As soon as item received i check the item but it's dead as arrive, and on the same day i request ebay to replace product as it is not working at all, but they deny from replacing as they said go to service center and replace from there, within the period i tried to reach seller...

customer service is fooling me around.
From 12th of december they were not solving my case.
My paisapay is yet not activated.
At first they asked me for the DRS copy and I was not able to provide so on the same day I mailed on insellerverification.com
To refund to the paisapay id for which my paisapay is on hold.
And after 1 month also the case is yet not solved.
They always say...

So very disappointed and already many many many days after but still not refund my money. I m so much disappointed that

1.paying 11k I received a phone which is either used from last 1 year or it is a stolen cell as
It contains all documents personal pics of a individual

2 it was not told that seller will not reply your call

3 it was not said that mobile is old and seal will be opened not contain warranty card guidance book and slot opener pin

4 was not said that...

As I had ordered the above said suit from eBay. The product has been delivered to me. And when I opened the package I see it is not the quality as I ordered, and I raised a claim of refund. The reply from eBay is as
