Hi ebay. I place the order on 25/10/16 for moto g. But soon i called to cancel this order but csr told me to contact seller, i called that harish to cancel the order but he inform that he is out of station so cant help it out ask to take the order and then contact ebay for refund. Next day it got delivered to me. I took that mobile and ask ebay to refund they told have to contact seller. I called seller he agree to take the product back i went 4 time to visit every time he was not available at last he took the product and gave me the bill and conformation of mail.. Again i called ebay csr they inform me that this is not the way i have to login and and contact seller and than write their and wait for 48 hrs i waited but no call form csr. Again i called for crs they inform this is not the way to do than she guide to to clam the id. I did and waited for 48 hrs. I god call on last sunday and inform that money cant refund back contact seller. Now tell me where is my fault? I dont have product and no money i want my money back please give me my money i promise u that i will not purchase anything form ebay. Inplease help me in this

    Sir,
    On 2nd nov 2016 at around 2000 hrs, i have placed an order for an item from ebay.in costing rs. 3, 500/-. Next day when i checked my mails to ensure whether the item has been dispatched or not. I was astonished to see that my item had been dispatched through dtdc, tracking no. K[protected] and i got the mail at 1227 hrs (Copy attached). Further one more mail at 1227 states that my items had been delivered to me (Copy attached). Immediately i tried to track my item in dtdc site but the track id given by ebay was invalid. Then i phoned to customer care of dtdc and it was confirmed that no such item was booked by the seller of ebay. Then i tried to look for the location of the seller. From the information provided by ebay the seller was located at tripura and i am located at gandhinagar, gujarat. Then i contacted ebay customer care and asked them how it possible to deliver an item from tripura to gandhinagar in just five minutes. Then they told something might have gone wrong and "aap nishchint rahiye" after seven days we will raise the claim and return either your item or your money. After seven days again i called up and asked to raise the claim then they said "aap nishchint rahiye"your claim has been raised and the seller will contact you within two days otherwise after five days your amount willed be credited to your account. Again after five days means a total of 12 days still they say "aap nishchint rahiye" your claim has been rejected by the system and we will again raise your claim and it will take another 5-6 days to settle down.
    The attitude of ebay staff is very ridiculous and this is how they treat their customers. I just wanted to share this information with others so that the public must understand the behavior and dealing of ebay and should be cautious while dealing with ebay

        I have ordered a hdd from ebay and did the online payment on 18th oct 2016... The product reached at my place by 26th according to the courier company { dtdc "z04253601" }.. Since they didnt get me on phone they returned they item to seller without informing me via email... And so i asked ebay for refund on 30th of oct 2016.. They told me within 48hr they will make the arrangement for the refund and 2 days back on 12th nov 2016 i called the seller and asked about my refund he told me that he has already refunded the money back to ebay so i should call the ebay for my refund so i have called ebay they are not even making a nessacery arrangements to refund my money back please help me...             Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am Mohammed Yousuf.

            I purchased Moto-G Turbo Edition Black Mobile on[protected], delivered on[protected] from Bangalore to Hyderabad cash on delivery, I Paid as 8, 210/- Cash for mobile. When i am going to check my mobile physically every little thing its found like damaged piece of sim slot golden pins is missing there, Immediately I called to ebay India, they were telling to capture the pics of damage area of my purchased mobile and sent an email to ebay. When i sent all pics they did not respond me over 5 days, after that, they told me that they didn't get the pics properly, asked me more pics, then, they sent one pickup boy to my home address and taken reverse my mobile i.e. Moto-G Turbo Edition Black when i raise my complaint on[protected] against about this issue, they had requesting me to get my refund on[protected], I was waited on[protected], again they asked 2 days regarding my money refund, when i called to ebay, they again requested me to wait more 5 days like on monday, again i called to ebay what's the update; they were telling its haven't reach to the seller, even hyderabad to bangarlore probably it takes 4 days, but they are not responding correctly, Even, they took 22 days regarding my money refund. they did not worked properly yet against my claim. Lastly they had given me the 9th November time for my cash back, But its exceeded the timeline, again they are not responding..

            I request you to please..repair my problem.

              I bought a mobile from Ebay under a seller name rockingdeals. I paid the money and not received the product for more than 10 days. I Called ebay again and again to know the status. Final i received the product. But the worst part was i received a product which was fake and not related the product i booked. I tried reaching seller to replace the product, no use. Also i tried ebay to file a complaint, i got irresponsible answer so many times says once the product sold we cannot help use. All my request is please do buy product from ebay. Amazon, flipkart and snapdeal is doing good than this fraud marketplace.

                I have ordered a high heel designer flat through eBay from seller Garima. I have ordered on 6th October 2016. The product estimated delivery date was 23rd of October. But I can see that the training details given by seller garima is fake one. As per the tracking details, the item gas been shipped from Shanghai to Delhi. But my address is Bangalore and seller is in India. After not getting of product I ask eBay for refund. Then seller has appeal against refund and eBay is putting my payment hold. Then also eBay has rejected my refund request. But still now I have not received the product. Also eBay is not giving me refund.

                      It's been 4 years in ebay now and i have not faced any problems few days back i sold a phone on ebay to a guy from punjab mohali who booked the phone even though he knew he can get a new phone for 300rs more of the same kind which was intex aqua fish
                      I was skeptical about sending the phone because i knew there was lot of fraud in this circle but since it was ebay i took the risk as it was ebay and i had even shipped to arunachal pradesh by getting a permit earlier and it reached the customer that was a play station

                      I shipped the phone immediately on 26th october after which the phone was delivered on 30th with the buyers signature and i got an sms confirmation for the same

                      Everything was fine until the fraud buyer opened a claim on 5th around 6days after getting the phone that he had not received the article and he wants his money back

                      I immediately tried to contact him but his no was invalid no fraud how can ebay and the buyer give an invalid no and tell me to ship the product the first thing for delivery is a proper working phone no after which i tried to message him on ebay again no reply

                      If i hadn't called ebay they would have even refunded the buyer immediately and i would lost my phone and money after which i lodged a complaint on ebay on 5th november they have put an hold to the return request

                      I have gone to the post office and also registered and official complaint on the official website of indian post office all of the 3 post offices concerned with this article have confirmed that the buyer has signed and received the item but ebay has no response i have been cheated for being a loyal buyer and a seller for 4 years and being with ebay from a time that no one wanted to be with them i would please request ebay to give me my money or my phone back

                      Further i have tried to contact the buyer and his contact no is not valid and he is not responding to any of my ebay messages

                        I have purchased a product from ebay on nov 6th. It was total of 28 numbers.

                        O seller end the product next day

                        Courier name: first flight airway bill details: m991z3576171

                        Everything was good then, but even after 10 days there was no update on the courier site. So i tried calling seller [protected]

                        Following that i initiated a claim on ebay.

                        Claim id - 2400907 sr# 1-[protected] registered on 15th oct

                        For first 4 days no one contacted me and i was forced contact them. They told that they will contact me back. They contacted me on oct 23rd only.

                        On oct 22nd 1 received the parcel. It contained a cover of one microsd card only, no micro sd (This is in place of 28 nos i ordered).

                        O on 23rd i informed them the details and i was asked to send proof to their mail id.

                        On 25 th i send them the proof as requested and i received confirmation mail also.

                        Then their was no response from ebay for multiple days and i again contacted them. Following that they updated the status and requested the seller for proof.

                        After that there was no response. On nov 7th i got a call from which i was unable to take and received a message that claim is rejected.

                        On checking mail, the status was i have received the item as per description. So claim closed

                        Meanwhile on nov 3rd my account got suspended for unknown reasons.

                        O from nov 7th on wards till today i was calling ebay for resolution

                        One time they told that my pictures are not enough for the claim to process

                        Finally the argument they put forward that since my account is suspended they cannot do anything.

                        So i asked the where is the money-its with them. So they are keeping the money with them. My hard earned money. 7000 rupees for nothing

                        Finally for resolution they told me that i should contact the seller who is not available on his phone and as well email. So i think i should go to his location which is some other state.

                        It proved that ebay customer support is a pure joke.

                        O finally what ebay have done

                        1: allowed the seller to list a fake product and sell
                        2: suspended the seller after few days of purchase by buyer without informing the buyer regarding the status of product
                        3: didn't respond to claim opened for 4 to 5 days. Responded only after repeated calls from buyer
                        4:accepted the proof but didn't update claim page for 4 to 5 days, which was also done after repeated requests from buyer
                        5: closed the claim that the buyer have received the product as per described without getting any proof from seller (Indirectly calling buyer a lair)
                        6:keeping buyers hard earned money to themselves without completing an transaction process
                        7: finally suspending buyers account in order to prevent further claim.

                            I Had ordered mobile worth rs 24289 from ebay india on 27 sep 2016. when i got product it had fake accessories and mobile had a charing problem it was a faulty used mobile instead new one. mobile was charging at 100 mah instead 1800 mah far less then specified by company. when complaining ebay. ebay promise for refund and i got claim id 2379761. Ebay reverse pickup my product on 23 oct 2016. after verifying mobile and accessories. but till today i.e. 10 nov 2016 my claim not approved from ebay. i did not get my 25000 rs. ebay india mental harassing me from 43 days. now i dont have my mobile nor got my money 25000 rs. please help me i am in metal depression from this behavior of ebay india.

                              I had ordered “Pioneer TS-A946H 4-Way 6x9 600w Coaxial Car Speakers Set of 2“ on 2nd October’ 2016. The delivery was received by me on 22nd October’ 2016 with a wrong item of “bike silencer” instead of the original item ordered by me. After that I had lodged several calls with “ebay.in” upon which the personnels of the said e-commerce website stated that the process of returning to be initiated within 24hrs from the time of lodged complaint, the complaint lodging procedure was initiated from the date of delivery i.e. 22nd October’ 2016 for last 19 days from my end but they never contacted me regarding this issue.
                              The company did not took any prompt action at their part for redressal of the grievance faced by me till date i.e. 09th November’ 2016. From the date of delivery i.e. 22nd October’ 2016. Neither they are ready to refund the cost of the item originally ordered nor they are willing to take back the wrongly delivered item. Now, I want severe actions to be taken against “ebay.in” for harassing on monetary terms and causing mental distress. At present, I want refund of the full amount paid by me.

Called ebay.in today 12/11/16 a lady representative mentioned that eBay guarantee team will contact me within 3 business days. And sure that they will not contact me because they cheated me. Lets see what type of resolution they will provide me. Otherwise I drag them to consumer court. They have to suffer.

                                  I purchased a product via paisa pay id [protected] on EMI on 7 oct 16.
                                  It took 18 days for ebay to inform me the status of my product.
                                  Ebay gave me the wromg tracking ID and then on 24 Oct, the last day mentioned for delivery i came to know that the product was returned back to seller becoz the courier company refuse to ship to my location. If it is so how the courier company can gave any tracking number to the seler and now who will pay the interest amount to the EMI bank . very poor service from the ebay seller and he never informed me about the status of product.

                                      I ordered a phone from ebay. Recieved a defected phone which didnt work at all. They asked me to ship back the product and shipping amount will be refunded.

                                      Claim Id is 2319825.

                                      I recieved the refund but shipping amount of Rs. 410 is not reimbursed yet. It has been more than 2 months now. The customer care does not seem to care.

                                      Its really unfair that i should pay Rs 410 for a product worth 799 which i did not even recieve. I was told by the ebay team that i would get a DD but did not get. It is PURE CHEATING AND HARASSING.

                                        On date 4-sep 2016 I ordered combo of 2 samsung evo32gb microsd card.and paid 599rs online.and when i received cards both cards were not working not even showing on any device so i contacted ebay and claim a refund on 13 sep.on 14 sep i got message that i have won the claim.on 17 sep I got message that they have refunded.and it should be credited in my account within 6-8 working days.but i haven't got money till 15-20 days. then i again contacted ebay on 15 oct. they said talk to your bank . i talk to my bank but still didn't get any money.again after 2 days i contacted ebay they ask me to send images of my bank diary transaction till 17 oct on given email address.but unable to send email because the email address was maybe wrong.now today on 8 november 2016 i am trying to contact them but phine isn't connecting.and i have checked my account but haven't received a penny yet.
