This is to bring to your kind notice that above mentioned product has been received as DOA (Dead on Arrival) on date: 15th Nov. 2016, as per ethics I contacted the seller – Mr. Modit (storazebiz -Bangalore), cell no.: [protected], immediately,
My bad experience with Mr. Modit, Date-wise description:-
On Date: 15th Nov. 2016
Informed to Seller: Mr. Modit (storazebiz), cell no.: [protected] on same day i.e on 15th Nov. 2016 (Tuesday) about defective monitor received, see below image:-
Same night of 15th Nov. 2016 all the details have been provided to Mr. xxx whatever he demanded like:-
(1) Serial No.: [protected]
(2) Order No.:[protected]
(3) Service Tag: FJGQRB2
Date: 16th Nov. 2016
Received call Mr. Modit and he said that he did not receive the details which he had asked like serial no., order no., service tag, etc but when I referred him that I have already sent to you the said details at your email id – [protected]@gmail.com I requested him to check again your inbox or in spam, unfortunately I was standing in queue to exchange currency notes, else I would have forwarded him same email again from sent times, anyways, after 3-4 hours around 3 p.m I reached at home and called him up and asked him did he got the email or not, he replied – NO HE DID NOT RECEIVE, ok, no issues, I will just forward to same email and you will be receiving in few minutes, I forwarded same email and waited few minutes and was waiting for his phone call for his confirmation of receiving email which I had forwarded, unfortunately I did not receive, no issues, I had called him up, and asked did you receive my email now? He replied – yes, then he added that he need to discuss with DELL company after that he will let me know.
On Date: 17th Nov. 2016
I waited for 24 hours or so, but I did not receive any email or any call, then I decided to call him, I called him up at 12:43:03 p.m, ring was completed but he did not pickup my phone. I waited for 3 hours or so, i again called him up at 14:27:53, this time he picked up my call and I asked him – “you were suppose to reply about the replacement or refund of defective monitor”, he assured me that – he will be replying at the end of the day, I said ok.
AROUND 5:13 P.M. RECEIVED SHOCKING MESSAGE ON MY CELL PHONE:-
Action: Claim not eligible
My query(s) to you all:
(1) I did not use dell monitor even for a second, just to test monitor I attached power cable and display cable, and saw below image:-
(2) What if seller – Mr. Modit intentionally send defective product?
(3) What if monitor got damage during transit, because monitor was sent via DTDC Courier (surface), for your reference here is the image of tracking of monitor (parcel) :- Origin: Bangalore, Destination: Surat, total k.m = 1252.3

Then how can you say – CLAIM NOT ELIGIBLE, THIS IS COMPLETELY CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER, THAT’S IS WHY CUSTOMER PREFER TO PAY COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) RATHER THAN PREPAID BECAUSE MANY COUSTOMER GOT CHEATED BEFORE, I AM ALSO FEELING THE SAME WAY, SO MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY.
