I bought an item from eBay india and I returned back to seller as it didn't meet my expectation . It's was gym equipment and found it very low quality cheap item. Even after returning item back to seller with valid Fedex return shipment I didn't get refund. I opened case twice with eBay and twice from my bank (Amex). Their explanation is item sent by seller is in 5 packages and i returned it in 3 packages. Is there is rules to sent package in the same number containers ? It's all about conveyance i found here to ship it back. What matters really is the sent item by seller and returned item back to him weight same and it's 95KG. Seller keep on telling he didn't two more parcel where it supposed to be rod. I am just clueless on this. It's all over bank and eBay now i am going escalate to consume court and I need someone help here to take further action

      I got an email from ebay india and paisa pay that my claim is approved and refund will be credited in my account within 6-8 days.

      I didn't get my refund even after 10 days, so i called the ebay india support, they said that some problem in the back end and asked me to wait for the reply in next 48 hrs, waited ...no reply...called again after 48 hrs...they again asked me to wait for 72 hrs ...waited...no reply...called 5 times...every time i call, ...the customer support people asked me to wait for 48hrs...now its more than 2 months now after the purchase, still my money is not refunded !!

      Every time i call they gave a service request number for free


      Very very bad experience...started loosing hope on the big company like ebay !!!

        On September' 20th, 2016, I have purchased products from Ebay.in, with PaisaPay ID: [protected] and Item number: [protected].
        The product was delivered on 01st October'2016. After opening the package, I found that the materials were already used, and has clear symbols of dirt and use. I felt cheated, as the product was described as brand new in EBay.in.
        I launched a EBay guarantee claim on 01/10/16, Claim ID: 2347678.
        The claim was resolved on 05th October'2016, and assured me to provide refund within 07 working days.
        Now from 5th October'16 to 02nd November'16, already one month has passed, but still those people are unable to provide refund.
        I have sent emails, called their helpline, perform chat with support team several times.
        Each and every time they ask me, to wait for another 7-10 working days.
        Please tell me, why and how long, should I wait for their defective/used products.
        If they are not capable of providing refund, then please tell it frankly!
        I have already understood, that cheating customers, is their true business policy and I will never get refund from them.
        Now I am thinking to bring awareness, in my friends, in social media, about this kind of fake refund policy of eBay.in. So that, they does not suffer like me.

          I have booked havells leganza 4 blade ceiling fans 05 no. From ebay and paid for the same on 25 oct 2016, the seller is supposed to ship the item at the latest by 28 oct 16 as per ebay time line but he has not shipped the item as on today ebay has given me phone number of the seller and told me to contact the seller from my side but seller is not answering the phone call. On repeated requests to ebay it has initiated refund process on 29 oct 16 and informed that refund process will be approved by 01 nov 16 and amount will be refund at the earliest. Ebay has not approved the refund till now despite repeated requests and phone calls and creating a lot of inconvenience to me. Kindly do the needful in getting back my money.

                My name: rizwan sorathia i purchased sony xperia c4 dual black handset from ebay seller name :sarf trading, vepery, 20/43 evk sampath road, chennai on date 27th november 2015 through order number :[protected] now through 7 month no problem persist but from 8th month the display and touchpad of the handset not worked first time the seller take one month long time to replace the display and touchpad now within 20 days of service the display and touchpad problem occurs another time and this time they send my phone within 7 days, but i'm out of town for 5-6 days so, my brother received the courier but when i opened the box the display of mobile is broken i informed seller about that so, they replied me that your warranty is now chargeable basis so, i replied them that i will register case against you and you will have to pay my full payment refund, harresmment amount and legal battle amount also so, please help me about this case

                      I have ordered a Blazzer coat from the website seeing the description and the display picture, but sadly i received a different product rather than what it is shown in the picture, I have filed a claim against the item and also provided the pictures of the item, but the claim settlor has rejected the claim stating that the product is as per description. But the item received is different from the picture displayed in there website and the claim settlor responded that it is outside the purview of there ebay guarantee which is not true, as the picture shown in there website is different and what i received is different, then how come it will move out of the purview of ebay guarantee

                      No use ebay customer cant understand the exact issue and talking from the side of the seller. I dont care .Will take it as a lesson and had decided not to make any more purchases from ebay as ebay guarantee is just a scam to make customers a fool.

                        Thanks to my complaint on the online forum I could recover money from the above mentioned website for sale of two iPhone. I was safe to send the money via post and the money that would cost was promised to be returned via a voucher. I received 1 voucher . I exercised it on 21 augeSt 2016 and paid additional sum of rs 100. I am yet to receive the product and called on seller 10 times. They keep asking for 72 hours. Please ensure return of my money.                           I had a order on 4th sep order no.([protected], item no:[protected], but till now i didnt recieve my order. I am writing this complaint second time, because ebay didnt reply my first complaint and not resolve my problem, not even contact me even after my first complaint, so i am writing this complaint again. i had contact ebay many times but they didnt resolve my problem. I have contact the seller many times, but his contact number is always switch off. i contact to couriour company, but they refuse to give me my order tracking details. I am fully fedup. They all making me fool. Now ebay said me to solve your problem by yourself, they are not responsible for this. I had made payment for my order. They refuse to refund my payment. Its more then 50 days and i dont get my order yet.

                            I have purchased the product i.e "NEW LCD Display Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly For Gionee Elife E7- white" on 5th of OCTOBER. And when I received the product the lamination was already removed and then when I have tested the product it was not in working condition. As I was instructed not to fix the product by own, so I took it to the Gionee authorized service center. When they showed that it's not working on the same day I have raised the claim which was on 13th of OCT. On 22nd of OCT as the claim Dept. has to close the claim they informed me to contact seller as they cant replace it. I don't understand how can they say that and after that I tried to contact seller for 2 days but I was unable to get connected. From 23rd everyday I have tried contact the claim dept. but till now I am unable to get connected. Then I logged into my eBay account and I was shocked that the claim dept. had mentioned that I have removed the lamination and I have altered the product. I will also attach the screenshot of the mail. Now I feel very helpless and I don't know what should I do.

                              Hlo sir I purchase a karbonn s1 titanium battery from eBay site through online mode but when the item I received it was properly damaged and old and also it is not working properly not charging.                                 I ordered one panasonic phone kxtg 3611 from ebay vide paisa pay id : [protected] dt 17/10/16.
                                The seller, sreeguru stores clearly mentioned in its display that they would supply a new phone with bill and has a manufacturer's warranty for one year. On 23rd oct, 2016 a defective phone was delivered by the seller. The fact was immediately reported to ebay by email and i made a refund claim vide claim id no. :2433027 dt 23/10/2016. Afterwards, ebay contacted me over phone on 23/10/16 and informed me that i am to personally go to a panasonic service centre for its repair. Afterwards, ebay sent me a mail recommending a service centre at kaihali kol -52 and closed my claim for refund.
                                On contact, the service centre refused to undertake the repair of the phone free. They said no free service is available there. This seems very unfair. I paid for a new phone and not a refurbished phone that too at my cost.
                                I, therefore, request you to kindly take up the case for arranging refund. The relevant documents and concerned emails are submitted below...

                                The service centre at panasonic tv repair & services no. 5/9/1, kaikhali ghospara airport, kaikhali, kolkata - 700052 has refused to service this phone free. They informed that they don't service panasonic cordless free even it is covered by manufacturer's warranty.
                                Definitely you do not expect me to repair the defective phone which did not function from the beginning at my cost. You are simply disowning your responsibility and putting me into unwanted difficulties. E bay customers are not expecting such indifferent treatment from your company. Please provide address of authorised service centres in kolkata near my residence.

                                It is sad that you have closed my case for claim id 2433027 dt. 23/10/16 without going into the pros and cons of the case. Please read carefully the following points detailed below...
                                (I) the seller supplied a defective phone in the guise of a new one (Phone never functioned).
                                (Ii) you cannot equate this case with others where the phones worked for few days and then became defective.
                                (Iii) in all fairness you should have replaced the phone or made a refund.
                                (Iv) moreover, you asked me to service the phone from your recommended service centre.

                                that the phone was duly received by the seller on 12/11/2016.

                                      I had purchased an 5 inch android car dvr mirror with rear view camera video recorder dvr with two camera on 12th oct 2016 i got an item on 18th october 2016 which was told different then what i ordered. The seller then shipped me the correct item on 21st october 2016 but that to was defective. I open a claim number 2413185 with ebay on 18th october 2016 and still struggling for refund.

                                      Please note that it was told to me that someone will come for reverse shipment on Monday between 2 pm to 5 pm and still no one turned up. I have calling the help desk from Monday till today and they are only giving me assurance that someone will come to pick the item for reverse shipment. Have spoken to 2 floor supervisor as well and they are also telling the same thing. Claim team told me unless the reverse shipment is not done they will not start my refund which is bad from their end as it is stuck from ebay side itself as no one is coming for reverse shipment . Bad experience shopping with ebay.

                                      Please let me know when i am suppose to get my refund. It has been now 17 days for the claim kept open. Last i spoke to claim person on Tuesday and it was told to me that within 48 hours we will let you know the status. Still i am waiting and no one has contacted me. Yesterday i called your help desk and spoke to executive name Dinesh from Gujarat center and he told me he will update my concerned in their system tool and some one will call me from claim team to provide me the update. The reverse shipment is already done. The service what i am getting from all the 3 departments(Customer service, Claim team and Grievance team) is not satisfactory at all. Is someone really looking into my issue. I am also not getting any replies to my email as well.
