I have not received exact product as per shown in picture.this is the 2nd
time.I'm very disappointed this time.give me my money back asap.
I have send so many emails.called seller more than 50 times, still I have not received any response.
I have received very bad quality martial.I have paid 1000 rs and I got the product cost is not more than 50 rs.
What to do.I don't want it.plz reverse my money as soon as possible.
Already it has 10 days..

Ebay india is a fraud, and no response / consumer insensitive company. Against my order id: [protected] dt. 29 sept 2016, money paid in advance, for bose speakers, they did not dispatch the item for 10 days after which the order expired and was cancelled automatically by ebay. Inspite of my repeated communications with them they are not refunding back my money and not reponding/replying? Ebay is a fraud and nightmare and shoud be banned from india.

Ebay is cheating people. Every product bought over ebay will be useless, they sell all useless with the name of brand. I bought 2 apple headsets recently. It's useless, not original, very dirty, used, seems like from a dustbin and i raised a claim to get refund but even after sending pics they are asking again and again and again and again. Worst site ever for online shopping is ebay.

Pls dnt buy anything from ebay..

I have recd. A parcel from ebay through aramex courier service at solapur. It was lacking, as there was no
Mobile handset in the box packing. Whenever i recd, soon i opened it in front of the delivery boy.
In this regard, i had been in contact with ebay, i claimed & registered to ebay guarantee claim. After 2 & half months have passed, now ebay team had said your claim is denied, cancelled due to unauthentic declaration letter being provided by local aramex office. I got all the letters proof of actual weight image from courier office and send it to ebay, but ebay is not accepted.

EBay India offers me laptop ( iball compbook excellence) worth ₹9438.
I ordered this on 12-09-16 and recieved this order on 22-09-16 by COD.This was over date for the delivery.
I found that laptop is not getting charge at same time I informed to eBay India service to replace the shipment. They had just closed my complaint by saying that this is under manufacturers warranty. Also they have written in their website that this will cover by eBay warranty( pin enclosed).
Even now the laptop is with me and no action has been taken.
I'm very disappointed by buying a product from EBay India. I rate this with the worst e-commerce website ever.

If they can't respect to consumers then why they were giving offers for something.
If we have to contact to manufacturer then what their need. Let the consumer to buy from manufacturer or retailers.

I have purchased a Nokia 2630 mobile on 1-8-16. the supplied mobile was in damaged condition and i have returned to the seller on advice of ebay customer care executive and submitted the proof to seller and ebay also. But i have not received the refund amount yet.please do the needful..ebay customer care and the seller are not responding.

But i have not received any call from ebay. Do you know how many days it will take to resolve one claim.. since one month i am waiting for your reply..Your customer care service is very poor in resolving customer's complaints..i have sent you the proof of reshipment of the product..why you are not contacting the seller..you give a written statement that you will not refund the amount..i will go to consumer court..

I ordered the mstick screen protector for my Iphone 6s but when I got the conformation email I realised the order was for mstick iphone 6 plus. I called ebay, after waiting for 20mins I got to speak to someone and I was told that the product has not been shipped yet so I can directly speak to the vendor/seller and tell them not to shipped the product.

I tried to talk to the vendor/seller but I got no response so I emailed the seller but to that also I didn't get any response. And now without any email or any massages, i have the wrong product. Just because I paid before.

ebay doesn't want to take any responsibility. This is just unacceptable.

I placed a order the purchase of above item on 27/09/16 for the purchase of moto g (3rd gene). i subsequently cancelled the order on the same day and which was confirmed by the seller on telephone [protected].

But inspite of my repeated request the refund amount of the product is not credited to my account...

Moreover, your customer care service is so poor and one has wait for long time to get it connected to your representative.

E bay has given detecting memory card. I am contact from seller, but seller not entertaining my phone. Seller sand duplicate memory card sandisk make. Also i am contacting sandisk costomer care.
This is 2nd time incedent. Please sand original 32 gb sandisk memory card.

Its simple they are not worth to buy product.. Never trust ebay.. I have delivered the product after receiving they product also they are saying that they have closed the complain. Guys please don't buy anything from ebay, thay have 0% of client satisfaction. I have ordered a docoss x1 mobile and prepaid the amount of rs.800 with my sbi card on 25th of july 2016 on eBay.in. But i didn't get the order and i have raised a ebay guarantee claim but they have closed the claim saying that we tried contacting your number but you were not reachable so, we have closed your account. I bought a mobile phone for 20, 000 through eBay, within 4 months of purchase the handset got dead without any physical damage, I have been trying to contact eBay and seller but no response.
