Dear sir,
I bought 4 sarees from the seller adarshfashion_0 (Paisapay id [protected]) but instead of the sarees he sent me a bed cover. When i raised claims i got refund of 2 items (Claim id 2232632 and claim id 2232656).
But for the other claims (Claim id 2259294 and 2259304) i have not got the refund yet.
I have contacted several times the customer service of ebay. Everytime they told me that i will get my money rs 329 and rs 549 but till now i have not got the refund.
The customer service agent of ebay registered a complain with service request no 1-[protected]. Today the agent named rahul told me that he can not help me regarding this matter as the claims already closed.
I want to lodge a comlain against the ebay customer service as well as against ebay comapany for cheating.

    I have purchase yellow color "samsung evo 32gb class 10 micro sd tf memory card 48mb/s" on 1 sep 2016 using my paytm wallet. And a red memory card deliver on 10 sep 2016. I have attached the photo of the memory card sent by ebay along with necessary details and on opening the pack memory card clearly seen as duplicate/fake just a plastic painted piece. Please respond fast ebay team..

      Regarding my order PaisaPay ID : [protected] (Seller ID: deecom9) on 30th Aug 2016 and agreed to send before 5 Sep 2016, I have neither received the item nor my money back. Refund is initiated on 6 Sep 2016 and which extended another 5 days for refund approval. Status show refund approved on 10 Sep 2016, again to refund my money, which further says will reflect in my bank in another 3 days. Its already 5 days over and not reflected in my account. From 30th Aug 2016 till today (14 Sep 2016) my money is with eBay without any reason. eBay is fooling people in this 21st century.

        I had purchased a Combo of 2 Samsung 32GB+32 GB class 10 micro Sdhc memory card named product on 29 August 2016 from eBay of Rs 539.40 and the amount was debited from the account on the same day. Next day I got a message that my payment was not authorised .Then I was asked to do certain formalities.Although I gave them all the details then also my payment was rejected on 1 September. Since then till today I have not received my amount, although 6-8 working days are over.They say the problem is with bank and bank say problem is from eBay. Being consumer I am stuck from both the sides.I have called several times to eBay customer support Burt didn't get any response. My opinion is eBay is having the worst customer support. This is the last time I would purchase from eBay.

          Dear eBay Team,

          This is bring in your kind notice that i have not registered my number either in your buyer or seller group.

          And, I have not even bought anything from eBay till date, called many times @ eBay customer care they just disconnect my call or keep on transferring.

          I get around 150-200 SMS from eBay every day regarding some seller & paisapay ID.

          Have sent many emails @ Ebaysupport Team, [protected]@ebay.com email ID no response from them (Sent one today as well)

          Have sent them screenshot of kinda messages i am getting.

          Please get my number removed from you SMS list, i do not want any more SMS from eBay its very frustrating.

          Everyday every night my phone keeps on beeping & WOW its eBay again.

          I don't want to escalate this no more so please get this resolved right now & here ASAP.

          Your Customer care department is a disaster they keep on transferring me & in the end Ebay team asked me to send an email when I said already doing that, Ebay team said that is the only way & when i Ask Ebay Rep. to register my complaint or transfer me to the manager on duty they just hung up call on me.

          Please i beg you guys stop harassing me with Ebay messages about your paisepay ID transactions.

          Thank you for your kind response & but sadly i am getting this kind of email and responses every day from ebay team from almost last one month every day on my concern/complaint raised with your team from my email address [protected]@gmail.com, i will copy the said email address "ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com" in that chain email, but seriously very bad customer service experience from eBay, i have never shopped online because of this i dont want to face this kind of experience where in am wasting my time calling, messaging or emailing people. but trust me this kind of experience have actually made me more adamant that yeah i was rite.

          I was rate you guys 1/5 trust me guys you dont know how does it feels getting messages about something which you are not part of & even if you add that number to black list that does not work it comes again with different name or number from ebay.

          Every day its more then 100 message in received in my inbox and i delete.

          Please stop writing automated message and start being realistic please i want a human to solve my problem using machine & i dont want a machine to reply me please i request you guys.

            I received a defective item from ebay on 18th of August 2016 after that I complained to return the product so they agree to give me a coupon regarding that. My request for coupon was accepted on 21st of the August and I have been given the maximum time line of 10 days. So the timeline got over on 2nd of the september and after that I called to EBAY and each and every time they are asking me to wait for 72 hours. I waited 23 days but still not received the coupon code from them.Please take some action.

              Sir,
              I have recently purchased armani watch model no 1410 but it has big manufacturing defect.The day i got my watch the same day its strap got broken means what kind of service is this?
              Not expected this kind of service from ebay.I have already lodged a complaint regarding this but still there is sign of help from ebay. They said that within 4 days it will be resolved but now it has been 8 days.

                  I ordered above mentioned product on 03 September 2016. Ebay delivered me this product today. When we unpacked and switched on product it didn't detected any SIM. We requested return for the product ebay asked us to avail manufacturer warranty, but we denied it as product didn't even started for the first use. Then they asked us to directly talk to the seller. But seller didn't responded and asked us to contact ebay. Ebay is not providing us any remedy for this faulty product. Why should we accept faulty product???

                          First product delivered in shopclues.com company packaging and bill name ebay.in (I ordered on ebay.in).

                          Second product completely fake, look like toy mobile memory card.

                          Seller - mahendra kundukar - sinhagd road pune, mobile no. [protected]
                          Eller mobile no. Is out of service.

                          When i contacted to ebay.in customer care, their representative told me to go sandisk service center, i went there (Waluj midc aurangabad - rashi peripheral) but service center person told me this is fake / duplicate product.

                              I have purchased an iPhone 5s from ebay on 21st August of Rs. 19000/-. When I received the phone, I found it's touch is not working properly and the power button is broken. I informed the same to ebay through their complaint portal and called them to check about the same. However, they declined to help me and closed my request without resolving it. I tried contacting the seller directly but he is not receiving my calls. Please help me.

                              Ebay is just making fool of you by responding here so that I don't take any legal action again them. It's been already a month and I want my money back. They will not help me as they are just a FRAUD PORTAL. I'm filling a legal complaint against them.

                                  I am struggling to process my refund via Ebay, I had purchased Blacberry Phone which FedEx Logistics misplaced/lost/stolen item and reporting this to to the seller and Ebay; There was no word of concern from seller or Ebay - who would not raise a case of Theft/Mishandling to logistics team.
                                  They would not even consider refunding the amount through ebay beyond opening a case. I had opened this case in EBAY logistics case reference number is SR# 1-[protected] (open for 10 days without any action), post which I have called twice to the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs. I am highly dissatisfied with the EBAY customer service and same was not expected by EBAY that such a big company and the processes are so weak that in takes 19 days (3 weeks) and still no the refund process is not even initiated.
                                  Couple of Supervisors have follow-up with logistics-team who work in cognito mode not accountable for responding to the Consumer. Again Gaurav Chauhan (another supervisor requests for 48 hours).

                                  Such online sites/Seller nexus can possibly siphon money from helpless consumers - without intervention from Consumer rights forum reigning in Resolution norms...
