Hi team,

I ordered the order fro antique floor shade lamp stand antique sheesham wood tripod stand home decor[protected]
On 17-oct-2016. I never received the order.

When i sent the email and made calls to customer care they informed that the product is with dtdc pune. I followed up with them as well however no response.

Ebay india, denied to refund my money inr 2999 which is not small amount, these cheaters asked me to contact seller

      Ebay.in seems to be very poor in its policies and control towards its sellers.
      e.g. seller musicprodistribution on ebay. I have written several mails to this seller thru ebay online mail, but despite 5 -6 days, the seller has not replied to any.

      When I asked ebay to follow-up they did not commit anything.

      Furthermore I find that the same item has very large variation in price on ebay. One is available for 500 Rs and same item by another seller for 700 Rs. When I asked ebay to have some fair pricing policy, I got a cold reply that it's seller who decides the price based on its profit margin.

      I am glad that in last 10 years I have made only 5 purchases from ebay and chances are very very less that I shall even make any further purchase from this site ever again.

        still not reverse pick up arranged and refund also processed ebay is cheating all buyers like this wrong information. they are told 28 dec 2016 return pick up arranged but till not no any process done no any courier called me. they are cheated my money. no any action taken even one call or mail also they are done.

          Placed an order for laptop on 28th November. Item was shipped by seller on 1st December. Delivery deadline was 10th December. Product couldn't be tracked online and neither seller nor ebay helped me in tracking the item. When wasn't delivered by 10th, I claimed for refund. However, 3 days after deadline, i.e on 13th December, product was delivered. It wasn't the same product I ordered. It was an older model with inferior specifications and that too a faulty one. SO SELLER DELIVERED AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT, 3 DAYS AFTER DEADLINE AND THAT TOO A FAULTY ONE (NO POWER ISSUE). Complained to grievance department. Was asked to ship back the item myself and was assured that shipping charges will be reimbursed and paid amount will be refunded once the product is delivered to seller. Shipped back the item on 14th December, delivered to seller on 16th December. Neither shipping charged reimbursed yet nor my money refunded.

          Ebay have refunded me my money and also reimbursed the shipping charges as promised by them. I think none of the ecommerce company wants to cheat buyers but to get your issue resolved you should have all the proofs and documents and should go through proper channel. When placing the order, take Screenshot of the description as some sellers deliberately post false description to attract the buyers and later change it. Always record an unboxing video when product is delivered to you. Go through proper channel to get your issye resolved. When ebay customers care doesn't help, raise your concern to grievance department. Always record your calls with customer care and grievance department. If you have enough proofs of being cheated by seller, ebay will definitely refund your money. Here are some important email addresses to raise your concern to.             on 13th November i purchased the product and on 17th when i got it was defective a fake Chinese product so i raised a complain, everyday i was requested to wait and call after 48 hours and finally after numbers of calls on 20th nov they accepted it back and i sent it via courier through "Delivery" courier AWB no[protected] it is delivered and after that i received a call that seller is not willing to refund money stating item is having scratch where as i have sent the same picture taken the before sending to them, and attached is the picture showing phone in default condition as it came, since the i have not received any call or response of any mails from ebay nor from seller, its almost 15th reminder so far no response. please do the needful sothat no one should suffer like this as every rupee from a consumer is a earned money and should not be treated like this.

                Friend's don't buy products from ebay, this ebay doesn't support customer service and product service properly. Once you buy the product, ebay wont take return if there is major issue also. Simply they send msg to go service centre of that product. Waste of time and waste of money. Amount will not be refunded of that product, simply they sent to service centre. Friends dont buy products from ebay.

                  I made a purchase of Macbook pro hard shell cover nearly 1 and a half month back for which earlier I made a replacement and subsequently a return. But since 15 November I have made around 8-10 calls but there is no response. The only thing I get to hear is that they will get back within some time. After the time limit when I make a call the response is a bit different. At times they say claim is being processed, at other times they say the claim is closed and when forced then a senior marketing official told me that the claim is being processed. But there is no response. They are making a fool out o[censored]s. They force the customer indirectly not to return the product by showing such a careless attitude.

                    I have not received my product till now for which i paid online. I have raised a claim but it got rejected due to system error. Then again i raised a claim for the 2nd time but today i received a call from ebay and they are telling that now i have to contact blue dart and they will give me the refund after waiting for 1month and then i got a mail that my claim has been rejected and my problem has been solved, but till now i have not received the product. I have contacted blue dart courier too they said that they don't know about delivery boy whom he had delivered the product. Now ebay is not refunding my money, they are only telling about their rules of claim department and opening and closing the claim again and again for 1 month, for how many months i have to wait, whom should i contact now, it is not my fault. It is totally ebay's fault they are not concern about their customers they are cheating customers and not refunding or helping us. Customer has also their value and time i thought i will purchase online from ebay but i don't have to go to market and online shopping will take less time but now because of ebay it take 1 month and still i have not received my product and my money got wasted.

                        I got a product from www.ebay.in based on the description. But the product I received is not at all as per description. I requested for a refund.                           I had ordered a Toshiba Hayabusa 32 Gb pen drive using a coupon of RS 495 (which I had got from the refund of a faulty product) and paying the rest of the amount Rs. 4 from net banking. Later The order was cancelled by seller and he refunded me Rs. 4. I contacted ebay regarding the coupon of Rs 495 which had got wasted due to cancellation. Ebay customer support had ensured me that coupon will be issued by 19th of December as coupon reissue request was already initiated on 9th of december. Till date no coupon has been received on email nor on contact. Please help me getting my coupon.

                          Still waiting for the issue to be resolved. How long does it take to simply regenerate a coupon. I never asked for any NEFT returns. Still so much delay. Very disappointed.

                            My Claim ID : 2541654, which I have created on 10th of dec, Till date I didn't receive any calls regarding this from the guarantee team. I keep getting the message. We tried to contact you on your registered number i.e. [protected] at 17/12/2016 12:13 to discuss your concern. However, we could not speak with you as the number was not reachable. I make calls to eBay customer care on daily basis. I have updated my alternate contact number [protected]. still I receive the same message. Today I got a message indicating. We hope you have received the item "Apple iPhone 6 - 64GB - gold - Imported & Unlocked Best Deal"[protected] that seller top_notcher was to deliver by 17-Dec-16.
                            Important:
                            If you do not take any action by 22-Dec-16, we will presume that you have received the item.

                            When you guys are not contacting me, And you guys are asking me to update status by 22-dec, else you will ask me to keep the product?

                            I have made calls daily to ebay customer care requesting for refund, even the seller has agreed for refund.

                              I bought an HTC desire 826 (attached snapshot of my order) through ebay.in. it had a defective camera on receiving and various other issues. Then it started to hang and then its dead not at all switching on. i went to the nearby HTC service centre and through them i came to know that that's not a original phone and there is a mismatch in imei number. as its duplicate, the service is not possible and when i contacted the seller (2014techworld), the seller asks me to send back the mobile and i wonder whats the proof i will be having to claim in case of any fraudulent event. kindly take proper measures to refund my money. And there are numerous complaints filed online against this seller 2014techworld- Jishan Khan. Do take proper measures.

                                    It has been more than 5 months my issue has not been resolved. I purchased plasticcupboard almirah. It was worst so i claimed refund against it. After thousands of calls after 3 months ebay agreed to refund and said ship the product to the seller within 48 hrs and email us pod copies of the shippment, it contacted dtdc and they said it will be charged 1700 rupees, then again i called ebay to confirm that as it is high amount will i get shippment chatges back or not, ebay said i will get shippment charges back only email pod copies, i did the same, i have emailed pod copies within time and also i confirmed from ebay that they have recieved pod copies or not, they said yes we have recieved and assured me that i get refund of shippment charges. When they recieved the product they credited my bank account with the product amount only and denied that they have not recieved pod copies. Now again i have called so many times, they said to again send pod copies, i have send it again, but their response is worse. What to do
