I have purchased one Xiaomi MI5 mobile from ebay on 14 Feb 17 and delivered defective product on 16 Feb 17. Item id is[protected]. i also registered claim on ebay under paisa pay guarantee. but they rejected my claim and did not refund my money. Ebay is cheating with everyone by sending defective item to customer.ebay claim id is 2697953. I called customer care first they tell that wait for 4-5 days your claim will be taken in action and...

Paid the amount through netbanking on 11-Jan-2017 but, ebay has wrongly printed the invoice as COD. The courier person refused to deliver the item. Claimed for refund. Still not yet refunded the amount. Contacted several times. SR. Nos.[protected] &[protected], 1-[protected].

eBay is least bothered about the customer....

Worst service .. After delivering duplicate product they say, we cannot do anything in this matter . Better you talk to seller .. & seller is not picking up call.

If i would have to talk to seller then why the hell are you doing on middle .. go & shut down your ebay ..

They are cheat .. they always deliver duplicate & low quality product . It happened with my frnd also....

I have order 32GB memory card in ebay. But the received memory card not working and not even that is a memory card. That is only plastic chip. If i contact ebay customer care they are told to go service center like that.
How can i go service center with duplicate product. Tottal very bad i called ebay customer care in cha they also told like this...

I had ordered 18 items on ebay India site for my school. Received only two items.
Raised claim for all the items and first they say it would be refunded and after few days a new mail comes saying your claim is refused.
While I have not recieved my articles then I am entitled to repayment.
Sincere advice is this site should be banned and not allowed to do such fradulent business....

20 jan 2016 ko delivery me khula hua packet mila jo maine nahi liya aur usi time maine ebay ko complaint bhi kya jiske baad ebay ne kaha ki apko refund 5 working days me mil jayega.
Tab se aaj tak mujhe koyi refund nahi mila rojana call karne par mujhe 72 ghanton ka time diya...

still the ebay site also not showing delivertark datils and i have lose my reedem points so kindly return my reedem points as as possible

When i received mobile it is non working and damaged, i called customercare and he send me link to raise claim, because they dont have a option to raise claim at their page by default (part of negligence) and when i opened that link there also no option to click damaged product...
