i have order 2 combo of 32Gb+32GB memory card, but receive only 1 combo of 32 gb memory card(2 unit) and it is demaged condition and not working in any phone i have try to all phone but is is demaged and dummy memory card, just painted memory card not contain any chip, i contact seller and ebay both are not respond to me, please resolve my issue to refund my money,

    Hi, I purchase Samsung j7 prime on 21 Feb 2017 but product cancelled from eBay side due to whatever issues. as per eBay refund initiate on 1 mar 2017 but not showing in my account yet then i talk to eBay executive, he guide me that talk to canara customer care no. I talked and customer care guide me that visit branch and give application to bank manager. It is not possible. I purchase product from eBay branch manager permission then why I did to talk to branch manager or customer care no. I thought kindly track my issue from eBay side .

          I bought a motorolla g4 plus from ebay which was working properly on the 1st day but on the mid of second day all of a sudden the sim card slots stopped working. none of the sim card slots are workig and when raised a claim on ebay for the refund within the time period of exchange they rejected the CLAIM. THEY ASKED TO GO TO THE MOTOROLLA SERVICE CENTRE AS THE PHONE WAS IN WARRANTY AND APPARENTLY THE SERVICE CENTRE DENIED TO TAKE ANY PRODUCT FROM EBAY AND LATER WHEN EBAY ASKED TO GET A LETTER FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE THE SERVICE CENTRE ALSO DENIED THE SAME. Currently i am having no phone. My money is stuck and they are denying a refund and are instead asking me to courier the phone to chennai from where they would get the phone again in working condition and send it back to me in time.

I was informed that the ETD will be between March 3rd-March 6th.After seeing the delivery date i confirmed my order. Now they informing it will by latest shipped by March 17.I called the customer care for a solution they are asking me if i cant accept it plz cancel the order or i myself should directly contact the seller for a quick shipment of the item.Is this ebay service?? If i need to contact the seller directly why should i purchase through ebay. I would have done it myself.

              Worst company in the world. I hvnt got back my refund amt. Rs. 33990 till now. I'd booked New Apple iPhone 6 Plus - 64 GB - Space Gray - Imported - Warranty id no[protected]. They promised a very discounted rate & I waited a month for the delievery as mentioned in their booking details. but suddenly 1 day they called & informed that you have cancelled the order & we are refunding your money. However i didinot cancelled my order So I requested them to send either the phone or refund amount. which i havenot recd. either of them. now im just waiting the hard earned money of mine to come atleast. kindly do something.

                        I bought xioami redmi 3s prime on 18th jan 2017, still i didnt received the item and contacted the courier compay (fedex) they said they have lost the item while shipment and then i contacted ebay for morethan 7times, everytime i call they said ur issue has been escalated and u will get solution within 72 hours likewise i waited for 1 month. i gave enough time to resolve the issue now i want my refund immediately. i m about to pay my emi without receiving the product which is horrible.                               I had ordered a power bank on 10th feb 2017. It was due for delivery on 19th Feb 2017. I didnt receive the item on the scheduled date that is why i clicked on refund. Today i received a mail that my reject request has been cancelled.I haven't seen such poor service of any e-commerce company till now.There are patheticand fraud. They should be banned from selling in India.

                                    HELLO SIR,
                                    i have a seller account on ebay.in (sgshoppingmallltd1) and i sold two items morpho finger print scanners. but when the time come to remittance than paisapay hold my money for the name of policy voilation my all product delivered to the customer and they also gave confirmation for delivery. all positive feedback. but why they put my account on hold. can i file a legal case under section 420, and other criminal causes. they also appreciated to seller to build a new account but after some time they suspend all of these account. i have three accounts on ebay.in and total remittance is 25000/- on hold. plz help me.

                                      I would like to register a complaint against eBay India for not refunding my amount.

                                      I have purchased soundpeats ear phone worth of 1300rs, but they sent me cheap China ear phone. Then as per customer support I have shared the wrong product images and reshipped to seller for refund. But after reship customer support stopped to respond. I have written several mails for refund but no response from them.

                                        on Jan28th 2017.Till Now, Feb 24th 2017, Item is not shipped by seller.I have open ebay gaurantee claim on Feb 5th.Still, no use.Seller mobile is always switched off.Once in 10days he replies to mails, saying that, I am ready to ship item but ebay guys are not picking your item.When you call ebay customer care regarding same, they will say, "wait for 48hrs item will be shipped".That never happened.Ebay is seller friendly.Ebay doesnt care about buyer.May, be ebay is part of this fake and unbranded company.
                                        Ebay gaurantee is another kind of cheating people.
                                        You cant talk to ebay gaurantee guys directly.The only way, you have to talk to them when they call you.If you miss that call, Again you have to wait 48 more hrs.This is pathetic.
                                        Now a days people are coming with 1day delivery option.But, look at this ebay, they cant even ship item in 1month.Pathetic service, worst seller.irresponsible customer care.
