and very near by under router is connected.)
4)Display Quality is not good as new one
5)Voice Quality is not at par as other Apple Phones.
6)User interface response is also very poor compared with other apple i-Phone 6 plus.
As I am General Manager in Tata motors and know service industry from last 25 years, would like to resolve this issue impeccably and humbly request you to Refund /Replace (NEW –Under warranty Checked piece ), I will wait for next 10 days for your positive response before pursuing other options like legal counsel or consumer protection through my lawyer.
