Still now i did not get refund my money from ebay....

For the above cited item id, I have raised the complaint on 3rd Nov 2016, but on Dec 6th 2016 it shows resolved.. Without resolving the issue, how it can be closed?

Have bought product from Ebay, after receiving that product it was different and damaged. same has been informed to Ebay customer care executive they drag this case 15-20 days and after that they deactivated my account I ask for reason for deactivated simply replied its we cant share that detail.
