As soon as item received i check the item but it's dead as arrive, and on the same day i request ebay to replace product as it is not working at all, but they deny from replacing as they said go to service center and replace from there, within the period i tried to reach seller who register on ebay.in as gineegin. Store
But he was not picking up my call till date, even not responding anything,
Finally i go to authorize motorola service center for replacement, service center deny replacement because they are not giving warranty for battery's which purchase online, and service center executive also talk with ebay executive the same here its conversation ref number given from ebay[protected] executive name - mr. Kaushal from ebay.in
After all this things finally ebay.in told me that "you need to contact seller again for replacement and if he not give you replacement or deny then we can not help you anything"
This was horrible after putting hard earn money i purchase new product and it came dead then also they are not replacing and refunding amount, seller not responding and ebay.in straight away decline my complain and saying can not help you. Which is big fraud!! Its mentally harassment!! West of time and money!!

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    Already send two email for same concern and last email sent you on dated[protected] but didn't get any revert from your end and so many times contacted to customer support number and today also contact to customer support and they said we are forwarding your request to our supervisor.

    My issue related to account, Actually New Buyers unable to purchase anything from my listed products from last 8-10 days.

    Whenever Buyers tried to click on "Buy it Now" Option then they are getting error of "Buyer Requirements" which is not updated in my seller account. Problem is facing "ONLY NEW BUYERS" who has 0 Feedback in their account.

    So, I humble request to you please look into this matter very seriously and solve this issue ASAP without any delay. It is totally affecting my business and you are not helping in this regards.

        Very poor response, if you are not able to resolve issue please escalate higher authority.. when will you refund 549 ₹. Amount is deducted from bank account. However it shows transaction failure while purchasing item via net banking... Ref no[protected]

                I have ordered an item to Kerala and the very moment I realized I ordered an wrong item so I contacted both seller and eBay.in customer service and I was told by eBay.in customer service that I will be refunded .I have all the chat report with me. I got a email few days ago that they have shipped item to the given address in Kerala.when contacting eBay they are not helping to refund and they say as it's shipped they can do nothing .

                  Dear All

                  I had purchased a brand new Weston Wel-5100 48inch 122 CM Full HD Smart Led TV from Ebay on 7th January 2017.

                  Initially on 7th January 2017, your forwarder “Blue Dart” had called me and said that the outer package was oiled spilled and please check the Inner package and product before receiving, Also said that if there was any problem in product, they will take back. Hence I raised a claim (claim ID : 2605746). Later after checking the product I received it on 7th January.

                  After the TV was installed by the authorized dealer from the WESTON India on 8th January.

                  From 8th till 16th January the TV was working correctly. On 16th Evening the TV didn’t started up/switching on. It was stuck on the initial screen.

                  I called ebay on 17th January 2017 @ nearly 10.00 am and explained the problem and the customer call representative said that he registered a Reclaim for the Product as it was still under Ebay Guarantee and asked to wait and their reclaim department will call back me within 72 hours from then.

                  On the same day I called the Seller (WESTON India) and they say that they will arrange a service representative to inspect the problem soon.

                  On 18th January morning @ 10.30 am WESTON India’s service representative inspected the TV and said that there was a major problem in the main circuit board and coupled with software problem, Also said as the TV was only purchased 1 week before then, asked to raise a reclaim (which I did even before on 17th January) as that error component is the main part that drives the TV and worth to raise a reclaim.

                  Again on 18th January when I called the ebay customer care, they say that the reclaim call was arranged and the concern team will call me within 72 hours.

                  As I didn’t get any call back from ebay reclaim team I call customer care on 19th January @ 10.30 am and again explained them and even then they said that the reclaim call was arranged and the concern team will call me within 72 hours. Again in the evening I called the customer reminded them.

                  On 20th January (today) @ 12.30 pm when I called them they assured that surely the claim department will call before 7.30 pm today (20th January).

                  As I didn’t get any call till 7.15 pm, I called Customer care and checked the same. But to my shock I call customer care representative (Mr. Amit) says that this issue is not covered under Ebay Guarantee but asked me to check with Seller for service.

                  I just want the TV to be replaced as assured on 17th January and for the same the reclaim was raised. Now after 4 days follow up the customer care (Amit) says that again they will instate as call for Reclaim team and asked me to wait for 24 hrs (till 21th January).

                  I request you to interrogate this issue and please replace the faulty TV immediately.

                    I brought a product under 6 months warranty from seller. I raised a complaint but noone is bothered. Seller does not pick up call and ebay is least concerned.
                    I brought product due to ebay's name as i hardly know seller. I would buy from local shop otherwise. But now when seller is not paying heed, ebay is simplynot helping.

                    i am following up from last 1 month. Noone has called me even once from ebay. they say they tried calling me once in 1.5 months & i did not pick up phone. I am surprised, i have called them 40 times maybe but once when they called..that is it..

                    i was told to call on their grievance number but noone picks up the call then how do we reach out. The main customer support is not ready to help as they say these are 2 different teams.

                    I feel they are just cheaters who are trying to escape.

                    Don't u read the msg...I have tried contacting all your teams...Your customer support, grievance...put msg on portal...Only I m calling...Noone calls me back...Seller is least bothered...He has not called evn once nor was his number right when I called...And one day I am told that issue is closed...How...Can someone explain...U don't see the product...Don't call and decide that issue is closed..

                        Ebay India,
                        customer service is fooling me around.
                        From 12th of december they were not solving my case.
                        My paisapay is yet not activated.
                        At first they asked me for the DRS copy and I was not able to provide so on the same day I mailed on insellerverification.com
                        To refund to the paisapay id for which my paisapay is on hold.
                        And after 1 month also the case is yet not solved.

                              I have purchased “Pauxis 12 inch AC/DC Rechargeable Dual Mode Table Fan+ Emergency LED Light LAMP” for Rs 1919/- from ebay on 21-nov-16. i got a message from ebay on 24-Nov-2016 saying the item has been shipped with the estimated delivery date of 24 nov - 26 nov. on the same date i got another email from ebay saying “Your order was returned back to seller (PaisaPay ID [protected])”.

                              As per ebay policy for any returned product the refund should be initiated when the product is sent back to the seller. so i was waiting almost a month for the refund from ebay and set a message to seller via ebay on 20-dec-2016 for the non-receipt of the item, and i got reply from seller like this “Bluedart returned the shipment with out any proper reason.Your refund is already processed by eBay.”

                              I had chat with ebay customer care officer on 27-Dec-2016 (SR# 1-[protected]) for the update on the refund, he has given the below confirmation:

                              “08:55:09 UTC Rahul
                              Just rest be assure you will get the transaction details within 48 hours”

                              i waited till end of December & again I sent a mail to ebay care on 01-jan-2017 for the update and i got a reply from customer care on 2n-jan-2017 asking me to contact the seller directly on the below contact for asking him to send the product again:

                              I tried calling the seller many times but unlucky, the seller never picks the phone. So send another mail to both seller & ebay care team on 10-jan-2017 asking them to initiate the refund but i didn’t get any reply till now from both of them.

                              I am not able to Raise a Claim under “Ebay Guarantee” as it says “You cannot raise a claim, as this item could not get delivered and a refund will be initiated soon.”

                              so i called ebay care today (17-jan) for the refund request and i got a reply saying i have to wait for another 6-7 days for the refund to be approved.

                              i am really frustrated by the ebay customer care and i am really worried whether i will get my money or not from ebay.

                              NO SUPPORT FROM EBAY…. THEY DON’T SUPPORT CUSTOMER INDEED….
