I placed a order on 7th sepember2016 also paid money and acknowledged item will be dispatched soon but 3days gone item was no dispatched yet. No helpline no. Was working we raised claim then get a mail we do not deliver at given location, when we asked why order order allowed to be taken place no reply. Its more than days gone item has not delivered yet after lots of harrasment.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    i wish to draw your kind attention regarding pathetic attitude of ebay.in towards their customer. I booked Microsoft Lumia 640 XL (item no.[protected], on 04/09/2016, with Paisapay ID [protected], as cash on Delivery mode. received on 11/09/2016 and paid cash. but when I opened the box and switch on the mobile, there was a line from top to bottom in the left hand side (the defective LCD display). I immediately mailed to ebay, in regarding defective product and asked for replacement. and the story started there after. I have talked to their customer support centre many times and mailed to them many times. every second day, a new demand from them that please post a image of product, i did and then next day again a message that the image is not clear send it again.. i did it again and talked to them on phone. now today they said on phone and mailed me to go to Microsoft service centre and take them in writing with signature and seal of inspecting person within 3 days or the claim will not be considered. I'm fed up with the attitude of company, till date the company has not resolved the issue. my simple request was kindly change the defective product and give the new fresh product for which I paid... Your kind intervention in this matter is urgently needed...     ignorant and arrogant behaviour of customer care representative and imposing his views, and threaten me that if I don't do as he said within 3 days, my complaint will not solved and the claim case will not be entertained and will be closed. getting new handset to service centre and requesting him to inspect and want the report in writing and the report and the image be sent to ebay within 3 days or else case will be closed.

They are just interested in delaying the issue so that they can close the claim.. please instruct them to speed up the process. Sir, I'm so frustrated that now I want refund of my money instead of replacement. and bow never to make any transaction with ebay

    today I got a call from service centre at about 3.26pm. the guy said U have to take in writing from Microsoft service centre that device is defective, otherwise your claim case will be closed. I told them many a times Microsoft service centre has refused to give in writing(said they can entertain the case if the product was brought within 48 hrs of purchase and since the product was purchased on 04/09/2016 and more than 10 days have passe and the service centre can not entertained and can't give in writing). despite this the the guy said otherwise we'll have to close the case. I further said, your seller is not responding to answer and as well as from ebay's call (as in their message in my ebay account). i said your seller is mischief as his no is false and he is not responding to my and your call and it is clear that ebay has not verified the seller. thus it is ebay's mischief and I have to suffer because I paid for new item and in return i got defective product... I am annoyed by this ignorant and rude behavior of ebay.. I am cheated by about 10, 000 Rs and left with defective piece. kindly instruct the ebay to refund the amount and take back the faulty defective product.. its been a mental torture.. please help me out...       The original complaint was submitted on Sep2016 but even after 2 weeks I hve not received any reply from ebay or seller
      I bought Vox v106 tab (3000INR) from ebay with paisapay id [protected] on[protected] and got it delivered by 21July by Fedex.I checked the tab and found out the Wifi was not working so then I talked to seller but he just told me to approach nearest service center.I was not getting proper contact no.of service center so I raised claim of "item not asdescibed" but bay rejected the claim saying the product is under manufacturing warranty so pls contact service center.I asked ebay to provide service center contact no. which they have not given satisfactorily and they asked me to contact seller.I contacted seller and he was telling me to search on google.I waited for sellers reply patiently for 7 days and then I contacted ebay asking to initiate refund for this product by giving argument of claim rejection and then service center not available in South India.Ebay told me that your claim was rejected on 30July and its already more than 1 month so we cant do anything in this matter except to ask seller if he can give replacement or refund.Ebay customer support told me internally we follow 1 month policy of claim rejection and once that period is passed then we cant do anything in this.This policy is no where published and as the support executive told its internal policy.I want to complaint about seller and ebay too.Pls beware of seller "Rocking Deals-technix" and ebay and would advise not to buy from ebay.Amazon snapdeal and shopclues are much better.

      After more than 1 month ebay has replied to my complaint!What a speed!!!.My original complaint was raised on 14Sep and 18Seprespectively.Here is the transcript of the message ebay has replied to me.
      "Dear Yogesh,
       
      This is with regards to the Escalation raised by you (details below):

      PaisaPay ID: [protected]
      Buyer ID: yogaishrs14

      Thank you for sharing your concern. We regret to know that the product you've purchased has stopped working.



      We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*.

      But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorized service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.



      However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you may provide a Declaration letter from the authorized service centre to [protected]@ebay.com within 72 hours stating the same.

      If you fail to provide the requested document within the stipulated time we would have to go ahead and close this case from our end."

      Following is my reply given to above ebay message.Would advise not to buy anything from ebay as they dont fulfill or force seller to entertain buyer's valid service center request.

The nearest service center contact details was itself not correctly shared by seller and nor ebay support so no point arises of contacting service center and getting the problem rectified or getting any declaration letter from authorized service center.Without service center I cant rectify my problem.Now can you pls let me know if you understand the problem?.Here is the that transcript.

      "Pls find attached screenshot of the mail on 12Oct2016 as reply to your mail dated 10Oct.You must have received that mail.Pls dont misguide or hide any fact.
      Now can you pls force the seller to take back his Vox and tab and return my money back."

      Ebay is totally cheater.Even after they have received my reply to their message sent on10Oct2016.They are totally lying.Ebay is cheater...

        EBay India delivered a product that was defective. Immediately a claim was raised with them. since i wanted a replacement and not a refund, they said they would revert after getting the confirmation from the seller, which they couldn't. hence they agreed for a refund. after 2 weeks of following-up with them and them promising for a reverse pick-up, they failed to do so after numerous promises. after making me wait for 15 days they say, i should return the goods to them at my cost failing which my claim will be rejected, which they did. and now i am stuck with these defective goods which i want them to either replace or refund the amount paid

          I have been sold an iPhone 5s informating me it as an unused and brand-new peice after using the phone for 2 months the display is not working and when I contacted iphone support they informed me that the iphone is not under warranty and they cannot help me

          It is a cheating done by the seller giving wrong information abt the product and information provided that it is under warranty is also wrong I want you to please see that my iPhone gets repaired

              I purchased Xiaomi Redmi 3s Prime on 22nd Aug. 2016. when I received courier
              and checked the phone found some issue when startup with heating and camera error and check charger connector damage. Same day I registering complaint to Ebay but no response from ebay. After 7 days I got call from Ebay on 31st Aug. 2016 and they said, MI Phone warranty is in under manufacture warranty, you need to visit MI service center and they closing my claim and rejecting my refund when I requested. Then I visited MI Service center for checking phone they giving report of phone, there mention phone is Out of Warranty and it will be repair on chargeable base. Then again reopen the claim on Ebay for that issue and you cant believe on Ebay customer service is too lazy. Reopen claim on 1st Sept.2016 as-visual no response. Many reminder calls & Mail they reverted me on 16th Sept. 2016 and given solution to speak with seller which was you got the product.
              I Called seller many more time & sending mails but he not responding till date.
              So my question is why Ebay selling this? If they cant provide proper service & solution then need to close the Ebay. If Ebay given solution to every buyer problems solve by seller, so why should buy from Ebay we will but it from direct seller no need of Ebay.

                I had ordered bluetooth headphones . The ebay provided faulty headphones but after complaining they gave me a coupon code that cost as same as the product . But i can't use the code because it shows invalid code. they cheat with me. So please help me regarding this.

                The coupon code is given by ebay shows invalid coupon code.How it is even possible i didn't use the coupon code.The code itself is incorrect i have tried so many times.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I ordered (online Prepaid of Rs 849)California Almonds / American Badam - 1 K.G. Premium Quality Nuts through Ebay.in (PaisaPay ID [protected]) on 02 Sep 2016 and the maximum time period for delivery of the same was 15 Sep 2016. But till now (i.e. 16 Sep 16) i didn't receive my item due to courier company Fedex. As per tracking record, item already reached in my city on 10 Sep 16 but it is still with courier company only and they are not ready to deliver it. Even till now i didn't get neither a phone call nor a single message from their side, when i contacted to Fedex customer care executive on 14 Sep 16, he told me that item should be delivered by next day morning 10 am but when i didn't got the same product till next day evening so i contacted again to Fedex customer care but this time i got another shocking news, as per Fedex Customer care executive they don't have any updates regarding the product.
                  On 14 Sep 2016 only i contacted to seller regarding the same issue through phone and by email also. Seller replied

                  Dear Sir,

                  Thank you for writing us.
                  Item is arrived at Banglore on 10 Sep 2016.
                  But it is not yet delivered to you.
                  We are powership seller, so all orders ship through ebay logistic Fedex.
                  We complained to ebay about this and now our team complain to fedex about this.
                  Request you to mail on [protected]@ebay.com and call fedex courier co toll free no [protected] .
                  So they will take action fast .
                  If you have any concern please feel free to contact us.

                  on 14 Sep 16, When i contacted to Ebay Customer Care executive through Phone, he told me that he will forward the complaint to the concerned department . On 16 Sep 16, when i again contacted to Ebay customer care executive through phone then he replied the same things so i asked him to refund the full amount within 24 Hrs so that i will order another one as Ebay failed to delivered the product by 15 Sep 2016. But Customer care executive instead of helping, told me that it will take 20 Working days for refunding the amount and that also after getting the approval from concerned department and seller only.

                  Now there are few question to Ebay..
                  (1) If Fedex is not able to delivered the product even after 6 Days of reaching the item in destination city then why Ebay is not able to take action against Fedex.

                  (2) Ebay Customer care executive teach me different rules and regulation then why Ebay is not able to teach the same lesson to Fedex.

                  (3) I already paid the amount in advance and even after 14 Days product is not delivered to me. Now Ebay told me it will take another 20 days for refunding process and that also only after getting the approval from concerned authority. That is the only reason that people preferred for COD instead of prepaid as after paying the full amount we have to face this types of problem.

                  (4) I already paid full amount but till now not able to get the product moreover i already wasted my so much time and money in phone while calling to Fedex, Ebay, Seller.

                  Its seriously disgusting that in our country there is no control of anyone in these types of companies.
                  last but not the least, Ebay must to learn how to work if they want to survive in this online market through Flipkart and Amazon where items are going to delivered within 24 Hrs moreover there Customer care executive are also very much supportive and cooperative too

                  Even after registering for refund on 16 Sep 16 till now I didn't get my refund. Now eBay told me to wait for another 20 days till the time that product receive back by the seller. Mr Ebay can you please tell me one thing once FedEx is not able to deliver the product to me how could you think that they will send it back to seller moreover if in case they don't send it back to seller then it means you are not going to refund my amount. It's really disgusting and stupid policy which is totally against the consumer. Please avoid eBay, it's really horrible and disgusting policy maker better to buy the products from Amazon or flipkart. Let's eBay to know the power of consumer so that they will make rule n regulation against their courier company and customer care executive who are actually customer harassment executive

                  Yours service in our region is really horrible. This is not the first time when I face this problem that's why whenever I ordered anything from anywhere I especially instructed to those people that please don't send it through FedEx as FedEx is gud for nothing and see what really happened this time also. Item reached here on 10 Sep 16 but FedEx is unable to deliver it till 20 Sep and that also in Metro city and in that area which is just 5 km from MG Road, disgusting service provider. Even their customers care don't know any updates regarding the shipment. AWB no is 783989141821

                    Many times i have call to ebay costumer care to forward my claim process.
                    But all executive give the date to wait for call from claim department.
                    From their side no call arrange to forward the next process.

                        I ordered a 32 GB sandisk memory card from eBay.in on 2/9/2016(PaisaPay ID [protected]), but not received item in more than 11 days so I filed refund request.
                        After filing refund request ebay sent ordered item to me, then I cancelled refund request.
                        After receiving item when I opened packet then I found a cheap quality duplicate/fake memory card which was a dummy and non working.
                        What to do with this duplicate third class memory card as it is useless for anyone as it is clearly a fake product.
                        How such a big company like eBay do this to its customers to fool them by providing duplicate and fake products.
                        I am very much disappointed by this incident of e bay purchase and will never buy anything from e bay.
                        Even I will also warn all my friends for not purchasing any item from eBay because eBay provides duplicate and fake products.
                        Give my money back you cheaters of eBay.

                        But I want to say something to EBAY, When customer places an order, then he want ordered product. Nobody wants refund after wasting so much time.

                                I have ordered dr.morepen bg-03 sugar testing kit and also samsung power bank with 30000mah.(model T-2, GB/T[protected] ref:[protected]) both are delivered on 09/09/2016 to my house address and to my surprise the samsung power bank is not 30000mah, but it is only 20000mah and also it is mentioned on the box that the box contains battery pack/micro usb data cable/30pin data cable. but except the battery pack, there is no micro usb data cable and 30 pin data cable. and also the battery is not working. it is neither charging itself or charging other mobiles. and also i didnot receive any bill of the powerbank to claim any thing. i dont understand is it willful default on the part or it happend by mistake. And the sugar testing kit is abnormal results. while my sugar is 120mg/dl it is showing 285mg/dl. i tried twice and it is showing different results each time( checked in a span of 10 minutes). i tried to contact the seller of power bank MR.GOTI BHAVIK KUMAR, 200-VALAMNAGAR, SOC, V-A-NR, AKARCLUB RD., SIMADAGAM, SURAT - GUJARAT -395006. I tried to contact him on the phone no.[protected] which was given on the package, But it is always switched off though I am trying since 2 days. please resolve my problem and what I have to do let me know.

                                    I would like to tell you that after getting affected by your pathetic services still I am not getting any response from your end. From the day I purchase the memory card of Samsung 32 GB EVO, first the product I put in many handsets it was not working & then I had a doubt & I checked it in the Service Center of Samsung where they told that the EBAY has provided me a Duplicate memory card first of all the memory card is duplicate second the services of EBAY is very pathetic where I will am not going to recommend any one to purchase any product from EBAY. After I call to the EBAY customer care they told me that I will get my refund back of that duplicate stock of the data card but still I haven’t received any response from your pathetic services. Again I called to your service today & I had a word with the executive Mr. Kumar on your service wherein he assisted me that now you guys are going to lock the refund placement of the duplicate memory card & then after 7-10 days you will check the product is duplicate or not & then you will refund my balance. In this manner because of your poor services why would I face such a pathetic service from your END. You guys know how deliberately I had purchased the memory card but due to the duplicate product sent by Fraud Samsung & Fraud EBAY I am feeling very bad of your service. Me & my colleagues had ordered 5 Memory cards of the same brand & same company & same features but all o[censored]s face the same concern. Now watching this pathetic service now I am going to do, 1st I had filed a case against Fraud Samsung & Fraud EBAY in the consumer court, 2nd I am going to write to the same with more pathetic service description & how to you all cheat the customers on Facebook as well as on the Gmail ID of your company’s board of directors including your area manager, CEO, director & manager & everyone I can, 3rd I will make sure you guys will do some action on this cause watching this much of pathetic service I am feeling very embarrassed to be your customer & last but not the least I am going to recommend everyone not to purchase any product from EBAY as you guys only sell duplicate & old stocks to customers & cheat them.

                                      I purchased sony xperia C4 mobile on Aug 2015. IN one year one problem in my mobile, its touch screen no working properly. I contact to ebay service centre also it is in warranty period. They told send n rectify my mobile then. They give back to me. I sent my mobile on 20 jul 2016.they told that for rectify my mobile with in 15-21 working days. After one month also they don't inform why not send to me. Wheni ask that where was a prbm for delay they told spare not avilable. At that they my. Transfer come for another place for job. I told them they told sent after rectify.. They sent on 12 sep 16. I checked it is not changed in working touch screen. Its working as same as when i sent to ebay service. my qns why give warranty if. Not capable for rectify n also harras to customers. should i go to all conversations with you service centre in customers court?
