Its been almost 2 months i have not received my refund. Ebay india is not at all bothering my concern. Every time they call and say wait for 15 days. As per ebay policy by 15 days i should get my refund. Please help to get my refund. Below is the message from ebay 2 months ago
"remarks : dear sreehari, this is with regards to your email which was sent to escalation for paisapay id: [protected]. We are pleased to inform you that we have processed your pending refund and reshipment charges of above paisa pay id in from of demand draft of rs 980+280 /- on your given name sreehari katageri at netapp india pvt ltd, fairwinds block, egl software park, off intermediate ring road, bangalore, india 560071. Your demand draft will be processed to given address and it will take 12-15 working days.. Note: sundays and public holidays are excluded from working days. We are awaiting for your response in this matter regards, shaikh nazir. Service recovery team"

    I had booked and payed Rs 890/- through net banking for one "Panasonic RF-P50 AM/FM Pocket Radio (Silver)" Item No.:[protected] @ e.bay.in on 10/10/16. the firm promised to deliver the item by 13-15 oct'16. but as on date, purchase status showing"This item has not been shipped". I purchased this item to give it to my uncle as a b'day gift, i needed this item on or before 15th Oct'16. So for confirmation i had sent an email to the seller on 12/10/16.I had received a reply mail stating "sir due to festival holidays we are shipped today only any ways we urgen coourier" on 12th itself. but till this date the item had not been delivered.     after 20th October 2016, Ebay had an email on 03/11/2016 stating that, " your refund request has been approved by PaisaPay on 03-Nov-16. You should be able to see the refund in your State Bank of Travancore account within 3 working days". But till date ( 09/11/2016) the amount not credited in my account.Today's ebay website page notification saying That, "Action status : Closed on 07 Nov 2016, Claim Stage : Decision and Closure of Claim, Claim Status : Closed". Ebay thoroughly cheated me. please do needful get my amount back.

        I have ordered a refurbished product through ebay and the moment i opened the pack i was literally shocked. The mobile packing very unprofessional, and i discovered so many hardware issues in the first two hours o[censored]sage

        The very next morning i raised a ticket requesting for replacement or refund and none of them has replied. The support team is very arrogant and kind of answers they are giving has surprised me. @Sunnykumar-Floor Supervisor gave fantastic suggestion to raise a complaint and no one gonna help you in this case.

        I want replacement or refund for this product and i want to know how i could take it to next level

        I suggest people not to buy anything on Ebay. Ita completely fraud website having links with below par and irresponsible seller . This is a game they play together to sell fake products and cheat people

          I had purchased a LG G3 smartphone listed as a new item. But I received a used item. I contacted the seller and The seller said that I may raise a claim for refund. I raised a claim with claim number 2323449. The product was picked up by eBay's associated courier service and was sent to eBay's provided address of seller. But it has not been delivered as the courier shows sellers address unlocatable.

          The item has left weeks ago and is not in the buyers possession. The only outstanding issue is of delivery which is an issue between eBay and the seller. I see no reason for withholding the buyers money for it. This is just an attempt to withhold money from the buyer by eBay. EBay benefits by withholding money of the buyer by earning interest on the consumer money it has kept in its bank account for months. This practice is illegal and anticonsumer.

          I demand my money from eBay as soon as possible or I may have to think of alternative means to get my money back.

              I purchased IPhone 5S from eBay. The phone has some defect in the camera, so I returned and claimed for refund. They said that I ll get my refund in 15 working days, but its nearly around 2 months. Yet I did not get any refund amount. Every time I call, a new person talks and says silly same reason like DD is not generated and I ll get mail regarding that within 4 days. But I never got any mails so far.. This is really [censored].. EBay customer service sucks. Don't tell that you're one of the largest e-Commerce. Because you don't deserve it. Poor customer service and products. I'm still trying for my refund. Its not simply 100 bucks. Its 24k. I once again request you ppl to take a look at it. Thanks

                            Hi,

                            I have bought a battery from ebay on 12july, the battery is in manufacturer warranty for 6 months. Regarding the warranty claim i have asked LG service center but they refused to replace stating LG dont sell mobile accessories online. Then i asked Ebay to check with the seller to replace the battery and take action against him but they refused to do so. I have dropped a mail on 13th Sep complaining about the battery to seller using ebay message but i did not receive any mail from them. I am keep calling them and asking but they are refused to help.

                            When it was not authorised to sell the battery online how is he selling and Ebay allowing him to fool customers. Niether Ebay taking action against the seller not even responding for my issue.

                            I need to get my money refunded and action against seller as he has done fake promise on ebay site .

                            I can still see that the product is getting displayed on Ebay portal and fooling other customer.

                            The worst experience I have ever received from a known company.

                            Hopefully some action will be taken regarding this.

                              Purchased ORIGINAL Lenovo Travel Charger For Lenovo A6000 Plus A7000 K3 Note +Data Cable in September 2016, which has eBay guarantee as well as Seller warranty. Charger is not working. When contacted eBay replied that time is out. When contacted the Seller over phone No [protected], replied that she is willing to refund. But there is no co-ordination between the two and I am contacting both of them since 5th of October till today (15.10.16). It is simple harassment and nothing else.

                              My Paisapay ID is [protected]. Since eBay guarantee period is over and well before Seller's 30-day warranty, I was contacting the eBay and the Seller from 5th October to 15th October just like a football from this court to that. eBay is telling to contact the Seller and the Seller is telling that he is ready for replacement/refund, but it must come through eBay. Both are giving stereotype answers making me fool all these days. Neither ebay nor the Seller communicate each other for a solution.What shall I do?Any way I must get refund or the replacement of the product in original.

                                  I have ordered a lumia 625 digitizer and canvas a93 battery .Both are in unworkable condition.The battery just last for 2 days and chip of the digitizer is broken.kindly take ur crappy stuff from me ebay and refund me my money.or YOU will be responsible for the further consequences.i have paid by debit card.kindly refund me my oney within 1 weekor i will have to take more severe actions.

                                    initialy the item didnt deliver on time and after many followups item delivered. Butthe tem is a faulty one .. some of the keys are not working.I asked refund as per ebay guarantee. when ever i call them i get a response that they will get back to me in another 22244 hours etc .. now it is almost 20 days and no resolution for the claim. seems ebay guarantee is a fraud thing to fool the customers...

                                      The item delivered does not match the item described at all. ebay is saying contact seller and when I contacted seller he is saying he can not do anything & I must contact ebay because the ebay is having my money.I have mailed ebay "n" number of times but they are not giving any response. The ebay & seller both cheated me, they both are playing with me like a football. Please do justice it was my hard earned money and they engulfed my money and behaving like a creep.

                                        I ordered 2 products from ebay on 2nd october 2016

                                        1. Motorola g4 plus phone case for rs. 199... Item number:[protected]
                                        2. Bose earphones for rs. 297... Paisa pay id: [protected]

                                        From these 2 products, product no. 2 (Bose earphones) are not even shipped and no refund is yet processed even after i was informed that i will get it by 12th of october. I also had a talk with this seller i. E "brndkart", i was informed that ebay is the one to contact. But ebay support is not able to support me.

                                        Product no.1 was shipped but i didnt recieve it yet and when i had a talk with the seller "tulipshut" he instructed that ebay is the one to be contacted. But ebay is not able to help me out even in this case.

                                        I have no clue how to get things straight.
