I had ordered a 360 degree rotating case for my samsung galaxy tab e from ebay.in on 17.08.2016 using my debit card. Ebay's promised delivery date mentioned was before 28.08.2016. Today is 30.08.2016 and the product is not delivered and nobody from the courier service contacted me till now. I requested to both the seller and ebay for refund my money due to this big delay in delivering. But they are not doing that also. Kindly help me to get my money back.

      7thaugust, 2016 : i had orderd the item (paisapayid: [protected]).
      11th august 2016: tracking details showed, the shipment deliverd. which was delivered.
      12th august 2016: i complained ebay and bluedart.
      Called multiple time, promised call back in 72 hours. no response
      Also contacted seller multiple times.
      30th august 2016 : already called n number of times till now. still they are wasting time and promising callback in 72 hours everytime. no response till now.

        Hi,

        I have purchased an intex portable charger from ebay.in which found completely dead when received and when i contacted the seller togotechnologies asking for a replacement they kept on asking me to courier the product back to delhi from mumbai or else i have to visit intex service center.

        I do not understand why i am forced to ship product myself when it's not my mistake as the product is defective and secondly when i am paying money to buy a new product then why should i visit the service center on the day i receive my brand new product.

        It's totally embarrassing that customer buy things online to save time and end up spending time for sending it back via courier companies that too from his own pocket.

        I want ebay to return my money and as per their process i have raised a claim and attached is the details.

              Issue item not recived so raised ebay guarantee.

              Ordered product on 4th aug. Raised claim on 13 aug. Got call from customer care that will update with 48 hours. But no udpate. When i called them they said no update from courier partnet. Till 23rd aig did not recived any update. Then i logg complaint with fedex about status with complaint number [protected]. On 25th aug they confrim that item lost but settlement will be done with ebay as they are shipper. On 26th called customer care but still dont had any update. Today when i said to customer care supervisor kapil that fedex has confrim me that i tem is lost but ebay not able to get this detail in 15 days?? He me to get athourised latter from fedex that item is lost and submit it to ebay then we will process refund... He also said that i have to wait for 20 days to complete ebay gaurantee resolution period in highly unprofessional and unethelical way. They dont have any information. They cannt escalted things internaly then can see only what i can see on ebay website.. They can not connect me to claim departement. They standart script for everythning and every call recived to them frustating very very furstrating.

                The refund of rs 58010/- is approved on 20 august 2016. It's been 10 days yet the amount has not been credited back to my account. It's a big amount and ebay is getting interest by keeping the amount with them, hence violating the regulations mentioned under the terms of condition offered by ebay.

                (Ebay took 30 days to resolve claim again violating the tos which assures resolution within 20days again the extended period for availing the refund.)

                Please process the refund immediately failing which legal action will be taken with respect to your terms of service.

                  - payment was made for this item 1 month ago
                  - local fedex substation admitted package is not traceable after multiple follow ups
                  - claim was raised with ebay on 3/8/16
                  - seller was contacted multiple times and shifted blame to ebay.
                  - i have been asked 6 times to "wait for 48 hours" by customer support. (This is not an exaggeration)
                  - i have not been allowed by customer support to speak to the supervisor claiming that no supervisor is around.
                  - they now are asking for proof of a payment that was made through their own systems.

                  This is by far the worst online portal in india

                  I received the seventh call to "wait for 48 hours" today. This is after
                  - more than a month of raising the claim,
                  - more than their 20 working day SLA for resolution
                  - after I receive an SMS saying my refund is approved.

                  The EBay help desk is absolutely shameless. They say they are "investigating" and my refund is not really approved in the system. PLEASE USE EBAY INDIA AT YOUR OWN RISK

                    Hi!

                    This complaint is regarding my purchase through ebay.in, the company which claims to be the number one in online shopping. Today in the current market of online shopping where companies like flipkart, myntra, amazon and snapdeal are offering fast delivery with easy and fast return and replacement – i have real-time experience with there no-tension return and replacement, there exist ebay.in whose customer care team lies to there customer, they are least bothered and will try there best to neglect the processing of refund as your money is with them and you are at the loss and not they!!
                    I found one dell laptop with good configuration on ebay, being a frequent customer of ebay who actually never dealt through there return and replacement processing, i ordered the laptop and made the online payment (Paisapay id: [protected]) and the struggle story started, i received the laptop on 23rd aug 16 and when i opened that, the laptop was missing windows 8.1 which was mentioned in the product specs, now the ebay’s anti-customer policy begins, i myself had to contact the supplier for the missing thing, ebay will keep sleeping over this (Ebay policy), supplier confirmed his mistake. There is no other way for the customer except raising the claim on ebay.in, the next thing is – ebay will sleep again blissfully as your money is stuck and not ebay’s. I kept waiting and received no response from ebay except one automatically generated computer mail about the claim rasied. Then on 24th aug 16, i myself called ebay customer care and asked them about the processing of the refund – the executive told me that i will receive a call from ebay claim department in 2days and there processing time is 20 days!! – ebay’s anti-customer policy!, after 2days ebay customer care blissfully sleeping over the matter so i called them again and to my surprise the executive told me that they have intimated the supplier and have received no response form the supplier and they are waiting for the suppliers reply, also i will receive a response from ebay claim department in 7days!! So you can imagine what a company ebay is who takes 7days to make a call and start the processing – ebay’s anti-customer policy. Then the very same day i contacted the supplier and he told me that he had already replied to ebay’s mail and for me he will send the reply again.. So ebay’s customer care department lied to me again – ebay’s anti-customer policy. Also the executive told me that i have to ship the product back to the supplier!! – ebay’s anti-customer policy the customer have to take all the tension and have to do all the work and ebay will sleep blissfully as they got there money.
                    Today its 5th day after raising the claim and ebay-guarantee and there customer team is blissfully sleeping over this, i never imagined that the company who claims to be number one is actually number – zero. There is no customer favorable policy all the customer has to do is wait nothing else. Also 3days after receiving and generating the claim for the order, i received automated msg form ebay that the item is shipped and will be delivered to me before 31st aug!! Now you can imagine how pathetic is the condition of ebay team in india is!! The ebay’s anti-customer policy dsnt end here, on 28th aug 16, i finally received a call from the claim department and astonishingly the guy mr. Toufiq told me to send a picture of the missing part!! Ha ha ha! Picture of the missing windows 8.1 os when i questioned him about computer knowledge he is having he had no answer except asking me to visit dell warranty department as it is manufacturing defect, now you can understand what kind of people are sitting there in ebay team, then when i questioned him about the laptop systems he transferred my call to his senior mr. Mehraz he also asked me to visit dell service center and get the confirmation letter on this…now you can understand for a fault of the seller for which seller has already accepted his mistake, how much pain the customer has to take and the ebay team put all of its efforts in increasing the customer’s problem and pain…not to help get the correct product. Now i want my money back!!

When I opened the packet three Items i.e. "Rod, Skipping Rope, Gloves" are missing in the delivery I received. I contacted to Seller but no response from him yet.                           I purchased moto g4 plus mobile from ebay india on 30th july 2016. The seller didn't ship the phone. After the prescribed time i contacted ebay to refund my money. They told to wait for 48 hrs, but no response from them. There after i called customer care about 10 times, every time they are telling to wait for 48 hrs. So far many 48 hrs passed but no one responded from ebay. I tried to contact ebay grievance officer by phone but the number is not working it disconnects automatically. I mailed ebay grievance officer twice but no response so far. Please take action about these cheaters who stole my money.

                            I ordered Jockey Trackpant of Rs. 499 on 16th August 2016 and pay through Paytm wallet but the sellar does not ship the product within specified time limit. So I request them to refund my money but till now I do not got my money back neither I got any mesage from them.

                            The item is also different as it was described in the ebay app. The app showing colour of laptop is grey but I receive black and I ordered Windows 10 operating system but it has a sticker in keyboard showing Ubuntu operating system.

                                I am happy atleast i found a channel i can post by complaint on ebay.in
                                I'd ordered for apple ipad mini wifi cell. but i received a wrong product and in a breaking (damaged condition). i raised complaint and no action taken against seller, but promised a compensation in form of coupon which is expired. and saying they cant issue a coupon. ebay cheated and didn't provide any resolution.
