Have ordered a laptop battery online using ebay - original laptop battery compaq presario cq40 - item id[protected] but they have sent some fake battery from other companies, when i called the customer care they said its a fault from the seller, and ebay is not responsible for it, i contacted the seller his number is switched off, also ebay is not able to call the seller, when i called the customer service, they asked me to courier the product back to the seller, and send the screen shot of the receipt to the ebay email id: [protected]@ebay.com, and i will get a call from ebay on the refund, but till date they have not received the call and have been waiting for the past 2 months, please help resolve the issue

    I'm order combo pack of Samsung memory card but by eBay dealers they're deliver duplicate item and the item is unserviceable due to that I'm fetching to much problem when i tried contact no of eBay dealers it's always telling switch off due to that i send a email on dealers email id but there is no reply by dealers i make payment by debit card of sbi of 499rs please make a solution for this case

      I have ordered sandisk 16gb pendrive from ebay. The Estimated delivery date was 10/10/2016.. but still i dint receive the product. my paisa payy ids : [protected], paisa pay id : [protected], this type of issues happened for me before also. not only once. several times.. it shows their Faultiness in delivering goods on time . and anymore i wont buy any products from ebay.in.

        I have purchased a shipment on www.Ebay.in Ebay Shipment Id: [protected] booked on Dt: 29 Sep 2016 and it delivered to my destination on Dt: 06 Oct 2016. After so many complaint I made to Fedex & Ebay then it delivered to my home..After That I checked the Shipment which I ordered is White Shirt but I received its a half White its a Duplicate shirts I received, i have enclosed the image of both ordered and received. A Gujarat based seller [ Name - Pratik Dabhi, Tel - [protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com ] is making duplicate shirts in the name of ARROW and selling in ebay in the Name of Brand Arrow and making the customer foolish. Because when I was purchased the shirt the seller was uploaded only 1 image which I ordered as shown in the image..After I purchased the shirts then he added the duplicate image. So I contacted the seller and asked for refund he accepted the error and he said ebay will refund to you..Kindly find mail from the seller..but Ebay refused to refund my money after I received email today as follows. When the seller is accepted this error and he is ready to refund my money then why ebay is denied to refund my money thats why such website are fraud in market..People should never shop in ebay..Government should Ban ebay in India as I reviewed many feedback that many seller are selling duplicate product and making customer foolish Thats the reason Ebay.in comes under fraud website..Government should Ban immediately such website after people are getting foolish-ed everyday.

          I have purchased mobile samsung on 15th may 2016 (Paisa pay id [protected]) order no[protected] through prestigious site ebay which cost me 7000 aprox and warranty of 6 months through seller

          And the set when delivered was defective but sending it was replaced en within time period of 10 days

          Then it started working although it has some starches but still as i was need of mobile so started using the set but before completion of 6 months suddenly one day it stopped and couldn't start immediately i approached the seller and couriered through fed ex on 21st sept but till now no revert, tried several emails to ebay but no revert instead this cynical mail of ebay when i sent a mail statsing i would forward to complaint. This is mail i got

          This issue is brought to our notice after 30 days which is out of our eligibility criteria, since the issue was raised after 30 days from the date of item receipt, we will have to unfortunately deny the claim.

          We regret of not being able to assist you on this matter.

            Bought (was listed as ) "Microsoft Windows 10 Pro Genuine Retail Box Pack with Genuine License Key".
            I found it it was not as described(not as packed by manufacturer) and had no invoice, Immediately contacted ebay.in and opened a claim but ebay.in closed it week later stating the product is under manufacturer warranty .
            I bought under ebay.in guarantee. As i checked online in the manufacturer website its invalid. ebay.in refuse to pay me back only stating its under manufacturer warranty.
            i have already submitted all the proof including manufacturer product information checked online.

              I got defected memory card from ebay and when I complained them, they told me to replace memory card directly from samsung service center after that this service center told me that to replace memory card from ebay. After that ebay helpline not answer or reply me when I again complain to them.

              So I want refund or replacement quickly.

                On october 4 i ordered a 'hp au113tx' laptop from ebay(prepaid).But on oct. 5 i got a call from its seller that it was unable to deliver order to patna bihar due to some courier problem and hence requested to cancel the orduer.
                I canceled the order for same day.then i contacted ebay for refund of the order canceled.In the return message it showed the i will receive the refund in 3 business days in my account.But now it's october 12 and there is no sign of refund in my account.so i'm compelled to lodge a complaint against ebay and i hope to get a solution .

                        Good afternoon!

                        Buying on ebay is no joy anymore! shady practices are leaving a very foul taste in the mouths of many people.

                        Please refer to the below email trail regarding my concern towards logistic issue where the item has not been picked up for delivery by bluedart.

                        This is worst service be it from blue dart, seller or ebay. all people who are involved in the supply chain

                        I called so many times ebay and raised the issue but my voice went unheard. bluedart is transferring the responsibility on ebay and ebay is reluctant to take action and resolve the issue. paisapay has already initiated the refund. i do not want the refund but my item as i am loud and clear is all my emails and the communication i had with ebay.

                        Please listen my documented recordings with disha (1-[protected] and sulekha 1-[protected] (customer support team). both customer support representatives promised to resolve the matter but no action has been intiated to deliver the item to me. thereafter, i communicated with jawad (1-[protected]) followed with many calls till date.


                        This is a clear cut case of deficiency of service, breach of trust and harassement where seller does not answer the calls and bluedart is not bothered to pick up the item. ebay such a robust and reliable brand is being clouded with these kind of shady practices.

                        Instead resolving the issue, ebay is also delaying the matter now.

                        I look forward to receiving my item and hope this matter would be paid an attention without further delay.

                              I had a order on 4th sep but till now i didnt recieve my order. i had contact ebay many times but they didnt resolve my problem. I have contact the seller many times, but his contact number is always switch off. i contact to couriour company, but they refuse to give me my order tracking details. I am fully fedup. They all making me fool. Now ebay said me to solve your problem by yourself, they are not responsible for this. I had made payment for my order. They refuse to refund my payment. Its more then 1 month and i dont get my order yet.

                                  I have ordered bgr 34 on 2nd of October. And the delivery time was between 6-8 October. Still I have not received my order. I made the payment of Rs. 395/-
                                  I am facing the problem as it is very important tablets for my health. I have received calls from eBay courier but they did not complete their process. I have sent the message regarding this problem but they didn't reply back. I am attaching the mail sent by the eBay after successful payment has been done.

                                    As a seller on ebay.in — one of the worst experiences i have had. Harrowing. Most un-professional. On 21st july 2016 they downgraded my ebay premium shop from a top seller to below standard. Reason: dashboard problems - out of nearly 1000 items sold from sept 2015 upto july 2016 3 items i supplied had problems as per ebay india. 1st problem i have admitted my mistake. The 2nd & 3rd problem was addressed by me & resolved for which i have all the requisite communications. Irrespective the executive has down graded me to below standard. I have now proved to ebay that this is not my mistake but a mistake of the buyer. The customer care have admitted & confirmed orally that yes it is their mistake but they do not have the guts to accept & rectify the mistake. My ebay premium shop is now totally closed by ebay as i refused to make the payment for the premium shop as they have downgraded me for no fault of mine. It is more than 80 days till date they are not rectifying the mistake. I have made more than a 100 calls to the call center & i have more than 10/15 complaint # which they have auto closed it. I have sent more than 50 emails to around 15 email id's of ebay - no one responds. They all give false promises / assurances that we will revert back to u in 48 / 72 hours. There it ends. There is supposed to be a office called grievances cell headed by one mr. Arun unni. His land line # is never reachable except a voice activated message that all the executives are busy attending calls call back later.in ebay india - all seller's are treated like rot - no respect to sellers. Only buyer is the king in ebay india. They do not have the basic human courtesy that ebay india runs only because of seller's. I have to recover more than rs.25000/= from ebay. India/ paise pay. They are not ready to settle my account after giving me the requisite credit note i have been asking for. I have no option but to pull them to the consumer court & if necessary file a legal case against them now. I have given them enough of opportunity to resolve my problem but in vain.

                                    Thanks for the fast response. I have waited enough & have taken this route to bring this to ur notice & also bring the world aware of what EBAY is doing. I have toiled for nearly 18 months to build my shop & you have destroyed it. I only hope you are not one of those executives in ur call center promising me & telling me the same false promises that give us some time to resolve this or sort this out. I have tried all means but sorry to say I am of the opinion that EBAY INDIA do not have the GUTS to accept its mistake. If I am wrong I will seek an apology from EBAY & its executives. It is nearly 80+ days still no one is ready to resolve this. CAN U PLS HELP ME & ask Ms Nagma from the Grievances cell to call me? She promised me on 12th of Sept that within 48 to 72 hours she will revert back to me still waiting. Similarly Mr Satish from the same department promised me on 3rd of Sept.

                                    Please note that it is not that I am disappointed but I am very upset that your company has troubled me so much that my Blood Pressure & health is ruined following you people up. What sort of PROFESSIONALISM is there in your company? All this you can only do it in INDIA. You would have been sued i[censored] had done this to any one in the USA. I have tolerated all this while but I will not do so anymore. I will go to every possible platform & bring the world aware of the way you treat SELLER's on ebay. We had a system of call back now just bcoz we are seller's that system is removed. We have to waste hours calling ur call center. I have given a survey report that also in vain. You are not improving your performance or experiences with sellers but only want sellers to improve their performance. This one sided cannot continue for long. I am so perturbed with the behavior or attitude of your executives who are taking things so lightly.

                                        I am writing to question a price discrepancy I encountered between an item offered in retail store ( Reliance Digital) and the same item offered on your eBay.in website (http://www.ebay.in/).

                                        I recently ordered an M2 JioFi 4G Wifi Portabel Router Hot Spot from eBay online store, Item #[protected]. The price listed on the site was Rs. 2, 866.00, which was paid by debit card with a Good Hope, But Finally I feel now that I have been cheated by eBay. Attached you will find a copy of the invoice I received from your shipping department.

                                        Three days later, while shopping at our local mall, I visited one of Reliance Digital retail shops and found the exact same M2 JioFi 4G Wifi Portabel Router Hot Spot priced at Rs. 1, 999.00. With Free Welcome Offer

                                        I would like to ask for the reasoning for the price difference, and for a refund of the difference (Rs. 867.00).
