Ebay have refunded me my money and also reimbursed the shipping charges as promised by them. I think none of the ecommerce company wants to cheat buyers but to get your issue resolved you should have all the proofs and documents and should go through proper channel. When placing the order, take Screenshot of the description as some sellers deliberately post false description to attract the buyers and later change it. Always record an unboxing video when product is delivered to you. Go through proper channel to get your issye resolved. When ebay customers care doesn't help, raise your concern to grievance department. Always record your calls with customer care and grievance department.
