Your Customer care department is a disaster they keep on transferring me & in the end Ebay team asked me to send an email when I said already doing that, Ebay team said that is the only way & when i Ask Ebay Rep. to register my complaint or transfer me to the manager on duty they just hung up call on me.
Please i beg you guys stop harassing me with Ebay messages about your paisepay ID transactions.

Thank you for your kind response & but sadly i am getting this kind of email and responses every day from ebay team from almost last one month every day on my concern/complaint raised with your team from my email address [protected]@gmail.com, i will copy the said email address "ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com" in that chain email, but seriously very bad customer service experience from eBay, i have never shopped online because of this i dont want to face this kind of experience where in am wasting my time calling, messaging or emailing people. but trust me this kind of experience have actually made me more adamant that yeah i was rite.
I was rate you guys 1/5 trust me guys you dont know how does it feels getting messages about something which you are not part of & even if you add that number to black list that does not work it comes again with different name or number from ebay.
Every day its more then 100 message in received in my inbox and i delete.
Please stop writing automated message and start being realistic please i want a human to solve my problem using machine & i dont want a machine to reply me please i request you guys.

This is really frustrating, ho can company like ebay can actually ignore this & show a very poor level of customer support.
