I ordered a branded watch and have received a poor quality duplicate item with broken parts on 31st March, for which I submitted refund claim, id: 2809073 on 1st April.
Customer care haven't responded to my claim yet, neither refunded my money.

    I ordered a LYF F1s Mobile from Ebay.in as on 25/02/2017, but i received Gionee L800 as on 27/02/2017, i raised a claim regarding this issue as on 28/2/2017.
    My Claim ID: 2728281 & Paisapay Id: [protected]. Since last 36days Ebay Claim team harassing me with unnecessarily and not refunding my money yet.

    As per their last demand we reshipped their wrong product to the seller with their courier service which has been delivered as on 03/04/2017. But still Ebay Not Refunding my money and holding the case with unnecessary reason.

      E Bay is Cheting with customer and they not support us they laptop was very bed condition as reviving condition and 2 day work and not working present i was contact but they tell me you are not eligible for clinm and before purchase they tell me you are Eligible for claim befor purchase i was call on ebay tall free number and they give me confidence for purchase and after purchase they are not give any responsibility so this is very big market fraud by the this type online company

          Sir,
          I buy a shoes from eBay on 21 March and I get it on 24 March . But I use 9 no shoes from last 3-4 year and I order 9 no shoes but this shoes is not comfortable so I request for replacement and refund on eBay guaranteed. After 4 days eBay call me and follow some process and I follow. After 4 days eBay again call me and follow some process again and I follow and he says we solve your problem in 48 hours I have not any info . I call eBay customer care he again says a new process and I do it . After some time I received a mail that eBay rejected your claim. I shocked and I call eBay customer care and he says we delivered your item and now we can't change this because this is not your policy. Sir now what do with this shoes bcz I can't use this and eBay says u want anyone and registered any complain in cansumer Cort but we are not accepting and not changed your item. Sir eBay give me 8-9 days fake information that we give your claim and after 10 days he says this is not in our policy. We can't this. Sir I heart from eBay and I am a student . 1000 rupees very valuable for me sir . Please register my complain and refund my claim from eBay India online shopping company

              On 1st april, at 1.20pm, i was ordering (540 needles) 1.0mm derma micro needle roller black titanium for skin care. Its cost was rs.380. Payment is done but order not generated. I tried to call customer care it was also not a feasible mode of communication

                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                        I am to state that, First of all, I have ordered a memory card of Samsung 32gb Evo Plus from ebay.in having email id - sridhara.[protected]@rediffmail.com. But I have received a parcel from Shopclues.com for the same product which I have ordered from ebay.in instead. I could receive ebay parcel with ebay packaging as genuine but received in shopclues.com parcel. The second thing, I have ordered for Samsung Evo Plus memory card but received a normal Evo memory card packaging and inside the package, there is an Evo Plus memory card which is clearly stated as the duplicate memory card as I have uploaded all the images very clearly which you can verify. I did not get the genuine and the right product i.e. Memory card. Instead, I got a different product which is a duplicate as you can see the photos. This is a clear fraud by eBay seller. When I put a claim against them, they just suspended my account and rejected my claim as my account has been suspended. I requested them to reactivate my account but they denied. And also they denied refunding my valuable amount for the wrong product.

                        So I request you to please raise a claim on them so that, at least I can get my refund for the wrong product sent by the wrong parcel that is shopclues.com instead of ebay.in and hence obliged.

                          This guy is a Fraud. He said is Satish Kumar from Indore. He is Mobile seller on eBay with ebay id vivejhari-0, Now he has changed his ebay id. He is changing ebay id after every 5-6 days, when he sell out enough 40-50 mobiles and steal the money of customers.

                          After 5-6 days he will change it. But remember dont do anything outside the ebay. He is continuously cheating users by changing ebay id's.

If we ask for courier receipt, he gives some old receipts on which the names and address are not clear. Please don't trust this guy. He has cheated me. He is Fraud and should be severely punished.

                            After tried my best with the help of my I –phone friend’s and you tube education I have tried all various settings and then I went to Pimpri –Pune Apple authorised service station and when he saw this phone then he told me following shocking issues (Mr Harshal (Sr.Executive of Apple)is willing to talk with you/e-bay or Apple any time if you wish—attached his card)

                            1)This so called your description on e-bay “NEW –IMPORTED –APPLE I PHONE 6 PLUS-128 GB SPACE GRAY-WARRANTY “ is already expired his warranty on March 2015 itself.Now it is out of warranty??
                            2) After seeing it minutely he told Its Display is duplicate
                            3)It has WI-FI connectivity issue ---Not picked global network at all like on Airport/hotel in china &india/my company wi-fi etc (only Hotspot and very near by under router is connected.)
                            4)Display Quality is not good as new one
                            5)Voice Quality is not at par as other Apple Phones.
                            6)User interface response is also very poor compared with other apple i-Phone 6 plus.

                              Now a days my refund amount is not coming properly from ebay.

                              I paid for item no:[protected],[protected],[protected] = Rs.918.90/- on 02.3.2017 via PayTM mobile payment .(Problem is missing transactions.)

                              3 products came, But 2 times my 918.90 + 918.90 debited in my bank account. I sent attached my bank statement also. No action from ur side. Please please do needful immediately. I am feeling very bad.

                                    I have purchased a AC from ebay which is not delivered to me, also they are not refunding the amount. Details of incident are given below:

                                    (I have proof of all these incidents as mail and call recordings)

                                    While searching for product on eBay I saw a product in auction & I placed the bid. On 10/03/17 I got a mail from ebay "You won with a Rs. 33, 000.00 bid! The next step is to pay." After two minutes I received another email ebay message by seller. Seller said final amount is Rs. 27500 including shipping and installation charges. this is a brand new piece. then i got a call from seller to pay the amount in ebay account which he texted me. i told him i will do the same after confirming from ebay.

                                    I called ebay customer care and had a talk with a telecaller and her supervisor NIDHI, i asked whether there is any defect in the AC as the price is much less than the MRP Rs 71490 she said the product is new and ebay guarantee is there. if there is any problem then ebay will be responsible and you can make the payment as it is an ebay account. Asking her for double verification she confirmed the same from the backend team and denied to make the payment and told to ask the seller for payment link. I did the same & asked for the link in ebay messages. Seller provided the payment link on ebay messages.

                                    then i confirmed it from ebay on 12 march, i asked ebay executive Parveen whether the link is safe and secure, and it is covered under ebay guarantee or not, whether the payment is going to ebay like other transations or not. he said the link is of ebay and paisapay. you can make the payment and the amount is safe and secure and covered under ebay guarantee and it will transffered to ebay & its like any other transaction on ebay. i asked again for confirmation and also told him that i had a doubt that the seller might be fraud as it has entered ebay just 4 days before the auction and whether the payment goes to the seller's account directly. he said they have proper documentation of seller be assured about it & its a good thing you are concerned about the seller and you are following the procedure as this is heavy amount and the payment is going to ebay.

                                    i made the payment through the link of rs 27500. seller sent me the invoice on mail and updated shipping details on ebay. As the shipping details were invalid i called him to get the correct details. he didn't attend my calls i left a message on ebay on 16 march to give valid tracking id. I called ebay customer care on 17/03/17 they said they had forwarded the concern that they will provide me the valid orderID, paisapayID and the Tracking ID of the product. On 19/03/17 they registered complaint against seller with complaint number ts027310, 20/03/17 they said the case is already escalated and we are working on it.

                                    On 22/03/17 i had a talk with NIDHI floor supervisor. its the first time they said the payment was made offline, at the end of discussion NIDHI said i will get my refund of rs 27500 within 2 days. i asked if she had my account details. she said she already have. On 24 march i called and they said i will get the amount by the end of evening. i asked about transaction id she said system is slow, please wait for evening and you will get your amount in bank account.

                                    Till now i neither received my refund nor get the prompt response from ebay. they are denying for giving the refund and saying that they are closing the case from their side and said we cant do anything regarding this, you can do FIR against seller.

                                        I take this opportunity to share my poor experience of buying on ebay.in. My concerns with ebay are

                                        1. Too much variation in price. The same item is available for say Rs 400 from one seller and Rs 600 from another?? I understand profit margins but so much variation is unjustified
                                        2. Sellers just do not respond to queries – I have this very prominent observation on ebay. Sellers are too lethargic to respond. I must have written dozens of emails to several sellers but most of them do not respond. Looks like they are doing a mockery of their own business or have something to hide on ebay
                                        3. Product picture/description/warranty/related information mismatch e.g. Pic shows 1333 MHz RAM description says 1600Mhz and one point it ways company warranty, same page also mentions seller warranty. The product descriptions are misleading
                                        4. Showing one brand and selling something else e.g. description says AA battery but actual product uses button battery. Product is EasyCap but actual received is VideoDVR and so on
                                        5. Despite when negative feedback is given ebay as a coordinator recommends to settle the matter with sellers!
                                        6. Ebay does not moderate any info displayed by sellers.
                                        7. Sellers say that Dead On Arrival should be set to Service Center but sellers are not even supportive to provide service center details or they are ignorant about it

                                        As a consumer ebay is my last choice. Online shopping sites need to be more particular about customer centricity as you don't get to see the item before purchase.
