I bought a dell alienware laptop from ebay on 7th october and it arrived broken. Reported this to ebay on the same day and they arranged reverse pick up on 19th october.
Today is 17th november and the item is in transit from last 29 days. My hard earned 52000 rs are lying with them too.
The case is pending for over 36 days. Please give me my refund. The customer care team keeps saying that they would revert in next 24-48 hours...
