    I had an amazing experience of late with ebay @ 17.3.17
    Ordered and payed in full for a 2.1 Altec Lansing Music System.
    The next day, Solutionscornerinc smartly replies : "Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we are currently sold out of this item[protected]"

    Imagine, a multibillion-dollar business with operations in about 30 countries, specializing in multinational e-commerce, facilitating online consumer-to-consumer and business-to-consumer sales, headquartered in San Jose, California, being a notable success story of the dot-com bubble has no clue about its inventories.
    The bottom line is : ebay is not concerned with its' customer's "Priorities, Time & Value for Money, customers and their presence in ebay are being taken for granted"

    Surely, ebay a lost a customer. Similar experiences are now surfacing from multiple sources on expression of my experience.

    Pretty bad show.

        I purchased a product on the 3rd of March and they haven't sent me the product neither the refund of rs 1699..they don't pay heed to the calls and keep telling me to wait. Also I have submitted my updated pass book details..more than 20 days I haven't received my money . called them around 7 times, they give assurance but account shows no credit.
        Other than that they provide me a email. [protected]@ebay.com they don't respond. Every time you send a copy of pass book they it to send it again.. False transaction ID is provided to you.
        And they ask you to run to the bank every time you ask for a refund

            NEVER EVER BUY FROM EBAY.IN. Flipkart and Amazon are much reliable sites and provide quick resolutions to customers than this good for nothing ebay.in site.

            My hateful experience is as follows:
            I bought an iPad from eBay two months back (biggest mistake of my life). The product was a defective one and I immediately claimed refund on it. I have not received any resolution for this till date. I was waiting for the ebay courier service to come pick up the defective item (dent) and they did not come for over a week and so I had ship it back to the fraud seller damaged the product (broke screen) and put the blame on me. The ebay people along with the seller are blaming me (the customer) for the damage (WTF?!) and asked me to submit so many proofs. I sent them all sorts of proofs like Declaration letter from courier office, tracking sheet of the consignment, hundreds of images of the iPad, etc. I have submitted all the proofs from my side and yet to receive refund. eBay is the worst ecommerce site ever. Customer Service is just THE WORST. Don't ever buy here.

            DON'T BELIEVE IN THESE MISCREANTS. SHOP ON FLIPKART OR AMAZON OR ANY OTHER SITES EXCEPT FOR EBAY.IN. LIVE A HAPPY AND PEACEFUL LIFE.

              I bought Brand new LG G4 mobile on 23.03.2017 at 8.04 am in morning and payment was made by me by credit card at that time only. Seller mentioned in item description that item will be shipped within 30 hours of payment. As even after more than 76 hours, item could not be shipped by seller in contravention of description, on 26.03.2017 at 12.33 pm, I cancelled my order and informed eBay accordingly. On 27.03.2017, email was received from seller that item is shipped.Subsequently seller informed me through ebay messages only that he has cancelled my purchase. I have sent copy of his mail cancelling my order to eBay but hey are not paying any attention. Tracking number of Maruti Courier mentions that booking information is not available. When my purchase order isalready cancelled by seller, eBay should initiate process of refunding amount paid by me which has not been done so far.

                While browsing I found an item and was tempted to buy it. Item ID:[protected]

                At the initial page I found image 1.
                It was clear mentioned that price of the item is Rs. "1".
                When I proceeded to make the payment to my surprise I found the price "999" times more.
                I have spent a lot of my precious time.
                This type of practices are never expected from such a reputed brand like you. This would only lead to decline of your brand name.
                I further claim to get the item as listed at first sight at your website.

                  Pls find attached refund mail from ebay.

                  Its been 29 days and I have sent my account statement 5 times to [protected]@ebay.com and must have called them a dozen times but everytime they promise that I will receive a refund but I have not yet received the refund.

                  I have also checked with my SBI Branch Manager regarding the ARN ref number eBay has provided. He has clearly stated that he or his bank cannot check anything from their end from this ARN ref number 74766517060708450306110.

                  My name is Vaibhav Agarwal and 5, 999 INR has been debited from my SBI savings account.

                  Pls look into the matter.

                  Refund from eBay received after 35 days. Only after I filed a complaint at pehredar, I received a call from ebay support. In the call also, executive told me that they can only provide ARN number and no other proof. After that, again I raised the issue here and sent my bank statement to ebay people and so called ceo's at ebay. Shame on you eBay, you guys suck. Thanks to pehredar for all your support.

                  I have sent my sbi account statement again today on 1-April-17 for the 6th time to [protected]@ebay.com, ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@ebay.com, Latif.[protected]@ebay.com, [protected]@ebay.com.

                  You guys have taken 32 days and still making me run for my money. You give me a fake ARN ref no and ask me to check with my bank. I have checked with SBI Bank Branch Manager and he has no clue about this number and says that he or his bank cannot check anything from this number.

                  I am sure action will be taken against you in due course.

                        I purchased Samsung Galaxy J7 Duos Dual 16GB 1.5GB Gold[protected] worth Rs. 11, 400/- from eBay on 1st March, 2017 and prepaid the said amount to them (eBay) with Paisa Pay ID- [protected] dated 01/March/2017. (order copy is attached herewith) but I didn't received the bought item till date.

                        Surprisingly the online tracking history of my consignment is showing item is delivered on 6th March, 2017 while that is still not delivered to me.

                        On my complaint about the same to eBay and request for refund, eBay rejected the refund claim stating that as per Data Running Sheet (DRS)of DTDC (courier company) while as per DRS it is very clear that item is delivered to anyone else other than me as there are not my signature. Also the mobile no. written below the signature is neither my no. nor anyone related to me (DRS Copy attached). Moreover, the online tracking history of the item is telling that consignment is delivered to any 'SING' not to me (LAVKUSH DWIVEDI), the original buyer.

                        I told the same to eBay and DTDC that there is fraud signature. For verification I send them copy of my PAN card bearing my signature to compare with the signature on DRS. Also asked to verify on the receiver mobile no. that whether it is related to me or not, but eBay forced me to get a letter from local DTDC office that item is by mistake delivered to other than you.

                        Meanwhile I called to local DTDC office of Jhansi Mr. Sandeep Shrivastava on his mobile no. [protected] in which he accepted that delivery boy has by mistake delivered the item to anyone else at BIET than given shipping address at Bundelkhand University. I have call recording of the same. You pl provide link where I can upload the same for your ready reference.

                        In the view of above records, pl register my complaint and ask eBay to refund me my paid money Rs. 11400/- along with similar compensatory amount of my mental stress facing since last 20 days.

It has been very frustrating & annoying for me every time when I contact to eBay for my refund as they are not ready to understand. I paid 11, 400/- for phone which I urgently needed but eBay neither delivered me phone nor refunding my money. Cheated me. It was my first purchase from eBay and will certainly be last for me and my all relatives & friends.

                          My paisapay remittance was kept on hold.
                          I got an email from ebay asking to send Proof of delivery, i sent it to them.
                          On 15march I got their email again asking to contact buyer and ask him to send confirmation mail to them, the buyer also sent it.
                          When I called ebay to activate my paisapay remittance, their customer care guy talked in very arrogant behaviour and started making stupid stories.
                          When I wrote an emal to them again, they didn't replied me.
                          Its been 3months since I sold the products

                                I'm a seller in ebay, and product was sold on 29 Dec 2016, I was supposed to get the remittance on Jan 16 2017, but due to some policy violation the account was suspended on that day, which means i will not be allowed to do any other transactions from now on, but the remaining remittances would be sent to me (said their customer support), Tried to reach their customer service after few days, and customer support mentioned that i would get the refund / remittance within 30 days of suspension which was feb 16 2017 as my account is under review, now its March 26 2017, i have contacted them for almost 5 to 6 times as of now and there is no positive result, everytime they say account is under review and we have escalated it to concerned team and they would get back to you soon, but till now i havent received any response. They wont even say a date when they would refund the money. Its fine if i cannot do any more transactions i just want the pending amount to be sent, either to buyer or to the seller.

                                Called the customer service and they asked me to send an email with the paisapay id, so that the amount gets refunded to the buyer, have done it, will wait for 3 more days

                                  As i raised the claim regarding the above mentioned product earlier on ebay because the same was not functional when checked. Now ebay team asked me to directly contact seller as they provide ebay guarantee within 10 days after successful delivery. But unfortunately i raised the claim after 12 days, the reason was that i received the product in Bangalore and checked in Kashmir as it was required for my brother (Kashmir). That is why it takes so much of time.

                                  Now i personally request you to please replace the product as it costs Rs 2500 that means a lot for customers like me. I hope you will replace the same. Please do the necessary action and please do inform me .

                                    I recently bought a Mi Pad 1 that is supposed to come with Xiaomi warranty. The product came in a faulty condition and EBay refused to even entertain my claim.

                                    When I went to Xiaomi service centre they say that they do not provide any warranty for products bought on EBAY

                                        I booked an oppo f1s 64gb gold on 02/03/17 worth rupees 17, 450=00.
                                        And received the product by 04/03/17. By mistake wrong product was been shipped to me, so i have registered a claim and ebay has opened a claim on 04/03/17. Supplier messaged me that the replacement was not possible, so he sent message to the ebay team for the reverse pick up of the wrong product and refund.
                                        The reverse pickup for the wrong product was done on 11/03/17. They promised to refund us within 20days, its been 20days and today is 24/03/17 n i have yet not received the refund.
                                        Please look into this issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.
