Ebay Seller has sent old mobile with new invoice and mobile is under ebay guaranty claim but ebay not taking return and seller also not response on it after the many time try to contact seller and eBay team. Tomorrow samsung service center will declare about it. I will come back with samsung service center declaration.

The seller 'gromo_deals', listing the wrong products in ebay.in site. The consumer returns for money because of the product didnt meet bare minimum qualities. Simply asking talk to ebay. Ebay also accepting the sellers opinion but not the consumer. The product may have scratched but its full of scratches, used and do not worth of money. Hence asking for refund but not accepting....
