The delivery was delayed by more than one week, seller was fake, customer care service was poor low standard of goods. Ebay manipulated with complaint. The ebay guarantee is all a lie to cheat

No guarantee on logistics, seller and quality. What is the point of ebay guarantee?? The ebay gaurantee website is misleading, please dont shop on ebay. They wrongly tag your case and reject your claim. The recording of quality purpose is BS.

The seller tells me do whatever you want, i will ensure you will not get your refund. Threats!!!

Ebay cheats people with their money. I want my full refund back and please take back your consignment as it was not use to me. I will not accept your compensation of 50 rs. Its has given me so much stress.. I will never ever buy from here.

Please learn from amazon flipkart. Its my first and last time on ebay.

I want my money back. You have no right to steal consumers money.

Utterly Disappointed by the seller response who acts like a local gunda and the E bay customer care.. They have no knowledge and have rejected claim and want me to settle with the seller...

    Hello team
    I have lodged a claim with yo-u claim id is 2397762 on 15 oct as not satisfied with the product, so arrange for refund. Till today I have not got any resolution.

    On 15th claim is raised

    On 19th uploaded the images, told to wait 48 hrs.

    On 23rd again got a call to wait for 48 hrs.

    On 25th again got a call to wait for 48 hrs and was told by Mr Manoj that if still the seller will not respond ebay will give final resolution on 26th Oct.

    On 26th Oct, I have not received any call from ebay.

    This is total harassment for the customer. It is not a good practice to irritate the customer so much that we will surely not shop anymore on your website. Other websites respond so quickly to customer problems and resolve and my personal experience is also very good. But with you this is worst experience.

    Kindly solve my issue as I am really frustrated with this.

    I dont want this product and kindly arrange for the return & refund for this item as it is not my problem if the seller is so irresponsible. It should have been between ebay and seller.

                My claim i'd is 2291462, ebay delivered me different item which i don't ordered. After received item i returned the item to seller's address (Provided via email by ebay team) by indian speed post. I also submitted speed post receipt to ebay on 22.09.2016 via mail.                   I ordered one dlink router but received a seal open piece. I raised one return request. As the product was a prepaid product they approved my refund on dt. 6 oct 2016. Till date no refund has been appeared in my bank statement they don't refunded my money. I contacted them a lot of times but always they assured me with the words that stay calm you will definitely get refund. They cheated me and not making my rs. 612.00 refund.                         Ebay has delivered defected product in which charger was broken and main unit was having back appx 3month old and after that they asked for proof which i provide them and after that they said to go to authorized centre to bring a letter for them so they can make sure that the product is 3month old why shud buyer go to service center if he complaint on the same day he got the damaged product but ebay is not giving me any resolution. Now they are closing my claim as i am not going to cervice centre. I have all the mails regarding my proofs which i have send thm.

                          I bought a redmi mobile one month back which was a re-furbished one. While receiving the item the mobile seal was broken and no warranty card was in it. While switching on the mobile accidentally I used the finger print sensor and found that it was not working. I have raised a claim regarding this issue the second day I recieived the product. the customer care rep said eBay will call me in the next 24 or 48 hours.
                          One person called me and said claims cannot be covered and if you want the finger print sensor to work contact the service centre. When contacting the service center they said no warranty will be covered for online products. I kept on calling ebay consecutively for one week but now response had given and some say to contact the seller. the seller said he is not responsible for the product and he cannot arrange for the refund. I am totally upset with the product and no damage details given in the website while purchasing. My money is totally waste.

                            Would like to bring your notice about the problem which I am facing on purchasing a moto g4 mobile through online in ebay website. Please find below are claim id, paisa pay id for more details.

                            5'th October 2016 -- Mobile was delivered and tried to charge and noticed that the battery is not charging as defect piece was delivered

                            6'th October : Since the defect piece was delivered A claim was raised immediately for refunding the money or replacing the defect piece with the good piece.

                            10'th October : The seller contacted us and not ready to replace the product and asked me to contact ebay only.

                            11'th October : I have contacted the ebay customer care people and addressed the problem. they have asked us to upload the images via : http://goo.glpuFyYt. The same has be done from my end.

                            12'th October : I have received a call from ebay on my mobile : (+91-[protected]) and had a discussion with 3 executives and asked for the right solution - Please do check your voice recordings about what was the discussion over all.
                            Finally I have suggested, to visit the nearest service centre and get it repaired as the manufacture warranty available

                            Received a feed back from the service centre that the battery got damaged and the mobile got repaired out side once, which is a shoking news for me, Please find attached document for more details.

                            Again I spoke with the ebay customer care people on 21'st October and was suggested to send an email with the information from the service centre. Here with I am attaching the document please do the needful.

                            Feedback : have purchased the online product through ebay and which is giving me a very bad experience and the customer(me) is not at all happy. I was purchasing regularly the online products through different ecommerce websites and I never experienced this kind of bad service :(. The problem with the mobile, though we keep the charging for few hours the mobile is not at all getting charged more than 3%. I would like to request you either to replace the product or to refund my money at the earliest. I would suggest please provide the hassle free cancellation service from your end. I have been following on this with the ebay customer care center and the seller and its been a week and I am not provided with the best solution. I hope I will get the remediation at the earliest and would also like to inform your that I have gifted this product to my father(venkateswara rao) and it gives me a very bad experience

                            I need the better/ best solution in this case and I am not going to leave this matter, I am ready to escalate till the extent level where the top level management would involve and provide me a better solution.

                                Product lost by ebay power ship people & they are not paying me money.Its been more than 4 months since i made repeated calls & even sent repeated mails. Worst experience with ebay india.They never pay seller protection fund. Lost lot of money selling on their website. I guess it is the same problem with many other sellers on ebay.in also.                                   I purchased item (Mosquito Net) from ebay but unfortunately that Item not found as per specification while received in actual. Under Ebay Guarantee policy, I sent back the item to seller within specific time with consultation of Ebay with the reference of claim id - 2212004 dated 13-Aug-2016. As per Ebay Guarantee policy, Ebay has to pay back my courier charge in the form of coupon in 7-10 working days once claim was closed.(they gave written approval) But I yet to credit the same on my ebay account after trail emails and tired less verbal communications on its customer complaint forum.

                                        I ordered 32 center fresh cricket collection cards (1997) for rs. 1, 250.00. it was clearly mentioned in listing ad that the cards are from original 1997 collection. instead seller sent me duplicate ones, which are scanned and printed on photo-paper. i filed a claim against seller: bandrtoycorne_0
