This is regarding Regarding PaisaPay id [protected] SR# 1-[protected]on ebay.in
i ordered a latop on ebay for 35k in july 2016 and after 3-4 days i filed a case that the laptop is not genuine as i can see many faults here and i do not like this please take it back and refund me the money then after 3 days of filing the case i got a reply from ebay that please share some images and something like that then i replied and the conversation were like this. The point here is that ebay was replying me after 3-4 days of my reply so it took arround 25 days when ebay asked me to send the laptop back but before that i had already left the city for 10 days as i had to visit some where due to official work and i thought that some one from ebay would come and take the laptop and refund the amount but nothing happend and tha laptop was lying in my flat.

When i came back and saw the laptop i called ebay and then ebay guy asked me to send the laptop back he is re openning the claim now and send the laptop by tomorow i did the same and then ebay asked the seller to reship the laptop back to me as they can not refund me. After this i gain contacted the ebay and then graviance team from ebay asked me to send it back again this time they wll take care of all and refund for sure as i had already shared this issue on social medias . Now it is about a week and the laptop is already delivered to the seller and i have no info what is going on i have not received my money back yet. I have no laptop and no refund . Ebay people say sir you will get the refund when i call them when i ask them to i want to talk to your grivance team they give a number which is never answered . Worst experience on ebay. 35k for laptop and 2k + 2k =4k for shipping the laptop back to seller toltal is arround 39k stuck with ebay. This is huge amount and i cant bear this if i have to go legal for this i will go.

    I bought a 64 gb sd card from eBay and paid onlinefor Rs 1030. But when it reached it was corrupted and card reader with it was broken to may pieces. When complainted they just ignored it telling that I have to approach a service centre. The seller was ok with the complaint but told me to ask for money as I paid to ebay.
    Ebay all on a sudden closed my complaint.

      I have ordered an bag from eBay. .. and after some day.. I received it.. but it was very big and and not as same as seen on the site and not useful for me.. i have nothing to do with the item so..I contacted seller for return procedures but he told to contact eBay. .customer service. And I contacted and raised a claim.. BT today is 4th day... till now I haven't received any response. . What a pathetic service from eBay. .. never ever going to buy from here... Amazon and flipkart has a million times better customer service than eBay. ..

        I ordered for elsa frozen dress for my daughter's bday but wen i received it was without broach n torn from d arm area.. I complained so many times but no action has been taken.. I wanted to replace d dress but now the bday is over i want a refund. My complaint was on 13 september.. My daughter celebrated without her frozen dress.. I had to buy another dress for her because the company paid no attention to it.. When today again i called to complain they told me that it is not eligible because it doesn't entertain d colour n size issue but my complain was that the dress is torn. I don't knw why they registered wrong complaint

          I purchased a original samsung mobile battery from ebay on 28th jul 2016 by doing online payment but delivery was in said timeline. after raising complaint (paisapay id : [protected]) to refund the money but they delivered the product on 16th aug 2016.
          The product delivered is very poor quality which doesn't give battery backup of not even 2 hrs. i called up on 18th aug, raised complaint (1-[protected]) wait for 4 days for call but i did not receive any update.
          Again i called up on 23rd aug, said they will raise with higher authority will receive a call or refund in 4 working days but again failed.

          Again i called after 5 days, came to know that complaint is closed, raised new complaint (1-[protected]) & claim id 2222-111, will receive resolution in 4 working days but ebay is loyal to quality of services & not interested in resolution.

          Again i called today, again customer care said raising with seniors i will receive call in 4 working days.

          Need solution on this.

          Still I did not receive any update from Ebay. its been 7 days now i wrote the complain here. Worst services from eBay.
          I parchese online mobile through ebay.in seller name rrelectro, i have received the same mobile 2 sept 2016, after 4 days mobile not work properly mobile sound also not lesson, perhaps speaker not work, i call phone ebay and seller but they don't receive my call.i again contact by email seller and ebay seller not reply.

              I have purchased a phone on ebay (apple i phone 5s) on 11 jan16 which was delivered to me on 29th jan16.

              Phone started hanging and it has several technical issues so i visited to apple service centre, as per apple service centre this phone pertain to 2013 and not under warranty, since it a refurbished phone, as cover is new and machine are old. seller contact detail is not valid even not getting any positive response from ebay.

                      I have enrolled for a policy for my son named AYU SHRESTHA with policy no.[protected] at Patna . When I have received the policy certificate, it was observed that date of birth is not maintained correctly. In place of 12.10.2001 it is mentioned as 12.11.2001. Branch was contacted thru the LIC agent but till date it has not been corrected and I am unable to pay the premium online. I am providing other policy no. in the same name for your reference. Other policy no.[protected],[protected]. In this respect email was sent to all the concerned in LIC on 19.11.2017 but till date no corrective action has been initiated. Copy of Policy document and Birth certificate was mailed to all concerned in LIC. Now it is requested that if LIC is unable to correct it, get it cancelled and the premium paid amount be refunded.

                        Hi all,
                        I purchased a mobile phone manufactured by Oneplus with model name oneplus 3 from slidecart who is a registered seller in eBay India website for 27, 999/-.
                        In the product description the seller clearly mentioned that the product will have one year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. Believing his description I ordered the same from eBay on 05/09/2016 and got delivered on 13/09/2016. The 1st party provided me a VAT paid bill on my name issued by Amazon, though my purchase was from ebay. Immediately after opening the box I found that the camera of the device is faulty and I raised an eBay guarantee claim (claim ID 2304354) on the same day.

                        I contacted the seller through phone as well as email and he gave me a verbal assurance for replacement. But even for next 3 days he was not initiated the shipment. Getting suspicious in the sellers behavior I contacted the Oneplus customer team (case ID 379708, 379713) and they cleared me that the phone has been purchased from amazon.in on 23 Aug 2016 on some others name and sold to me on 05/09/2016 hence I am not eligible for 1 year manufacturer warranty. 1st party bought the item from amazon on some others name and manipulated the bill by changing the order id and the billing address as well as shipping address and given to me as it is the original bill. I have contacted the amazon.in and they too cleared via mail that the details in the bill are fake and no such transaction has been happened in Amazon. in.
                        Even after regular follow-up and proving the facts and fraudulence, neither the seller nor the ebay is initiating the refund.

                        I had bought Samsung Galaxy Note 8 from ebay.in on 06/04/2018 & the seller was slidecart electronics.
                        now ebay has stopped its sales in India & im unable to get invoice copy for the purchase of my phone.
                        sent few mails to slidecart eleactronics, but no reply till now.

                          I purchased a mobile (Moto x play 32gb with turbo charger - black on 19 august 2016, paid 13999, thinking ebay is a good online platform to buy a product
                          Firstly to my disappointment i got a second hand product
                          Secondly, when i opened the and wanted to charge the mobile, the mobile was not getting charged.

                          And to my surprise after 3 days when i checked the mail it said complaint was resolved
                          When i called the customer care i got a reply that my mobile was not reachable. Then the executive convinced me that they would open the complaint again,, till now it is not yet opened
                          I was asked to send pictures of the complaint, my simple question to them was how can i send a pictures of the charger not working,,, got a reply to send pictures of mobile to [protected]@ebay.com and [protected]@ebay.com

                          I kept calling the customer care a number of time for answers
                          Got a pathetic reply that it would take time as it has process
                          And one day i got a reply from the seller that the product is under warranty go to the service centre and get it replaced
                          My question is it that we need to pay for a defective product and wait for the solution. It is more than month now and there is not even a single reply from either the seller or the ebay customer care

                          My sincere request to all online buyers never go with ebay for any online products

                              Dear sir,
                              I have purchased a product from ebay, which was found to be defective and I lodged an eBay guarantee claim, details of which are; Claim ID: 2233282, PaisaPay ID: [protected], Item number: [protected], Seller ID: varsh_deept, Date claim opened:[protected].
                              They sent me an email on 15th August saying that, they have already resolved my eBay guarantee claim, and claimed to provide me refund within 7-10 working days.
                              Now from 15th August'16 to 19th September'16, already one month has passed, but still you people are unable to provide refund.
                              I have sent emails, called your helpline, perform chat with support team several times.
                              Each and every time they ask me, to wait for another 7-10 working days.
                              Please tell me, why and how long, should I wait for your defective product.
                              If eBay is not capable of providing refund, then please tell it frankly!
                              I have already understood, that cheating customers, is their true business policy and I will never get refund from them.
                              Now I am thinking to bring awareness, in my friends, in social media, about this kind of fake refund policy of eBay.in. So that, they does not suffer like me.

                                The problem is that this isnt the first time its happened t me, this time though after reading the advert indepth i decided to purchase the item taking note of the delivery time which was 2 days away, waited till that day which i took a day off for delivery, only to find nothing arriving, so contacted the seller after noting it ha not even been posted yet, only to get a response saying'give it 2 to 3 days my friend ' meaning wait a further 2 to 3 days ontop of the initial period, obviously not happy with this i send another message to the seller asking for clarity as the advert stated 2 days, couple of days later i recieve a message from the seller stating it may be possibly lost in the post etc etc and he would refund, now if you understand me correctly you will see that not enough time has passed for the seller to make those assumptions considering he had not posted my item till at the latest saturday when it was supposed to arrive on friday, so it is now monday the day of the odd message from the seller, i contacted ebay but instead of them looking at the obvious infringement they were more concerned with talking to me in circular conversation which inturn wound me up no end(horrible customer service style)...its like evry second buy i make on ebay has this type of problem with no concrete satisfactory outcome other than the seller gets to keep my money much longer than he should, along with sill not having the item i originally tried to purchase? come on ? there must be something or someone or some law out there that can put this company in its place by now ?

                                  I ordered a Lenova Phab Plus on 22-Aug-2016 (eBay item number:[protected] . I already paid the amount too. But got a lenova Phab instead of that. (low cost model) Given complaint against this cheating on ebay guarantee and claim opened on[protected]claim id 2277216). They deliberately delayed the replacement. Now telling to send back my phone and when they get they will replace.. but it is their duty to give my item. As per Ebay it is buyer duty to go behind all these non sense.

                                    I have brought HTC Desire 826W mobile from ebay.com with one year warranty After 8 months mobile have many issues like battery low down early, its take 8-9 hrs to charging, hang up many times and camera is not working properly. I went to HTC service center with bill but they refuse to take my mobile because hand set was manufactured in Hong Kong. I send mails to surf trading but till their is no response. I tried to call them but number is busy or when ringing no one is picking call. Pls Help me in this issue

                                    I had purchased HTC Desire 826W Dual Sim 16 GB Blue Lagoon [protected] on 14th Oct 2015 from last 3-4 months its not working properly hand set have many problems. I went at service center at Thane but they refuse to give service because hand set is not manufactured in India. Mobile is under warranty period. I purchased it online from ebay mediator they told me to contact you for further servicing issues so pls help me for this issue as early as possible.

                                      Respected sir/madam,

                                      I bought samsung 32j4100 hd led tv (paisapay id [protected]) from ebay.. and ebay seller bestdeals077 (seller id), and he sent me non-genuine product of samsung. after product delivery i file an ebay guarantee claim with claim id-2299393, while claim processing the product (samsung 32 j4100 hd led tv) has been picked up from my place on 14th september 2016 at 16.20 pm and i received a receiving for the same from the pick up guys, and now my claim request have rejected by ebay on 17 sep 2016.

                                      Now there is no way i am able to get in touch with the seller, and i called seller 10 times on his phone number mentioned on the bill which is [protected] but end up getting no response from the seller. this is so very unacceptable on a sellers behalf to do a fraud with a customer and trying to run away with my hard earned money.

                                      Sir/madam i request you to take some strict action against them, and please refund my hard earned money and keep my trust alive for ebay. thank you!!!

                                        I am very much disappointed by your service and after contacted with customer care Ashish Kumar(Gurgaon) was the person with whom i was talking after that when i asked him to transfer my call to your supervisor or manager he didn't do that and he tried to over smart and gave me unnecessary answers. Well i have nothing to do or say against ebay, but at least don't give chance to these kind of people who are not able to satisfy their customer. Kindly please do something against these kind of employee those are spoling youe company name.
