I have purchased a item from eBay.in on 22 Oct 2016. The product dimension was not as described on the site. Complained about the same number of time and provided every detail they need . They call for the inquiry and told that they pickup the product on the next day. But after that they mailed me that we didn't get your detail and closing the case.

Please stop eBay by doing this type fraud activity with Indian customers.
As I am not complaining here to get my money back. My prime aim is to stop eBay from making Indian customer's fool. If possible help me in getting solve the issue.

    I had ordered for a Toy from ebay and I received it in a broken condition . I reported the same and after having long discussions with the customer care at ebay and vendor, I was asked to return the product. I paid for the return courier and was told to wait. its been 5 months since the issue but nor have I received the new product nor have I got a refund for the money I paid.

    I have reached out to ebay by mail and social media but the only reply I get is " we are working on your complain and will get back"

    This is very unprofessional and fraudulent way to deal with consumers.

      I placed an order on 210.11.16 vide Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected] for subject item. However on opening the package, item was found to be fake. There was no invoice enclosed. The packaging does not mention country of manufacture / import, nor the year of manufacture / import.
      The package wrapper was not of eBay, but that of a "Shopclues" (another E-Trade Website). My request for refund under eBay Guarantee was rejected by eBay stating that the item is under manufacturer's warranty. I fail to understand, how can I claim warranty if the product is fake and that too without any supporting documents which verify the product to be genuine. Pictures of packaging are enclosed depicting 1) No mention of country and year of manufacture and / or import. 2) Packaging not a sealed one 3) Wrapper of Shopclues (another e-trading platform)

        I had order a display on 10 0ct and i received on 17 oct, the product was damaged.as per ebay rule i contact seller, he did not respond, then raise a claim against it on 21 oct.the ebey demang photos i sumbmited, then demand to fill a form i fill that, again i call them to consult for futher action, they argue that i m not submit any form, but i had that email which i send.agin i call them on 5th nov, they told me that they call me, but they didnot again i call them on 29 nov then Mr.akhsya gaur told me that u didnot respond any mail.

            Hello Sir/ Madam

            I have bought a Laptop from Ebay Indian Online When i bought the Laptop on the very first it was no Where mentioned that it was a used laptop, It was some mention in next page That too very small which No body cann't even notice.
            I actually bought this laptop as a present for father for his biggest day - His Retirement Day We all brother and sisters saved our hard earned money and together bought this present .

            After getting the delivery of the same when we checking it we actually found laptop had many scratches also it was no where mention in the product description that charger is broken too. We made the call in contact center of ebay to verify what exactly was happening so the contact center representative i spoke to confirmed me that If i want i can buy a different laptop from the market they will give full refund of the laptop.

            I double confirmed it because it was not the matter of 500 or 1000 rupees infact it was the matter of 44444/- Rupees .

            Because of this confirmation we bought a different laptop on loan so that we will pay the all difference once we get the credit of the laptop we bought from ebay.

            SINCE that day i have been following with ebay like almost every single day .

            One person says that we will process your refund another person calls second day and says sorry we cannot do anything

            AS PER EBAY IN POLICY IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFY WITH YOUR PRODUCT YOU CAN CLAIM FULL REFUND IN 14 DAYS . WHERE AS IN WE NOTIFIED THE moment we got the product.

            Infact you can get our recording of the calls we made ebay customer care representative confirmed us multiple times that we will get our full refund and we can different product as exchanging with ebay will take long they will give us our money back.

            This is like complete Fraud this company is doing playing with people hard earned money

            Really need your strict action against company please .

            This is regarding my purchased item from Ebay. I am really not satisfied with the product that I have received and according to Ebay Guarantee, if a customer is not satisfied he/she is eligible for the refund policy.
            The product Apple Macbook Pro that I have received have a crack on its charger and its no where mentioned in the product description.
            The product description says: “LIGHT Scratches on the top are their as it is a used laptop. Scratches are visible. Brush marks and scratches are their on the top.”
            Plus its also mentioned in the product description : “This Laptop is a customer buy back in our store, Its in awesome condition, With 'A' Grade Condition”, is this the definition of A grade according to Ebay?
            I just want to know the reason how can someone on the ebays end close my claim request just by checking the product description wherein its no where mentioned that the charger has a crack on it? I feel like this is very irresponsible behaviour from ebays end. One side you talk about 100 % customer satisfaction and on the other side these kind of rubbish things are happening.Its been so long that I have been chasing Ebay and I am not getting any positive response from the customer support. Moreover at times the representatives yell at me when I ask them not to close the claim request.
            Moreover its not a matter of Rs 500 only, it’s a matter of a very big amount of Rs.44444 and I cant afford to bear such a big loss.

            Its been 10 days from when I have sent the email. I have not received any comms from your end.
            I am still waiting for someone from your end to have a word with me regarding the loss that I am bearing.
            If the things are not possible at ebays end, let ebay clear it so that I can forward the case into consumer court .
            Bearing no more loss I will directly lodge the case into consumer court if I dont hear it back from ebay within a day or two.

              my name is samrat pratim borah.
              I am a seller in ebay.
              my reminitance date on ebay was 28th november.
              suddenly on 11th of november ebay put my paisapay account on hold.
              And they told me to provide Address proof and my pan card.
              And so do i send them my bank pass book, my pan card, my bank statement of recent 3 months.
              Till its been almost 15days ebay has not activated my paisapay account.
              I always call on ebay requesting them to active my paisapay account.
              And they always say me only one thing sir .
              your everything is ok. I am sending your details to the kyc team.
              please wait till 48 hours.
              from 14november to today that is 26th november. I have been listening the same thing.
              And yet no activation of my paisapay account.
              I am really disappointed.
              i have invested almost 1 lakh rupees and sold some products on ebay india.
              And now my reminitance date is on 28th november.
              what shall I do. they have till now put my paisapay account on hold.
              I am really sad. please help me sir. please take strict action regarding this.
              I want help. I am not happy at all. they always say m that it will get activated after 48hour. But when in which 48hours?? I am frustrated.

                  I was supposed to get notified about my eBay guarantee claim no : 2494269
                  On or before 25 Nov 2016 but no one has contacted me yet.
                  No information has been provided via mail and the customer care executive says that my phone was busy and someone says that the phone was out of reach.
                  The product was ordered on 7th of November and has not been delivered and from 16 of nov the product is with the seller, my money is being held without any purpose and the refund is being delayed indefinitely.
                  This is the highest order of harassment one can cause regarding refund, there has not been a single customer care representative who has been polite and helpful each every time all I hear is "you have to wait 20 days minimum counting from 24 nov"
                  And no one has ever mentioned that I'll get my money positively after this rubber period as in the eBay community many users having the same problem has reported that after all the fuzz all they got was an eBay shopping card/coupon.
                  And they even asked me for my proof of payment on a prepaid order.

                      I have ordered "gymmart home gym set 24kg weight+3ft curl+4 ft plain rod+dumbbell rod combo pack" and received the product after 10 working days from the delivery deadline. Though i have raised concern of delaying a product, i have waited till they delivered. I checked the product which is not as per the description mentioned by the seller. I tried to reach seller by phone, email to which seller never attends or reply back to your concerns then i have called customer for the times (12th, 19th, 23rd, 25th) to which they asked me to wait 72hrs every time to receive a call back from the ebay customer care. Today (25th nov) when i called customer care and asked about the status, the customer care person has asked me to wait till monday (28th) to get a call back.

                            I brought Moto G from Ebay, My 1st issue was with Blue dart, the services are gone poor drastically, they never call they never step on the door, but will update the delivery status failed door locked. after my escalation to show me the proof of the call and the visit to my door, which they failed to. my product got deliverd in 40 min i was surprised.

                            The comes to the product was full of minute scratches, the phone was used, & i raised a complaint for which i just get a msg saying our claim team has tried to call please accept our calls from no +[protected]. when you suggest customer of waiting 48 to 72 hours for a call. & you make an single attempt to reach out customer sounds so stupid. shows no value to customer time 7 patience you are not encouraging us to buy products from you.

                              Bought a Lenovo wireless mouse from eBay last week of October 2016. The parcel was accepted by me on November 2, 2016; raised a claim immediately after. The packaging was perfectly fine, no issues with it or any sort of tampering. The issue was the battery that came placed inside the mouse - it had melted due to the heat and the chemical content had spread all inside the mouse; there was a foul smell as well due to this. I have sent the seller images through email on November 2, 2016, itself; he immediately asked me to raise a eBay guarantee claim.

                              Now, the problem is eBay wants to suck up to the seller (power seller) and not antagonize them, and does not have much proof to blame the logistics team, which by the telephone calls made to me clearly suggest. In all this, the buyer i.e. me, is stuck in the middle. They call every 72 hours to tell me that they do not have adequate feedback from the logistics team (Fedex). Despite having asked them not to call me back without a proper resolution, they still keep doing the same. It seems the process was put in place to keep the buyer apprised of latest developments. In this case, there are no developments. Not sure what to do next with these guys except taking it up here.

                                I had bought a mobile phone for ₹7, 590 through Ebay India on 31st July 2016, however when I realised the device was defective, I returned it to Ebay warehouse as directed by Ebay itself. My refund claim was approved by Ebay which promised me a refund of money through DD/Cheque to my registered address, within 15 working days. Confirmation was sent to me on September 2, 2016. When I did not receive my refund, I contacted the customer service who requested me 15 more days for a resolution. They failed again and even with lot of follow-up, till date they keep postponing my refund by saying they need more time. Their Twitter handle is all but a faux show off of customer care. It is a total fraud on their part because I neither have the product nor the refund.

                                  I had ordered an appli iphone 5s 16 gb on 23rd of oct. 2016. My paisa pay id was [protected]. Initially it was committed that i will get my item by 16th of nov. I raise a claim on 9th nov regarding the matter. On that day also i was being assured that by 16th nov.2016 i will receive the item. Later on on 12th nov. i got a notification that my item has been shipped and i will receive it by 20th nov. On 21st nov, I notified ebay that i have not received the item. Today i.e on 22nd nov. I got a call from ebay that my money will be refunded. I dont want refund. I want product. Today they are telling that the item is not available with the seller. Its not a customer concern. If the item was not available then why ebay took almost a month to declare that they dont have the item.? My concern is about the product. I want it as soon as possible.

                                    As i realized you seriously have no concerns on customers complaints and only indulge in standard template replies .
                                    First you took 5 days time line to resolve and then asked for 72 hours and then again again 72 hours but
                                    still no define answere and now your replies have no time line at all.
                                    i have update the complaints in consumer complaints so that people could understand your customer service.

                                      I have shopped a Women Long Cardign Sweater item no[protected] priced rs 999 first time frm ebay on 21 Oct 2016 nd am sure its last time i purchased frm this fake site.All other shopping sites help and resolve issue within a week nd provide pickup nd refund services smoothely, bt you make us fool, if item is nt delivered timely i raised claim for that on 7 nov 2016, after that there is no facility to raise another complaint to return item, i messaged to seller on 8 Nov 2016 as i received item and i was not satisfied with the fabric of the item bt i did not get any response then i did chat with customer service executive and again i got no satisfactory action.Day After that i only received a call that only ensured that status of claim remain open untill this dispute get resolved bt again i got no response till yet.when i called to customer care then their response was only to wait .now tell what i need to do.On 21 Nov i received message frm ebay that it does not come under their guarantee claim so contact with seller. i did contact with seller so many times on his number but he did not took any action and instead linger on the issue with stupid reasons. I want my refund of rs 999 back in my account on priority and also want u to initiate pickup for item as soon as possible and Don't try to make us fool again. expecting reply and refund as soon as possible. Also i would like to mention that onlyafter getting my money back in my account i will return this item to prevent any kind of fraudulent action from ur side.

There are some problem issuing like camera does not battery problem but major problem is camera is not open. I do formate mobile after that problem is continuing as same.
