    I have ordered 100%real oppo m1347 3.5mm handsfree, headphone, headset earphone[protected] on july 19, 2016. I got the product delivered on time without any issue. But as i purchased a branded product from such an efficient site i didn't expected the product to get damage within 4months. Kindly, replace the product as one of the earphone is not functioning.

        Dear sir,

        I muralidhar chapara had order a mi tab worth 9, 999 indian rupees on 31/10/2016 through paisapay account id : [protected] and i had received the product on 07/11/2016 with docket number as i received it was found that the product was not in working condition. I called ebay customer care executive and informed the status but they asked me to visit mi service center and get a doa letter. As it was nearly 6 hours up & down journey from my town i visited by taking a leave. As it took 2 days for mi service center person to state that the product doesn’t have manufacture warranty as the product was sold by manufacturer on april month of 2015. I asked ebay person to provide manufacture warranty invoice else the mi service center person is not going to give me any kind of letter. Ebay rejected in providing a valid invoice which has manufacturer warranty in fact they are saying me to get invoice from the seller who i don’t know at all. I informed the ebay executive the same that mi service person is not providing any kind of letter for this invoice. I asked for refund for mi tab which ebay sold to me a skeleton without sole. They rejected my claim with clime id: 2477684 and behaving like as they have not sold any product and doesn’t have any relation with this issue. They cheated me for 9, 999 and ill-treated me. Ebay was a fraud online shopping site they are cheating people. They ebay guaranty what they are stating is harassing customer who has belief in them. So sir take necessary action on ebay so that it may not happen with any of other customer. Required details are enclosed in pdf for further communication please contact me at [protected]

              There is no time lines to obey every time regular follow up required this is what is lacking and Amazon, snapdeal reverts asap

              When it would be credited??????, while ebay is very particular about their money they raise invoice immediately ( refer to my invoice although my product doesn’t sell (PaisaPay ID [protected].)which ebay doesn’t take responsibility better is Amazon in that case but money of others is not considered by them we also earn by working hard our money also precious for us .

              As a seller my product because of mistake of recipient doesn’t sell but a refund after request from buyer was initiated

              While I sent courier twice through fedex but because of missing document from buyer end ( form no 502 for Jharkhand state, it was rejected twice but it has costed me twice ( courier charges)

              Then without any guilt at your end you are claiming invoice of 120 Rs that will make ebay richer .
              What my money which you have holded for almost 2 months please pay interest for that if you are conscious for your money

              LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY ON ACCOUNT OF EBAY –

              1) Refund of my money against paisa pay id [protected] with Interest
              2) eBay invoice for the period from 16 October 2016 through 15 November 2016 - why hould I pay ???????when product due to buyer default didn’t sell .
              3) Credit of money for PaisaPay ID [protected] in my account when improper documentation at buyer end .
              4) 3 courier charges – One for paisa pay id [protected]( from Chandigarh to Ahmadabad ) for which I already sent photocopy and same is recievd at your end + 2 shipping charges for PaisaPay ID [protected] from Chandigarh to jharkand which has been rejected due to improper documentation at buyer end .

              Pls note – don’t send me revert need proper evidence or documents I have sent almost all mails and reminders

              I WANT A SOLUTION . please revert don’t want to send unnecessary reminders so pls don’t buy time in sending acknowledgement mails time and again .

                I ordar a huewai ETS5623 gsm landline phone in white colour from ebay first of all ebay diley thi product when i call ebay consumer care the request me to wai for 1 or 2 day after then i rrcevied the product when i open this poduct and start it start and not charging when i again call to customer care they told me its not there falt they told me to go to service center but service center not repair landline phone when i again call customer care they told me we are not responsible for product i want justice.

                  I bought lenovo laptop battery in march month it was not working to my laptop
                  so i returned it they told that amount will send in the form of dd and they sent with DD with wrong name i returned it back to then in june 25th and asked me to send with correct name again on august 29th they sent with wrong name i gave complaint that to customer service they told they will send new DD with correct name but nearly from then they have not forwarded any DD with correct name the customer care is telling that 24hrs we will get back till date that was not cleared

                    Sir/Madam,

                    I Mamta Rai from Shillong happened to purchase an Apple iphone 5s 16gb from ebay.in (Order #PaisaPay ID [protected]) on 27.09.16 for Rs 19, 900/-. for which an expected delivery was between 30th Sep to 03rd Oct, 2016 however I received my product only by 14.10.16. The phone however reached me in a broken condition and I requested for a replacement immediately. The seller agreed to replace the same but I was informed that instead of Apple iphone 5s 16gb, I would receive an Apple iphone 5s 32gb without any additional cost.

                    The replacement packet reached me on 25.10.16 but this time the phone I received was a used piece. On 26.10.16, I filed a complaint with ebay for refunding the amount paid. Afer filing a complaint, I informed the seller but he insisted that the phone is fine and that it is brand new and that I should use it. So I took the phone to a certified iphone expert who confirms that the phone is a used piece. So I decided not to cancle the refund claim with ebay and to get the amount paid back. Soon, I was informed that a reverse pickup of the packet would be arranged latest by 2.11.16 however after much follow up, the packet was finally picked from my residence only on the 5.11.16.

                    Since then no action has been taken by ebay and when asked, they kept telling me that the packet is still in transit and is yet to reach the seller.
                    Attempts to get answers through email were fruitless as they would not respond to my emails. I am now helpless as I do not know of any other way to get my money back which amounts to Rs. 19, 900/- . I feel exploited and betrayed as ebay has not honoured their "ebay warantee" claim.

                    Requesting this forum to please help me with its kind intervention.

                      On Date: 15th Nov. 2016
                      Informed to Seller: Mr. Modit (storazebiz), cell no.: [protected] on same day i.e on 15th Nov. 2016 (Tuesday) about defective monitor received, see below image:-

                      Same night of 15th Nov. 2016 all the details have been provided to Mr. xxx whatever he demanded like:-

                      Received call Mr. Modit and he said that he did not receive the details which he had asked like serial no., order no., service tag, etc but when I referred him that I have already sent to you the said details at your email id – [protected]@gmail.com I requested him to check again your inbox or in spam, unfortunately I was standing in queue to exchange currency notes, else I would have forwarded him same email again from sent times, anyways, after 3-4 hours around 3 p.m I reached at home and called him up and asked him did he got the email or not, he replied – NO HE DID NOT RECEIVE, ok, no issues, I will just forward to same email and you will be receiving in few minutes, I forwarded same email and waited few minutes and was waiting for his phone call for his confirmation of receiving email which I had forwarded, unfortunately I did not receive, no issues, I had called him up, and asked did you receive my email now? He replied – yes, then he added that he need to discuss with DELL company after that he will let me know.
                      On Date: 17th Nov. 2016
                      I waited for 24 hours or so, but I did not receive any email or any call, then I decided to call him, I called him up at 12:43:03 p.m, ring was completed but he did not pickup my phone. I waited for 3 hours or so, i again called him up at 14:27:53, this time he picked up my call and I asked him – “you were suppose to reply about the replacement or refund of defective monitor”, he assured me that – he will be replying at the end of the day, I said ok.
                      AROUND 5:13 P.M. RECEIVED SHOCKING MESSAGE ON MY CELL PHONE:-
                      Action: Claim not eligible
                      My query(s) to you all:
                      (1) I did not use dell monitor even for a second, just to test monitor I attached power cable and display cable, and saw below image:-

                      (2) What if seller – Mr. Modit intentionally send defective product?
                      (3) What if monitor got damage during transit, because monitor was sent via DTDC Courier (surface), for your reference here is the image of tracking of monitor (parcel) :- Origin: Bangalore, Destination: Surat, total k.m = 1252.3

                          I bought a dell alienware laptop from ebay on 7th october and it arrived broken. Reported this to ebay on the same day and they arranged reverse pick up on 19th october.
                          Today is 17th november and the item is in transit from last 29 days. My hard earned 52000 rs are lying with them too.
                          The case is pending for over 36 days. Please give me my refund. The customer care team keeps saying that they would revert in next 24-48 hours but they never call back.

                              I have ordered a plastic cupboard almirah on 31 july 2016. After i recieved the product i was not satisfied with it and claimed a refund against it. After so many calls and emails they agreed in october 2016 and said to courier the the product and send an email of pod copies of courier for the claim of courier charges and product as well and i did the the same and had send pod copies on 15 oct, 2016 within time given by ebay. On telephonic conversation several times i have confirmed that they have recieved the pod copies or not, they replied thst they have recieved the pod copies on time and assured me that they will refund me courier charges also amounting rs 1700. On 31st oct i recieved the product refund in my bank account, but now they are denying to refund the courier charges saying they did not recieved the pod copies... I am fed up of their service as it has been more than 3 months on this issue.. I have to take out time everyday to fight from ebay for my refund... I dont know what to do

                                Paisa pay I'd [protected],
                                Recd. broken product, asked to arrange reverse pickup, deny to arrange reverse pickup, had more than 17 conversations over phone and mail both for the same.

                                Negative feedback given to seller, seller told that he will delete that feedback by himself.

                                Still nothing has come or done in my favor by those eBay frauds.

                                I have made a lot of calls to either arrange a reverse pickup or initiate my refund as 500 and 1000₹ notes are banned and there are lots queues around banks or atms to withdraw money, bt eBay is stuck on stubborness

Myself being victim of this, i have taken up with ebay but they have closed the claim without giving valid reason for claim rejection. I dont know what to do.                                   Reason of escalation : item not as described.

                                  Kindly confirm the valid reason for rejection of claim. Claim is closed without giving valid reason which is not acceptable.

                                  Following are the reasons for the claim. (Refurbished tv sold as new tv - a biggest cheating)
                                  1. First of all the blackox tv is not a new branded tv. It is a refurbished televista brand tv with label blackox. Blackox is not a brand, it is just a label. Seller is cheating customer and ebay. Televista name is erased with black paint and printed blackox label on it (Both on tv and remote). Please find attached photo proof
                                  In individual emails due to limitation in attachment size.
                                  2. Display stuttering issue is reduced to some extent but still display scrambes sometimes.
                                  3. Product claims it supports google apps but none of the google apps works (Like google playstore, youtube, gmail etc)
                                  4. The issues were reported to ebay on the date of installation itself and their service engineer who came for installation is also aware of the issue. The service engineer himself suggested to raise the complaint with ebay. Kindly cross check with the service engineer.
                                  5. Is it customer fault to trust ebay? Please check my initial communication (Contact seller section), where i have clearly mentioned that i am purchasing this item only because of my trust on ebay and not on blackox brand which i never heard of.
                                  6.in case of any fault from my end, i am ready to withdraw the claim. Kindly confirm.
