Resp. Sir,
I have recd. A parcel from ebay through aramex courier service at solapur. It was lacking, as there was no
Mobile handset in the box packing. Whenever i recd, soon i opened it in front of the delivery boy.
In this regard, i had been in contact with ebay, i claimed & registered to ebay guarantee claim. After 2 & half months have passed, now ebay team had said your claim is denied, cancelled due to unauthentic declaration letter being provided by local aramex office. I got all the letters proof of actual weight image from courier office and send it to ebay, but ebay is not accepted.
Please help me

Thanks, you are still working, but the Big festival is coming near and yet i not purchased a smartphone. still i am using my old handset viz. Nokia Classic 3500C. again how long time it will take to complete all the probing process? Please do it at the earliest to satisfy me.

I have received the refund since prolonged time [7-Months] against the Lenovo K3 Note
[ Item not received ] it is too late to resolve the matter and reimbursement, but you have given me the nice ultimatum.
