But not received yet and not seen my ebay account recent order page.

I send refund request on 25.12.2016 but they hold my refund and not given any answer related to refund.

    Hi Ebay Customer Support Team, I purchased a Fast Track watch on Ebay.in with Paisa pay ID [protected] on[protected]. On[protected] The product got delivered. On that date itself I raised a Claim Since the watch has lot of wear and tear and looks like used. Due to my exams I could not respond to seller . Even though I responded at various instances. The claim closed. I reopened the claim on November 1st week through call with customer support team. There is null response. I opened a case with online resolution center and after the day of case filed, Seller called me and expressed apologies and accepted return. But no courier person came for pickup. I spend 3 whole days and expect for courier man, but there is no response. I closed the case since there is no response from seller ( Even I contacted them over a phone ). I raised a refund request while closure of case. After that, I raised a various queries over phone, Chat and email at various instances. i am a shop alcoholic and shopped at various instances for my own purpose, friends and brothers and many others on behalf of them. This is really a bad experience from Ebay and the seller "watchcolony" for not responding or buyer. I am authenticated buyer in ebay. I need a proper solution for my paid amount of Rs 1550. Why should I wear a used watch instead of new one. This is highly ridiculous of not responding to me. Call to my reachable number [protected] best regards bhuvanesh

They have Described it on the product that its genuine, but this one i received is totally low grade material, flat than the original battery, no barcode on it. In short its a fraud.

        I purchased an item from eBAY (Item number[protected], PaisaPay ID – [protected]) on 29-Oct-2016 and the delivery date was mentioned as 23/12/2016. But today is 14-Jan-2017 (22 days since the delivery date) and I am still waiting for the delivery.
        eBay says, thay are responsible for 30 days only, but in this case the seller itself gives 2 months time to delivery then how come 30 days of eBay gurante can be valid here.
        I have contacted the seller (Kraftndecor - Nimesh Surana) but other than falls promises he doesn't do anything.

          1.deadline for delivery of product was 20th december. ebay should have refunded my money when this date had passed.

          2.ebay has helped a fraudulent seller by extending the deadline 3 TIMES for seller to respond ( on 22 december, on 27th december and 31st december) and even third deadline has passed on 2nd jaunary 2017 and date for resolution was 2nd jauary(stated on ebay website) which also passed 12 days back.

          3.Today is 14th january and i haven't got any resolution from ebay.
          Ebay guarantee claims that it will resolve the issue in 20 days from registering the claim, today 22 days have passed and they still haven't taken any action.

          4.after 2nd January they haven't taken any action in this regard.

          5. ebay didn't refund the money back to my account as stated at the claim stage that if the seller didnot respond till 2nd january, ebay will close the the case in my favour.

          It is a simple claim of getting my money back for item i havent received but is taking so much pain and causing mental harrassment to me.

          I have written 5 emails in this regard and i have only got false promise to resolving my claim in 24/48/72 hours.
          Ebay without reading the questions asked in my mail, give same response everytime and doesnot asnwer to the questions asked in the mails

          -third deadline passed on 2nd jauary
          -claim still not resolved in my favour.
          - not action after 2nd janaury
          - ebay giving false hope of resolving my claim by waiting 72 hours in each mail on 4th jan, 3rd jan, 7th jan and 11th jan )
          -as stated under ebay garuntee program, my claim was to resolve by 11th january(i.e. 20 days from creation date), which they didnot do.

          I have reached out the above stated adress multiple times, i have spoken to customer service atlest 10 times, i have email ebay (multiple ids) atleast 5 times.
          all excercise have gome in vain. this is typical response i am getting from ebay and is far from resolving the issue.

            I bought a tempered glass for my redmi note 3, unfortunately I received a broken product.henceforth, i raised a claim on December 26th, 2016 which got approved to original mode of payment within 8 days .but no, i didn't get the refund, called ebay guys and again gave proof that I'd didn't got the refund ie my paytm passbook photos on 7january, 2016 since I was asked for proof .then I was given a time frame of 3days to solve issue, but it has already been 5days since then no response from eBay !!!give my money back!!

            Dont give me useless responses, connect to customer care ...already done that ...they keep wasting time by saying wait 72hrs .I have already provided email address, paisapay idea, product I'd, claim I'd ...what more do u want .the claim was raised on 19th December .it's already 16th January.when exactly do u think ...this problem will be resolved...and the big part is when it is solely ebay issue not even problem on sellers part????

              I bought a Diesel watch through the site and I was delivered a fake product. Their guarantee is supposed to cover Items not as described. I have sent them several mails but no help and they say they do not cover quality issues. I have given full proof of their fraud but no one is helping me. It is a product of Rs.9000 and I just cannot get the refund done. The seller phone is also switched off and no one is replying. You are my last hope. Please help. No one is helping me.

                This is Parneet from chandigarh, i bought a mi4i phone online from ebay dated 2 jan 2017, reference number [protected], from vendor Maak trading, 5-8-604/H, Second floor, Mubarak Bazar, complex, abids, Hyderabad. They gave me the refurbished phone which is locked with the mi existing account. When i requested them to replace or refund they said me to visit to mi service centre, they will unlock it. I visited to mi service centre in chd sector 22c, they refused to take the phone purchased from ebay and suggested me to call on mi customer care. I called the mi customer care and narrated them the whole story, one of the executive advised me to take the id proof with me and submit the phone to service centre they will unlock it. On 8th jan again i visited to mi service centre and requested them to unlock it. They said they do not accept the phones purchased from ebay. I called to mi customer care and interacted with them. They even interacted with the manager of service centre and then requested me to drop a mail to you to seek a solution regarding this issue
                overall i am deeply shocked and depressed from the services of ebay. Kindly resolve it ASAP.

                    I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through ebay and I need to open a case. I had opened a case in EBAY case reference number is 25527, post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that its 15 days passed still i did not get my refund.

                        I brought a Brand New LCD Display Touch Screen Digitizer +Assembly for Micromax Yu Yureka, worth 1650 ruppe, on december4th. i recived a product on 9th of december, but it was damaged, asper seller's instruction i returned the item back to him on his address.on 13th dec, through indian speed post courier service. but its seems like there is no tracking update of product i sent back to him, still its on mumbai, where the product is to be delivered on Thane.
                        i repoted sellerr, and he told me that he sent me a new product . but yet there is nothing i got for my money, and when i checked post master told me if the reciver did not accept the product it will be retunrned with in 3 days. seller told me he did not recived, but the item not returned back to me yet. what everr, i got nothing for my 1650 ruppie

                          I have purchased 6mm Braided Expandable Auto Wire Cable Sleeving High Density Sheathing"[protected] from eBay.

                          I have not received the product and the shipment status also showing undelivered.

                          Ebay is promising for refund but after 5 - 6 calls to ebay I have no t received the refund. Everytime I call them they are saying they will call me back within 2 day but I don't get any call.

                          Now its more than 1.5 months.

                          Kindly do the needful.

                            My name is Pardeep Chauhan with ebay id- spite786. Seller (baseline2013) clearly told me about the product unavailability and had initiated the refund for PaisaPay Id [protected] on Dec 30th for IPAD PRO product but so far i have not received any money to my STANDARD CHARTERED credit card account by Jan 9th till date. Item Number is[protected]. When contacted via chat support they provided a copy paste reply that the refund will be credited in 3-5 days, On contacting today after 10 days ebay rep 'Pradnya' said "As I have checked the details amount is processed to your account on 31/12/2016.
                            HCIT[protected] is the bank reference number". I informed i have not got any refund so she asked me to provide a copy of bank statement to [protected]@ebay.com which I have. So far, I have not received any reply.

                                I made a purchase from e bay on dated 20th Dec 2016 for two motorcycle jackets from directly from their site, but when i actually received that material it were differ from what they shown on page. Then i request a claim from e bay to return them but they asked me to sent these back to seller. Accepted that but after sending material to e bay team seller they currently not responding to refund me back. Making excuses and delaying for refund.Even i have sent them all proofs and documents they are still annoying by making excuses of their policy and terms

                                  I purchased an item on 23-dec-16. I paid the order total of rs. 899.00 in ebay still i did not receive my item after it's dead line. So i compromised to go for refund, but they put my refund request on hold. Still they are doing nothing and says that the item was shipped so we need one day to process it. But the item was shipped another address.
                                  Every time i call or chat with them they say they will contact me back the next day.. But that tomorrow never comes.
                                  The customer care is full of who cannot resolve anything. If they don't have any idea and they cant do anything then what is the use of contacting such fools everyday? Why doesn't ebay provide support from someone who can help? I have lost all my hopes. The only thing left for me to do now is to file a case in the consumer court to get my money back as also claim compensation for all the harassment. Guys don't ever buy anything on ebay. They will eat your money for sure.

                                      I Received Samsung LED TV on 19th OCT 2016 and on 5th Dec it stopped working.i raised complaint and spoke to the seller and sent him the product back.after 2 days the seller said he is ready to refund the money.
                                      Ebay sent me mails stating that the issue will be resolved by 16th Dec and refund will be processed.
                                      i waited till the 19th Dec still did not get the refund.i tried calling the Grievance but till date i am not able to speak to them as their phone just rings and after some time there is a voice mail stating all associates are busy.
                                      tried to send couple of mails however no Luck as i get a standard reply stating,
                                      your case is "ESCALATED"allow us 48-72 Hrs for resolution.however i havent heard anything from ebay.
                                      wanted to know how do i take legal action against EBAY as they do not refund the money and harass customer .they should be thought a lesson.
                                      today its more then 30 days and i have not received my refund.
