    Dear team

    I have purchased a item cost of 3299 inr on 07th dec 2016.
    I received shipment box very fast on 9th dec 16. But shocking thing was when i opened the shipment box nothing was inside the box it was totally empty one. I immediately talked with customer care and raised the complaint with reference no 2540049 on the same day, they agree to refund my amount.

    Since then i have regularly talk with customer care around 12 times. Every time they just want me to wait 24 hour. But this 24 hour never come so far.

    I am highly disappointed ebay refund claim service. I never expect this from reputed ebay website. Many times, i waited 15-20 min for each call to get chatting with customer care. But they don’t care and everybody has same replied "wait for 24 hours; you will receive a call from us".

    I know this is not as much big amount. But there is not any reason to leave it. Now customer care slowly increasing my waiting time to customer care. Some time they put my phone on hold for long time without reply. Now even after 4 days, still issue not solved.

    I have marked the mail to ceo of ebay with the '[protected]@ebay.com' but no response yet

        I have been scam by a seller on ebay now its has been 4 months the seller refuse to give me my product nor my refund. And ebay.in has 0% assistance to help me out thou they put up a banner in their site that they provide ebay garantee claim replace or refund which is false marketing and cheating which is again a cyber crime. I tried contacting both seller and ebay everyday the seller would asked me to call back after half and hour which they dont pick up anymore, and the ebay team asked me to wait 2-3 days for them to call back which again never happens and the days keeps extending again everytime i call them back after 3 days or a week.

        eBay / Lebhile — Fraud seller on ebay/flipkart/snapdeal-

        Lebhile is most fraud seller,

        i purchased item which was faulty, he said send back to lebhile address, i will refund amount,

        after receiving item he refused to refund.

        he cheated with so many people that i confirmed.

          I placed an ebay order "[protected]". Paisapay: [protected] on 11-nov-2016.
          .

          The seller shipped the item via fedex: tracking no:[protected].
          The shipment was not delivered and it was returned back by fedex. Return tracking no:[protected]. The returned packaged was received by seller on 28-nov-2016.

          Old claim: 2492382
          New claim: 25078284

          When i raised ebay claim, they said the seller has appealed against refund, hence refund is put on hold. But the communication from seller is "in fact we have intimate ebay that we haven't ship the product, so kindly refund to the buyer."

          I have communicated via email and chat to ebay customer care. There is no proper response except the standard auto reply for me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours, no call back received. When i contact them, they ask for 5 days or 72 hours. Then again no response to my emails. This is getting too much. I need proper action against them and for all the hardship on me.

          Ebay: Refund put on hold since seller has appealed against the refund.

            Dear sir/madam, i had purchased a mobile phone (Samsung galaxy on7 pro-10990rs through hdfc net banking) from ebay.in, on dated 19/11/2016. The order has been shipped by seller as per email, but i got a another email on 22/11/16 that the order has been returned to the seller and your refund will be processed, since that day to till today i called many to ebay customer care, each and every time they said your refund will be process & reflect in your account within next 48 hours. But they don't refund my amount (10990 inr), please look after the same as earliest. It has been completed almost one month.

                  This is regarding my last purchase with Ebay.in on 24th of oct for which the delivery date given was 29th but didn't received the phone, date was revised to 5th of nov. but phone was not received on the 2nd date. After that i requested for refund which was approved. In between the seller called me up directly and started misbehaving for which i complained to Ebay through mail and via call, but no action was taken against him.
                  On 15th of nov. seller dropped mobile in my absence at home and behaved very roodly with wife also. About which i again complained to the Ebay and requested to refund my amount and take there device back but they did not agreed. After not getting the positive response from them i started using the device but i found lot of abnormalities in it. I again contacted to the seller through mail many times but no response.After that i called up the ebay directly for the action but did not got any positive response.

                      I have bought 9 products from ebay.in on 9/nov/2016. Out of those 9 items, 3 items have not delivered yet and I didn't get my refund back. Claim ID : 2492153, Claim ID : 2492162, Claim ID : 2492167 - this claim is open too, They have not even bothered to close this claim and initiate the refund. The item was supposed to delivered at 30 nov which I ordered on 8 nov, I didn't get that product till now.

                      One of the product that are delivered, I want to return one product (shoes) and seller is agreed to return it as I have mail from seller in my ebay message but ebay is not helping in returning the product. I have lost my 8000 Rs. Worst service ever.

                      I have already called your customer care 30 times in this months and they all say claim team will call me. I have not got any call till now.

                      I also have 2 reference Id for new ticket[protected] and 1-[protected]. I have received these Id from your customer care as raise ticket twice but I didn't get any call from claim team and they have closed my claim which cannot be reopen. I told them not to close the cliam or I latterly beg to that the girl from claim team not to close this ticket or give me 10 minutes but that [censored] closed the ticket that moment.

                      Some of the products have not delivered yet and I have not received my money till now. and I am very disappointed with the service and not gonna buy anything from you in future.

                              I ordered a smartphone on dated 30/10/2016.Order ID is [protected]
                              (Lenovo Zuk Z1).I received the parcel on dated 07/11/2016 but the box was
                              empty (Only gift Items with this phone and waste papers and bill were
                              inside the box), Immediately I informed whole matter to EBAY, Seller and as
                              well as India Post too.And i opened a dispute in EBay on dated
                              07/11/2016..Claim ID is *2470836.I contacted EBAY costumer support several
                              times in this regards .but they are not providing any resolution.*
                              Other problem is, on dated 18/11/2016 somebody hacked my EBAY
                              account and made false messages on my behalf .I have told this matter to

                                I ordered a Adidas shoes is eBay which I resived 3 days later and I realised that they are fake and asked the seller about it he din't respond. Then I raised eBay clame which was closed saying that I din't pick the call (I din't pick the call as I was in driving). They keep saying that this is as described but it is not I paid 3500 for a fake product

                                  I ordered a mobile headset on ebay site online at 10th nov, [protected] is the paisa id (Order id). I was keep on touch with seller. After 20 days they delivered to someone else. After that i asked for refunding my amount for that i claimed, but refund claim rejected. Reasons for rejecting refund is not mentioned. Then i called up to customer care, still they are saying that we are looking into issue. We will update you soon. One month passed no response from their side. Finally i reached out to you.

                                  Please dont buy anything on ebay, worst service is there. This is my humble request.

                                    I was swindled by an ebay seller, Nov. 19-20 the period.
                                    I was interested in buying Google Pixel XL (Quite Black, 128 GB) by Google #[protected] from a seller registered on ebay by the name fastrackservices.

                                    I could not complete the transaction on the website, with a message saying that seller will not be able to transact with my pincode.

                                    Seller got my information on the website and persuaded me to transact outside ebay. He turned out to be a fraud and scamster. his address listed in ebay was also incorrect. Police complaint has been lodged.
                                    Ebay had not done due diligence of verifying credentials.

                                      On October 3, 2016 I made an order of "BRAND NEW NOKIA 5233 BATTERY & CHARGER WITH BOX GENUINE IMPORTED " (Item ID :[protected] with eBay and eBay provided a duplicate and damaged product with no verification. Later eBay made me to reship the product at different address as I had asked for replacement but later the website refused for replacement and agreed for refund but the website delayed refund. Till date I have made at 9-10 calls with eBay and still the company hasn't paid its courier charges. It has also deleted all information regarding the product from my account made on eBay. It's representatives continuously manipulated me regarding Refund, Quality and I had to call again and again. Earlier also I had received a duplicate product but no action was taken. In the name of brand duplicate products are being sold.

                                        I purchased 2 products from ebay on November. The product that doesn't recieved to me and i have opened a claim regarding this issue. The claim has been approved and they said that the amount wiil be reflected in your bank account with in 6-8 working days. I didn't receive the money to my bank a/c till 09 December 2016. I contacted the ebay customer service and they said that provide bank statement to [protected]@ebay.in . But till now i didnt recieved the money. Very bad ebay.
