    I recived an powerbank (brand Ambrane 13000 mah) from ebay in not working condition...after that i am trying to conect them..then they tell that they will call me back between 72 hrs...but they did not respond still today..i told them that if they can't replace then refund me back...so at this condition what i have to do against them, please help me as much as you can...and as soon as possible...and please please help me to take a step agaist them

    I ordered a Forme phone and I got it delivered on January 26th and it is not working. Let the complaint be small or big written, u have to do ur job.     I purchased new mobile original XIAOMI NOTE4 32GB+3GB, 4100MAH for RS-13999/- against EBAY paisa pay order ID-[protected] Dated 03 February 2017.But the MRP of above said mobile sicked in mobile cover box price for RS 10999/- only. So I paid more amount for RS 3000/- than MRP rate. I have already complained through telecommunication ebay seller. The seller ID isnpor9325. but no action till date. Hence you are requested to refund the amount for Rs. 3000/- for me at the earliest.

      Hello, my name is Sachin, My number is [removed], i unfortunately been onto ebay site and unfortunately purchased stuff from it, my fault, this site is a SpaM in itself, like a trojan or malware. I had complained to ebay already that i'm getting those sms alerts every day, ringing my phone all the time, i told them to help, they gave a solution that go to communication preferences and uncheck the subscription boxes, plus i even deactivated the sms alerts from the my paisapay section. But still, i'm getting those crappy SMS again everyday, from VK-Ebayin.. !!! This is extremely annoying and like a virus stuck in the phone. Truely creepy.

          For the above cited item id, I have raised the complaint on 3rd Nov 2016, but on Dec 6th 2016 it shows resolved.. Without resolving the issue, how it can be closed?

          As of now neither i received call/resolution nor money back of Rs 14, 999.

          And now my account is closed and i can't access to any of the details. My simple request is that to ebay should pay back my money back to the same account (i.e., HDFC Credit - I paid for LG TV ordered on 30th July 2016) as i was already conveyed by ebay that the amount is not given to seller (Fraud seller) for which i have not received an item.

          Why is the deay from ebay to resolve the issue.

          Hope this time my issue will get resolved.

            I hvnt got back my refund amt. Rs. 33990 till now. I'd booked New Apple iPhone 6 Plus - 64 GB - Space Gray - Imported - Warranty id no[protected]. They promised a very discounted rate & I waited a month for the delievery as mentioned in their booking details. but suddenly 1 day they called & informed that you have cancelled the order & we are refunding your money. However i didinot cancelled my order So I requested them to send either the phone or refund amount. which i havenot recd. either of them. now im just waiting the hard earned money of mine to come atleast. kindly do something.

                Ebay.in responded but issue is still not solved, as per their instructions i mailed to seller through ebay.in message service (1st mail-31st January 2017, 2nd mail-1st February 2017 and finally 15th February 2017) regarding warranty claim and communicated with ebay representatives for the same. but till date ebay.in could not find a solution for the same.kindly help me in this regard.

                        Have bought product from Ebay, after receiving that product it was different and damaged. same has been informed to Ebay customer care executive they drag this case 15-20 days and after that they deactivated my account I ask for reason for deactivated simply replied its we cant share that detail. I never had this type worst customer service in my life

                        EBAY IS CHEATER WEBSITE THEY SELLING ALL PRODUCT DUPLICATE & DAMAGED PRODUCTS EVEN THEY NOT BOTHER TO HELP CUSTOMER

                        I was having same item cheaper 500 but I choose this one

                        It was very bad experience and shocking how can cheat people

                          Hi Sir/Madm, We booked phone through online one product that is Samsung Galaxy J& on 4/01/2017 at Ebay.in, they said first with in one week we will receive our product, till now we dint receive product, later they said it will take one month for the shipping, so we cancelled the order which we booked that is on 7/01/2017 we raised a claim for refund on 7/01/2017, but Ebay people not responding properly, they are telling you should wait, our ebay guarantee team people will contact you, from last 25 days they are telling this one only, but we dint receive any call from ebay, but we receiving only mails, that will solve your problem soon. will solve your problem soon. But they are not ready to refund our money. I have sent so many mails with lot of patients, Its almost 25 days for the raised claim for refund.

                          Please, we request you to take this case as special and please solve our problem help us to get our refund. We suffering lot from this Ebay.. They are not taking serious about problem. They are playing with us.. Please sir, help us.

                          I have already registered a compliant against Ebay.in, stating that i have not received my refund till now, through they have sent one email that our refund claim is accepted through Ebay, we will receive our refund with in 3-4 days, again one more email received from Ebay that we will received our refund with in 8-10 days, but its almost 12 days over till now we dint received our refund, they are not taking serious about customer problem.

                          I requested you also, but from your end also my problem not solved till now.

                          Please sir take as serious case about my issues, i have already given all details about product.

                          Kindly take action against Ebay, its fraud company, their service is very worst service.

                            I ordered the product on 27th dec 2016 which is FLP Forever Living Freedom -1 Ltr (Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM) For Joint Pain.I received the same on 2nd Jan 2017.When i opened the packing it was leaking through the cap.I immediately called the courier service person and told regarding the leaking issue then he said that 'I will come tommorrow to collect the product', But he didn't come on 3rd Jan.So I raised the claim regarding refund for this to Ebay but they rejected my refund request because of the eatable item and told me to contact seller.When i called seller then he said "why should i refund you, you have bought the product from ebay and talked to them". I raised the concern immediately after accepting the product and it has been straightaway rejected, I do understand if i would have raised the issue later but how would i know what is there inside the box so that i could have rejected while recieving the product only. We buy products blindly from Ebay with the level of reputation it has got and also expect the same kind of service, This is the PATHETIC answer getting from one of the well known Ecommerce website in the globe. I've decided to take legal actions on this matter if i'm not getting proper response from Ebay.

                                      I have purchase a refurbished phone from ebay on 12 january 2017... i got the phone but with certain panel gaps dust particles in ports and a non-original nokia battery while seller had written in description that nokia batter... i immediately raised a claim and uploaded photos of it... on 23 january 2017 ebay arranged a reverse pickup and i have sent the product back but no response from ebay or seller regarding the refund or replacement ... firstly the seller said that he will be away from office till 25 january 2017 and now he has updated that he will away till 30 january 2017 i mean what type of seller is this who is not responding to buyer and just faking that he is away from office and ebay is not taking any action against him... i have contacted multiple times to ebay that plzz do refund my money and i dont want a replacement from that seller and dont want to buy anything from the seller still ebay is not resolving my problem its been 10 days still i am struggling for solution and wasting my time by contacting ebay, , sending emails, and calling customer support ... i have not the whole time for just wasting by calling or contacting the seller or ebay... I JUST DONT WANT TO BY ANYTHING FROM THE SELLER NOW ... MY FREIND ADVISED ME TO TRY EBAY FOR SHOPPING THATS WHAT DID BUT ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE ..                                         My Claim Id"2593819, , Item worth of rs.1394/- ordered on 23/12/2016 and delivery to be done before 28/12/2016, but i didn't receive the item and went to EBAY Gaurantee on 2/1/2017, but still now my refund is not done and EBAY Team calling every 3-4 days to wait for the last 48 hrs as they have not received any update from courier company(Bluedart).
                                        I want to ask one thing how many days will it take to take update from Seller & Courier company.
                                        EBAY is cheating customers like us, now with this bad experience we and our family, relations are lost for EBAY.
