I purchased this product by accident. I tried to contact ebay and the seller from the day i received this product. The ebay is denying the claim simply and telling me to contact the seller. The seller is not even responding my emails or calls or messages. I cannot loose 800rs for a product which i cannot use. I am not rich and live in a tight budget. I purchased many products from ebay.in and without considering any of that they simply just told me "we cannot help you and contact seller" although i purchased the product from their site and the seller is not responding at all. Please help consumer complaints department.

            I brought two Mi-Band 2 from ebay.in from the seller amazinggadgetsclub and they are claiming 6 months MI India official warranty for the product i brought since the product was not getting connected with my phone i went to service center and they denied the service saying Ebay is not our selling partner and i wont get any king of warranty on mi product that brought through ebay.

            Dont buy any products of MI from ebay, you wont get any king of support from mi service center.

              I have ordered nokia mobile phone on bakwas ebay.in. i received the product which is not working. I have charged my mobile for more than hour, removed battery and kept again too still mobile doesn't get switched on.

              Then I placed return request and claim is raised for which they told they have called once or twice for which i have not responded . and now asking me to re-ship the product which is not possible for me to do as i am an employee.. which is totally disgusting service provided on repeatedly calling on customer care center

              please look in the issue as the company is running on its own benefits which cannot even take a look for the customer concern.

                  I have ordered HM DM-1 Tds meter from eBay.in through PaisaPay ID [protected] for Rs.1298/ dated 26/01/2017 Seller mount-pure and Received it on 02/02/2017 and opened claim ID 2668403 on 03/03/2017 because product received is defected, not working and seems to be used product and seller doesn't provide tax paid Invoice, I approach for Refund and want to Return product but eBay rejected my claim and remarks contact manufacturer for warranty, eBay is doing fraud with customers and supporting there sellers who are doing fraud and cheating customers, eBay seller mount-pure doesn't provide any invoice so whom should I contact. Really disappointed, I want refund and want to return, why should I suffer unnecessarily, I think it's my fault I have trusted eBay.in, fraud website, ever expected this thing from such a reputed website. Customer satisfaction is nothing for them, every website like Amazon, flipkart, myntra has return policy if you don't like the product but mine product which I received is defected and eBay reject it. It really a shame on there services, please refund my money, it's my hard earned. Please help me and cooperate, please do Justice and teach eBay a lesson, it's a request

                      I have purchased coolpad dazen1 mobile from ebay on 17/01/2017
                      and i received product on 20/01/2017, , , when package is opened i found product is damaged (broken at back side). emmediately i called to ebay customercare told him about raise claim to refund.
                      he sent me link (because they dont have a default option at their official site)
                      to raise claim and i write down simly that product is not working and not switching on, because battery area is damaged, and submitted.
                      After 3 day i received mail from ebay that my claim is rejected. I called again to customercare and told about all details, and he said that he will reopening claim again for that i need to upload the broken item images( when i called them first time they didnt sugested me to upload images), then iuloaded images.
                      and after 5 to 6 days again my claim is rejected.
                      They are not considering the images i uploaded.

                        I had bought a Sony Led TV 55 Inch from a seller through Ebay on 21st October 2016 which was to be delivered on 3rd of November . The product did not arrive till 7th and on enquiry found that it has reached Punjab instead of Chennai. Then again it was delivered on 17th November with broken Led and also the brand is not sony. It just had a sticker of sony. Then on discussion it was told that it was under insurance with DTOC and so can be claimed. then after had also sent images to ebay and seller . The ebay had tried to contact me in registered mobile and since they did not have my new number they close the claim by saying no response from buyer. Then I called them again on December 19th 2016 and reopened the issue by giving the clear images. They promised that Issue will be rectified and claim will be done. Seller then never picks the call. Every 3 days I call the ebay customer care someone new picks the call and have to explain him from scratch. Then he says issue is escalated to higher authority and it will be resolved with 2 working days. Finally after calling till 09th of January 2017 they suspended my account. Now the buying department says they cannot resolve as the account is suspended permanently so contact the other legal department. When I call them they say that they have sent a mail on susprnsion on 13th of January and they cannot reveal the reason and I have to check my mail. When I check my mail I have not received any emails from Ebay.

                        So now buying is saying that issue can be resolved only after the suspension is revoked and the other department is saying that your account is suspended and only buying department can help the issue.

                        My claim ID is 2488152 in ebay and all the calls are recorded, Iam not sure how to take it to next level. Today the seller picked up the call when I called from a different number and said that the earlier person who was incharge has left and not he cannot help.

                        The product is under insurance cover with DTOC.

                        Ebay can suspend your account any time if you raise any claim it seems. Someone can suggest for any help or is there any other way to resolve the issue

                          I bought a laptop charger(65W AC ADAPTER POWER CHARGER FOR HP ELITEBOOK 8440P) from eBay a few weeks ago. The charger was unusually heating up. I realised i was cheated when i noticed the product quality because in their website they said it was of high quality but it wasn't. And today, during regular office hours at work, the charger cable suddenly caught fire and there was a loud bang and smoke was coming out of it. The surrounding area also got fire and people got shocked but luckily no one got hurt. A lot of people was around this charger when it caught fire. Someone could've got seriously hurt. I am posting this complaint to urge everyone not to buy from eBay because they don't care about product quality. They just wanna sell their products. They don't screen their suppliers. They just go with the demands and of course their products may not judge you, but they'll definitely hurt you or make a huge loss for you.

                                I ordered a Forme phone and I got it delivered on January 26th and it is not working. Let the complaint be small or big written, u have to do ur job. Boz it is our money, u want to delay like this. I dont want like this silly answers/mail. I want my money back immediately. Do this as soon as possible.

                                  PRODUCT PURCHASED WAS: L'Oreal Professionnel Absolut Repair Lipidium Shampoo and Masque Rs.899
                                  SELLER VIA EBAY-tresax5. I have received improper item... Both shampoo and conditioner is not how the original shampoo is... I want my money to be refunded ASAP... I WANT THE PRODUCT TO BE TAKEN BACK AND GET MY REFUND ASAP... THE PRODUCT IS COMPLETELY FAKE. WHILE PAYING FOR THE PRODUCT IT WAS MENTIONED THAT THE PRODUCT FOR WHICH I AM PAYING FOR IS COVERED UNDER PAISA PAY.
                                  ATTACHING PICTURES OF THE EMAIL I HAVE RECEIVED FROM EBAY IN-SPITE OF TELLING THEM NOT TO CLOSE THE CLAIM THEY CLOSED IT.

                                  I HAVE ASKED FOR A PRODUCT REPLACEMENT REPEATEDLY WHICH THEY DIDNT AGREE AND THEY DIDNT EVEN PAY ME BACK MY MONEY.

                                  PFB ENTIRE CLAIM HISTORY AND I AM ATTACHING PICTURES.

                                  The original masque is creamy whereas the masque I received was frothy first image is original masque and second image with the shampoo bottle behind it is the one that I got from eBay. Now look at the shampoo bottles the one in the left hand side is the fake product that I have received from eBay and look at the original product which is on the right hand side there is a visible difference in the packaging.. The fake one that I received from eBay has no manufacturing details and other details including the toll free no. Now see the shampoo, the fake one I received forms no lather lacks consistency or even no bubble when I squeezed small amount of it outside whereas the original shampoo is much thicker and fuller.                                       I had purchased a back cover of Nokia 1662 but didnt recieve the item. i paid the amount online but neither the amount nor the item is recieved.
                                      Ebay sucks. they are cheaters. they didnt provide Cash on delivery option.
                                      I tried several times to contact the customer care. but they say will get back to you in 48 hours. but will never get back to you to help.

                                        I order'd a product (FurnishFantasy 3D Printed Back Case Cover for Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus) on 31/12/2016 (order id : [protected] ). On 2nd January i received a mail stating that the seller has declined the order and issued a refund, after waiting 1 to 2 weeks i did not receive my money back, so i tried contacting the seller and send him a mail also and i didn't got any response so i tried sending mail to ebay customer service and after several mails also they are not even trying to help me.
                                        they asked me to send my latest mini statement twise which i send but still no reply and no money, now ebay is not even replying to my mails.
                                        what should i do?
