I had registered my complaint escalation id 063310... I had been delivered a faulty iphone worth rs 30000... Since it was under warranty i returned it to the seller and he again sent me a faulty iphone.. When i sent it again to the seller he has confiscated my mobile and refused to return it or entertain my call... When i complaind to ebay the asked for proofs of the case which i emailed them... But after a month of inaction now ebay has sent a msg saying they have not recieved any mail and closing the case... I have all the emails and their delivery reports still with me... This is criminal bullying of customers by an online shopping site and if no action is taken by ebay i am going to go to consumer court... My contact no is [protected]... My email id is [protected]@gmail.com...

      in aug i paid for ambay sa8(liquid washing detergent) to ebay for seller vicksehga-0(mobile no:[protected]), the courier(professional courier airwill no[protected] was broken and tampered i hadnt received it, till now i hadnt got refund neither the product, i had contacted both ebay and vicksehga, both are not showing any response, response of both ebay and seller is very shamefull and irresponsible

        Maine 30 September ko eBay me site she nacson ka tv full payment karke order kiya. Phir necson ki call aya ki aapke yaha delivery dene me problem aa rahi h agar aap 1000 payment large hai to hi bhej sakte hai. To Maine 1000 unke diye ACC no. me bhej diye. WO tv 6 October ko motihari as gai Lenin mujhe deliver nahi diya. Mujhe dtdc ke traf se call aaya ki apka ek packet aya hai aakar le jao to Maine kha ki uspe address likha hua h aap deliver us address pe kijiye to usne bola ki mai wha pahuchane nahi aayunga aa kar lejana hai to le jao nahi to wapas kardenge. To hamne kaha booking maine apne address pe kiya hai to aap mere pass delivery digiye kyounki aapne extra charge esi ke liye kiya tha. To usne kaha ki him wha nahi pahuchayenge apne company she baat karo, bolkar phone kat diya. Phir Maine ye Sara bat nacson ko call karke btaya jisene 1000 extra pause liye the to unhone kha ki aap what kyoun jayenge WO apke pass aake denge. Phir unho bola aap nishchint rahiye mai dtdc me baat karta ki aisa kyoun bol RHA hai.           I just received SONY MDR AS200 headphones 5 minutes back.

          Worst products. THESE ARE DUPLICATE.
          Plus they are damaged, not working well.

          Are you doing piracy by sending duplicate headphones?

          Plus your website is worse than Amazon and Flipkart. Customer gets irritated by your haphazard website and won't return.
          I can't recommend ebay to anyone due to your poor quality of service.

          Take my headphones back now and refund me. How can you send duplicate headphones while you advertise in the name of Sony? I am a lawyer and will take it to consumer court and will also inform Sony Company. Immediately refund me and take the item back.

            When i will get my Refund
            Dear ebay,

            I have ordered a xDuoo X3 (Gold) on 07-Oct-16 i have not received my refund.
            PaisaPay ID [protected], Item number:[protected].

            The seller is unable to ship eBay Item "xDuoo X3 (Gold)" (0) by 18-Oct-16 and has initiated a refund for it on 07-Oct-16.
            I should not be able to view the refund amount of in my credit card balance and credit card statement. BUT Seller has refunded My PaisaPay Id [protected]. but not received my amount in my credit card balance and credit card statement.

            It's shame for ebay where my problem has not been resolved till date.
            This clearly indicate horrible customer care at ebay...

            seems like i made the mistake to buy the item from ebay. where other ecommerce site solve the
            problem of customer in a day, at ebay it has not started yet.

            once again, I request you to pls look into the matter seriously and refund my money back.

              EBay.in is selling out of warranty products on their ecommerce web site . My daughter bought a micromax refurbished mobile phone on 5th march 2016 having six months warranty . We paid the amount through credit card . The phone stopped working in June and micromax service centre refused to service as it was out of warranty product and they gave in writing but after lot of discussion between eBay helpline and micromax service centre they accepted our phone for servicing but after wasting lot of time they gave back our phone in not working condition . The micromax as well as eBay both are culprit in giving wrong information about the warranty . The mobile was billed by technical electronics p ltd having their office at b1/e22 Mohan cooperative industrial estate mathura road New Delhi vide their bill number 12746 having bill amount of 5786/- plus 289 as tax and total amount of Rs 6075/- please do the needful so that micromax and eBay do not cheat the public and do not waste the time of buyers in visible their ill equipped service centre

                कृपया इस बात का प्रमाण देने का कष्ट करे की अपने ये मुद्दा अपने उच्च अधिकारी तक पंहुचा दिया है

                तब से लेकर अभी तक के समय में मुझे आप एक ही जवाब देते आये है की आपको कुछ और समय चाहिए कार्यवाही चालू है
                कृपया विधि अथवा कानून के अनुसार आप बताये की आपको कितना समय चाहिए
                कृपया अपने विधि विभाग अथवा कानून विभाग जे जानकरी ले के क्या आपके द्वारा दिए गए जवाब आपके विरुद्ध उपयोग में लिए जा सकते है या नहीं

                आपका उपभोक्ता संरक्षण कार्यक्रम ( Buyers Protection Program) भी बेचवाल का ही साथ देता है मैंने आपकी पूरी साईट को अच्छी तरह से पढ़ा और देखा और मेरा अनुभव ये रहा की भविष्य में आपकी साईट से एक भी पैसे की खरीदारी नहीं करूँगा क्युकी आपका उपभोक्ता का बुल्किल भी साथ देने में सक्षम नहीं है
                आपकी पूरी साईट में ये कही नहीं लिखा है की आप उपभोक्ता को मुआवजा देंगे अगर माल बेचनेवाला गलत माल देता है तो
                मैंने समस्त प्रकार के साक्ष्य आपके समस्त रखे परन्तु अंत में वही हुआ मेरे साथ आपका ebay guarantee claim भी आज बंद कर दिया
                उसमे सफ्फ लिखा है की ebay मुझसे जानकारी प्राप्त कर मुझे मुआवजा देगा परन्तु न मुझे कोई फ़ोन प्राप्त हुआ है न ही कोई लिखित में मेल प्राप्त हुआ है
                मोबाइल बेचनेवाले ने भी मुझ से किसी भी प्रकार से संपर्क करने का प्रयास नहीं किया है
                मैंने लिखित में भी उसे मेल भेजा है, अलग अलग मोबाइल नंबर से भी फ़ोन किया है परन्तु फ़ोन ही नहीं उठता है बात करने के लिए सिर्फ घंटी जाती रहती है
                आपके लिए आपकी ही साईट के कुछ और साक्ष्य पप्रस्तुत कर रहा हु
                आप जल्द ही अपना फैसला ले, आज उपभोक्ता अदालत में मुकदमा दायर करने का पूरा विचार बना लिया था पर आज शनिवार है इसिलए अब ये सोमवर को ही संभव होगा
                जल्द ही आपको अदालत द्वारा सुचना मिल जाएगी

                जब मैंने आपसे निवेदन किया था मेरे सन्देश में की आप कृपया बेचनेवाले को भुक्तान न करे फिर भी अपने भुक्तान किया,
                आपको समस्त तस्वीरे एवं सन्देश जो की मेरे और मोबाइल बेचनेवाले के बीच में हुआ था वो भी मैंने आपको प्रेषित किये थे
                मैंने ये भी लिखा था की भी मुझे गलत सामान भेजा है, परन्तु शायद आप समस्त ebay की टीम ने ये सोच रखा है की उपभोक्ता सदेव्गालत होता है और बहनेवाला सदेव सत्य लिखता है और बोलता है
                आपसे पुनः निवेदन है की मेरे द्वारा दिए गए साक्ष्यो को गौर से देखे
                मेरा पैसा आपके पास सुरक्षित था अगर में गलत होता तो आप बेचनेवाले को तुरंत भुक्तान कर सकते थे
                परन्तु आप में मेरी प्रार्थना को न मान कर बेचनेवाले को भुक्तान कर दिया

                  यह कि ग्राहक / शिकायतकर्ता ने आप पक्षकार संख्या 2 के Samsung Customer Care Executive को voice conversation के complaint number[protected] से दिनांक on dt15.10.2016 को सूचित कर नकली SAmsung सामान बेचे जाने कि सूचना भी दी गयी थी I बावजूद इस सूचना के प्राप्त किये जाने आप पक्षकार संख्या 2 द्वारा भी नकली सामग्री विक्रेता के विरुद्ध कोई प्राथमिकी पुलिसे में नहीं दर्ज कराई गयी जिससे हम ग्राहक / शिकायतकर्ता को आप पक्षकार संख्या 1 और 2 द्वारा नकली सामान बेच कर ठगा जाना प्रमाणित होता है I

                    I have purchased NIKE shoe worth of 1999 INR. But it seems a duplicate product, quality is very very poor.
                    I launched online complaint for the product on ebay site. I got a call from ebay customer care and they (Mr. Anuj Verma) told me that there is no such policy in ebay under which customer claims for the refund on quality issue. And they clearly told me that we do not promise of the quality of any product, and told me to get connected to the seller of your product for your problem. But there are no any information of the seller on their site.

                      [protected]- Please do not shop from ebay. My experience was awful. They have harassed me time and again for such a small problem. I will never shop from eBay again. T have sent several emails to the seller and eBay and made so many phone calls and they have not helped me even once.
                      I have never faced any such problem with any of the other sites.

                          I had purchased a shampoo and conditioner pack from ebay on sep-9-2016 but what i got was a completely broken and mashed package with broken containers and all leaked shampoo and conditioner. i had opened a claim #2319016 with ebay a month back and have been trying to reach them through phone/mail/facebook but only getting excuses and reasons to disagree to my claim. i had also sent them the detailed pictures of the broken product and packaging but each time they only harass me to get back with reasons on why its an invalid claim and they dont have a solution. the latest being, on oct 19-2016 that they cant arrange a pick up of the broken container from my delivery address. i live in kolkata and in the heart of the city, which is well connected posh area in a metro and there is no way a courrier cant be arranged here.
                          I have waited and tried to work it out with them for a month but now it is too much because it seems they dont want to refund my money at all!
                          I have also tried to reach laura chambers, global trust executive, ebay.
                          This is about the way a consumer should be treated for valid legitimate claims and how business it to be done.
                          I need my complete refund.

                              Through ebay on 25-8-16 for an amount of 282/- paid through hdfc net banking.

                              Seller on ebay is magonlineshop.
                              The seller says he has shipped the product, but i had not rececived the same till date.
                              I have contacted the seller and ebay many times and made a request for a refund but both seller (magonlineshop) and ebay are jugling between each other and i feel deceived by ebay.

                                I have purchased mobile samsung on 15th may 2016 (Paisa pay id [protected]) order no[protected] through prestigious site ebay which cost me 7000 aprox and warranty of 6 months through seller

                                Then it started working although it has some starches but still as i was need of mobile so started using the set but before completion of 6 months suddenly one day it stopped and couldn't start immediately i approached the seller and couriered through fed ex on 21st sept but till now no revert, tried several emails to ebay but no revert instead this cynical mail of ebay when i sent a mail statsing i would forward to complaint. This is mail i got

                                This issue is brought to our notice after 30 days which is out of our eligibility criteria, since the issue was raised after 30 days from the date of item receipt, we will have to unfortunately deny the claim.

                                We regret of not being able to assist you on this matter.

                                      I ordered a Shirt from eBay. However, the size didn't suit me, and I asked them to exchange it with another piece. They told me to call the seller, and refused to take the matter on themselves. Meanwhile, my communication is going unattended from the seller's end. As I had no option left, asked eBay to solve the matter. However, they refused abruptly. Such pathetic behaviour and nonsensical customer relationship management of eBay is really unprofessional. As I suffered, just wanted to pass the message.
