I bought FAKE (because I did not know whether they were fake or real)​ SENNHEISER CX 400ii PRECISION STEREO 100% ORIGINAL HEADPHONES IMPORTED SEAL PACK[protected]

​31st Oc​tober/01 November :
Headphones were delivered and we realised they were fake.

02 November :
​​I opened a claim.
Some executive said they will try contacting the seller first regarding this and if he does not revert then they will handle the claim from their side.

07 November and 09 November :
I received an email regarding update on my eBay Guarantee claim.

10 November and 14 November :
eBay asked me to reship the item to the seller within some timeline.
I replied - Hi, Since there are no ATM s working around, I will not be able to courier the shipment for some days. No courier service that I enquired around me has a card payment system. I request you to extend the date till 21st Nov. My working hours are tight and I cannot go out and ship the product in between 10 am to 7 pm. I cannot afford spending my 4-5 hours in a bank to get my money exchanged just to courier the shipment. Plus as it is sellers fault, either ebay or the seller was supposed to do this part. The soon as I get a working ATM or a card payment system courier service, I will ship the item. Please do the needful. Thanks.
(I thank eBay for extending the timeline)

17 November :
eBay sent me an email stating my claim has been resolved.
However, they also mentioned - we do understand the situation of demonetization which has effected the country at large. We request you to reship the product when possible and send us the courier receipt via email from your registered email address to [protected]@ebay.com or [protected]@ebay.com. Once you have sent us the said document, you can call us @[protected] to verify the receipt of the email and once received at our end, you can re-open the claim and we will continue from there onwards. We apologise the inconvenience caused in the process.

​Since then, the suffering has started.
They said, it takes around 10 days to re-open the claim. Later they asked time till 5th December and after that they asked for 2 more days. In all those days, I was promised to get a call back at-least 4 times and guess what, I did not get a single call back.
Conclusion - MY CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN RE OPENED YET.

Every time I call eBay, they say you will get a call back and I never get any.
I have talked to some Amit, Atif and some more random people.
Later, I was told that some Mr. Vivek Sahni, Supervisor from Gurgaon will call me back in 2 days to give me a solution. But I haven't got any call yet.

I just now (08 Dec - 3.48 pm) got a call from Suyash/Rupesh, Supervisor from Gujrat who shamelessly asked me to wait for another 10 working days.

I also tried calling the seller, but his phone is switched off since the very first day of the claim.

Whenever I ask for a solution, all I get is - You will get a call back from our side and we don't know how much time you will have to wait. They cannot help me with anything because teams/departments are different.

    My phone is getting hanged and is not working now.
    I look forward to get this exchanged/repaired since its in guarantee.

    When I called ebay, they refused for any exchange/repair & asked me to contact the sellers whose no which is switched off.

    Why ebay has tied up with fraud sellers & not taking an ownership & responsibility of exchanging it/repairing it

    I purchased this phone trusting ebay but its not even 3 months that I purchased this phone for Rs. 36, 449.00 and now the phone isnt working at all.

    I expect the exchange/repair for this at the earliest.

      I Purchased an Apple I Phone from Ebay.

      It is listed as a new one. But When I checked with Apple I care I came to know
      That s a 3 year old phone which was purchased in japan.

      I repeated contacted ebay.

      but there was no proper resolution provided for me.

      This practice is still continuing. Ebay has not taken any action against seller even after providing a proof of cheating

        My ebay account is suspended. I had 2 selling accounts and each has my hard earned money of 1 lakh rs. Total is 2lakh rupee. I had loan with 2% of interest eBay suspended my remmitence and saying that I had policy violation they are telling me that they will refund the amount to buyers but buyers already recieved the items 1 month ago and item reciept also confirmed from them
        EBay is a very very unsafe place it's a foreign company and no one can trust them eBay seller protection is worst now tell me will I commit suicide or just live a depression full life and stressful life
        I think suicide is very easy to do I now have no reason to live eBay is ripping off my money and putting it into a dark deep hole
        Please if anyone believes in humanity help me and I also request to eBay anybody who thinks a human can help other so please personally take some serious step and please save my life

          Hello Sir/ Madam

          Sir this is third follow up on consumer court website. Fraud ebay is not contacting me at all. when i m calling to the team they hanging on me ask call recordings from the frauder plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

          I have bought a Laptop from Ebay Indian Online When i bought the Laptop on the very first it was no Where mentioned that it was a used laptop, It was some mention in next page That too very small which No body cann't even notice.
          I actually bought this laptop as a present for father for his biggest day - His Retirement Day We all brother and sisters saved our hard earned money and together bought this present .

          After getting the delivery of the same when we checking it we actually found laptop had many scratches also it was no where mention in the product description that charger is broken too. We made the call in contact center of ebay to verify what exactly was happening so the contact center representative i spoke to confirmed me that If i want i can buy a different laptop from the market they will give full refund of the laptop.

          I double confirmed it because it was not the matter of 500 or 1000 rupees infact it was the matter of 44444/- Rupees .

          Because of this confirmation we bought a different laptop on loan so that we will pay the all difference once we get the credit of the laptop we bought from ebay.

          SINCE that day i have been following with ebay like almost every single day .

          One person says that we will process your refund another person calls second day and says sorry we cannot do anything

          AS PER EBAY IN POLICY IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFY WITH YOUR PRODUCT YOU CAN CLAIM FULL REFUND IN 14 DAYS . WHERE AS IN WE NOTIFIED THE moment we got the product.

          Infact you can get our recording of the calls we made ebay customer care representative confirmed us multiple times that we will get our full refund and we can different product as exchanging with ebay will take long they will give us our money back.

          This is like complete Fraud this company is doing playing with people hard earned money

          Really need your strict action against company please .

          This is regarding my purchased item from Ebay. I am really not satisfied with the product that I have received and according to Ebay Guarantee, if a customer is not satisfied he/she is eligible for the refund policy.
          The product Apple Macbook Pro that I have received have a crack on its charger and its no where mentioned in the product description.
          The product description says: “LIGHT Scratches on the top are their as it is a used laptop. Scratches are visible. Brush marks and scratches are their on the top.”
          Plus its also mentioned in the product description : “This Laptop is a customer buy back in our store, Its in awesome condition, With 'A' Grade Condition”, is this the definition of A grade according to Ebay?
          I just want to know the reason how can someone on the ebays end close my claim request just by checking the product description wherein its no where mentioned that the charger has a crack on it? I feel like this is very irresponsible behaviour from ebays end. One side you talk about 100 % customer satisfaction and on the other side these kind of rubbish things are happening.Its been so long that I have been chasing Ebay and I am not getting any positive response from the customer support. Moreover at times the representatives yell at me when I ask them not to close the claim request.
          Moreover its not a matter of Rs 500 only, it’s a matter of a very big amount of Rs.44444 and I cant afford to bear such a big loss.

          Its been 10 days from when I have sent the email. I have not received any comms from your end.
          I am still waiting for someone from your end to have a word with me regarding the loss that I am bearing.
          If the things are not possible at ebays end, let ebay clear it so that I can forward the case into consumer court .
          Bearing no more loss I will directly lodge the case into consumer court if I dont hear it back from ebay within a day or two.

            Purchased a Deal 24 | Original Blackberry Q10 Black Unlocked GSM Qwerty Keypad Smartphone [protected] on 23 november 2016 on ebay.in from seller:easybazzar
            On 26 th november received a mail from [protected]@ebay.in stating:

            We are sorry but after multiple attempts we have been unable to deliver your order to you. The order has been returned to the seller and your refund will be processed. This refund was automatically initiated on 26-Nov-16 and you should be able to view the refunded amount in your account within 3-4 working days if your issuing bank is private bank else it may take 12-15 working days for nationalized bank.

            Note: If you have paid using debit card the refund may take longer than 3 working days. In case there is a delay, please get in touch with your issuing bank.

            However I did not get the refund in my account which is a private bank.
            After repeated email no proper update from ebay .
            Customer help at [protected] only state that they are escalating the issue & it will be solved in 24/48 hours

                I Ordered Grommets - Washers Nickel Eyelets Hand Sign Crafts-.Silver Tone Grommet Machine through ebay.in on 19th November. the product was not as per the specification mentioned on the website. Under guarantee claim I filed the complaint (Claim ID[protected]. Seller requested to returned the product and for the same Seller will bear the charges. It has confirmed through ebay messages portal. I returned the product through first flight courier marked as to pay, upon receipt seller denied to pay the money and to take back the material. In spite of continuous followup with ebay team, I got only reply to take followup with first flight courier which is not my duty. Today without informing me ebay closed y guarantee claim saying I havent uploaded the document which I already uploaded on their web portal.
                I want refund for this case as, as a consumer ebay wasted my money..now i am not having product and my money also wasted.

                Dear Ebay,

                Reference to your call dated 15/12/2016. Its completely disappointing that even after taking lot of followup with you. There is only one answer I am getting that I have to wait.

                Here again I want to notify ebay, After confirmation from ebay and seller I returned the product and now seller is not ready to bear the charges of courier its laying at the warehouse of First flight courier.

                Upon request of ebay I have taken followup with first flight courier not the seller is not ready to pay the fees. Its completely ebay's duty to order the seller about the same and refund money. Its not practical at all that till the time of seller pays the amount to courier customer that is I have to wait and if it is so ebay is liable to give me the interest on the amount which I have already paid and for which I haven't gain anything. The interest will be as per standard bank interest rates.

                    From ebay i purchased mi4 mobile, when i opened it i found the problem, i consulted to ebay and they reply me to visit the service centre. When i visit the service centre, as per there remark, the mobile and imei no. Was mismatched. I contact to ebay and vendor mr. Hammed mohi on [protected]. The service center refuse me to repair the mobile. I email to ebay and vendor, but they are not responding.

                      I ordered iphone 6 16 gb refurbished via ebay india on 4th oct 2016 which was supposed to delivered on 2nd nov 2016. But i got a call from ebay's seller (Cell4ever) on 25th oct 2016 informing that the product was shipped but lost in transit. So i raised a claim for refund but ebay told me to wait till 2nd nov 2016, i asked again on 3rd nov 2016 for refund but told to wait for 48 hrs till ebay gets a confirmation from ebay. From then till now when i calls ebay after every 48 hrs but gets nothing but a 48 hrs waiting time. Since 2 months are passed, i am now trying to get my refund via raising issue at different platforms but didn't succeeded till now.

                        I faced delayed service from royal_info. Ahoreahore so i rated them not good in my feedback.

                        Now after that i had to visit the authorized service center due to availing some service for both mobiles. The authorized service center people asked for the bill. But they found that some informatios in the bill is not clear so they asked me from where i have purchased it? After i told that i had purchased it from ebay, they advised me to write the seller to provide me complete bill where the detail information's are completely written. After that i had conversation with deals_for_you9and provided them all the required informations required and they promised me to sent the bill soon.

                        But royal_info started to blackmail me and they asked me to remove my negative feedback first, then they will think helping me.

                        After knocking both the sellers there was no proper solution received for a long time, so i talked to ebay customer care & also marked them mail requesting proper solution. The references are :-

                        But ironically, till date i have not received any call from ebay helpline also. I am frustrated with the service and feel helpless. I am purchasing products from ebay since few years. But now really i am anxious where to knock for the service that should be provided by you unconditionally.

                        One week ago i had talked with your sevice centre for 29 minutes in [protected] at morning 10 am who lodged a complaint and provided me complaint no sr# 1-[protected]. But till date i have not received any solution & could not get the service center services for my mobile.

                        At last i think of knocking your door, if you can help me out. But if these type of service you provide, then how come buyers like us will feel secure & comfort dealing with ebay?

                            your supplier- Bhatia electricals (conversation copy attached)

                            As per your mail dated 21/10/16 item was sent back on 24/10/16 and
                            required return proofs provided by mail dated 24/10/16 to you and to
                            supplier. (item return and intimation proofs copy attached)

                            Item was not traceable so I provided tracking details by mail -
                            please check my mails dated 1st, 2nd and 3rd november 2016 in which I have provided trackingdetails. (attached)

                            Finally- supplier has received the consignment dispatched by me on
                            2nd November 2016. Proof of the same is attached herewith. (whats app
                            conversation attached) As mentioned in conversation he was not
                            carrying replacement item in stock and committed to dispatch the same
                            in next 2-3 days. ( please refer to conversation file attached)

                            It has meen more then five weeks passed, as he doesn't have replacement item in stock, nor he isready to refund me the full amount and he is forcing me to buy anyother product for the same value which I don't require.

                              I have been waiting for the return of a refurbished iPhone since more than two months but nobody is listening in ebay india. This is the PaisaPay ID [protected]. I got a refurbished iPhone inspite of new one as per the description of the seller. I've already called ebay helpline more than 10 times and every time they say that "our team will get in touch with you in 72 hours" but nobody called me till now. It is very stressful.

                                Respected sir/madam,

                                I am kumar,

                                My ebay user id is dealshop912_7,

                                I am ebay.in seller in 5 months. One day i am login my account. That time i am really shocked. I can see my ebay selling account is permently suspended without proper reson. This suspension time ebay side there are no email received. And i am immediately contact to ebay trust & safety team. One of the person told me my ebay account is suspended for permently for without any proper reson.

                                Then 19th november 2016 ebay side one of the mail received my paisapay remittances is put one hold for kyc verification. Then 20th of november 2016 i am send my kyc verification documents. And more many times escalate for kyc completion. Every times contact ebay coustomer care. Person is told me your kyc verification is complate soon. And he asking to me waite for 48-72 hrs. But after 72hrs my kyc not complete. And again and again i am escalate for kyc completion.

                                Then 24th november 2016 again one of the mail received in ebay side. Your paisapay registration and remittance is suspended. I am totally worried about that time. My hard earn money totally rs 14, 800 remittances is already pending.

                                I am again contact ebay coustomer support. And i am asking to ebay why are you suspended my paisapay remittance?. That time ebay told me waite for next 30 days and we will update. But ebay not provide proper resolution.

                                So my humble request you please try to understand my situation. And please action to ebay. And please immediately reactivate my paisapay remittances.

                                  Paisapay id : [protected]. I have ordered the product quantum qhm316 headset (With mic) on the date of 27/11/16 by using prepaid on that day. On today 2 dec 2016. They are telling your product has not shipped wait for 10 working days the refund will. While calling to customer care they are telling no reason what the seller do that only you cant ask any question. And speaking harshly and telling you can purchase in local market online shopping you dont do here after they are telling. This is my seond order happing same like this they are telling wait for 10 days. And also while calling daily then only the provide refund. One of the customer support telling wait for 10 days or else you get lost from ebay no need to buy anything with us they are speaking very rubbish manner.

                                      I wish to inform you that I bought one pair of Adidas shoes on your ebay sites and as per that this is defective product which I got.

                                      Its tongue is too small and it’s not cover entire area o[censored]pper part of foot while wearing shoe. Also the laces is not a good quality. Attaching images for your reference.

                                      When I received the product I checked the twice and found that this product is not fitted in my foot and a defective product. Having tongue issue as well as size issue.

                                      Hence I raised request for refund of money but it was rejected by ebay and which are problems for me since this product can’t we use.

                                      For same I spoke to seller but he also denied for refund and asking me to take another brand and will ship but I have to pay courier charges as well. I dont any other product and as I have no trust on seller because i always wear size 8 of adidas brand. this is defective piece i received.

                                      If there is no refund guarantee then how we trust to E BAY as we are buying product from EBAY sites not from seller.

                                      Earlier I have no issue to buy online product from ebay but after this I am afraid to buy higher range product where there is no guarantee if have any issue with product. they are now sending copy product with defective items

                                      I am requesting to help me to get my refund since I am not able to find any other brand.

                                      Looking forward to your immediate response and help in this regards.

When i open the ebay pack there in no 64gb pack inside ebay pack.. Only 32gb pack is there and there is no memory also that was open. I can show u this photo.
