I had purchased Xiaomi Note 4 from eBay on 04.10.2016 for Rs. 19, 999 through credit card.
Order No.[protected]

On 11th October 2016 i received a message from eBay (PaisaPay ) for shipping time extension request on 22nd October 2016 but I was not ready to wait for another 10 days. Instead of declining the extension request I cancelled the refund request. I received the message regarding refund cancellation request.
Since I had cancelled the order. i thought to wait for refund.

Even after 10 days I did not receive my money back. I spoke to the seller i.e. fashion4india regarding refund, he said from their side refund has already been done & refund request has been sent to eBay on 13th October 2016 itself. He directed me to contact eBay customer care.

I contacted eBay customer care several times but they told me to wait for 72 hrs. Till today i have contacted 8 times but still the issue is open. Whenever I spoke to customer care they ask me to wait as their refund team will contact me soon. Dont worry!!

Then on 22nd October 2016, i raised a claim on eBay (Claim ID[protected] to request for refund. After 4 days I received a sms that An eBay Guarantee* claim has been resolved buyer claim has been rejected by eBay.

I called customer care on 27th October 2016 to ask why it has been rejected, they told me " you dont worry sir due to our system error it has been rejected.
I wil definitely help you out in this matter, this case I am reopening and forwarding it to my eBay refund team they will call you in 72 hrs" i said ok.

Even after 72 hrs I did not receive any calls from eBay, I tried them again and I got the same answer. Like this happened 3 times but no solution yet.

Kindly refund my Rs. 19, 999 at earliest. I know the pain of earning it.

This is the reason I am raising this complaint.

No doubt eBay customer care and their online system is very poor.

Hope this issue will be resolved at the earliest at least now.

      The order was cancelled by eBay only without my consent on 11 Oct 16.

        I have purchased MOTO G Turbo replacement back panel from ebay India on 31/July/2016 and I received a damaged panel.(on 08/Aug/2016)So, I requested for refund my money .The Ebay India requested me to sent the damaged product to the seller address and you sent of own risk via any of the logistics services and once you sent the product we will refund the logistics charge as DD or EBay coupon which ever mode I like it and I chose Demand Draft.On 22/Aug/2016, I dispatched the product to the seller via DTDC.The Ebay india started to process my claim on 23/Aug/2016.On 31st/Aug/2016 I got my refund was credit to my bank account.On 31st Aug 2016, I called ebay customer care to refund my logistics charge as Demand Draft to my address.After that I called them many time for my refund till 07/Nov/2016 I did not receive any refund from Ebay india.

            I have ordered an mobile cover through online ebay. The money was deducted from my account. But the cover was not delivered. I did a ebay complaint throught the cover id. Its showing id not exisits. Its complete trap. Customer care people not picking up the call. I request people i[censored] ordered an item a mail will be generated.in that note the object id and check with the ebay site. They are giving the wrong id and make fool of people. And one more thing they asked to get in touch with the service provider. I dont know how we can know the service provider details of the object.

            Ebay before ordering think twice. I have ordered on other sites snapdeal, lime road, amazon, they are very good in providing services. Dont go for ebay.

                The claim I had raised was approved for refund on 26th of October 2016 and I was told to wait for some days for transaction to complete. Its been around 7-8 days but no refund payment is made to the account.
                I talked to customer support but couldn't get any help out of it. The executive told me a transaction reference no and told me to check the same with bank as they have already made the refund. I did the same but my concerned bank couldn't trace the reference number.

                Same isn't reflecting in my bank statement. I again immediatly called back the customer support and retold the whole situation. The executive told me to put a mail to [protected]@ebay.com with the bank statement and claim id. I did the same but still no revert.
                Will I be able to get my hard earned money??

                  Exactly. Ebay just ends up giving you a Reference number for Refund amount and tells to check with bank. But concerned bank clearly states that no such reference number exists in their clearing accounts.

                    i have contacted suppliers many time to cancel the order, he did not cancelled, he even don;t picked my call, i receive the earphone which is not same as what was mentioned, i was expecting skull candy earphone, i don't know which company it is of, and also sometimes it's not working, even i tried it in my brothers handset same problem continues. i just need my money back that's it

                      I orderd iphone 4s 32 gb and i show this iphone to showroom they reply that all assesories and product is not original and not have any gurantee/warrenty will provide.                         I buy a mobile from ebay and i paid online net banking . after 1 day i found a Software problem, i inform them and fallowed there instruction send back to that phone address given ebay team. that courier money also i bared. still thare was no solution from ebay . im calling plenty of times to ebay . every time there Executives gave different replies but not a solution are refund. im too much frustrated . ref complaint no in ebay is 2283217. mobile i send back to sep27th 2016. now more than 1 month left . now my money is in ebay and also mobile . every time i feel sad after replying ebay service Executives.

                                  We ordered this item from ebay on 21st of oct and it was expected to be delivered on 31st oct. The item was shipped on time but got stuck with blue-dart due to the lack of some documents/interstate number and not proceeding further. We have made several calls to blue-dart and they didn't get any update from seller. Also calling seller didn't help much as he is very rude and not ready to talk. Selller is also not providing the required info to blue-dart as well

                                  sorry to say, but didn't get any call from e-bay. I called the customer care and told them the complete story, Instead of helping me and asking seller for expedite delivery, I was advised to opt for refund or wait for another 10-15 days for getting this item delivered. I was also promised to receive a call from e-bay guarantied team but unfortunately did not receive any yet.
                                  I am not sure why can't seller ship another similar item with expedite delivery instead of keeping oh Hold.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    With the grieve experience had with ebay, made the undersigned to complaint on ebay. First the undersigned would like to introduce as i, chethan mp, placed an order for “lg 32 led tv (Model : 32lf550; item id:[protected]” dt. 30the july 2016 (Paisepayid: [protected]), with register mail id [protected]@yahoo.com and registered mobile no +9199xxxxxx01 with bangalore shipping address.

                                    Order confirmation mail copy enclosed for ready reference.
                                    On 31st july 2016, i got a call at around morning 10.00am from mobile no. +91 [protected] stating as order confirmation call for order processing and meanwhile he informed that i will get a msg of 4 digit code to confirm the order, which i have conveyed to him. After the call, i didn’t checked my mails.

                                    When i checked my mails on 1st aug 2016, following mails were there.

                                    1st mail : dt. 31.07.2016 ; 10.15am : - product shipment detail mail with courier name :dotzot and airway bill details as “[protected]”.

                                    2nd mail : dt. 31.07.2016 ; 10.15am : - your product was delieverd!!!

                                    3rd mail : dt. 31.07.2016 ; 10.22am : - ebay change email notice!!!

                                    4th mail : dt. 31.07.2016 ; 10.32am : - user accout closed!!!

                                    Above mails (From 2nd to 4th mails) surprised me and i called to ebay customer care and informed about all the above details. Customer care executive informed that nothing to worry, i have to wait for 7 days to track the order details as there was status updated on that furnished airway bill number.
                                    Later when i tried to apply for claim, it was already closed stating as “as per our telephonic conversation on [protected] at 1/08/2016 12.01pm we are closing your claim as you have confirmed that the issue is resolved and want to close the claim hence, with your consent we are closing your claim. Thank you for shopping on ebay”

                                    After checking the above, when i called to ebay customer care and i informed everything about the fraudulent activities happened in my ebay account, ebay executive informed that nothing to worry, my item is shipped and it will be delivered within 15th aug 2016 and if not delivered, i can claim for item not received.

                                    So waiting till 9th aug 2016 and surprised to see that the item is delivered to “pathanapuran” which is in kerala on 8th aug 2016.

                                    Meanwhile i came to know that my account details has been changed to name as “anumesh” with fraud email id of [protected]@gmail.com with mob no [protected]. Also i tried to call the seller who is muskaantiwari22 with mob no [protected] but this no. Was switched off. And i called to both [protected] and [protected], where were also switched off. Then i realised that he is fraud seller in ebay.

                                    With above all the details, the undersigned is continuously following up with ebay customer care to re-open the claim for refund and every time when i communicate, ebay executive giving assurance that it will get settled within 10 days, 15 days…. They keep on escalating the issue.

                                    Few of the service request call no as below: -
                                    On 12th aug 2016 : 1-[protected]
                                    On 23rd aug 2016 : 1-[protected]
                                    On 29th aug 2016: 1-[protected]
                                    In the month of sept : 1-[protected]; 1-[protected] & 1-[protected]
                                    & on 12th oct 2016: 1-[protected], 1-[protected]

                                    During these conversation, i had discussion with senior manager mr. Harpreet (Gurgaon) in a service call request no 1-[protected] (By mid of september) and he informed that it will take another 3days and he told that he will ensure that this issue will be closed and i will get a call from claim dept. But its also in vain.

                                    But i continued keep on following up about the status and on 14th oct 2016, when i called to ebay customer care with service request call no 1-[protected], i spoke to mr. Santan (Senior mangar – gujurat) and he conveyed that still claim request was not opened and he informed that he shall require another 10 working days to take up the same with claim dept. Also he informed at the last moment that this may not close this issue with voice service dept and he guided me apply for request in ebay grievanve dept.in which the issue will be settled on faster process, if the issue was not closed by 24th sept 2016.

                                    Today when i spoke to ebay customer care executive that still the claim is not re-opened by claim dept. And he informed that i will get a call within 48hrs. (Today’s service request call no. 1-[protected]). Also informed that the amount 14, 999rs is been hold and not given (Paid) to seller.

                                    Meanwhile i my account has already closed (Deleted) few months back (Maybe sept-oct 2016) and when i raised he request in grievance dept, there are telling that my account is suspended and they cannot process my claim.

                                    Based on this feedback, today again i spoke to ebay customer care (With service request call no 1-[protected]. With same guy mr. Santan and he is telling that he if grievance cannot re-open, he cannot help it more.

                                    So, this clearly shows that ebay doesn't have hold on seller and moreover, they are holding the buyer amount with them (Ebay) and either they paid to seller nor back to the customer (Me).

                                    But now i have lost the faith, patience & unable to think that what should i do next,!!
                                    Request you to guide me to get back by amount of 14, 999rs as soon as possible.

                                      I had ordered a HTC original micro usb cable on 24th Oct 2016 with paisapay id - [protected]. I had done an online payment of Rs125/- for it and even got a confirmation message that the order has been shipped. But it's been several days I haven't received my order, neither have I heard anything back from the eBay people even after writing to them many times about this situation.
                                      This will be the last time I am putting up a complaint. if any action is not taken towards this I will be forced to file a complaint in the consumer forum. Either refund my amount or make arrangements to deliver my order as soon as possible.

                                        Hello there! how are you all doing! happy diwali!

                                        Myself prashant kumar, i ordered envent high5 5.1 speaker system which is received in non functional condition and the service center is in delhi only i am located in hyderabad and these envent people don't even pick up calls nor reply to emails.

                                        1) how can i claim the warranty? with out warranty card.
                                        2) why do i take this hassle when i received a defective piece.
                                        3) how do i contact a service center which is located in delhi and serve only delhi people
                                        4) i did not receive any warranty card with the defective item.
                                        5) i received a dead item and you asking me to claim warranty without warranty card and by the way its non-branded its local made.
                                        There's no company to claim warranty.

                                        Hence i request you to please consider my request and do something.

                                        I have 2 options

                                        1) i can get it repaired from a local stores here in hyderabad and keep it.
                                        2) return to ebay and take my money back as its dead with no warranty card in it and no co exists for the kinda local made speakers sent to me which was again a refurbished.

                                        The seller is a cheater not picking up my calls
                                        Ebay is not a cheater i guess will definately look into my matter.
