When i received mobile it is non working and damaged, i called customercare and he send me link to raise claim, because they dont have a option to raise claim at their page by default (part of negligence) and when i opened that link there also no option to click damaged product by default ( part of irrisponsibility)
As i have using these things newly, Iwrote there as simple that product is not switchin on, they rejected my claim, Then i called again and said about details then they reopened claim again and asked me to upload images of product this time, after all these procedure they didnt considered uploaded images and fact, they stayed at my first writen complaint and rejected it again.
due to this fraud i have losting my pease of mind / mental harrasment / loss of Rs6499.
