I got email from ebay askinge to use a coupon sent by eBay for discount of 10%, the email mentioned that if you use coupon of 10% which i used and got 10% off, that I will get a new coupon for 12% off, .
As per ebays email from ebay 2 weeks back on my registered email it said use coupon of 10% and then get coupon of 12% discount, I am waiting since long after using 10% coupon but I have not received any coupon of 12% from ebay.

Has eBay started to lie and fool customers.

    It is to inform you that i have purchased a mi power bank 10400 mah from your organisation and i have not been satisfying myself because after just of purchase within 3 days the product is not serving properly. the power bank is of 10400 mah battery which can recharge a mobile of 2600 mah battery atleast of thrice but it didnt work in a apporpriate manner apart i am very much disappoint with the ebay services and will file complained against the product as well the manufacturing company in consumer court or will be making a rti if i will not be entertained as soon as possible...

    Note : i am carrying the original bill of mi power bank..

      I have order a shoes on ebay after recieved this product i have seen there is a wrost quality shoe and size is also short and the product is without box only wreped in plastic after that i will claim for refund than company reject my claim after 3 days they said me that these issues are not in our policies so they cant give me refund my product and the customer care employ miss behaving with me

        This matter is regarding my yu yureka plus (paisapay id -[protected]) which i received on 27th dec 2015. and i found some defect on that phone so i raised complaint (claim id[protected]. i followed all formalities with the legal process i return the mobile. i have all records/all mails also. on 2nd feb 2016 i called on your ebay contact centre. they assure me that as per ebay policies you will get your cheque with in 12 to 14 working days via blue dart.

        Now from february i am still contacting them through mails and calls at ebay customer center but i am not getting any positive response from their side.
        That money was my saving for my phone which i was saving from 4 month. and i want that money return to my account.

          I bought Aloe hand and face soap from Ebay.in seller name : shop like an american. Returned the product, and followed up for my refund. Not processed since 2 months. Pls get my refund back.             I ordered Moto 360 smart watch 1st gen on 17th September 2016 from [protected] no. On eBay website Pesa pay I'd is [protected] and I cancelled the order next day because of the company reviews and still waiting for the refund of rs.7999 and I tried contacted to the seller he blocked my no. And than I tried contacting to the eBay customer care and they didn't responded me properly and said that till the time seller will not receive the product we will not process the money but at a genuine point I paid the money to eBay not to the seller of ebay. I want my money back.

                I received defective, damaged, old, outdated, dull and short item so I have informed and requested to ebay team but they are not attending my concerns. It is going very painful, frustrating, time/money consuming and difficult for me. I am highly disappointed from eBay resolution team so I am lodging the complain this portal.

                4. Color is fade and dull from compare as shown on portal
                5. length is too much low when try to my bay
                6.Totally unexpected item. Can't useable and wearable.

                Also I can't give this item to my maid because too much fake, old, outdated, short and unexpected item.

                Note: So I am requesting you that Please collect this defective, Old, outdated item and refund my money sooner.

                  This is with regards to ebay claim id-2323449.

                  I had purchased a lg g3 from ebay on 11.09.2016 and the product was delivered on 21.9.2016. As soon as i recieved the product i noticed scratches and cracks on front and back. I realised that i had received a used product which was advertised as a new product. I am very much infuriated because of this as the product was of a high amount apprx rs 10000. I raised a claim on te same day after contacting the seller. The seller told me that i can return it using ebay claim. It has been a week and no action has been taked by ebay till now. I was asked to provide proof which i adequately did. But ebay is still stalling the process and blocking my hard earned money. Also, ebay's stalling of the process and not returning the money is illegal, arbitrary and unfair trade practice. I will be forced to take my legal right against the seller and ebay if the issue is not resolved in 3 days from now. Such acts by sellers and marketplaces like ebay should not be tolerated by consumers.

                        I hereby attempt to bring to your kind notice a matter, which needs your immediate intervention.

                        I purchased a 'Royal bike handle', Paisa Pay ID:[protected] on 17 July 2016 for 1228.50 INR. After I received the product, I found the product to be defective and with some parts missing. I raised a claim, Claim ID : 2190325 for return and refund.
                        I work as a senior consultant to a project consultancy firm and my job requires me to travel extensively. I was provided a time line of 30 August to ship the product back to the seller and provide the proof of POD, Consignment no: D28548144. I have been in talks with the claims department and I had already informed them about my hectic schedule and informed that I shall trying my best to do it within the stipulated time. Unfortunately I could return to city only on 30 August night but I received an email from the claims department, the same day, around noon stating that the claim has been rejected and the case has been closed, which was well before the end of day. I called the customer service and stated the situation in detail and they advised me to ship the product back to the seller and provide the POD the next day, and assured me that the claim would be reopened and the money would be refunded along with the reverse shipping charges, which the claims department also told me earlier.

                        On the 31st, the next day, I again called in to reconfirm and they again advised me to do the same and I also spoke to the seller about it. I spent another 1230 INR and shipped the product back to the seller and sent the POD that day itself.

                        Since that day. I have been speaking to numerous executives and supervisors about it and they keep telling me the same thing, that the claim will be reopened soon. I emailed the claims department twice, they have not replied to it till date, I made 3 call back requests from the claims department, till date they failed to show the courtesy to call back, even the managers and supervisors had no answer to it. Then on words, I have kept a note of the people I have spoken to.
                        On 9 September I spoke to a supervisor and he assured that the refund would be done in next 5 days, I called back again on 14 September and spoke to a supervisor named Gaurav, call reference no: 1-[protected] and he said the refund should be completed by 15th, that is the next day.
                        On 16th I called again and this time I spoke to a Manager named Santan, call reference no: 1-[protected] and he informed that the claim has not yet been opened and assured that it will be done soon, he would personally look into it.

                        Finally, they have agreed to refund the cost of the product ( Yet to receive the money) but now they have come up with a new story, they are denying refund of the reshipping charges that is 1230 INR which they have said would refund from the very beginning. Now they are saying that since the reshipping charge is more than the cost of the product, they want a declaration from DTDC on their letter head reconfirming the same. Now, DTDC tells me that the bill they provided me is only document that they provide and ebay is telling me they will refund the amount only when they receive the declaration from DTDC, so what do I do now?

                        I humbly request you to look into the matter so that it is resolved as soon as possible, I have been patient for a very long time.

                        I would also want you to register a complaint against the claims department for harassing customers and for being unresponsive and utterly incompetent to the extreme.

                        I am aware that all the calls are recorded and you can have them at your disposal as proof of the conversations I had with the representatives.

                        I sincerely thank you for having the patience to read my long email and hope to receive a reply to the same.

                          I had purchased one "lightning to hdmi hdtv adapter av cable for apple iphone 5/5s/6/6plus/6s/6s plus" from ebay with paisapay id "[protected]", the product has many issues, i logged in complain in ebay same day with claim id : "2309619", i had attached the error pic at time of logging complain and described the error as well and then sent it again over mail as well. but ebay executives closed the query without resolution. and they went further, they removed all the comm done from side on their portal, thank god i had a proof of email conversation for it.

                          They are willingly forcing me to keep the cable that is not working.

                          I hope this forum can help me in sorting this out and so they don't ebay don't mug other customers too.

                              As i have purchased tenda n3 wifi router from ebay on 27th july and received on 31st july but when i received that product as it was not as described and also the cable which i received with that router is also damaged as when i connected it does not work. But when i raise claim and ebay rejected the claim saying that the product was as described and also they dont want to talk any more and when i contact seller the seller does not answer properly and also cuts my phone.

                                I found this item as duplicate one with very bad quality, not at all like the original quality. Also the extra ear buds comes with this type of product, those were not included inside box(missig), also the user manual was not present(missing).
                                I raised the claim against this item with claim ID- 2303679 & paypaisa ID-[protected]. But request got rejected saying that we don't guarantee for Quality. The packaging of product is of ask me bazar & paym!
                                I contacted customer support 2 times till now.Both tim they sad we cannot give guarantee of product.Then why ebay product page is saing 100% origial product?
                                Is Ebay is open platform to sell duplicate products?
                                I have contacted the seller. Seller told me that he is ready accept the item return. But I didn't find any return procedure in order details(No option), even I had raised claim for this item. Paypaisa ID:[protected] Kindly let me know the procedure to return this item.
                                Seller said if you have issues, you can return the item from ebay but you will have to pay for delivery charges. Why should I pay? and for what? This is not at all acceptable.
                                Customer support said you say seller to mail ebay about his acceptance of return request by keeping m in CC(Just now I asked seller to that, no reply from him yet). I have one of the recorded call as a proof of communication with ebay customer support & all the emails for this claim.

                                    Seller had listed Moto G Turbo Mobile with Ebay item id[protected], payment was made using PaisaPay ID : [protected] all the clarification regarding product warranty and sealed packed packing was done and confirmed by seller, seller delivered repacked moto g turbo, when outer envelop was opened inside bubble pack packing motorola company seal was not visible as well as shrink wrap packing, the seller packing has not been opened by me till yet it is in same packing, raised a ebay guarantee Claim ID : 2314113by sybmutting a complaint along with 3 picture on the same day and few question were asked by ebay and its team (12 Times) :1. What type of outer packaging was used to pack the content. 2. What type of inner packaging was used to protect the content. 3. Any damages caused to the outer packaging. 4. Any damages caused to the inner packaging. 5. Please advice specific name of the contents that was damaged/missing as per invoice?. 6. How many items are damaged/missing as per invoice. 7. Please advice what is the value of the item that was damaged/missing as per invoice? 8. Please advice an estimate weight of total item that was damaged/missing? 9. Can the items be repaired? Thanks, Regards, Devendra (Space insufficient) (12 Times) with fresh 10 pictures uploaded, in my response i had requested ebay to give permission in writing to take the packing to local police station and open the packing infront and prepare a answer sheet according to question get it signed by appropriate authority and send, today i had received a call but due to network problem the call dropped, i had already mentioned please make all the communications at my registered email address, in one of my messages i have specifically requested paisapay to stop payment on the same day i raised claim. In one of the responses from ebay i was informed that the seller is covered with seller make it right and within 4 days he will and make it right later after 4 days completed i received the same message, but till now i have not received any call from seller, with every communication by ebay it is favouring and covering sellers, and ultimately sellers have also started selling the product as they are sheltered by ebay, in my case also i had send three pictures at the time of raising of claim, in one picture broken box and old looks can be seen, in one of the pictures the company packing is not visible i.e. with the company seal sticker and shrink wrap packing abd on that it is clearly mentioned (usually by all mobile company) if this seal opened or broken please dont buy this product, and it automatically renders the warranty to be void sometimes, in third picture it is clearly visible that used box has been used to pack the mobile, unless i open the packing ebay wont accept, as ebay will say that our seller has sent you the original company packed and sealed product, so i have requested ebay to please provide written letter so that i can take to local police authority, open and check the content of the box and if anything wrong is found at the same time the complaint can be submitted and copy can be sent to ebay but in the process the product will be retained by the police (as informed - not sure) only ebay or its authorities can take delivery of product, i m ready to file a case in consumer court also but first i have to have the permission to open the seller packing and check the content of the box, i have regularly responded to the emails i have received, till now more than 15 reply has been posted by me and more than 10 pictures have been uploaded by me, i have also uploaded more than three communication done with the seller in pdf format as a part of confirmation process, in one of the mails the seller has confirmed to provide seal packed product, in one of the responses the seller has confirmed with motorola manufacturer warranty on the product and one of the responses he has confirmed the colour of the set, in all my communications to ebay i have requested for the replacement of product but when the matter has reached here i want complete refund of the amount, IN ALL MY COMMUNICATIONS I HAVE SPECIFICALLY INFORMED EBAY NOT TO CALL ON MY REGISTERED NUMBER, AS I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL AND NON ANSWERING OF CALL WILL LEAD TO FORECLOSURE OF CLAIM, KINDLY MAKE ALL THE COMMUNICATIONS AT THE REGISTERED EMAIL, it took me a very long time from to prepare type and send this entire matter, for your convenience i uploading the image of entire page of ebay guarantee claims, Ebay on its site has mentioned about easy claim settlement for product dispatched other than described, from all the papers and documents submitted by me if i dont get any perfect resolution to the solution, i will have to file complaint in consumer forum and ask for appropriate compensation along with the cost of handset, i once again request ebay and its team please DONT CALL ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE, KINDLY MAKE ALL THE COMMUNICATION AT MY REGISTERED EMAIL, thanks regards devendra

                                    There are total 17 pages, on the reply to ebay claim respond pages, only few pages are uploaded if required i m ready to upload all the pages, i have saved them in pdf format also, if ebay is not satisfied with all the pictures, i have taken high resolution pictures with camera each is more than 4MB, so if required please update me and inform me .                                     Today i have received the message from ebay guarantee claim, that my claim is rejected, the message was received by me at 3:52 p.m. checked by me right, sunday ebay makes a call i m unable to answer the call and the claim is closed, i had already mentioned, "PLEASE DO NOT CALL ON MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER, I MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL AND NON ANSWERING OF CALL WILL LEAD TO FORECLOSURE OF CLAIM, KINDLY MAKE ALL COMMUNICATION AT MY EMAIL REGISTERED WITH YOU IN WRITING" verbally there is nothing to prove as the ebay mentions that the call is recorded for monitoring and training purposes but till yet they have not been able to provide me with any of the recording, on saturday i had received call from mr. sanjay i had specifically mentioned please send all the communication at my email registered with you and he disconnected the call and for the evidence i have the recording with me, i had recorded the conversation on my phone since the ebay guarantee claim has been cancelled i m ready to file a complaint in consumer court. hope everyone in the social media will also understand how the seller fools buyers by not providing the product as described by them and how ebay try to cover them even after more than 43 pictures have been provided by me with all the details, i have also provided the product detail page in pdf format, i have also provided the communication between and the seller in pdf format, than also the ebay has failed to evaluate the pictures and communication and the claim has been closed, i request you i m ready to file a complaint in consumer court, this is the last place for ebay to resolve the matter, take back the delivery of the product and give refund, thanks regards, devendra

                                    I really must congratulate ebay for the increase in number of complaints during this diwali season, let me assure ebay if such things keep on prevailing they will be loosing buyers at very fast pace where other companies are trying to increase their database of customer along with qualitative suppliers,
                                    Today i had uploaded three audio at ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com
                                    from the date of raising of issue till the date of closure of claim, only five times call were received out f that three were answered by me and two were recorded by the call recorder, i have already uploaded the audio and in that i have clearly requested mr. sanjay to send all the communication at my email registered with you and instead on sunday, i had received the message that the claim has been closed, i request consumer complaint and its team to escalate this matter and take it to court so that everyone who visit this site must understand how ebay treats its buyer and how it shadows its seller, i have already submitted the required proof than also ebay guarantee which mentions that every buyer is covered upto 50, 000 has failed to settle this without checking or reading any of the mail, ebay on its ebay buyers guarantee clearly mentions that the all the proofs must be collected verbal communication must be avoided and written communication must be there, ebay itself has failed to follow the guidelines provided on its site, i once again request consumercomplaints to escalate this matter as high as possible, i will also try to spread the news with the pictures on social media so that everyone understand what is the real meaning of the ebay buyer guarantee, the executives have tried my number only 5 times and 3times i have answered and 2 times call was recorded by call recorder.

                                    ebay and its executives are really very reluctant or abstain themselves from making any communication in writing, they try to resolve the matter through conversation over the phone, it is very amusing that ebay dont follow the guidelines laid by them for the user / buyers, they try to shadow sellers where as other online stores / virtual marketing company try to resolve the issue by becoming mediator themselves, if ebay wants it can change all this just check the product delivered by the seller or try to evaluate on the scores collected by them, they can blacklist the seller, its ultimately ebay is paying dearly for the sellers mistakes, in todays time every seller is trying to pull as many buyer as possible, by providing good seller, the sellers rating is done secondly like amazon - amazon fullfilled, flipkart - flipkart -flipkart assurance, snapdeal - snapdeal gold like features can be introduced by ebay so that the buyer feels assured about the amount spent by him on buying the product

                                        I am struggling to process my refund via eBay, I had purchase one time for which I received damaged item and had returned back to the seller and had a word with seller he said that they are ready to refund the amount but through eBay and I need to open a case., post which I have called thrice to the customer service toll free but everyone I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from eBay in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am highly dissatisfied with the eBay customer service and same was not expected by eBay that such a big company and the processes are so weak that it takes 12 days to process the refund. This means when I purchase from eBay i have to be prepared and take out time to fight with eBay,
