I asked the seller, a payment method, he told me to use paytm, and contact him only on watsapp and not on ebay... He then took the money and did not ship or pic further calls or txts... He is a fraud... And i would request to remove his listing before he makes fool of other buyers. He inflates his rating by buying the item himself. I purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 4 dual sim on 6th feb 2017 and I got message that it got shipped on 9th feb but when I contacted the seller on 12th feb, he said the item hasn't shipped yet. So I raised a claim[id 2692678] on 14th feb for the refund. I called the customer support on 17th feb regarding the refund but they said the ebay claim adjuster will contact me in 24 hrs and resolve the issue. After not getting any call from the ebay claim in 24 hrs, I called the customer support again and again they said that ebay claim will call me in 24hrs. Then they keep on giving the false commitment that the ebay claim will call me which is not happening.

Please do the needful.

I have ordered a dinning table at ebay.in on 5th feb-2017 and the seller has responded that i will be get the product on 17 of march, again after a day i got a message that there is a delay in manufacturing of the product so it will be delivered on 27th of march and 10 days it will take for shipment from transport. I have cancelled the product and from then i am calling ebay to refund my amount but every day i am getting false commitment that today you will get a call from ebay to resolve the issue but this is not happening, the interesting part is seller"sunrise international" is never picking up his cell. I have paid this amount of 24k from credit card and even after canceling the product i have to bear the 13% charge of emi which ebay is not returning. Please help me in resolving this as i am already feed up calling ebay so many times. Also i have written mails to @ceo of ebay [protected]@ebay.com, he dint even responded to any mail nor anyone from his team.

Please help me in recovering my amount from ebay.in

I ordered a fitness kit.
Ebay describes it contains 4ft plain rod, 30 kg weights, locks, 2 dumbell rods, hand gripper, pair of gloves, skipping.
I paid 1499 rs.
First they said my location is not serviceble.then i request to cancel my order and give back my money,
Then they asked for a new address, i give them my work address which is serviceble area.
Almost i month to get my product.
They said that they shipped items in Fedex.
But i got product through safe Express.
I checked and found i got only 4ft rod snd weights, even didn't get the weight locks.
Also found weights are made of plastic and packed it with concrete sand.
They said that they are giving rubber weights.
And i got the invoice copy of 22kg, my order was 30 kg pack.
( One of the weights are broken condition and sand is came out side.).
So many times i complainted i ebay,
Seller said that they already sent missing items.but I didn't get that, i asked the present status, they didn't give reply.
Atlast ebay said reship items within 3 days.its not possible because i tske the items to home and now i am in work site.
Also said shipping charges paid as coupon.
I am not agree with that resolution.
I got items that's woth below 500, but i paid 1499 rs.
Even without the weight locks it's not usable condition.
I checked the feedback, so many people have faced same cheating.
So please take an action against this type of cheating.

I have buyed samsung s7 edge wireless charger and the item was defect.. So i returned the item and requested for the dd.. The refund has not yet reached me so i claimed on jan 05.. After that many times i called ebay customer care service they are convencing me telling that u will get ur dd within 5 days.. It is almost 2 months now plzz resolve my problem and refund my money 1990 soon as possible plzz..

I have prurchased following memory card from ebay,

Samsung EVO 32 GB MicroSD MicroSDHC Class 10 Memory Card 48MB/s + 5 YR Warranty

When i inserted into my mobile and tried to copy the data found that nothing can be copied or moved to sd card, all files got deleted as soon as I restart the device.

When i contacted ebay, they told me to contact samsung service center since it has manufacturing warrenty.
When i showed the product to samsung service they told that it is a fake and duplicate product we cannot provide any warrenty on that so you better check with ebay.

When i again contacted to ebay i got response from support team to please bring a DOA letter from Samsung so i have again contacted the Samsung service center and they just emailed me with their conculsion about the fake product and told me that since the product is ducplicate and does not belong to samsung we cannot give it on a letter head but they have mentioned all in email with samsung contact person and number so ebay can contact them any time and they can clarify that.
But the ebay refuses to accept such email response they want only DOA letter which should be on samsung letter head only.

It's ebays responsibilty to check with seller and give me my refund but they are not doing that.

I am attaching here the samsung authorised service center response and card photo for reference.

I have contacted so many times to ebay but they are not ready to take action seller as well.Ebay service is really pathetic.

I just received my order of 5 pcs -sleek vintage style arrow clip fountain pen eyedropper steel cap m nib from ebay.in (paisapay id [protected]). Sorry to say the pens are of abominable quality and do not write at all. I filled one from the set of five, the inkflow is absent. I did not dare fill the rest.

I was supposed to gift it to someone, and now I dare not. I want the problem to be redressed immediately.

I have purchased lens .it does not suit to my camera Nikon D-3200 . it shown in the item description that “ Nikon’s D3000-series and D5000-series*3 cameras, “ . I understood that d 3000 series mains D3100, D3200, D3300, etc. and placed order and I have received the item but the lens is not suit to my camera. only two images available it is not showing all the part of item.

I booked one product i.e rechargable 3.7 v 5800mah battery but order is not succeeded and My account amount deducted but product not booked

I have already raise a claim on ebay on 30th dec 2016 regarding about the missing item inside the parcel i. E xiaomi mi max dual 32gb 3gb 6.44" 16mp 5mp grey with manufacturing warranty[protected] which contained magazines that i received on 29th december 2016 from india speed post. I tried to contact the seller but they dont pick the call. So i raise a claim and the ebay company took the action on it and they gave me 20 days maximum to resolve the problem of the missing item. But after the given duration by the company the claim was being rejected since they told that the seller has given proof of sending the item and told me that the money won't be refund. So the main issue for me is that i want the money to be refund since it is a huge amount which is rs 13, 849. I have talked with the supervisor of ebay on 24th jan 2017 and told me to provide a authorize declaration letter from the india speed post which i got it from the post master (Mokokchung, nagaland - 798601). The supervisor gave me assurance that i will get my money back if i provide the authorize declaration letter. After providing it they kept me on hold till 19th feb and everytime i call them up they kept on telling me to wait for 2 days or 3 days n on 20th feb they told me that the claim cant be reopen without informing anything in advance to me. Ebay doesn't treat the customer right. This ebay is a fraud, they dont help the customer. And i can see lots of customer complaining about this company. This company should be banned for good. Both the seller and company r cheating on the public. And i will keep on standing till i receive my money.

I had brought one health powder (keva Double Stem Cell Powder). After receiving the product I had found that, which I had received is duplicate one. Immediately I raised the complaint. After 15 days they called me and said that they will not accepting the my claim. And also Still they are selling the same product. Plz help me to refund the payment this.

I have ordered a power bank for the paisapay Id [protected] on 24.12.2016, after few days I have received a mail as the item was delivered, but actually I have not received the item till now.

When I tried to contact the customer care they told me courier detail shows as item was delivred and they advised to contcta courier partner. When I contact them they told me this courier details is for maharastra. the item which I have ordered for coimbatore(Tamilnadu) address, but they delivered to maharastra. after I came to know this again I have contacted the care and they accept as item was wrongly delivered and they I assured as I will get my money in 10 days, But till now I have not received my money.

Totally fake, never ever trust ebay .i buy a product but when they delivered, i got a refurbished cracked product.
I claimed eBay guarantee but they closed my claim by telling a stupid reason and also refused to return my refunds .
As per eBay guarantee rules eBay should help buyer for his/ her refunds .
They cheated me of cost 2000 Rs .

I have order a mobile and paid online. I have requested the seller to cancel my order as i have ordered worn item. The seller also replied back stating - "give us a positive feedback - we will cancel the order. So i did the same.

But the next minute the seller got a positive feedback, he delivered the item and there is no reply from him thereafter.

Please take necessary action to save consumers from these cheaters.

I raised a claim on dated 16/02/2017 but you mailed me on 18/02/2017 your case is resolved claim is not eligible. Now i found one more thing that the product was duplicate/fake and not working also i checked one memory card when i was put up data on the memory card than check on my mobile all data has been lost this is not first time you also send me 2 tb wd hard disk defective earlier don’t do this your liable customer. I also tried a call to your seller lakhani 30 times is not picking a call. I have attached few snapshots of memory cards in mail. I request you people to process my refund as soon as possible failure to do so from your side will force me to take legal action against ebay by approaching consumer court.

I ordered 32 gb samsung micro sd card through ebay.in website on 9/2/17. I have made the payment through netbanking for rs. 465.0. Paisapay id : [protected]. I only received the product on 17/2/17, after multiple follow ups with the customer support team.

The product was delivered through dtdc - ref no. (Z[protected].

The product which i received is fake. Just a piece of plastic card with details printed on it. It is not a micro sd card. Please find the attached photos. These fraud people should be jailed, as they cheat people for their hard earned money.

I want the compensation for my time and money on the fake product.
