The worst ever services I have received . Ordered a lehnga, wherein no blouse piece was found and quality was extremely inferior. Was asked to raise claim with seller but, no help provided by seller then under ebay claim, they are asking me to show pictures for inferior quality, how can I show inferior fabric through pics. This is extremely annoying. Moreover, I was asked to share the pics within 48 hours, they don’t care if I am stuck with some work. I want this bad quality product like bad quality services to be picked up. I just want my refund.
I will never ever shop again from ebay. On top of that, they said did not you read disclaimer that we don’t guarantee quality. Hats off!! Snapdeal and Jabong is far better.

I have recently purchased Redmi 3S prime mobile and it was refurbished, on the first day only it was not working and i applied for return and they rejected my claim and told me to go for warranty and i went for service center and MI service center is saying, they are not official partners of ebay, so no one is taking responsibilities and, i lost 9.5k, on this new mobile, i dont know what to do ?

I ordered this product (HANGING MOSQUITO NET)of Rs 425/- on 28/12/16, but the seller not delivered this item, now 45 days ago the ebay not refund my amount, lots of emails send to company but the company not give any sufficient clarification, I talk 4 times in customer care, but they not give me any results, give only only wrong assurance.

Hi,

on 8th -jan-2017. I bought 3 digital clock for Rs.260.But no one called me delivered to me but in ebay site it is updated as 'Delivered'.I made multiple complaints to customer care, and they asked me to take a loss of Rs.260.It is very frustrating.It is ebay's mistake.why should i take the loss.

We have sent our product via ebay's preferred logistic partner but have faced lots of trouble to make the deal successful. Thanks to our buyer Mr Ajay for his support and co-operation otherwise its not possible now a days to reply on ebay and its logistics. We and our buyer have contacted ebay and logistic department several times to get the product delivered at the right place but they failed. After contacting them several times the product is now delivered to the buyer. And once again thanks to our buyer who accepted very late delivery.
Now after getting the product delivered to the buyer, still on ebay's portal it shows that the product is been returned to the seller while as the product is been delivered to the buyer. Kindly make sure for the delivery from buyer as well as from your logistic team and relised our payment soon. Do revert us for the same.

I had ordered some item on ebay with PaisaPayID[protected] on 03.02.17. And the item had been dispatched through DTDC courier and was about to be delivered on 06.02.17 and I recieved a call from DTDC delivery boy in the afternoon as I was not at the address I asked him to deliver it after 5pm in the evening or on Saturday. But when I checked the the status it shows it had been delivered at 3.15pm. I was not at home at that time as I was in office. I would like to know to whom it was delivered. I purchased a memory card from ebay.in on 20/12/2016 which i paid through debit card of rs 461.57 the amount is debited from my bank account instantly but after two days i got to know the seller has not shipped my item so i will get my money as refund through original mode of payment i waited for the deadline issued by ebay.in which is 8 working days to get my refund, i waited but on 6 january 2017 i called the ebay customer cell to know what is happening as the deadline is gone and i didnt receive the money, they said that i have to provide them my bank account statement so on 10 january 2017 i gave them my account statement they told me to wait further 72 hours i waited 6 days but nothing happened, again i called the ebay customer cell again they told me to provide the same i provided them the same but its almost 2 month gone i didnt receive my money.. kindly look into my matter. EBay sold me a charger under brand name of lenovo .Now after 1.5 months it is not working, i contacted lenovo service center and they are saying that charger is a duplicate one.I tried to contact the seller but it's number is switched off.Ebay asked me to do claim ...I did it but now they are trying to confuse me ...and are saying you have not claimed eBay separately...I want refund of 530 rs (cost of charger)

I have already registered a compliant against Ebay.in, stating that i have not received my refund till now, through they have sent one email that our refund claim is accepted through Ebay, we will receive our refund with in 3-4 days, again one more email received from Ebay that we will received our refund with in 8-10 days, but its almost 12 days over till now we dint received our refund, they are not taking serious about customer problem.

I requested you also, but from your end also my problem not solved till now.

Please sir take as serious case about my issues, i have already given all details about product.

Kindly take action against Ebay, its fraud company, their service is very worst service.

I purchased a back cover from ebay . But I received wrong product I purchased back cover of Vivo v5 . But I got different order . so I request for cancelled my order and refund my amount . all require details full fill on ebay id . My refund was approved on 7th -January-2017 . as per their call center deadline was given 22-january-2017 for refund but still not received my refund amount .
I logged 4 to 5 complain on call center of company . but no any result I got till date . last time I logged a complain to there call center person MR Shadab he offered me complained id 2604395 .also he assure he will provide me positive solution in 48 hour but still I had not receive result . so please help me to get my refund amount with correct penalty for delayed service .

I required Redmi note 4 phone and chose to buy it from you as it was listed on your site but my pin code which is 848101 was out of your delivery coverage area. when I contacted your customer care to request to arrange the delivery of that phone to my area I was given a number to talk directly to saying it was your seller's number and if he wished he might send phone to any address. When I contacted your seller through whats app (number provided by you) I was instructed to make direct payment to an account (detail of which is mentioned below) There was no reason why I should have doubted him because that seller was listed on your website and hence paid him Rs 12999 on 29/1/17 . After receiving payment your seller assured me that he would be dispatching that product to me on 4/02/17 on 4/2/17 he showed his inability and requested me to wait till 8/2/17
On 8/2/17 he wrote that he would give courier detail in the evening but thereafter he is not responding. Now when I checked I observed that he and
his products are no
longer listed on your site. It is confusing and I now dont want to wait anymore now, I will purchase another brand now please arrange to pay Rs 12999 back to me
