I have bought 9 products from ebay.in on 9/nov/2016. Out of those 9 items, 3 items have not delivered yet and I didn't get my refund back. Claim ID : 2492153, Claim ID : 2492162, Claim ID : 2492167 - this claim is open too, They have not even bothered to close this claim and initiate the refund. The item was supposed to delivered at 30 nov which I ordered on 8 nov, I didn't get that product till now.
One of the product that are delivered, I want to return one product (shoes) and seller is agreed to return it as I have mail from seller in my ebay message but ebay is not helping in returning the product. I have lost my 8000 Rs. Worst service ever.
I have already called your customer care 30 times in this months and they all say claim team will call me. I have not got any call till now.
I also have 2 reference Id for new ticket[protected] and 1-[protected]. I have received these Id from your customer care as raise ticket twice but I didn't get any call from claim team and they have closed my claim which cannot be reopen. I told them not to close the cliam or I latterly beg to that the girl from claim team not to close this ticket or give me 10 minutes but that [censored] closed the ticket that moment.
Some of the products have not delivered yet and I have not received my money till now. and I am very disappointed with the service and not gonna buy anything from you in future.

Claim ID : 2495841 - Item delivered but request to arrange reverse pick up to return this product as seller is agreed to return it as the product is not as expected. I have message from seller in my ebay inbox for your confirmation. This issue has been raised twice reference id - 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]

eBay / Lebhile — Fraud seller on ebay/flipkart/snapdeal-
Lebhile is most fraud seller,i purchased item which was faulty, he said send back to lebhile address, i will refund amount,
after receiving item he refused to refund.
he cheated with so many people that i confirmed.
please do not trust on review...that are fake review made by him
