I ordered a mobile case, for my cell phone costing 530 rs, but when i recived the product i came to know that, the product was of very bad quality, its seem to be old.
When i complaint ebay about the product, they told me that, you will recive your money by bankoverdraft. Its been more than 9 months now, i neither recived the demand draft nor any coupuns from ebay, every time i call ebay, they say you will recived your dd in 4-5 days.. And no actions taken by them. These is bad how much time the consumer should wait for his own money, , this is harrasment to the customer. Please see to this matter urgently.

    Both of the above is under the same paisapay id [protected] that is the confusion,

    They guys think that the black is delivered along with the brown. But i only received brown. Black is missing and not delivered till date. But completely refusing to refund, giving atleast 3 different reasons on 3 different occasions. Hence proved that they are very inconsistent and very suspicious.

    Do not want to give their full names or the escalation point contacts at all. I tried as much as possible.. But they are not giving it, yet another suspicious behaviour... This is only happening with the ebay customer care so it looks like a low level scamming happening in ebay by the contact centre agents..

    Finally they disconnected the chat several times whenever i ask them questions on their face abt truth.

    Hence proving ebay has now become a scamming place by their contact centre agents.

          I have purchased Zoook Rocker 2 bluetooth speaker, I have sent email to within couples of hours to ebay that the product is bad, they were lots distortion in the voice, but ebay is not taking responsibility. They said go to service center, i told them i don't have service center in city, if product didn't work well even 10 min then who guarantee it last for long. but least bother what trouble you face. I request them 100 times i don't want this product, return my money or i buy something else from ebay, no need to return my money. But they didn't cooperate with me. As they are forcing me to keep product which is defective. I feel the reviews on website are fake. Customer care of ebay is worst customer care i even experienced. I have tried to contact seller thru email & phone number, but i feel seller is fake too because email goot failure delivery and phone is being never responded. Please help me...

                I Shiv dutt bhatt ordered for a ear Bluetooth and I paid amount ₹ 550 for the same on 16 mar 2017 and company e mailed me that said item will shipped you on 20 or 21 Mar 2017 but on 21 mar they e mailed me that we can't shipped you and amount will be returned to your account uth in working three days on 23 Mar they e mailed called to company they replied your amount will be returned to your account till 08 Apr the matter is that such companies are taking interest of customer's account while they have either not such product or they are unable supply.

                  I had purchased the above product on 26 feb and waited for 1 march also for shipping but not shipped than i asked seller about shipping status but he said he had shipped than again on 2nd i asked for shipping details he said sir shipped you will get soon, I asked him to update the shipping details on ebay but he not uploaded than again he not uploaded upto 7 march . Than i had raised ebay guarantee claim on 07/03/17 that i have not received the product and if available kindly send me, but inspite that seller had not shipped product yet upto 10 march. Than he said shipped on 10 march and shipping staus uploaded was not trackable than i asked for refund of my money as i would not wait for a month for TV and had purchased from local market and now i dont want your TV, I message to seller and ebay also for refund of my money, Ebay is extending time each 2 days from 12 march extending they had given 15 march than extending gain they give time to seller they given him 17 march than again they given time to seller 21 march than again they given time to seller 23 march than again they given time to seller 25 march, i dont know what they want, when i already told i dont want your product now, you call back wherever it is i dont know i just want my refund as i am not going to accept product now which is far beyond estimated delivery time given of 1 to 3 march 2017 . Now i just want my refund from ebay for Rs. 23999/- They saying sir we will contact seller and provide resolution, when seller is not responding to their mail than why i have to suffer.I want my refund .

                    This is to inform you that as per trailing mail it was wort experience with your team where i feel sometime non sense people are hired in the company and also sometimes they have a pressure from there seniors to close the concern of the customer on immediate basis whether the customer should be satisfied or not with the resolution.
                    and these wrong hired people may lead to the degrowth of the company.

                    Now pls find below my concern

                    I have purchased two refurbished mobiles from your website but out of which one is working fine and second one having lots of issue on day one.

                    I raised a claim to cancel the purchased of second one and return the money . but received the reply that product is under warranty and so claim will not be processed.

                    If product is under warranty is does not mean that it should not work for a single day and warranty should only be considered if it is used for long time and then it creates problem. But if the product is not working from day one why should i take it to the service center...???
                    Further due to your bad behavior, I Further took this mobile to service center(Model Town New Delhi) but they guys confirmed me that the they have replaced the Display and now it will work fine but it actually not happens . I am not sure whether they have changed the display or not.
                    I have visited this center 4 times.

                    Then when problem was not rectified then i visited second service center in (Kirti Nagar Delhi) firstly they said that they will not take this mobile because we are already in touch with the other service center but when we shouted on them then they took the mobile and given us back they the problem has been rectified. We visited 3 times in Kirti Nagr service center but still the problem presist.

                    So finally i need answers of this Who will bear the loss of my time and money which i wasted in service center of Samsung, I visited 7 times and if the cost is 200/Visit there is loss of Rs 1400 only during first 15 days and the cost of the Mobile is just Rs 4000 and i also dont know how many more visits are required for this issue...???

                    Today i received the call from your executive team Gurgaon, They denied to provide me the support and forcefully closed my case and when i informed them that i will move to court legally, your team said that your are welcome ...!!!

                    Just see the behavior of these non sense guys.
                    Further now i will not go to service center for further and i want my money back into my account along with the fine also.
                    otherwise i can take this case forward to the Higher authorities of Court and will definitely escllate in social media
                    Facebook, Linked In & other networking sited.

                    I can assure that i will share article with you how big companies shutter are closed due to some wrong hired people in the company and a those who have not taken customer feedback seriously.

                        I received a fake one I just googled about the fake and original and I end up with the conclusion that is fake...because original one is made in Korea but this one is made in Taiwan...
                        Not more if I store anything in that is delete itself...And the speed is very low compared to original...The main issue is it erases itself.It costs 649rs

                          Please kindly help as ebay india is giving me all the standard emails for not sending me a demand draft of 600/= since december 2016.
                          I called more than 50-60 times all of them give me same excuses for escalating teh case as the demand draft is lost???/
                          Hame on them
                          Escalating issues or speaking to managers like sunny, vivek etc is also pointless as they do not do anything.
                          Shame on gaurantee from ebay as they are stealing customers money.
                          Disgusting.
                          Never experienced this in uk or usa ebay.

                              First of all I find that the product information provided by sellers on ebay is either incomplete or deceptive. Take for example 4 GB DDR3 ram sold by seller itstoredatascan on ebay. Picture says 1333 Mhz but product description says 1600 MHz and despite of such a conflicting info it also comes with a disclaimer from seller side that 'PLZ CHK COMPATIBILITY BEFORE ORDERING'!!!

                              I have written several mails to such sellers several times on ebay but sellers simply don't respond.
                              Finally I decide to raise my concern to ebay customer care and they gave me a cold response that unless buyer has bought the product they can not contact or fetch the seller details.

                              ebay simply does not have any pre-sales customer support policy which is very much required for effective and transparent business.

                              This is an urge to ebay to improve upon their pre-sales customer support processes and achieve higher customer satisfaction!!

                              ebay should moderate the sellers that
                              1. Sellers are providing complete information including warranty / return policy/product specifications on product page
                              2.Sellers are promptly responding to customer queries

                              ebay, don't blindly ask for order number to help you support me in response to this complaint, if you really wish to solve anything! There's no order as this is a pre-sales concern. It's left to you to introspect your polices and improve upon them.

                              I already raised this concern after my chat with ebay representative. There's nothing to discuss further. All you need to do is introspect and improve your pre-sales support or leave it like that. It's clear that ebay does not have any policy to provide pre-sales support to prospective customer nor you interact with the seller unless customer has bought a product from the seller. This post is to make fellow users aware of my experience.

                                I order redmi 3s prime from ebay paying an extra Rs1000 above the selling price from other sites totaling to Rs10, 000. I initiated a refund process on 27th feb and until now the only update I am getting is that the claim is underprocess. I have the recordings and the chats from the customer care if needed. Ebay guaranteed 20 day claim is worthless.

                                  My self Anil Singh and I am registered customer of ebay. I purchased item "20 in 1 Mobile Phone Repair Tools Kit Spudger Pry Opening Tool Screwdriver Set f" (Item ID:[protected] on 17-Nov-16. I paid by online my (PaisaPay ID [protected]). But eBay send it wrong address I have informed them but still I don't receive my refund. I have lot of time call to their staff but they told me their account staff will call me but still they not call me. Now I will make complain in consumer court about this and tell my problem and tell them about eBay fraudness.

                                    I have place order of mobile via ebay on date 16 Dec 2016 . parcel delivered by bluedart courier but mobile not received in the box . I raised claim request for refund but ebay reject my claim but as per courier and shipper same weight parcel shipped which I received actually without mobile, I call many time to eBay customer care but they give resolution sellers favour.

                                        I hv purchased a watch from ebay . When i recieve the watch..it was too big in size and also looks old. I have claimed my money back and raised a claim on ebay. But they favoured the seller and close my complaint . As flipkart.. if we want to return an item..they process the same day and u get back ur money withim a day in ur bank account. Ebay service is so use less. Ill go to consumer forum and vl take my money back .and also sue ebay on this issue.
